Location: Military convoy in Afghanistan. "Back in Black" playing in the background. "I feel like you're driving me to a court martial. This is crazy. What did I do? I feel like you're going to pull over and snuff me. What, you're not allowed to talk? Hey, Forrest" Tony yelled at the soldiers in the Humvee!
"We can talk, sir" the solider told him.
"Oh, I see. So, it's personal" Tony joked?
"No, you intimidate them" the driver yelled!
"Good God, you're a woman. I honestly... I thought Laura was the only woman out here… I couldn't have called that. I mean, I'd apologize, but isn't that what we're going for here? I thought of you as a soldier first" Tony rambled.
"I'm an airman" the driver yelled! "You have, actually, excellent bone structure, there. I'm kind of having a hard time not looking at you now. Is that weird" Tony joked as the soldiers laughed?
"Come on, it's okay, laugh" Tony said moving his arms dramatically.
"Sir, I have a question to ask" the soldier asked him raising his hand?
"Yes, please". "Is it true you went 12 for 12 with last year's Maxim cover models" the soldier asked him?
"That is an excellent question. Yes and no. March and I had a scheduling conflict, but fortunately, the Christmas cover was twins" Tony joked. "Anything else" Tony asked looking around as a soldier raises his hand. "Yes", Tony points at a soldier.
"Who was the chick with you" the soldier asked?
"'What…you weren't expecting a woman out here not in a uniform yeah… she could take us all on if she wanted to" Tony said.
"She's hot" the soldier interrupted. "Yeah, she's not here so stop hitting on her next…" you Tony asked pointing at Jimmy. "You're kidding me with the hand up, right" Tony asked?
"Is it cool if I take a picture with you" Jimmy asked while sitting next to him? "Yes. It's very cool" as they posed in front of his phone.
"I don't want to see this on your MySpace page. Please, no gang signs. No, throw it up. I'm kidding. Yeah, peace. I love peace. I'd be out of a job with peace" Tony joked as Jimmy brings out his phone.
"Come on. Hurry up. Just click it. Don't change any settings" Jimmy said while fumbling with the phone.
Then a Humvee suddenly blows up ahead of them and they're rained with bullets "What's going on" Tony asks panicking? "Contact left" a soldier yelled while they get out! "What have we got" another soldier yelled? "Jimmy, stay with Stark" as Jimmy get next to Tony crouching next to the Humvee! "Stay down" Jimmy yelled! "Yeah" Tony said while crouching next to the Humvee.
"Son of a bitch" Jimmy yelled as he got shot and collapsed! "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait! Give me a gun" Tony yelled holding his hand out! "Stay here" the soldier yelled at Tony while getting shot! Suddenly a Stark missile lands in front of Tony "Whoa…"!

Location: Apogee Award Show: Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nevada.

"As liaison to Stark Industries, I've had the unique privilege of serving with a real patriot. He is my friend and he is my great mentor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to present this year's Apogee Award to Mr. Tony Stark. Tony" Rhodey finished the speech at the podium looking around for Tony?
"Are you serious right now" Laura said looking around for Tony while Obadiah gave Laura an apologetic look as she reluctantly headed towards the podium. "Thanks for the save" Rhodey whispered to Laura.
"Yeah Tony owes me for this" Laura whispered angrily walking past Rhodey and made her way to the podium lowering the mic. "Wow, Wow this is beautiful. Thank you so much. This is wonderful" Laura said to the crowd holding the award. "As you can tell I am not Tony Stark" Laura joked as laughs from the audience were heard. "Well I'm Laura Watson and some of you may have seen me with Tony over the years and as someone who knows Tony very well he would go on on and on how deeply honored and grateful he would be for this award" Laura joked as more laughs from the audience were heard. "But the best thing about Tony is the worst thing about him is that he's always working thank you so much" Laura said walking away from the podium towards Rhodey.
"I'm going to kill him I don't even wanna be here" Laura said angrily. "Do you know where he is" Rhodey asked? "It's Vegas Rhodey there's only one place Tony is" Laura told him as the two walked over to the floor.
Meanwhile at a table "Work it! Come on! We should just stay till the morning" Tony told the crowd at the table as Laura and Rhodey approached him.
"You are unbelievable" Rhodey told Tony angrily. "Really Tony you force me to go to your award ceremony only for you to not show up. I had to present for you, and you know how much I hate public speaking" Laura told Tony angrily while holding the award.
