Wow, this was supposed to come out like, a year ago? I remember wanting it done before Halloween, then before Valentines, then before Lucina's birthday, then before MORGAN's birthday, then before 3H came out and now we're approaching Lucina's birthday again maybe I can finally finish this?

As sunlight streamed through the tent flaps, Lucina awoke quickly, taking little time to get out of bed. As Lucina stretched out she absentmindedly took note of the fact that Cynthia was noticeably missing from their shared tent. Her sister's absence didn't surprise Lucina at all, many people thought that Lucina was the first to rise among their group, but Cynthia and Gerome awoke long before the sun rose to take care of their mounts. Lucina quickly got dressed so that she could go about her morning rounds, Falchion falling comfortably on her hip as she walked out of the tent. Lucina quickly began to head towards the stables to check up on her clumsy sister, navigating the empty camp with purpose in her step.

However, once she arrived she could see that both copies of the snow white pegasus that Cynthia and their Mother flew into battle were washed and brushed properly, one eating its morning meal of oats contentedly while the other, the slightly older mare, was nuzzling its head into Cynthia's outstretched palm. The young pegasus knight was seemingly having a spirited conversation with the pegasus in her hand.

"Can you believe that, Thany? I mean, I was just told out of the blue, so I didn't know what advice I could give." The pegasus neighed in her hand. "Oh yeah, if you know so much, why don't you tell me who she likes?" Rather than neighing again, the pegasus turned to look toward Lucina standing at the entrance to the stable, and its rider's eyes soon followed suit.

"Good morning, Cynthia. I didn't mean to interrupt anything important." Lucina awkwardly waved at her younger sister, before taking delight in her chipper response.

"Hiya, Luci! Don't worry I was just gossiping a bit with Thany, who apparently knows everything. No harm, no foul." Cynthia energetically waved back to Luci before pointedly looking at her pegasus once more before leaving her to her food. "Anyways, Gerome headed up earlier to catch a couple more minutes of sleep before breakfast, I'm thinking he has the right idea, a nap in the mess hall before it gets busy sounds amazing."

At this, Cynthia began to walk away from the stable, yawning as she did so, leaving her sister alone with the twin pegasi. With hardly a spare glance, Lucina could tell that Cynthia had left out a variety of tools for caring for the mounts in her tired stupor. This was almost a daily routine for the two sisters, where either Lucina would help Cynthia take care of the two identical pegasi or clean up the things she would leave out unintentionally. As Lucina was finishing up putting away the tools, a familiar knight in shining armour stood at attention in front of her.

"Sir Frederick, is there something I could help you with?" Lucina knew the man who effectively was her second father figure in her time has much on his plate every single day, in addition to taking care of his own mount and training.

"Actually, I believe there is. I am well aware that many of your fellow time travelers are, to say the least, uncomfortable around me." Before Frederick could continue, Lucina quickly spoke up.

"I assure you, none out of disrespect. Rather, you practically were a second father figure to all of us and then…" Lucina trailed off, not knowing how to end the sentence in a way that would not worry the knight more than he already was about the future that they hailed from.

"You need not continue, I already suspected as such, however I am touched to know you all saw the future me in such a light. Rather, my point still stands that there is a level of discomfort that I would wish to avoid, wherever possible. It may take some time for that discomfort to fade, but until then, I would like you to keep an eye on all of your compatriots. See to it that they are taken care of in the morning, if not awake themselves." The stalwart knight gave the request kindly, but with the same deliberate speech as he would an order. "I apologize for taking up your time, I simply believed you would be the best for the job as the others all trust you greatly and are comfortable around you."

"Hardly, I intended to see how everyone was doing regardless of your request." Lucina waved off the formal man's worry. At this, Frederick's face broke out into a rare smile, and he even let out a chuckle.

"I frankly don't know why I was so worried. It is because of this kindness that everyone trusts you so much, even Severa trust you to the point of letting her guard down around you." Frederick's face quickly dropped again before he forcefully pulled up his stoic mask again. "I am truly glad that she has such a caring friend."

