Okay, okay, I'm very, very sorry! I know I haven't written since November, and I promise I haven't forgotten. I've been really busy doing schoolwork and I did a musical which required me to stay after school until eight pm every night. Plus I've been busy trying to get good enough grades to schedule honors/ AP classes next year. But I have a confession – or two actually –
One: Purple and Grey isn't really working for me. I feel like it's not a very good story. And so, I think – for at least now – I'm going to stop with it. I also know I left off with a cliffhanger, so for that, I apologize. A brief summary of what happened after said cliffhanger is this:
· Tonks left on her way to Guard Duty by foot because she wanted to think about some things, and on her way, she spotted someone in a black cloak slipping in and out of the shadows. Naturally assuming they were a Death Eater or something, she followed them as best she could and lost track of time, not arriving for Guard Duty on time, causing Arthur Weasley, who was on duty before her that night, to alert the other members of her absence. While they searched for her, hoping that she was safe – Remus was nearly out of his mind – she was tailing the Death Eater before accidentally tripping – as she always does – and giving herself away. The Death Eater turned out to be Dolohov and the two battled before she was able to apparate away to safety, deciding that continuing to duel him would only cause further injury to herself. The Order members had found a substitute member to take her place for Guard Duty and Remus was relieved to see her safe – as well as Bill, Molly, Fleur, Arthur, Mad-Eye, and Kingsley.
Two: This isn't a story… you've probably realised that by now and the title sorta says so too. But I do want to run something by you guys. I have an idea for a new story for you guys, but I want approval for it first because it's a bit different.
· Summary: It's sort of an AU but only one thing is different – you'll see what I mean in a minute. In October of DH, Tonks, only 3 months pregnant, is still working for the Order because it's not too obvious she's pregnant and she desperately wants to help. She's out on a supply run – the Order only lets her do safe tasks, which she supposes is doable though not entirely preferred – when things take a turn for the worse. She gets in a duel with a few Death Eaters and is severely outnumbered. She's overpowered and a spell hits her, causing her to hit her head and blacked out. Surprisingly – yeah yeah I know a total Disney thing to do. Btw anyone a fan of Star Wars and seen the new movie? I have, it's pretty good but there are some things they should've and should not have done and I'm dying to talk about it – the Death Eaters leave her there and she's taken home – can't go to St. Mungo's in the current political climate seeing as how she's a known member of the Order. But when she wakes up, she's lost a vital part of her memory – other than that she's fine – and can't remember anything about Remus or the fact that she's pregnant with his baby. Will she eventually remember and the two will live happily ever after – or until JKR decided to kill them off anyways – or will she never remember and separate herself from him forever? Meant to be sad. Based on Juliet's memory loss of Nick in Grimm and Nick's attempts to restore it.