"Oh, no! Did she rope you into this" Tony asked pointing at Rhodey? "Nobody roped me into anything" Rhodey said unmaused!
"I told them you were "deeply honored" Laura said while air quoting deeply honored. "Of course, I'd be deeply honored. And it's you, that's great. Nice dress by the way" Tony joked at her while looking at Laura's sleeveless dress holding her wallet crossbody and wearing her black framed glasses as she rolled her eyes.
"Here it is" Laura said as she gave the award to Tony. "There it is. That was easy. I'm so sorry" Tony told them. "Yeah, it's okay" Rhodey replied. "Whatever" Laura said.
"Wow! Would you look at that? That's something else. I don't have any of those floating around" Tony said holding the award.
"We're gonna let it ride" Tony yelled while shaking the dice! "Give me a hand, will you" Tony asked Laura holding the dice in front of her face?
"What no you know I hate Vegas Tony it a rigged game and this place smells like cheap beer, cigarettes and desperation" Laura said while looking at the girl next to Tony. "In more ways than one" Laura added quickly as that woman gave her a death stare.
"I'll be like this all night until you blow on the dice Laura you know me" Tony joked as Tony had the dice in her face. "Ugh" Laura complained blowing on the dice as he held the dice out to Rhodey. "I don't blow on a man's dice" Rhodey said unamused with the situation. "Come on, honey bear" Tony joked as Rhodey blew on the dice and Tony rolled them.
"Two craps. Line away" The dealer announced. "That's what happens" Rhodey told him. "As I said rigged" Laura replied smugly crossing her arms. Getting up "Worse things have happened. I think we're going to be fine" Tony said as the three began walking out of the casino.
"Color me up, William" Tony said giving the award to a waiter while Laura grabbed the award back and handed the waiter a $20. "This is where I exit" as Rhodey leaves Tony and Laura. "Tomorrow, don't be late" Rhodey yelled at Tony.
"Yeah, you can count on it" Tony yelled back. "I'm serious" Rhodey repeated while walking away!
"Seriously Tony this is big for me as well. If this goes well, they'll stop annoying me about this "ridiculous" 2nd promotion" Laura said with air quotes. "And take me seriously. Plus, Stark Profits will be so ridiculous promoting me would be pennies on the dollar" Laura added. "I know I know" Tony said putting his hands up.
Leaving the casino with Tony and Happy Laura spots a blonde woman heading towards Tony. "Mr. Stark! Excuse me, Mr. Stark! Christine Everhart, Vanity Fair magazine. Can I ask you a couple of questions" Christine asked holding out a tape recorder.
"She's cute" Tony said to Happy. "She's all right" Happy replied. "Don't encourage him Happy" Laura said annoyed.
"You've been called the da Vinci of our time. What do you say to that" Christine asked?
"Absolutely ridiculous. I don't paint" Tony said as Laura snorted at the joke.
"And what do you say to your other nickname? "The Merchant of Death" Christine asked?
"That's not bad" Tony answered. "Yeah, I wish I had cool nicknames like that" Laura said crossing her arms unamused at Christine.
"And you Laura Watson some say the Tony promoting you so quickly above many other well qualified engineers, bringing you under his wing promoting you again quickly showed his recklessness as ceo. Bringing on someone so young…" Christine said as Laura interrupted holding her hand up.
"Well I'm not that young I'm 26 and graduated M.I.T. with two degrees, top of my class at 19 and I would tell them that Stark profits have never been better and me working for Tony and my knowledge and skills with Software and Hardware systems have benefited Stark Products and Stark Industries which is much better for them and Tony Stark than me working for the competition and something for your editor and the critics I'd tell them to wait until the next quarterly report that'll silence them" Laura finished smugly thinking about the presentation tomorrow with her arms crossed.
"Let me guess. Berkeley" Tony asked?
"Brown, actually" Christine replied smugly.
"Well, Ms. Brown, it's an imperfect world, but it's the only one we've got. I guarantee you the day weapons are no longer needed to keep the peace I'll start making bricks and beams for baby hospitals" Tony finished.
"Rehearse that much"? Christine said unimpressed.
"Every night in front of the mirror before bedtime" Tony said sarcastically.
"I can see that" Christine said annoyed.