Before Lucina could comfort Fredrick, he bowed toward her and made his exit, clearly the thought of his relationship with his daughter on his mind. Lucina felt truly sorry for him, as almost every other one of her friends got along with their parents, however because of multiple misunderstandings Severa acts extremely cold to many of those around her, including her parents.

Lucina also had finished cleaning up after Cynthia, so she followed her sister's path from earlier to the majority of camp. She slowed down slightly as she looked on to the training field only to catch a glimpse of a familiar pair of brunette twintails. The moment Lucina noticed the haircut, her ears split at the sound of the owner of the twintails yelling.

"GET UP INIGO! WE AREN'T DONE YET! ONE MORE TIME!" Lucina now noticed another of her friends pushing himself up from the ground.

"Always happy to oblige, Severa. However you said "one more time" the last 8 matches. Shouldn't we at least break for breakfast? Pick up again after we've caught our breath?" Inigo had pulled himself up to his feet and began to brush himself off.

"No way! We haven't even started! Now get ready for another round, cuz I won't wait much longer." Severa angrily tapped her foot on the ground as Inigo slumped over and quickly began to move into his starting position for a spar, only to wince in pain at the position.

"If he needs a break that badly, then I'll take his place. Looking for some real exercise instead of some warm up." Heavy footsteps stomped towards Severa from a line of destroyed training dummies.

"Only if you can keep up, Kjelle or is that oversized suit of armour too heavy for you?" Severa taunted, and Lucina internally winced as she watched the exchange, as she knew how serious Kjelle would fight when provoked.

"Is that a challenge? I'll take you on, and show you how well I fight with this 'oversized' armour." Kjelle slammed her practice lance and shield together before dropping into position to fight.

"Morning, Luce." At the sound of Inigo's voice, Lucina nearly jumped, before calming herself down at the knowledge it was one of her closest friends, and not an enemy. "You gonna join them? Or just watching?" The mercenary was standing right next to Lucina, somehow sneaking there while she wasn't paying attention.

"Afraid I'm just checking up on everyone before breakfast, I'll be heading out shortly. I'll surely be back later to get in a few rounds, but not right now." Lucina never took her eyes away from the sparring match that was beginning between the girls, who were still unaware to Lucina's presence. "The two of them really want to be strong enough to protect their parents this time, huh?"

"Yeah, but don't let Severa hear you say that, or you'll get the same punishment I did. Speaking of which, mind joining me for breakfast later? I'd like to get a few of these bruises looked at first, though." Inigo, twisted his back in an attempt to reach a bruise on his back, only to wince in pain before he could even fully turn.

"I won't be responsible for you disappearing" For the first time, Lucina turned to flash Inigo a mischievous smile and his skin noticeably paled, even his bruises began to fade as the blood drained from his face.

"L-Lucina, I know we talked about how you need to smile more, but I think Uncle Robin has been a bad influence on you." Inigo stammered, knowing for a fact that Severa would notice his sudden disappearance and give him the same punishment tenfold for abandoning her. Which means his best bet was to stay put and endure her torture until she was done. "Lucina, please! She'll listen to you!" His desperation only caused Lucina to laugh slightly, and she continued to watch the sparring match. Finally, the match ended with Kjelle's practice lance at Severa's throat.

"I'm not done yet, rematch, right now!" Severa growled.

"Severa, I'm going to take Inigo to Brady!" Lucina yelled out to the two girls, and Severa quickly looked over to see the two of them together.

"Fine, go ahead. Was done with him anyways." Severa dismissively waved Lucina away, before turning back to Kjelle.

"Make sure you both join us for breakfast!" Lucina yelled as she began to walk away, only to get another wave from the two girls, focused on their match. "Let's go." She waved for Inigo to follow her towards the medical tent.

