Demigods are Goode
Chapter One
The Greek and Roman camps have defeated Gaea together. Percy Jackson had gone back to his home early. It was the last day of camp when Chiron made a surprising announcement.
Annabeth POV
Me, the seven, Calypso, Thalia, the Stolls, Katie Gardner, Clarisse, and Nico were taking a walk at the beach. Yes, Leo had returned with Calypso. Suddenly, Chiron came to us and made a surprise announcement; "Annabeth, I have news for you-actually all of you. Each and every one of you will be attending Goode High!".
All of us stared at him in shock, then started cheering. I was ecstatic. The fact that I could see Seaweed Brain again overwhelmed me with happiness. Some of the demigods asked if their parents knew, and Chiron said all parents have been informed. Nico spoke up. "Isn't that Percy's school?" His question was answered by confused faces, smiles, and Chiron, who confirmed it.
"The gods have also prepared a house for you. Have fun!" said Chiron. We all entered the van. Leo handed out monster-proof phones to us, and started explaining to Calypso how to use it. The car ride was chaotic; the Stolls playing pranks on everyone, Clarisse chasing them, demigods from Camp Jupiter looking at the Stolls with mild surprise on their faces, probably because they never saw the Stolls before. Everyone tried to avoid Clarisse's punches, but Nico was unlucky. It ended when Jason tried to throw the Stolls out of the window but accidentally threw Clarisse, and made her fly behind the van. Nico laughed and jeered. Clarisse started to shout all kinds of insults at Jason and Nico. Some were so offensive Ares would have been proud.
Nico trapped the Stolls with bones. Somehow, Argus drove us to the house before the car had any sort of accident. Stopping Clarisse from killing Jason took Thalia threatening her with lightning, me trying to reason with her, and Piper's charmspeak. In the end Clarisse agreed to not kill him this time, but she said she would the next time he did it. If I were Jason, I would watch out. Nico was staying at the back of the group, with fear in his eyes. It was so hilarious.
Thalia POV
The house was not a house. It was a mansion. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, but the house was seriously huge, made of white marble and decorated with gold, like Olympus. The doors looked just like the doors on the elevator to Olympus, but half of the door was black and silver. I noticed Percy and Nico were looking at the black door, and Percy looked like it was the scariest thing in the world.
Leo shouted "Why the heck are you people staring at your own house? Well, if you continue staring, I, Admiral and Captain of the Argo II, the great Repair Boy, claim this house for mysel…" He was cut off by Jason lunging on him. We entered the house, (Percy hesitated at the door) and started to explore, when Zeus popped up out of nowhere. "Uh.. Hello and welcome to your house," said Zeus, and we all relaxed when we realized this was just an Iris message. "Hi dad," said Jason awkwardly. Zeus started speaking again. "Hi Jason. I thank all of you demigods for... for..." "Just say it!" Hera shouted. Zeus let out an exasperated sigh and said "Thank you for defeating Gaea and Kronos" then his face got red and he disappeared.
We started laughing at how embarrassed Zeus was. But we got quiet after we saw that a lightning storm was approaching. Weird, the storm stopped as soon as we got quiet. Hmm... I wonder how that could be? We each went into our rooms. I looked back at today, the walk, the van, my stupid brother, and then prepared to sleep, for we were starting Goode tomorrow. I found a note that said Thalia, please try to find more Hunters. Artemis. Well, high school girls are nuts about boys, and boys were the only thing they cared about. Artemis, there's a very high chance we'll find tens of Hunters in high school! i thought sarcastically.