"I'd like to show you firsthand". Tony said confidently as Laura rolled her eyes.
"All I want is a serious answer" Christine interrupted.
"Okay, here's serious. My old man had a philosophy, Peace means having a bigger stick than the other guy" Tony answered.
"That's a great line coming from the guy selling the sticks" Christine said looking at Laura who yawned looking bored.
"My father helped defeat the Nazis. He worked on the Manhattan Project. A lot of people, including your professors at Brown, would call that being a hero" Tony replied.
"One of those being me" Laura said raising her hand.
"And a lot of people would also call that war profiteering" Christine countered looking at Laura.
"Tell me, do you plan to report on the millions we've saved by advancing medical technology or kept from starvation with our intelli-crops? All those breakthroughs, military funding, honey" Tony finished smiling.
"You ever lose an hour of sleep your whole life" Christine tried again?
"I'd be prepared to lose a few with you" Tony said hitting on her.
"And that's my cue to leave" Laura said as she walked towards her car by the valet. "Don't be late tomorrow" Laura yelled back at Tony. She tipped the valet while getting in her black Prius and drove away.
Location: Culver City, California. Laura's house.
The next morning Laura got up, put on a black pant suit and flats and finished packing. Putting the suitcase in the trunk she drove out towards the airport and called her mom. "Hey Mom" Laura said.
"Hi honey how was the award ceremony last night" Laura's mom asked?
"Well I had to present for Tony so yeah..." Laura said annoyed.
"I know you hate public speaking honey but everyone else has to do it so nervous about your presentation? I just wish it wasn't in a war zone it's too dangerous" Laura's mom said worried.
"Well I only have a few lines and don't worry mom, they have two military convoys for us, on the ground we'll be surrounded by generals and Rhodey is with us, so we'll land, go blow up a mountainside and head out before anyone even knows we're there" Laura said trying to re assure her mom.
Sighing "I know honey but I'm your mother I'm allowed to worry about my daughter going to Afghanistan of all places" her mom said still unconvinced.
"I know uh… I'm pulling up to the gate at the runaway I'll call as soon as we touch down ok" Laura said rolling down the window. "Ok your father wishes good luck as well" Laura's mom said hanging up.
"Pull up to Hangar 3 Ms. Watson" the guard told her.
"Thank you" Laura nodded to the guard. Pulling up she got her suitcase and saw Rhodey by Tony's plane walking towards him rolling her suitcase.
"So over under how long do you think Tony will be late" Laura asked standing next to him by the stairs?
"He better not be my career is riding on this deal same as yours" Rhodey said gesturing his hands towards Laura.
Two hours later "I spy with my little eye something that begins with A" Laura asked as they've been playing, I spy for 10 minutes bored with waiting?
"An airplane" Rhodey said unimpressed.
"Wow Rhodey you are good" Laura said sarcastically. "I spy with my little something that begins with R" Rhodey asked Laura? "A runway" replied Laura. "That's it" Laura said annoyed while digging for her phone in her large bag.
"I'm calling Pepper" Laura said calling her.
Location: Stark Mansion Malibu, California.
"Good morning. It's 7:00 a.m. The weather in Malibu is 72 degrees with scattered clouds. The surf conditions are fair with waist-to-shoulder high lines. High tide will be at 10:52 a.m." Jarvis says waking up Christine as she stared out the window looking at the ocean.
"Tony? Hey, Tony" Christine said while walking around the house and pressing a keypad? "You are not authorized to access this area" Jarvis said scaring Christine.
"Jesus" Christine says.
"That's Jarvis. He runs the house. I've got your clothes here. They've been dry-cleaned and pressed, and there's a car waiting for you outside that will take you anywhere you'd like to go" A woman with Strawberry blonde hair says from across the room.
"You must be the famous Pepper Potts" Christine asked walking up to her?
"Indeed, I am" Pepper answered holding out her dry cleaning. "After all these years, Tony still has you picking up the dry cleaning" Christine said smugly.
"I do anything and everything that Mr. Stark requires, including, occasionally, taking out the trash. Will that be all" Pepper answered sarcastically holding out her dry cleaning?
Pepper walked inside Tony's workshop seeing Tony working on an engine with music blaring. "You are supposed to be halfway around the world right now" Pepper told Tony working on an engine.
"How'd she take it" Tony asked her?