When the two of them arrived at the tent, which was just a short walk away from the training grounds for this exact reason, Brady was already grumbling before he turned around. "Gods, wouldn't ya think that I need breaks too? But no, let's not even give Brady time to get ready and - I swear to Naga, you're a real piece a work, ya know that Inigo?" Brady interrupted his rant when he saw how bruised and beaten Inigo was. "Not even breakfast and you've already gotten bruised enough for a whole week? What 'id ya do? Piss off the wrong girl?"

"More accurate than you'd think. I'll trust him to you, Brady. Think you'll be done in time for breakfast?" Lucina guided Inigo to a cot for him to sit on while Brady takes care of him.

"It'll probably come close, he's gonna be sore for a while regardless. Ya ever hear of a break?" Brady grumbled as he fetched a variety of tools and bandages that Lucina could only determine the use of half of.

"Actually, yes. Severa hasn't" Inigo quipped, only for Brady to pull his arm, eliciting a grunt of pain.

"That's a can a' worms I ain't dealing with. Anyways Luce, I think this is where ya gonna want to git goin'. Unless ya're the one girl who wants to see 'im without clothes." Brady chuckled to himself as Inigo grew more annoyed at the priest.

"No thank you, I'll see you both at breakfast?" Lucina tried to stifle her laugh, to little avail. As she made to leave to medical tent, Lucina began to wander aimlessly toward the mess tent until she quickly came across a frail girl struggling to carry a stack of boxes. She jogged slightly to catch up to her, and swiftly took about half of the boxes, before feeling the weight of the boxes strain even her strong arms.

"Thank you, Lucina. I wasn't sure how much longer I would be able to hold out." The girl breathed out a sigh of relief before shuffling the remaining boxes in her arms.

"Noire, why didn't you simply take multiple trips, we don't want you to hurt yourself" Lucina's voice was laden with worry.

"Actually, this is my third trip, I thought I might be able to finish the rest all in one swoop, but I guess not." Noire timidly responded, her voice barely loud enough for Lucina to hear it.

"What are we even carrying, anyways? What could be this absurdly heavy" Lucina tried to shift the boxes to one arm and see if she could open the top box, but the weight was too much for one arm to handle.

"Laurent's personal library, he said something about he and his mother needing it for some experiment" Noire responded after a very short moment. "I figured it was better not to ask about the details."

"You make a fair point, Laurent and his mother can be quite, what's the word, articulate about the experiments they run." Of all of Lucina's friends, Laurent was the most excited about the possibility of meeting his parents so he could learn from his mother, and it showed. "However, how did the two of them even get permission to bring so many books with them in the middle of a war? Wouldn't they want to keep them back in Ylisse so they don't get damaged?"

"Sir Robin and Sir Chrom came to the conclusion it would be advantageous to permit Mother and I a stipend for our continued research into the intellectual pursuits, both as a personal favor and on the hopes we make a discovery to potentially end this war prematurely." Lucina could feel herself blush as her question was answered by none other than Laurent, the tall mage quickly retrieving the remaining books from Noire. "I'll take these for you, Noire. You should get some rest, we don't want your anemia to act up from overworking yourself again. Thank you for your assistance."

"I CAN HANDLE MYSELF, LAURENT." Noire's voice was filled with venom that was almost a sheer about-take from her previous, non-confrontational self, that even though Lucina had seen her snap back and forth thousands of times, it still caught her off guard. "However have it your way, worm," and once again Noire snapped back to her normal self "I'll see you later, Lucina."

As Noire stormed off, Lucina looked over to Laurent, who was flushed red in shame. "No matter how many times I see it, her more… assertive and domineering side continues to astound me. However, I must make a note to apologize to Noire later on after she, simmers down. Come follow me, I'll show you where we need to put these." Laurent quickly shook his head and re-assumed his business-like demeanor, but Lucina wasn't going to let some of his wording go without question.

"Domineering? I'll admit she's certainly the opposite from her normal self, but I wouldn't say Noire would ever be called 'domineering'." Lucina's words seemed to break right through Laurent's professional mask, as his face clearly burned up.

