A/N: I do not own Henry danger
Henry was fighting it out to the maximum. Drex was just too powerful. Ray was busy fighting Dr Minyak, in a seperate room, down underneath him and Drex, as they were located at the top of the Swellview block of flats. About 500 feet off the ground, Henry was starting to feel tired. It was late, and he had already had it hard enough that day.
He had been yelled at by multiple teachers for almost falling asleep in their classes, but it was only because he had been out late multiple nights that week, performing the duties of his unique job.
On top of that, it had been hard keeping on top of all the schoolwork and homework he had to do. He was just about passing his classes, and that was with Charlotte's help.
Jasper had also accused him of something that he hadn't even done, and was now ignoring Henry's presence.
And... he was, well, scared. Of Drex. Not only that in itself, but, of Drex's strength, Drex's uttermost, well, meanness, that being an understatement.
Henry broke his train of thoughts, looking up to the criminal at his shaking arms length. He was advancing, seeming larger and more muscular than before, and holding in front of him a large, sharp knife, glinting a strange colour in the moonlight.
Drex's eyes looked manic, a crazed expression on his twisted face. Henry hurriedly took a few steps back, but Drex picked up his pace as Henry crashed into the statue representing Swellview's largest building behind him.
His heartbeat sped up as Drex ended up practically squashed up against his almost paralysed body. Drex held Henry's arms and legs pinned to the statue, so even if Henry had been able in his current state of excruciating fear, he could not make any attempt at fighting Drex off.
Drex was so close to Henry's face, Henry could see the stubble on his chin, feel the cold metal of the sharp knife under his own, hear his slightly manic mumblings under his raspy breathing.
"Any last words, Henry?"
"Why?" was all he managed to squeak out in a strangled whisper.
"Why, you say?" as he suddenly pushed the blade the smallest bit further into Henry's throat, drawing tiny beads of blood. They formed together, slowly running down his neck, leaving dark red trails on his ghostly white skin.
"Yes, why." Henry managed to say with a little more force this time.
"Because, Kid Danger," Drex spat out those three words, leaving spittle on Henry's paling skin.
"If I can't kill Captain Man, why not go for the next best thing?"
Just then, four things happened at once. Drex pushed the knife a small bit further again into Henry's throat, which caused even more bloood to stain his neck. There was a giant crash. Drex turned around to face the area where the crash had come from, and vanished. Nobody knew where he went, he just disappeared. To nothingness. And the fourth and final thing, Henry passed out.