"Like a champ" Pepper replied unimpressed while hearing her phone ring and answering it.
"Hey Pepper, first off happy birthday and 2nd Rhodey and I have been waiting on the runway for over two hours I'm assuming Tony is still there" Laura asked her knowing the answer?
"Who is that?" Tony asked?
"Laura Tony" Pepper replied holding her phone.
"Put me on speaker Pepper" Laura asked?
"Tony your flight was scheduled to leave an hour and a half ago. Rhodey and I have been waiting for two hours Tony" Laura yelled through the speaker!
"That's funny, I thought with it being my plane and all, that it would just wait for me to get there" Tony joked.
"It's not the plane Tony we're on a tight schedule it isn't just you involved in this" Laura said annoyed, but Pepper interrupted not realizing she was still holding her phone.
"Tony, I need to speak to you about a couple things before I get you out of the door" Pepper asked trying to get his attention?
"Doesn't it kind of defeat the whole purpose of having your own plane if it departs before you arrive" Tony replied to Laura ignoring Pepper?
"Larry called. He's got another buyer for the Jackson Pollock in the wings. Do you want it? Yes or no" Pepper asked?
"Is it a good representation of his spring period" Tony asked?
"Guys…" Laura tried to get their attention still on speaker.
"No. The Springs was actually the neighborhood in East Hampton where he lived and worked, not "spring" like the season" Pepper answered.
"So? I think it's a fair example" Pepper said.
"I think it's incredibly overpriced. I need it. Buy it. Store it" Tony answered.
"Guys…" Laura said through the phone trying again.
"Okay. The M.I.T. commencement speech..." Pepper continued.
"Is in June. Please, don't harangue me about stuff that's way, way, down... " Tony interrupted.
"They're haranguing me, so I'm gonna say yes" Pepper interrupted.
"Deflect it and absorb it. Don't transmit it back to me" Tony finished.
"Guys…" Laura said again as her voice is heard through the phone.
"I need you to sign this before you get on the plane" Pepper asked holding out the forms.
"What are you trying to get rid of me for? What, you got plans" Tony asked?
"As a matter of fact, I do" Pepper replied.
"I don't like it when you have plans" Tony said quickly.
"I'm allowed to have plans on my birthday" Pepper replied.
"It's your birthday" Tony asked? "Yes. I knew that" Tony said quickly. "Already" Tony asked?
"Yeah. Isn't that strange" Pepper replied sarcastically?
"Guys…" Laura tried to make herself known.
"It's the same day as last year" Pepper said smiling.
"Get yourself something nice from me" Tony told Pepper.
"I already did" Pepper told him.
"And" Tony asked?
"It was very nice" Pepper said.
"Yeah" Tony asked? "Very tasteful. Thank you, Mr. Stark" Pepper said.
"You're welcome, Ms. Potts" Tony finished.
"Pepper I'm still on the phone" Laura yelled!
"Oh! Sorry" Pepper said fumbling with her phone.
"Anyway… Happy Birthday Pepper did you get my gift" Laura asked as Pepper looked at her bag?
"Yes, I did very thoughtful thank you Laura" Pepper thanked her.
"We're going out when I get back so don't forget" Laura said hanging up as Rhodey looked at her with a curious look.
Shrugging her shoulders "He's on his way and I swear you can cut through the tension between them with a very dull knife" as Laura made a dramatic cutting motion with her hand.
Later on, Laura watched with Rhodey as Tony drove up in his Audi R8 with Happy in the Rolls behind him and Laura held her wrist up dramatically pointing at her watch as they pulled up.
"You're good. I thought I lost you back there" Tony said looking back at Happy as they walked towards the plane with an unimpressed Rhodey and Laura standing by the stairs.
"You did, sir. I had to cut across Mulholland" Happy yelled while carrying his bags!
"I got you. I got you" Tony replied while looking back at him.
"What's wrong with you" Rhodey yelled!?
"We waited for 3 hours Tony" Laura yelled annoyed!
"I got caught doing a piece for Vanity Fair" Tony told Laura as she rolled her eyes knowing exactly what held Tony up.
"For three hours. For three hours you've had us standing here" Rhodey said angrily.
"Wheels up rock and roll" Tony said as he pushed Laura towards the stairs. Laura sat down and brought out her laptop, re filled her travel mug of coffee after dumping the old cold coffee and put her headphones on.