"Even I can mix up my vocabulary from time to time, think nothing of it." Laurent turned his face away from the princess.

"If you say so, then so be it." Lucina flashed Laurent a knowing smile which did little to help his growing blush, however before she could continue to interrogate the mage, he opened a tent and held it out for Lucina to go through.

"Place the books over there, I'll take care of them from here. I thank you for your assistance, it was greatly appreciated" Lucina did as he said, and he quickly went about going through the books, trying to hide his blushing face.

"I'll see you later, make sure you get something to eat for breakfast." Lucina made her way out of the tent and made towards the mess tent to potentially catch up with anyone already there.

As she walked into the mess tent she found a fairly large group of her friends, all grouped around one table. As Lucina walked closer she waved to the group of them, and one of them put a finger to his mouth.

"Dearest cousin, the darkness of the night has claimed our valiant riders and lest we not be careful we could break the spell that is restoring they're spirits." Shortly after he finished, the smallest of the group sighed.

"Gerome and Cynthia are sleeping before breakfast is served. Just so you don't have to translate whatever it was Owain just said." The small girl sent a small glare towards Owain, which sparked a reaction from the remaining member of the group.

"Nah, please don't fight, Gerome would feed us to Minerva if we woke him up and I don't want to die or then th-"

"The taguel will go extinct, we get it Yarne, we've figured it out after the thousand times you've said it. Besides, Gerome wouldn't do that, Minerva would end up with indigestion." Nah huffed.

"Have any of you seen Morgan? I think she's the only one I haven't seen yet this , you two share a tent, so I'd assume you'd have seen her at least." Lucina distracted the trio before they could wake up the two sleeping fliers.

"Thankfully not, if I could go one day without her tackling me and torturing me just to play with my ears, I'd thank the gods for the rest of my life. Sometimes she doesn't let me go until she falls asleep and wakes up again because she thinks I make a comfy pillow." Yarne's response was fairly justified, as it wasn't uncommon to see Morgan pinning the taguel to the ground just so she can 'play' with his ears and fur. In fact, she seemed to take a sadistic amount of glee from watching Yarne struggle underneath her. In most instances it only ended when one of the two of them passed out or either Nah or Lucina distracting Morgan so Yarne can escape.

"Alas, the great Owain Dark has not reunited with the Whisper of Shadows since the Justice Cabal last convened and she formed a private council with the Wings of Mercy." Owain proclaimed, and before Lucina could finish translating Owain's nicknames, her thoughts were interrupted.

"I thought Morgan didn't like you calling her that 'Whisper of Shadows' name." Nah spoke up, throwing Owain another look.

"Our compatriot believed it was not making use of the best of my skills in name giving and that I could do far better. I have already prepared many new names for her review. I am particularly proud of 'Flare Mind' and 'Phoenix Darkness'." Owain's chest puffed up with pride, as Nah simply shook her head.

"Forget I said anything. Lucina, to answer your question, Morgan never came back to our tent last night, if I had to guess she's probably in her dad's tent, if she isn't looking for you." Nah said matter-of-factly. Lucina made sure to make a mental note how Nah said Morgan might be looking for her, which struck her as unlikely.

"Thank you Nah, I'll go check with Uncle Robin." Lucina quickly left the mess tent and began heading towards 'Robin's tent' which many of the Shepherds used to refer to the war tent, on the account that the army's tactician hasn't slept in his own actual tent for most of the war effort.

"Excuse me for intruding, Uncle Robin." As Lucina pushed through the tent flap, the first thing her eyes focused on was the noticeably empty cot pushed toward the back of the war tent for whenever Robin finally decides to sleep. Then Lucina drifted her eyes to the large table in the middle of the tent, at which Robin is seated, without his trademark coat on, which is being worn by the woman sleeping on his left shoulder, with her arms linked around his left arm, preventing the tactician from moving it. The tactician however, continued to write with his right arm, regardless of the grip his wife has on his non-dominant arm.

