It was another at Rydell High, the bad boy leader of the T-Birds Danny Zuko was walking down the hall to find his youngest best friend Putzie to drive him home. Danny saw Putzie at his locker looking at a picture, probably a picture of his mother who died when he saved Putzie from his abusive father, so Danny walks over to him and puts his arm around him. "Let's go over to my house." Danny suggested as Putzie looks up at his best friend.
"Alright." Putzie said letting out a sigh.
"Good, let's go." Danny said smiling while Putzie grabs his stuffs and shuts his locker as the boys walked out of the school. The boys arrived at Danny's house and they got out. "I say we watch football all night." Danny said as he opens the door and Putzie laughs a little.
"Oh hello Putzie." Mrs. Zuko said kissing her son's cheek and then Putzie's. "Are you here for a sleepover?"
"Mom, we're men." Danny said.
"But you're my little baby." Mrs. Zuko said pinching his cheek.
"Mom." Danny winced. "Come on Putz," Then Danny and Putzie walks upstairs to Danny's room.
"Alright, you take the bed and I'll take the floor." Danny offers.
"Ok." Putzie said setting his bags on Danny's bed and sat down.
Then Danny realize something was wrong, he was like a mother-hen to Putzie, he never told anyone that. But he always make sure nobody hurts him.
"You ok?" Danny asked sitting next to him.
"Um...y-yeah." Putzie lied.
Danny wasn't buying it.
"Come on Putzie, talk to me." Danny begged. "You're like my little brother."
Putzie looks up at Danny.
"Nightmares." Putzie said.
Danny knew what he was talking about, so he puts his arm around him.
"Listen buddy, mom and dad are doing everything to win the custody of you." Danny told him.
Danny saved Putzie from his abusive father, but he couldn't saved his mother. He still feel super bad for not saving her in time. But he would DIE if he loses Putzie. Putzie was more than his best friend and a member of the T-Birds, Putzie was his baby brother.
"Come on, it's time for dinner." Danny said kissing his head.
~At night~
Danny was woken up to hear whimpers coming from his bed, it was Putzie. So he stood up and walks over to the bed, sitting down on his bed pulling Putzie close to him as Putzie cried.
"Shhh, it's ok baby brother." Danny comforts him. "I'm here now."
"Please don't leave me Dannie." Danny can hear sad whimpers and innocence in Putzie's voice.
"I'll never ever leave you kiddo." Danny said kissing his head. "Not ever." Danny felt tears running down his face, he felt so bad for his youngest best friend. Even though Putzie is a greaser, but Putzie was a lot smaller and innocent in the member of the T-Birds. "I love you brother." Danny said quietly. Then Putzie calmed down and fell asleep in Danny's arms. "Goodnight little bro." Danny said hugging him tightly. Danny held Putzie in his arms all night, protecting him. Danny would do ANYTHING to protect Putzie, he practically raised Putzie ever since they were 4 years old. Danny was kind of mature for his age at 4 years old.
