This is an alternate universe. It will focus on Itachi and Female Naruto.

The massacre still happened. But Itachi, Izumi, Sasuke, and Shisui were all apart of it. They all live with the massacre of their clan. Tobi didn't help in the massacre and Izumi grows out of her crush on Itachi and ends up dating Shisui.

The war still took place but they are alive. Sasuke still leaves the village but his anger is on the Tobi for his manipulation. This takes place after the war with flashbacks.

Ages:

Rookie nine: 17 to 18 years old

Itachi: 22 years old

Shisui: 25 years old

Izumi: 21 years old

Itachi couldn't believe that all of it over. Everything was now peaceful and he didn't feel like a puppet anymore.

He, Izumi, Naru, Sasuke, and Shishi were still in the hospital in critical condition, but alive.

Izumi and Shishi had to undergo an operation to switch eyes. He and Sasuke had done this surgery before the war started when Itachi failed to bring him back from his quest for vengeance. (Danzo never got Shishi's eye)

Naru and Sasuke also need to undergo surgery for the arms.

"I can feel you thinking, Teme!"

Of course, Itachi was put in a room with Naru and his little brother. He guessed it could be worse.

"Dobe shut it before I take your other arm"

No, he was wrong it was hell.

"Little brother, be nice to Naru."

"What! You can't be serious Itachi! She annoying and I can't get a moment of silence!" Sasuke shot up in bed holding his stub of an arm.

Giggles echoed from the doorway. "Now Sasuke-Kun, I remember when you use to call me annoying and don't tease him Itachi-senpai. Come on Sasuke I'm going to wheel you to your next exam." Sakura entered with a wheelchair for Sasuke.

Sasuke still could not talk around her still not knowing what to say. So he gave his typical 'Hn' before getting out of his bed and making a face at Naru and letting Sakura wheel him out the door.

Leaving Itachi in the room alone with Naru.

"So you going to pretend I'm still a child who doesn't know what I want. Or are you going to just ignore me?" Naru said as she walked over and stood next to Itachi's bed.

Oh, Itachi had not forgotten what happened to them before the war. She told Itachi she had feelings for him and in truth so did he. But she corned him, kissed him and for a moment he was weak and he gave in.

Flashback:

"Don't you run away Uchiha! "

"We have nothing to discuss you are a child. You will get over your fangirl crush." Itachi said walking away from Naru's piercing blue eyes.

Before he got five steps he was on his back with her on top. Moisture gathering in her eyes.

"How dare you!" She slapped him hard across the face. She pulled back to do it again but he grabbed her wrist and flipped her until she was under him.

"I know you Itachi Uchiha. I know all the things you've been through, I know how the entire Village calls you a monster, because they call me the same thing! You were never mean to me, not once did you even raise a hand to hurt me you always have been there to protect me. You do anything to protect the village and protect Sasuke. You wear this noble armor, you would rather they see you as a villain, if it meant that the whole village and Sasuke would be free. We balance each other don't you see that?"

And with that, she reached with her free hand pulled him down and kissed him.

Itachi was no virgin, but he knew she was and the way she kissed him ...he forgot his self.

He kissed back, taking control of the kiss. He didn't realize how hungry he was for affection until this.

Itachi knew she had a crush on him from the moment she got back with Jiraiya. But she was young and he was 5 years her junior.

She continued to kiss him and he wondered what else she learned on her trip with the perverted Sannin. She slowly worked her hand down between their bodies and brushed member.

"Naru...Naru..w-wee.." damn it where did she learn this from!

"What Itachi? We shouldn't?" She whispered into his nake peppering it with light kisses. "I'm 16 and a ninja, I think we should."

He pulled barely enough to see her eyes, her pupils were pointed. He knew for a fact his Sharingan was activated.

She leaned up kissed him again as she did so she flipped him on his back and straddled his waist.

She took his hands and place them on her waist. Then she did something amazing.

She moved her hips in the most sensual moment and it was not just the moment but what he felt.

She was literally soaked through her shorts.

Naru's expression on her face was as if she had her favorite meal.

They moaned together when he made contact with her center.

She laid down on his chest combing his figures through his hair and kept grinding against him.

Itachi knew this, with her this felt more amazing than with anyone he ever been with. Even with colthes on.

"Tell me you don't have feelings for me?" She said into his temple.

"I..I...shit!" she gave a really hard thrust and move one of his hands to her butt.

"Please tell me I'm not alone in this Itachi."

"No your not!" Itachi was so close.

"Good" she kissed him and with a twist of her hips, they both were moaning each other name as they finished.

Itachi caught his breath."You're not alone but you are young and your mind could change."

Naru jumped up. "You know what Uchiha. You wait and see after this war I still will be sure and you will chase after me, believe it!"

She disappeared in a flash of leaves.

End of Flashback.

That had been a year and a half ago Itachidid not have much time to be embarrassed about coming in his pants like a teenager.

But he did think of Naru many times after that, he even told Shisui who of course laughed at him.

"No, you are your own woman Naru."

"I can't do this again Itachi. You have to be sure." Naru started to fidget.

"As you said before then, I will chase you." Itachi started to reach for her hand.

The door shot open.

"Dobe, stop messing with my brother he doesn't need the headache." Sasuke huffed getting help from his chair by Sakura.

Naru twitch then smacked Sasuke in the head.

Yes, Itachi thought this chase would be one he enjoys.