"Morning Lucina, or I guess it's morning, at least. Did you need something, because I'm afraid I won't be able to get up for the time being, as Tiki doesn't exactly let go, she has a grip stronger than iron when she's asleep. So does Morgan, but I can at least move around when she's clinging onto me." Robin gave a one armed shrug, as if to prove his point, as he was incapable of moving his left shoulder.

"I'm actually looking for Morgan, Nah said she didn't come back to their tent last night. I thought she might be in here" As Lucina spoke, Tiki nuzzled closer into her husband's body, but Robin merely turned and kissed the top of her head.

"Yeah, Morgan was helping me plan our next movements last night and refused to leave until we were done, she ended up slipping underneath the table, I would have went to put her in an actual bed but…" Once again Robin made a show of being incapable of moving.

Lucina leaned down to look under the table, and true to Robin's word was the green haired girl, snoring softly as her body twisted and snaked around all the different chair legs that shared the same space she was sleeping in, her arms twined around a book she held close to her chest.

"How can she even be comfortable down there? More importantly, how do we get her out?" Lucina could barely fathom the sight in front of her, let alone understand how Morgan got into her current position.

"Sometimes I think Morgan and her mother don't feel anything once they're out. You could drag Morgan by her toes all the way from the top floor of an inn to camp and she'd still be asleep. Especially when they start talking in their sleep, they really don't wake up at that point." At Robin's words, Tiki pulled more of Robin's arm into her embrace.

"Kit-Kat, when will Tar-Tar come home already?" Tiki's mumbles were clear to all in the tent, and Lucina had to try to hold back her laughter as she began to try lifting a chair so she could pull Morgan out from underneath the table.

"I swear you do this to taunt me. You clearly take some kind of perverse enjoyment in making me eat my own words." Robin muttered under his breath as his wife cuddles obliviously into his shoulder once more.

"Love you"

"I love you too, honey."

Lucina made a show of gagging at the two's loving display as she began lifting a second chair, taking care not to hit Morgan in the face with its legs.

"Yeah, yeah, I get it, it's gross watching your favorite uncle show affection towards his wife." Robin joked, as Tiki tried to lay claim to more of his body.

"Actually, when Uncle Gaius- Woah!" As Lucina spoke, Morgan suddenly rolled over and grabbed Lucina's arm, dropping her tactics book and pulling Lucina down with surprising strength. Lucina barely was able to keep her head from hitting the table on her way down.

"Are you okay?" Robin completely ignored Lucina's response in order to make sure she was well.

"Just startled is all. Morgan merely pulled me down all of a sudden. " As Lucina spoke she tried slipping her arm out of Morgan's grip, only to drag Morgan with her for a few inches before stopping."You really weren't joking about that iron grip." Lucina tried to give her arm a few more tugs but Morgan didn't let any of Lucina's arm slip away from her.

"That's the problem with being so hilarious, no one can tell when you're actually not exaggerating." Robin joked. "But since she won't really be letting go anytime soon, do you think you could do me a favor and take her to her actual bed?"

"Certainly, however I feel I must ask if you-" Lucina managed to fit her other arm underneath Morgan and lift her up with little difficulty, and huffed slightly as Morgan's, small but not insignificant weight set in. As Lucina lifted Morgan up, the girl quickly took advantage of Lucina's closer position to loop her arms around Lucina's neck, and nuzzled into her shoulder.

"I'll be fine, Chrom, Tharja, or Say'ri will come by to drop me off some food, and Lissa and Maribelle will probably hound me about working all night but I've had worse." Robin waved off her concern in the short time Lucina had to stop talking.

"Very well then, have a good day, Uncle Robin." With Morgan in tow, Lucina backed out of the tent.

Lucina paused for a moment to remember which tent belonged to Morgan and Nah before going on her way, trying her best to ignore the smirks she got from most the Shepherds that she passed. Several of them tried to subtly pass bags of gold to each other, which only caused Lucina to blush profusely, which only grew worse as Morgan began to snuggle as close as she could to Lucina.

