15 Years after the fall of the Jedi Order Artis Lendix has been in hiding and now he is pulled back into the fight to join a Rebellion and end the tyranny of the Galactic Empire with a little help from some old and new faces. The time for Rebellion is now and the time of fear is over.

1. Chapter 1 - Spark Of The Rebellion

Welcome everyone to the sequel of A Jedi Warrior Of Peace as we enter the era of Rebellion, a time of unrest and fear. So I hope you guys are as ready for this as much as I am so without further ado let's get started.

Chapter 1 - Spark Of The Rebellion

15 years ago The Clone Wars came to an end with the destruction of the Jedi Order and the rise of The Empire. Those that survived had either gone into hiding or were hunted down and killed by the Empire's attack dog Darth Vader or his Inquisitors. But a small group of rebels have been giving the Empire over the planet Lothal trouble. But now as the Rebellion has started to catch the attention of the Empire the one person that has been given them information Fulcrum had a new mission for them.

The Ghost Crew Hera Syndulla, Sabine Wren, Zeb Orrelous, Kanan Jarus, Chopper and Ezra Bridger were sent to the planet Dantooine in order to recruit someone to the rebellion. Unfortunately they were in the middle of a fight with Imperial Tie Fighters.

Hera the pilot of the Ghost looked behind her. "Zeb get those Ties off us!"

Zeb was manning the gun of the Ghost trying to shoot down the Tie Fighters. "I'm trying!"

Hera pulled around going over them allowing Zeb to destroy them as she finally made the jump into hyperspace.

The doors to the cockpit opened and Kanan walked in. "How long before we make it to Dantooine?"

"Not long. Hopefully there isn't any Imperial presence there and it should make our job easy for once." Hera turned around as the others walked in.

Sabine took off her helmet sitting down. "Are you sure this Artis is even alive?"

Hera crossed her arms. "Fulcrum's intel has never been wrong and I trust the intel."

Kanan leaned against his hands as Ezra had to ask what everyone was wondering. "This Artis guy was in the clone wars right? So wasn't he a jedi like Kanan?"

Kanan looked at Ezra. "Yes. Artis Lendix was one of the best the order had. He was a cunning warrior and a great strategist. He was always up front in battle taking the lead and cared about his troops and fellow jedi."

Sabine looked at Kanan. "I'm guessing he must've been a great Jedi Master then."

Kanan shook his head. "What I heard he left the Jedi Order a year before the Empire took over. I don't know all the details but last I heard of him was years ago."

Zeb groaned. "Maybe he didn't like the whole being a Jedi and maybe he doesn't want to be found."

"Well we need all the help we can get and if he's willing to help then we need to try and talk to him about coming with us." Hera turned around. "Strap in. We're coming on Dantooine now."

The Ghost came out of hyperspace as Dantooine came into view and an Imperial Star Destroyer was waiting.

"What the?" Kanan looked around. "I thought there wasn't an Imperial presence here."

Sabine looked at the others. "Well looks like the Empire is looking for him too."

Hera transmitted clearance codes allowing them passage. "Let's just hope we find him before the Empire does."

The Ghost flew down as they were now planet side flying over farms and small towns all over Dantooine while landing in a field outside of a town where Fulcrum said Artis would be.

Hera looked at the crew. "I'll be waiting for you here and keep the Imperials from finding us." Hera looked at Chopper. "Chop you're going with them."

Chopper groaned complaining about having to go with them as Ezra smirked. "I don't know maybe it'll do you some good." Chopper ran over Ezra's foot as a response. "Ow! You little rust bucket!" Chopper laughed as Ezra chased after him.

Kanan sighed. "We won't be long."

Kanan, Zeb and Sabine followed after Ezra and Chopper as they were already outside the ship and in the Dantooine plains.

Sabine looked around after putting on her helmet. "Wow this place is actually pretty peaceful I can see why someone would want to hide here."

Kanan looked around. "We'll hope he isn't hidden too well to where we can't find him." Kanan turned to Chopper. "Chopper start scanning the area so we can find Artis or anyone around here."

Chopper groaned as he started to scan the area before walking off with the others starting to follow him.

The group walked through the Dantooine plains for quite some time as Chopper continued to follow the signal before groaning.

Zeb looked at the others. "What's he saying now?"

Sabine looked at Chopper. "Chop said he lost the signal."

Ezra looked at Chopper confused. "How'd you lose the signal?" Chopper groaned at him. "Jammed? You mean the signal's jammed? Why?"

