pov Jesse

"Hai Guys, my name is Jesse." I stood awkwardly in front of my new class, normally I wouldn't be like this, I was used to speaking in public for many people. This first day of being officially in high school was scary, and not what I was used to. People were laughing at me, and I looked down. "Now Jayson, that's not nice of you to treat the new girl. She just started here, give her a chance." The teacher spoke to him, he was annoyed because of mister Edward. "Okay take you books on page 25 and read it, afterwards I'll be asking some questions about the text." Mister Edward gave me a book, because mine didn't arrive yet. He handed me a copy of my all time favorite book, stories of witches. He gave us like 20 minutes to read chapter 2. Than he asked us to close the book, and started to ask everyone a question. "How did Marissa end up getting worse than before?" He asked Jayson first, and of course he didn't read the book. He probably thought he was to good for ready a book like this, which he wasn't. "You don't know, does anyone know?" The teacher looked around in the classroom, and I raised my hand. "Yes Jesse." He said, while pointing out to me. "Marissa got worse because of the poison ivy she touched, the book described the plant as highly toxic later on. She didn't know, which is considered weird because she has a huge knowledge of plants." I told the teacher, he had the grab the book and read some of the pages, because apparently he skipped that part. "Very good Jesse, I see you already red the book." And he was right, being stuck so long in the castle wasn't fun. Anna always brought me some books over, and would sit to read with me. After defeating my illness, I wasn't planning on going immediately back to being Queen. Anna agreed with me I should take some time of, she was still in the castle busy with the stars and the sky. Of course she gets help from my parents, and they will support her. Meanwhile I was gone, I lived on my own in a apartment close to the city and school. "Huh nerd." I heard Jayson cough. "I rather have you talking to me than behind my back, at least that would show some politeness, if you got that." I said, and the whole class went silent. "Who are you to talk to me like that?" Jayson said mad, but I just kept looking normally at him like nothing was going on. "I'm no one to you, but I rather have you speaking normally to me." My straight face was hard to remain. "I'm going to punch her, right now." He got up and walked aggressively to me. "I rather have you not touch me." I spoke and got up too. Jayson grabbed onto my arm, and I let him. He started to twist my wrist, but I didn't show any signs of pain. It was the one I broke earlier this year, so I hadn't much feeling left in it anyway. "Are you done twisting it, you're not hurting me. Nor physically nor mentally, I'm more use than this you know. You're just a kid that was bullied, so you eventually became the bully." I said, Jayson released my wrist. I relocated my wrist to the right place and sat back down, the whole class was shocked by the facted I wasn't hurt at all. "Do you need to go to the nurse?" Mister Edward says, he wasn't sure placing his hand on my shoulder was the right thing to do. "No, I'm fine thank you." I told him. Jayson grabbed his stuff and walked out, the teacher couldn't even say anything to him, he was gone. First period was over, and I handed back mister Edward his book. "How did you do that with Jayson? I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work with him. Then you come in, let him do that to your wrist, and his calmed down." He spoke, mister Edward was impressed. "I dealt with worse cases than him, you just have to find a weak spot and aim for something that happened in the past." I told him. "How did you know he was bullied?" He asked. "I didn't, sometimes you have to shoot first before you know if its hits." That was what my mom always told me, I had some hard days in sun coast. "Can I ask what you last name is, seems like the register isn't completed." He told me. "I can't tell you yet, soon it will be revealed." I said, and looked at my watch, "Can I go, otherwise I'll be late for English." I pointed at the door, a sign that I could go. I rushed to my English class, and maneged to be right on time. "It seems like we have a new student." The woman spoke, her last name was Allas. "Yes I am miss." I said, she looked at me. "What you name love?" She asked me nicely. "Jesse miss, I've been transferred from another school in Australia." I told her, she handed me a paper and said "you can sit next to Payla, the girl with black hair and glasses.". Payla was sitting on the front row, when I sat down I looked at the paper. "Those are questions you have to answer, that way I'll know how good your English is, and what we'll have to work on." Miss Allas told me, she was nice like some of the teacher I already had met. The rest of the students worked on something else, it took me only 15 minutes to complete it properly. I raised my hand, and the teacher walked over to me. "You have a question?" She asked. "No, I'm done actually." I told her, and she looked confused. "Did you fill in everything?" She asked me, maybe she thought I wasn't that smart. "No, I did fill in everything to be honest." I said, miss Allas took my paper and walked back with it. 10 minutes later she came back and asked me to stay after this period was over. 25 minutes later the bell rang, and students started to leave the classroom. When everyone was gone, miss Allas sat behind her desk and asked me "did you use your phone?". "No, I don't even have it on me. It's a my apartment, I don't use it that much." I told her. "No one ever maneged to get full mark on this, how did you do it?" She asked me, she was still in shock. "My mother is a principle in a high school of Australia, but after we left she hasn't been teaching that much." I said, while I was think about what happened. "Why did you leave Australia? If I may ask." She questioned, it was nice from her to ask if it was okay for me. "I got sick, we had to leave for therapy in America. Later we moved to here, they always told us England was great." I told her. "Aren't your parents here anymore, because you said you phone is at your apartment." She asked. "No there back in Australia, I didn't want to go. So I stayed behind, got back in school, I wanted to make a new start." She was good at listening, that was great because I needed that. "Have you ever heard about the moon, sun and star Queen?" I asked her. "Aren't they like a myth?" She asked. "No they're real, and you know why?" I asked her. She shook her head, miss Allas didn't know who she was looking at. "May I close the curtains?" I asked her nice. She agreed, and I closed them. "Promise me not to tell anyone." I asked her. She hummed, I raised my hand, leading my energy to my fingertips. I released a couple of stars into the room, they gave light. Miss Allas was fascinated by them, "your the star queen." She said, her eyes where filled with light of my stars. "Yes I am." I told her.