To Lucina's surprise, she found Nah waiting outside her shared tent. With her goal in sight after a walk that felt much longer than it really was, Lucina had to fight the urge to speed up.

"Before you ask, dealing with Owain was giving me a headache and I left to get some air. Gods, I can barely handle one energetic idiot, how do you keep three of them?" Nah rubbed her temples as she spoke.

"I don't, I pawn the three of them off to you, Inigo, and Severa." Lucina couldn't help but smirk as Nah glared at her, but there wasn't any malice in her eyes.

"Evil witch, might as well hand over your cargo to me and I'll handle it from here." Nah joked, moving to grab Morgan, but as she tried to pull Morgan towards herself, her target remained steadfast stuck to Lucina. "I was worried that might happen, but don't worry I'll pull out Lah-Mee, and if she doesn't work, you're stuck until she wakes up again."

As Nah ducked into the tent, Lucina followed her in the small space. "What's a Lah-Mee? And how could it get Morgan to wake up?" Once Lucina spoke, Nah suddenly turned around and pointed right in Lucina's nose.

"First, Lah-Mee is a she, not an it. Get it right. And second, do you remember when I told you about my sense of smell?"

"Uh, yes" Lucina was taken aback by the strange change of conversation.

"Wow, Morgan was right. You are a terrible actress, I didn't even have to smell that lie." Nah stated matter-of-factly, before moving on."Anyways, it's a dragon thing, Morgan has it too. Our sense of smell is really strong, probably stronger than Yarne's." As Nah spoke, Lucina grew increasingly more aware of how Morgan was breathing in deeply through her nose, as if relishing in Lucina's scent.

" Long story short, Morgan kept crawling into either my bed and her parents bed, which went just as poorly as you think. So Uncle Robin got her Lah-Mee, and she has my scent, and her parents' scents all over her, so she wouldn't try and get in our beds. Plus whenever she grabs onto something in her sleep, she'll grab Lah-Mee instead. The only issue would be if she can smell Lah-Mee, but would rather hold on to you." As Nah spoke, she rummaged through a stack of books and papers on the two desks which made up the back wall of the tent until she pulled out an olive-green stuffed dragon and a tactics book which was clamped down on the dragon's cloth wing. Nah opened the book and placed it upside-down, keeping its page, and began to wave the dragon in Morgan's sleeping face. However, Morgan still didn't let go of Lucina, puzzling the princess.

"Why would Morgan prefer to hold onto me than Lah-Mee?" Lucina asked Nah, who only shot her a disbelieving look, before rolling her eyes.

"If you don't know, then I won't say, but at any rate it's worth saying that you're stuck like this until Morgan wakes up." Nah emphasizes her point by flicking Morgan in the head, which Morgan doesn't even respond to. "Might as well, just lay down on her bed for a bit, I'll give the others the news. You could use the break anyways, you've been high strung since before I met you, a couple hours, or days, of rest won't hurt." Nah gestured vaguely toward the bare bed to Lucina's left and then made her way around Lucina to the exit.

"What was that part about days?" Lucina tried calling out to her, however she could already hear Nah running away from the tent as fast as her legs would carry her. Sighing in defeat, Lucina sat down on the bed, cringing slightly at how loudly the springs ached under her weight, before laying down properly. Morgan took the opportunity to place herself squarely in the center of Lucina's chest, suddenly allowing free use of both of Lucina's arms.

Lucina moved to remove Falchion from her hip when she noticed a line of dust that was now on her fingers. Looking around, Lucina realised that the dust could only have come from the sheets of the bed that Morgan didn't use last night.

"But one night alone couldn't leave this much dust." Lucina whispered to herself, taking in more of the surrounding tent. As far as she could see everything was well used, except for Morgan's bed. Nah's bed was properly maintained, as were the two desks that were scattered with Morgan's many tactical treatises and maps. Even the small part of the chests stored underneath both beds that Lucina could see was clear of any dust.