"What you reading, platypus" Tony joked at Rhodey next to him?
"Nothing" Rhodey answered unamused going over forms.
"Come on, sour patch. Don't be mad" Tony continued.
"I told you, I'm not mad" Rhodey replied. "Good morning Mr. Stark" a flight attendant says walking up interrupting them. "I'm indifferent, okay" Rhodey finished?
"Hey what's with her" Tony asked pointing at Laura with her headphones on nodding her head clearly enjoying the music not paying attention to them.
"She's working Tony she takes her job seriously and you don't, and you don't need to apologize to me. I'm your man. And Laura is here for you as well". Rhodey answered. "I told him I was sorry" Tony told the flight attendant who smiled. "But he's…".
"I'm just indifferent right now" Rhodey interrupted annoyed. "Hot towel" the flight attendant asked holding it?
"You don't respect yourself, so I know you don't respect me" Rhodey added.
"I respect you" Tony interrupted.
"I'm just your babysitter when she isn't doing it" Rhodey said as they looked over towards Laura working with her headphones on drinking her coffee.
"Hey that wasn't part of her contract" Tony joked.
"So, when you need your diaper changed...". "Thank you" Tony told the flight attendant grabbing the towel.
"Let me know and I'll get you a bottle, okay" Rhodey told Tony?
"Hey! Heat up the sake, will you" Tony asked the flight attendant? "Laura! Laura" Tony yelled as he walked down the aisle over to her and taking off her headphones with music blaring out of them.
"You know you'll go deaf playing music that loud" Tony joked holding them to his hear.
"Thanks Dad" Laura said sarcastically while rolling her eyes. "Never counted you as a metal person" Tony joked as Laura looked at him unimpressed as she saw him holding her headphones.
"It's System of a Down Tony" Laura answered taking them back as "Chop Suey" was heard from them.
"Hey as your boss I order you to stop working for once" Tony said as he gave her a glass.
"What is this Sake" Laura asked looking at the glass?
"We're not drinking. We're working right now" Rhodey told them annoyed.
"You can't have sashimi without sake" Tony said walking back.
"You are constitutionally incapable of being responsible" Rhodey said unimpressed.
"Tony this presentation is huge for me I'm not doing it hungover" Laura said walking towards them.
"It would be irresponsible not to drink first rule of presentation prep" Tony said as he held up a finger dramatically while looking back at Rhodey.
"I'm just talking about a nightcap" Tony said. "Hot sake" the attendant asked?
"Yes, two more, please" Tony told her.
"No. I'm not drinking. I don't want any" Rhodey told her.
"That's what I'm talking about" Tony said as he came back with two more glasses.
Later that day with the three drinking and music blaring "When I get up in the morning and I'm putting on my uniform, you know what I recognize? I see in that mirror that every person that's got this uniform on got my back" Rhodey told Tony as the three sat on the couch drinking.
"Hey, you know what? I'm not like you. I'm not cut out..." Tony told Rhodey but Laura interrupted.
"Tony it's your company" Laura yelled over the blaring music.
"Can you excuse me if I'm a bit distracted here" Tony asked her? "No! You can't be because…" Laura rambled as the plane flew towards Bagram.
"General" Tony nodded.
"General" Laura nodded as they walked down the stairs.
"Welcome Mr. Stark, Ms. Watson. We look forward to your weapons presentation" the general said.
"Thanks" Tony said shaking his hand. "Thank you general we're honored to be here" Laura told him shaking his hand.
"Never drinking sake again" murmured Laura a bit hungover.
"Is it better to be feared or respected"? Tony asked Laura?
"Why not both Tony"? Laura answered looking at Tony.
"Yes, Laura why not both is it too much to ask for both" Tony asked dramatically?
"With that in mind, I humbly present the crown jewel of Stark Industries' Freedom Line" Tony gestured towards the missile.
"It's the first missile system to incorporate our proprietary repulsor technology" Laura said standing next to it getting everyone's attention.
"They say the best weapon is one you never have to fire. I respectfully disagree. I prefer the weapon you only have to fire once. That's how Dad did it. That's how America does it. And it's worked out pretty well so far. Find an excuse to let one of these off the chain, and I personally guarantee you the bad guys won't even want to come out of their caves" Tony said as Laura moved away from the missile as it began pointing to the mountain and shot a missile "For your consideration" Tony finished.
