AN: I wrote this almost ten years ago when doing prompts like this was popular. I have no idea where the list came from, if I find out I will edit this note to give credit. Anyway, cleaning out my documents I stumbled across this. I had completely forgotten I wrote it! I hope you enjoy!

#01 – Air
The air was dank and hung heavy and wet, flattening Aya's hair, the long tails stuck to his cheeks. The smell of death and blood was thick and each breath was full of dust and sweat, but still Aya fought, fighting through the horde of men out to kill him and his comrades.

#02 – Apples
Yohji was smirking as he watched Ken watching Omi. Omi had a sour apple lollipop and was sucking and licking it absently as he looked through files on the computer. Yohji fought not to laugh as Ken's cheeks reddened with a blush brought on by awkward arousal at watching his friend lave at the sweet treat.

#03 – Beginning
Aya surprised them all by staying in the room to watch the movie with them. When the beginning of the movie blasted loudly through the surround sound system and Aya still didn't get up to leave Yohji looked over and raised a brow at him. Aya merely gazed back, not feeling he needed to explain himself.

#04 – Bugs
Omi had traced the room for bugs and once he was sure the area was clean he gave the all clear for his teammates to enter. Aya was first, as always, but still Yohji feared for him.

#05 – Coffee
Even the coffee couldn't clear the fog of his hangover as Yohji gulped down the hot liquid. He would alternate between guzzling and bragging (she apparently had ample praise for the size of his member), but even in the haze he didn't miss the expression on Aya's face. Jealousy.

#06 – Dark
It was dark so he knew he couldn't see him, but if he wasn't smooth and graceful in his walk he would be heard. Yohji stepped lightly, like a cat, and soon he was close to the target. The man didn't have a second to react before the wire was biting into his throat, cutting off all oxygen. For Yohji that was too light a death for the crimes this man had accomplished.

#07 – Despair
Aya sat at his sister's bedside, holding her clammy hand as he listened to the blips of machines and watched the blinking of multicolored lights. He was fighting back the memories of that awful night. Fighting against the despair that threatened to take him under. After a long while he had regained his calm and he could look upon his sister's face without that painful ache in his chest.

#08 – Doors
Yohji pushed open the doors of the night club, the music pulsing through his skin and muscle to settle in his soul and rouse his body into movement. He floated effortlessly to the dance floor and blended into the crowd. He danced with older women who whispered that age equaled experience, young men who would blush, young girls who would giggle and older men who promised him riches if he would just be theirs. He turned them all down gracefully.

#09 – Drink
Yohji refused drink after drink from the patrons at the bar. He was determined not to go home drunk tonight. He was too far gone to figure out, if during the last time, if Aya was indeed jealous or annoyed that Yohji was playing around. Maybe Aya didn't like the idea of Yohji distracting himself. Yohji thought it was too soon to get his hopes up that it was the former.

#10 – Duty
It was their duty to go out and kill the beast that stalked the night, still though that didn't make Omi feel any better when Ken went out on missions without him. He always felt this helpless fear that he may never see him again. He hated the feeling, but he was also intrigued by it. For he knew deep down it was far more powerful than what one felt for a friend.

#11 – Earth
Though it was merely dirt the packed earth felt as though he fallen against concrete and his head throbbed in pain. Aya was over to his side quickly and though he was yelling at him to 'get the fuck up' it also occurred to Yohji that he seemed worried about him too.

#12 – End
In the end none of them spoke about what they had just seen. The slide show of the murders during Manx's visit was even too much for seasoned assassins to watch. They would all find great joy in ending this monster's life.

#13 – Fall
"Fuck!" Ken cursed as he was tackled by an opponent. The fall didn't hurt, but he couldn't believe he had been snuck up on so easily. He felt anger and embarrassment and he hoped Omi hadn't seen his mistake.

#14 – Fire
The fire spread quickly, the four assassin's finding it hard to see and breathe clearly. Aya led the way, calling out directions even as he coughed through the smoke. He reached back suddenly and took Yohji's hand, it was a small gesture and one he could explain away later. Really though, deep down, he was afraid they wouldn't make it out alive.

#15 – Flexible
Yohji went on and on about how flexible his latest conquest was. How long the legs had been and how great the mouth worked over his cock. He watched Aya for signs of jealousy, he just had to know he wasn't imagining it. When Omi asked what the person's name was and Yohji said Matthew, he got his answer. Aya was most definitely jealous.

#16 – Flying
Aya looked like some avenging archangel, his katana flying through the air just before it slashed into the side of his target. Yohji watched, mesmerized and realized in that moment Aya was a force of nature. He would not be stopped.