"Which means that the only part of the tent not getting used at all would be Morgan's bed."

Thinking back on it, the discovery did make some sense with how often Lucina would find Morgan sleeping at a desk or clinging to someone, most often Yarne, or in one case, in the branches of the tallest tree in miles, but never in her own bed. Nah had even just mentioned Morgan had a bad habit of crawling into other people's beds, rather than sleeping in her own.

"But sleeping in all these different places can't possibly be healthy." As Lucina began to travel down that train of thought a question came to mind. How come this entire time she hadn't felt Morgan was heavy? Lucina was a fairly muscular woman for her age, but she shouldn't be able to realistically carry Morgan around as easily as she had been for the past fifteen minutes or so. Morgan was currently even putting her entire body weight on Lucina's chest, but she barely even had trouble breathing. Even accounting for Morgan's smaller stature as a manakete or the amount of work her tactician duties required , Morgan wasn't skimping out on any meals or training , Lucina had often joined her on Morgan's frequent midnight training sessions to make up for the ones she missed while planning. Lucina couldn't help but wonder if Morgan was taking proper care of her body.

"Myh, styupid chicken, can't get away from me." Lucina was snapped out of her train of thought as Morgan began to sleeptalk, only to giggle at the bizarre contents of her dream.

"Potahto, Corrin, Chicken, and rolls. Just in time for dinner." Lucina was trying to hold back from cracking up at her mumbled attempts at naming vegetables.

"A food dream, huh? Just who do you want to make this dinner for?" Lucina played along with Morgan's dream, rubbing the smaller girl's back with one hand as she wiped drool away from Morgan's face with the other. Lucina couldn't help but think that Morgan could be very adorable when she isn't focused on the war effort and fighting.

"Luci! You mayde it. You look so pretty!" Lucina's blood froze as she realized what was going on in Morgan's dream. To make matters worse, Morgan was now snuggling closer to Lucina again, however Morgan's fantasy did not stop.

"Do you 'ike it? Its all for you tonite. No sharing, got it." Lucina's face was aflame as she couldn't help but picture Morgan trying her hardest to spoil Lucina, a woman 4 years her elder.

"I piked this out just for you, Luci." As Morgan continues sleeptalking Lucina realized exactly why Morgan wouldn't let go of her, as well as Nah's strange wording earlier.

"I wove you, sooo much!" Finally Morgan made her grand confession to her dream-Lucina, completely unaware of the real Lucina who's beet red from listening in on Morgan's dream date. However, Lucina could thankfully take heart in the fact that at least it wasn't like it could get any more awkward for her since the confession was over.

"Mgh. Mornin' already?" Lucina froze in fear as Morgan's eyes began to open up slowly, however thankfully Morgan remained half asleep and didn't realise what she was sleeping on as she looked around the empty tent, pushing herself up using her hands against Lucina's ribcage. "When did I go back to the tent? Maybe Auntie Say'Ri brought me here? And why's the mattress lumpy?" It was at this moment, Morgan sat up and looked down, only for her face to blush bright red, because she was now unintentionally straddling Lucina. "OhgodsLuciI'msosorry!" Morgan practically threw herself off the bed, as if the sheets were catching fire.

"Lets both pretend this never happened, got it!" Morgan quickly ran out of the tent in much the same way as her tentmate, leaving no room for debate about her order.

Lucina on the other hand, got up and left the tent very slowly, taking a moment to collect her thoughts on everything that she learned inside the tent. Before she knew it she was standing outside the war tent again and she steeled her resolve and stepped inside. "Uncle Robin, are you still here?"

"Present and accounted for. How'd the Morgan business go?" Robin smirked as Lucina's face began to flush again.

"If you don't mind me asking, what does Morgan normally sleeptalk about when you're taking care of her." Lucina ignored the grin the Grandmaster wore as she tried to gauge if Morgan's dreams were because of her.

