This is the moment we've been waiting for. Welcome, one and all, to my 25th Story. So to savor the moment of hitting my silver selection, I wanted to do something special. But I had no idea where to begin. But then, I got a notification from a fellow writer whom I have collaborated with before. And at this point, that's only one person, Yami Null.
Many of you may remember Silent Hill: Dragon's Torment, a story I wrote in 2019 that told the tale of Yami's character Dragnarok venturing into the nightmare town of Silent Hill to battle some inner demons of his. Well, that story was part of a larger storyline that I have taken to calling the Nullverse.
Well, a few months ago, Yami Null gave me the news he was discontinuing what seems to be the end of the Nullverse storyline, at least from what I know, that being his story A Dragon's Quest. Now we've worked together before, Dragon's Torment was a canon entry into the Nullverse, so I agreed to take it on and give these characters the ending they deserve the minute I had an opening in my editing schedule. Well Yami, that day is today. I couldn't think of a better story for this occasion.
This will be an unusual one for me, considering Yami already started the story, I just have to pick up where he left off. Thankfully, he and I know where things were going, so it shouldn't be too hard. To see the story thus far, the original story is on Yami's page. We're picking up right after Chapter 9. You NEED to read the first 9 chapters of A Dragon's Quest to have any sort of idea what the heck is happening here.