#17 – Food
It was worse than a drug, this feeling. A powerful habit that he refused to break. Ken held the Twizzlers in his hand and gave them a pleased smile. No food ever comforted him better than these bands of twisted sugar.

#18 – Foot
Yohji was laughing so hard he had tears in his eyes. Omi was blushing and Aya was stoic as always. Ken was stuttering trying to back track, but it was too late, he had already put his foot in his mouth. Though it wasn't a lie, he hadn't expected for Omi to come around the corner at that time. He didn't want his friend to overhear him commenting on his attractiveness.

#19 – Grave
Aya was holding onto Omi's darts, squeezing them with tremendous force. He was angry and he was going to make sure the monster paid for hurting his teammate. He stood, his sword in hand, Omi breathing erratically at his feet, but before he could move Ken was in action. Ken grabbed their target by the neck and hissed out, "You've made a grave error," before thrusting his Bugnuk into the man's heart.

#20 – Green
It was ten minutes until opening time and Ken and Omi, not realizing they weren't hidden that well behind the potted house plants were whispering and smiling very close to each other. When Ken reached out and ran his fingers through Omi's hair the school girls that were spying through the other side of the windows looked on green with envy.

#21 – Head
"Just hold still, I'll take care of you," Yohji whispered softly and the caring in his voice made Aya feel warmth inside. He closed his eyes as Yohji cleaned his head injury, enjoying this time he got to spend with him, even through the pain.

#25 – Light
Yohji squinted his eyes, the music was too loud and the women far too demanding, but he weaved his way through the crowd until he got to the back of the club. The tables in the back were bathed in light and his target was easy to see, flirting with Ken. He walked over smoothly and gave her and the man an alluring grin before continuing on his way. He just wanted to make the ID so later in the evening he would be sure to kill the right man.

#26 – Lost
Aya felt a little lost, he didn't intend for any of these emotions to manifest within him. In fact, he figured being an assassin would take up too much of his time to worry about friendships and love. He found that he was wrong however, even now, on a mission he would catch himself glancing over at Yohji. If he didn't address this soon he would become a liability.

#27 – Metal
"No no please! I'll tell you everything!" The woman pleaded. Aya cocked a brow, "I already have all the information I need." She had just enough time to see the moonlight glint off the metal of the sword before it sliced through her throat.

#28 – New
Omi blushed a bit when he handed Ken the bag. Ken took it, unsure of what that expression on his friend's face could mean. When he looked inside he was pleased to see it was a brand new soccer ball. "I saw that yours was getting a bit worse for wear…" Omi whispered. "Thank you," Ken smiled, "it was."

#29 – Old
Aya refused to say anything tonight, it never did any good anyway, but seeing Yohji come home drunk yet again was getting really old really fast.

#30 – Peace
Not that he didn't like them all, but Ken loved when he could leave the shop and go practice his sport. The fresh air, the peace and quiet away from the school girls and the feeling of accomplishment was worth the 30 minute drive to the park.

#31 – Poison
The poison tipped darts stuck into the bodyguard's neck deeply. Omi didn't have to use two, but he'd rather be safe than sorry.

#32 – Pretty
"Dammit Aya," Yohji whispered as their leader came down the stairs in a tux, "you look…well…pretty." Aya cocked a brow, he didn't feel pretty he felt silly, if Yohji didn't have a sprained ankle he would be the one going undercover not him. Still though, he said thank you and went on his way.

#33 – Rain
The beloved Seven was parked on the side of the road, the storm clouds making a pleasant mood for him and his companion. However, by the time the rain had started he realized he was bored and he wasn't feeling up to fooling around. This had been happening more and more lately. When he suddenly had an image of Aya come into his mind he groaned, started the car and drove the woman home.

#34 – Regret
Omi wondered if the people they killed thought they were being murdered senselessly. Did they really believe the devious things they were into were acceptable? Or did they know they were wrong all along and just didn't care. He wondered if the men and women they targeted ever counted their regrets before they died.

#35 – Roses
Ken chuckled when Omi's eyes got wide and his cheeks pinked. He knew giving his friend roses on his birthday was unusual, but he also knew that Omi would know what they symbolized. They were florist after all.

#36 – Secret

It was soft, sudden, but not forceful. Aya's eyes were wide as he felt Yohji's lips on his cheek. "I'm sorry," Yohji smirked as he pulled back, "you just look so damn sexy right now…" when Aya didn't say anything Yohji said, "look, it's just something I did. It doesn't have to mean anything. It will be our little secret," he looked away, feeling embarrassed and slightly hurt.