"The Jericho" Laura said dramatically while turning around as she saw the missile blow up the mountainside as the shock wave blew her hair around. Taking a glass from a cooler "I'll be throwing one of these in with every purchase of 500 million or more. To peace" Tony took the glass drinking as Laura breathed a sigh of relief.
"Obie, what are you doing up" Tony said answering his phone.
"I couldn't sleep till I found out how it went. How'd it go" Obie asked in bed?
"It went great. Looks like it's gonna be an early Christmas" Tony told him.
"It went really well Obie we aced it" Laura said excitedly behind Tony.
"Hey! Way to go, Tony and Laura! I'll see you tomorrow, yeah" Obie asked?
"Why aren't you wearing those pajamas I got you" Tony joked?
"Good night Tony" Obie said as Tony hanged up and Laura laughed. Tony blocked Laura from getting in the Humvee as Rhodey walked up behind her.
"I'm sorry this is the "fun-vee" Tony said looking at Laura and Rhodey. The "hum-drum-vee" is back there" Tony said pointing at the other convoy.
"See you back at base. Good job Tony seriously" Rhodey told him as the two made they're towards another Humvee.
In the Humvee with Rhodey heading back to base, "Well that went well" Laura told him.
"Yeah you did well Laura seriously you had them eating out of your hand" Rhodey said impressed.
"Please Tony's the face I'm just lucky I didn't fumble over my words. My nerves were a wreck" Laura said relieved the presentation being over.
"Please you're a natural at this they won't stop talking about you for months" Rhodey complimented.
"Thanks, I've practically lived in Tony's workshop the past year working on the Jericho I swear Jarvis is one of my best friends now" Laura joked as she stared out the window looking at the mountains.
Arriving back at base Rhodey was escorting Laura to the plane when his sat phone rang, "Colonel Rhodes here" Rhodey answered as Laura watched Rhodes face fill with concern and worry.
"Yes sir, I understand sir, I know the protocol sir. Yeah, she's with me don't worry sir" Rhodey said.
"Rhodey..." Laura asked concerned?
"I'm on it" Rhodey said hanging up.
"Rhodey who was that" Laura asked with an eyebrow raised?
"We need to get you out of here now" Rhodey said quickly while pushing Laura towards the plane.
"Rhodey what's going on we're waiting for Tony, right" Laura asked as they ran towards the plane?
"Something happened to Tony his convoy was attacked there were no survivors he was taken" Rhodey said.
"What" Laura yelled!
"We need to go out there and look for him he's not dead right they didn't find a body, right" Laura asked?
"Laura you're not going out there you're not a soldier and you're a civilian woman in a war zone. You're getting on the plane right now you're in danger" Rhodey told her firmly.
"What about Tony" Laura asked with tears in her eyes?
"I'm leading a search crew right now I'll keep you posted" Rhodey told her as she walked up the stairs.
"I'm helping you out don't force me out I'll call you when I get back and…" Laura said while sighing. "…I'll tell Pepper you get out there and find him" Laura said hugging him. "And stay safe I can't lose you too" Laura added.
Flying back Laura called Pepper on the airplane phone struggling to come up with words. "Hey Pepper" she said softly.
"Hey Laura, how did the presentation go" Pepper asked?
"Uh Pepper I know it's late but are you doing anything" Laura asked slowly?
"No why" Pepper asked confused?
"Uh…" Laura tried coming up with words.
"What is it Laura" Pepper asked?
"Something happened Pepper. It's Tony…" Laura said while struggling.
"What happened Laura" Pepper asked with worry?
"His convoy was attacked; all of the soldiers were killed they didn't find a body" Laura finished with a sigh.
"Pepper are you still there" Laura asked a few moments later?
"Yeah..." Pepper said but Laura interrupted. "They didn't find a body Pepper he's out there somewhere Rhodey is looking for him and as soon as I land, I will help as well I've got my ways and I'll find whoever took him they're using him for something ransom or something… We'll find him Pepper" Laura said reassuring the both of them.
"Ok ok… I should handle protocol and the board on this are you ok Laura" Pepper asked?
"Yeah Rhodey and I were in the other convoy we're fine" Laura sighed.
"Ok I'll meet with you when you land" Pepper told her.
"Ok" Laura said hanging up trying to come up with a plan.