"I think you can think of an answer." The group turned around to see a girl wearing black Mandalorian armor riding on the back of a Carth Hound aiming her blaster at them.

Zeb aimed his bo-rifle at her while Sabine aimed both her blasters at the girl. "Might want to rethink that kid."

"No, I don't think I do." Soon a bunch of droids came up out of the ground surrounding the rebel group as Ezra and Kanan aimed their blasters at them. "I suggest you lower your weapons and tell me why you're out here."

Kanan looked at the others. "Lower your weapons everyone. We aren't here for trouble, remember." Kanan and Ezra lowered their weapons.

"Fine. But if she tries anything." Zeb and Sabine lowered their weapons.

The girl looked at two of the droids. "Tooknick. Tusabua." The two droids took everyone's weapons leaving them unarmed as before she holstered her blaster. "Now. What are you doing out here? Not a lot of people come out here these days."

Kanan had his hands up. "We're looking for someone. We need their help to fight the Empire."

"Oh yeah and who would that be?"

Ezra walked forward. "We're looking for someone named Artis Lendix. We were told he was out here and we need his help."

The girl seemed to go silent for a moment before looking at the droids. "Sutina! Sutina!" The droids lowered their weapons which gave the Ghost Crew some leeway to lower their hands as the girl looked at them. "Follow me and I'll take you to him. Don't be shocked if he isn't so welcoming to strangers. We've had bad experiences with them. So right now I'll keep your weapons on hand. Now move."

The Ghost Crew started to walk as the girl led them along through the plains to where Artis Lendix was said to be hiding.

Ezra thought of something and extended his hand until. "If you try using a mind trick on me I won't hesitate to blast you."

Ezra and Kanan looked at one another confused. "How did you?"

"We're here." The girl dismounted from the Carth Hound tying it up as it laid down before she removed her helmet revealing long red hair, fair skin and blue eyes as she looked back at the Ghost Crew. "Come on. It's getting dark."

She led them into the cave as Sabine removed her helmet. "Think you can tell us your name at least?"

"Cauri. My name is Cauri. Now hurry up or dinners gonna get cold." Cauri placed her helmet down as they walked into the cave meade home. "R9! R9 where are you!?" That's when the Astro Mech droid rolled up and Cauri handed him the others weapons as the other droids walked away. "Keep an eye on them for me." R9 whistled.

Chopper groaned as he got in R9's face only for R9 to whistle, bumping the droid as they looked like they were gonna get into a fight.

Zeb however laughed. "I kinda like this one. Think we can trade Chopper for him?"

Cauri shook her head. "Not a chance. R9's been with me all my life so he's practically family. Plus he's extremely helpful." R9 whistled at the compliment rolling off. "Now I should warn you that-."

"Cauri!" A voice echoed through the cave.

"Oh no.." Cauri seemed to cringe as she turned around. "I am in serious trouble.."

A man walked up to Cauri arms crossed as he seemed to be glaring at the young girl. "Oh hey..I was just uh.."

"You were out in the plains again. Cauri I've told you time and again to be careful and to not-."

"Go out too far from the cave's plains..I know. I know. But I did bring back some guests." Caruri turned showing the Ghost Crew.

The man uncrossed his arms. "Well..looks like we'll be having company for dinner. Come with me." The man led them into the living space of the cave where a stew was being prepped and he showed them where they can rest. "Please sit."

Kanan and the others sat down. "We don't want to be too much of a bother."

The man fixed everyone something to eat and drink before sitting down as the fire illuminated his face showing fair skin, black combed over hair, and a black beard covering the lower half of his face.

(A/N: Pretty much has the beard of Obi-wan Kenobi only black)

The man sighed. "No it's no trouble. Just haven't gotten many visitors. Not since the Empire came and put the planet on lockdown. Makes hunting and trading that much harder." He took a bite of his stew. "So what exactly brings you here?"

Ezra looked at him and Cauri. "We're looking for someone named Artis Lendix. Does he come around here at all? Because we need his help."

The man seemed to slowly put down his bowl looking down slightly. "Artis Lendix..Artis..Now that's a name I haven't heard in a long time. In a very long time."

Zeb finished his third bowl. "We heard he's dead or at the very least missing."

"Oh well he's not dead. Not yet at least."

Ezra put down his bowl. "So you know him? Can you tell us where we can find him?"

The man laughed. "Well of course I know him." The man started patting his chest. "He's me." The Ghost Crew seemed shocked at the revelation. "I haven't gone by the name of Artis Lendix since the Empire took over."