#37 – Snakes
"This one!" Ken held up the DVD. "Ugh, no, that movie is so lame," Omi groaned and flopped back on the couch next to Yohji. "What?" Ken shook his head laughing, "I love Snakes on a Plane!"

#38 – Snow
The winter months brought a change in products. The flower shop would began to sale evergreens and succulents, plants that could better hold up in the snow. Omi looked forward to those times, he felt the shop had a more pleasant scent then.

#39 – Solid
Aya's grip was solid, his fingers digging into Yohji's wrist with enough force that it made his teammate wince. Aya loosened his hold and said, "Yohji don't you dare do that again! You could have gotten yourself killed!" Yohji nodded his head and whispered, "I'm sorry, it was foolish." "Yes," Aya answered, "also…" his eyes took on a soft touch, but when he saw the same emotion come over Yohji he turned his head quickly, "never mind," he let him go and took off down the corridor.

#40 – Spring

When Ken came bounding down the stairs with a spring in his step Yohji gave him a knowing grin. When Omi came down the stairs and opted to stand and sip his morning coffee instead of sit Yohji let out a knowing chuckle and Ken winked at him in answer.

#41 – Stable
His sister was stable, still not awakening but stable and Aya had to tell himself that that would have to be enough. She wasn't dead and he would keep fighting for her. He would avenge her.

#42 – Strange
Aya's eyes were closed, but he wasn't asleep. He was bored with the program on the television but he had no desire to go to his room yet. His fingers twitched when he felt someone stroking them softly. He slowly opened his eyes and looked over at Yohji who was beside him on the couch, laughing at some joke Ken said as he played with his fingers. A strange flutter erupted in his belly, but he didn't pull his hand away.

#43 – Summer
It was the first day of summer and Ken was trying to get them to go to the beach. Aya merely cocked a brow, but Yohji and Omi were clearly game. After Ken and Omi ran off to get their suits Yohji looked over at Aya and winked, "Damn shame. I'd love to see you wet."

#44 – Taboo
Aya was panting, his erection pushing against the leather of his pants almost painfully as Yohji pressed him into the wall. Yohji's teeth were nipping at Aya's neck, his thigh worked its way between Aya's legs and Yohji smirked against his skin when he felt Aya's moan against his lips. "We shouldn't," Aya whispered breathlessly as he opened his eyes and immediately they locked with the bleeding body on the floor. In the heat of battle Aya had lost his sword and moments later he had watched Yohji pick it up and use his katana to deliver the final blow. It shouldn't have excited Aya so much, to see his sexy teammate use his weapon, but it had and now they were making out like teenagers next to three dead bodies. It's was so taboo and horrible and the most arousing thing Aya had ever done.

#45 – Ugly
Aya didn't know how they got here. Here on his back while Yohji whispered just how much he hated the ugly orange sweater he always wore, as he lifted it up and dipped his tongue into Aya's navel. Yohji told him he should just take it off.

#46 – War
"This is life or death! Someone is out there killing off my lieutenants and I want him found and I want him dead!" The mobster slammed his fist on his desk, "This is my turf! This is war!" The members of Weiss allowed the leader of the Downtown Docks Gang finish his speech before they sprang into action.

#47 – Water
Yohji lifted a brow and asked, "Should we ask them if they want some water…granola bars…" he chuckled. Aya looked at him from his place on his bed and told him to behave then jumped a bit when Ken's headboard slammed into the wall just by his head. "Who knew Omi was that…energetic," Yohji smirked. Aya couldn't help but shake his head as he offered, "His endurance is impressive."

#48 – Welcome
He didn't know when it had happened, when he allowed Yohji to have full run of his belongings, his room, his life. When did he decide he was welcome? Wearing his clothes, braiding his eartails, touching his thigh, reading his books, kissing his neck, staying the night…fucking him senseless? Aya didn't know when he lowered his walls, but he was content in this new state. He welcomed it.

#49 – Winter
It was winter and the Koneko was chilly. Ken was trying to figure out what was wrong with the heater, it would come on then shut off too soon. Aya decided he would just stay warm by bundling up in his orange sweater and snuggling closer to Yohji. When he felt the kiss on the top of his head and Yohji's whispered, "Ran," he knew he had made the right choice.

#50 – Wood
"Don't be lewd Yohji," Aya admonished at his lover. Yohji stood in the middle of their bedroom nude and ignoring the warning, finished off the joke he had read online earlier that day, "Lumberjack!" He gave a wicked grin and wiggled his hips in a way that made his impressive member sway tantalizingly in front of Aya, "Now come get your wood!" Aya rolled his eyes and went back to reading.