"When I'm around, she normally calls out chess moves. I try to play along but with how dreams are most the time we end up playing two completely different games. Let me guess, she mumbled some mumbo jumbo about your guy's future? Nah said that Morgan sometimes mentions your name when she sleeps." Robin twirled a quill in his right hand, which Lucina now noticed was free of Tiki's grip, with the dragon now resting on the cot at the back of the war tent.

"Er, yes. I heard her mention some events that haven't occurred yet and wanted to know if she had somehow leaked the future to you accidentally." Lucina lied through her teeth, trying not to remember what Morgan really dreams about.

"You do realize you are a terrible actress, right? If you're gonna lie, at least ask Owain for some lessons." Robin chuckles at Lucina's feeble attempt at hiding the truth. Robin's laughter only embarrassed Lucina further and made her want to end the conversation as soon as possible.

"Anyways, I'm speaking to you now because I'm worried about Morgan's health." Lucina managed to get out, which suddenly stopped Robin's laughter, and he stared at Lucina with a very serious expression on his face.

"Lucina, I am many things, but I am a father first and foremost, I know you care for Morgan and if there's something you're worried about, I need you to let me know." Robin said very bluntly, his eyes burning a whole into Lucina's, which alleviated all of Lucina's embarrassment and helped her focus on Robin.

"I worry Morgan isn't getting enough sleep, especially given how much she has on her plate as a tactician. I know you get even less than she does, but you are also an adult, while Morgan is extremely young, even by human and not dragon standards. I would like to have Morgan move into my tent, that way I can make sure she's getting proper rest." As Lucina finished, she could only watch as Robin nodded.

"Very well, I'll talk to Chrom and see if we can arrange that, we've been meaning to rework the sleeping arrangements after we located all of you from the future. Now go get something to eat." Robin made a note on a paper that Lucina could only read the top line that said in large letters "CHROM'S PROBLEMS".

"Thank you Uncle Robin. I'll see if I can bring something for you once I'm done." With a grunt of dismissal from the Grandmaster, Lucina went towards the mess hall for breakfast, with thoughts full of a certain sleepy tactician.

What's with me writing gay Morgcina(Lucigan?) fics where Morgan barely talks? You'd think she isn't my favorite character of all time. Promise the next gay Morgan fic(which there will be another), Morgan will talk.

Just a few minor notes, so the Author's Note isn't longer than the fic

1: I am extremely proud of the pegasus scene with Cynthia, it's the most proud I've been for a tiny paragraph. And In my eyes, as fellow members of the Justice Cabal, Morgan and Cynthia get along like crazy, and I see them being each other's confidants about personal matters(especially love). Cynthia is just one of those characters who I hate how they are portrayed in game, but love the actual character.

2: Seriously, Frederick is my favorite father for Severa on a character standpoint, as she would most likely inherit her father's position at taking care of the Royal Siblings and Owain, which with either Cynthia or Inigo are both amazing to think of. Plus just the whole "Follow Owain and Inigo into Fates" thing is really fun to think about if she's just babysitting the two of them. Just Retainer Severa, who hates being compared to her father.

3: I like changing Robin's characteristics slightly depending on who he's married to, just to offset them slightly, With Olivia, he teased everyone a lot more. With Tiki, he kinda corrupts everyone(unintentionally, he just rubs off) around him into being a bit more teasing and rebellious, but mostly Tiki and Lucina. When Tiki is dating/with Robin(and awake) she breaks her normal "Divine Voice" image and relaxes a lot more(much to the surprise of Say'Ri and Lucina), but puts it back up when the time calls for it. I swear not every change I make to Robin makes him more of a sarcastic jerk, just I like McSass as my friends and I call him.

4: So I have a lot of ideas for Morgan's 'Hero' name that Owain would give her, these are only a few(I actually really like Whispers of Shadow as a play off Tiki's role as the Voice, and Morgan's Grimleal background)

5: So I've had the idea of Morgan having a stuffed animal to help her sleep for a long time, and I realised this would be the fic where that realistically would make sense, with Morgan using it to help prevent sleepwalking.