"You're Artis Lendix? Really?" Ezra looked at him, hope clear in his tone.

"Yes. I am. I used to be a Jedi much like your friend here." Artis motioned to Kanan as he finished his bowl.

Kanan looked at him putting down his bowl. "You knew we were here didn't you?"

"Indeed I did. The force is strong with your young padawan Ezra Bridger."

"How did you know my name?"

Artis stood up walking over to R9 who gave Artis Ezra's blaster saber that he examined. "Fulcrum let me know ahead of time of your arrival." Artis activated the lightsabers blue blade. "They also told me about your connection to the force." Artis deactivated the saber before tossing it to Ezra. "Now I wanna see how strong."

Ezra looked at Kanan who nodded so Ezra stood up and walked to a clearing inside the cave activating his saber as Artis stood there. "Uh..aren't you gonna use your own?"

Artis threw out his hand as a hilt came flying through the air and into his hand as he activated the cyan colored blade. "I haven't sparred with someone in quite some time. So I'll go easy on you."

Ezra rushed forward trying to slash Artis who easily blocked it before slightly moving out of the way of Ezra's attacks.

Soon Artis moved around Ezra tripping him and holding his blade at Ezra's neck. "And that's your head." Artis deactivated his lightsaber helping Ezra stand. "You have potential and a lot of it. You and your master both."

Ezra deactivated his lightsaber. "Maybe you could teach us both?"

Artis placed his lightsaber down on a table. "No." Artis walked away. "It is not my place to teach you."

Ezra looked at Cauri. "What's up with him?"

"He's had bad experiences with training someone to be a jedi.." Cauri looked down as she sat down.

Zeb looked at the others before looking at Cauri. "Care to explain?"

Cauri shook her head. "Years ago he was training someone but..they died and..he blamed himself so he's refused to train another for a long time." Cauri looked at his lightsaber with a sigh. "Ever since the Jedi fell he's done a lot of soul searching, meditating and studying. He's been using the holocrons he's taken from the old Jedi Temple."

Kana looked at Cauri putting down his bowl. "He has holocrons from the temple? How?"

Cauri looked at the fire. "He's told me that he and an old friend of his gathered as many holocrons and some of the archives from the temple and brought them here for safe keeping."

Sabine shook her head. "Well it looks like the Empire is finally coming and must be looking for him and those holocrons."

Cauri stood up. "Well we'll deal with that in the morning. Best to rest now while you can." She walked off as the others watched.

Ezra looked at them. "We've come this far. Maybe we can still ask him if he'll join us?"

Kanan hummed. "We'll talk about it in the morning. For now we should get some rest." Kanan pulled his communicator off his belt. "Specter 2 this is Specter 1 we've found him but looks like we're staying the night."

"Copy that Specter 1 I'll keep the Ghost hidden and out of sight. Specter 2 out."

Kanan placed his communicator on his belt. "Let's get some sleep."

Meanwhile Cauri walked out of the cave and saw Artis sitting on a hill as the night air blse past his face so Cauri sat next to him. "They need our help. You know that right?"

"Yes. But I don't know if you're ready to take on the fight." Artis looked at her. "You know how worried your mother gets."

"You don't know if I'm ready to take up the fight? Or you don't know if you're ready?" Cauri was met with silence. "Mom would want me to help people like you two used too."

"That was different Cauri. Back then there were more like us. But now we are so few." Artis looked over at Cauri who stood up.

"Either way we need to do what we can for the people of the galaxy and I believe we should stop hiding and fight back." Cauri walked off leaving Artis alone before turning back. "You should get some rest father." Cauri then walked away.

Artis sat there closing his eyes. "Master..Master can you hear me?"

"Artis..it's been quite awhile since we last spoke." The voice of Qui-gon ranged in Artis's mind. "Hmmm..I sense great conflict within you..What troubles you my friend?"

"This group of rebels..they want me to join their cause..to fight the Empire but I don't know if I'm ready to join another war."

"Hmmm..yes I sense great fear and anger within you. You are afraid of losing your daughter to the Dark Side yet you teach her about its trappings and how to resist it. Much like yourself you resisted the temptation of power and control. Trust in her as you trust in the force only then will you be ready."

Artis let out a sigh. "I've lost my way for a long time..I was able to find it again after opening myself to the entirety of the force..that there is no light or dark..there is just the force…I believe she is ready and just needs me to show it."

"Yes. She can grow strong with your guidance and you with her. Remember my friend..the student can also teach the master. Trust in the force. Always."

With that Qui-gon's voice vanished from his mind as he looked up to the night sky as the stars shined brighter than usual. "Ahsoka..you would be proud of Cauri."

Imperial Vessel

The Imperial Star Destroyer floated over Dantooine as Agent Kallus was speaking to the Grand Inquisitor. "Our spies have come close to finding this Artis Lendix. Even though I have my doubts that he is still alive. As we've never found a body."

"Trust me Agent. He is alive and my Master would be most pleased if we were to capture him alive. Perhaps he could lead us to others." The Grand Inquisitor stroked his chin.

Dantooine Cave

Kanan walked out of the cave and saw Artis with his lightsaber going through the forms of lightsaber combat.

Kanan approached him as Artis stopped. "You're just like the stories told."

Artis deactivated his saber. "Oh yeah? How so?"

"Well your strength, your skill and your valor in combat is why we're requesting your help." Kanan crossed his arms.

Artis sighed. "I know. That's why I've decided to join your cause."

Kanan looked at Artis. "What made you consider it?"

Artis looked out to the stars. "I've been out of the fight for too long. I thought after all these years I'd never fight again. But maybe I was just too afraid of losing Cauri."

"You two must be close."

"Well she is my daughter." Artis looked at Kanan's expression. "What? I'm not a Jedi anymore remember?" Artis walked past Kanan placing a hand on his shoulder. "We've got to get ready tomorrow."

"Right."

Unknown to either of them a probe droid had been watching them transmitting their location back to the Grand Inquisitor.

The next morning Artis and Cauri were getting ready to leave only for a distant sound caught everyone's attention.

Imperial Star Destroyer

Agent Kallus looked at the Grand Inquisitor with confusion as he had no idea why he was having a small planetary invasion force going after one man. "Grand Inquisitor I must ask why all this for just one person? I'm sure we could've handled this without all this."

"Ah but you are mistaken Agent. The archives spoke very highly of Artis Lendix and he is not to be underestimated. Mobilize your troops. We take him now."

Dantooine Cave

The group ran outside seeing the Star Destroyer overhead with Tie Fighters and transport ships as Ezra looked at the others. "How'd they find us!?"

Artis ran back into the cave grabbing his helmet having put on his Mandalorian armor. "I knew it was a matter of time. Okay everyone here's the plan. Zeb and Sabine cover the right flank, Cauri activate the droid defenses and get those defense turrets ready!"

Cauri put on her helmet. "On it!" Cauri ran outside as R9 tossed Kanan and the others their weapons.

"Zeb you need to hang back and man the main cannon and keep those Tie Fighters off us." Artis grabbed a detonator. "Kanan and Ezra you're with me and if you have anyway for us to get out of here I'd appreciate it."

Zeb laughed. "I like this plan." Zeb ran off to go man the cannon.

Artis tossed Sabine a detonator. "You're gonna wait till the Imperials pass each marker. Once they do give them a nice surprise."

Sabine nodded putting on her helmet. "It will be my pleasure Lendix." Sabine ran outside after Zeb.

Artis looked at Ezra. "You wanted me to fight the Empire, you got your wish. Come on!"

Kanan contacted Hera. "Specter 2 we're gonna need a pick up now!"

"I'm on it. Specter 1 just be ready for a pick up while I try to draw any Tie's away."

The three ran outside as Cauri activated the defense droids as the ones closest to the cave as they came out of the ground and activated practice sabers. Zeb climbed onto the main cannon that came from the ground with a laugh and smile as he started firing at the Tie Fighters in the air.

Soon the transport ships started to land not too far away and Stormtroopers started to pile out running towards the caves. Behind them were Imperial walkers marching behind them as they passed the first marker so Sabine hit the detonator. Suddenly an explosion erupted killing a large group of Stormtroopers and even taking out an AT-ST walker.

Artis holstered twin Mandalorian WESTAR -35 Blaster Pistols and pulled a WESTAR - 35 Blaster Carbine off his back. He, Kanan and Ezra took cover behind specifically placed rock formations before they opened fire on the Stormtroopers. Artis's blaster carbine fired blue blaster bolts hitting a Stormtrooper then another.

Kanan blasted another trooper with his pistol. "Huh you're not such a bad shot."

Artis blasted another trooper. "Hey when you've been in hiding for about fifteen years or so you tend to find a hobby."

Cauri took cover on a hill next to the cave before pulling out her pistols and firing at the Stormtroopers. She then activated more droid defenders that came out of the ground, scaring the Stormtroopers as they were being bashed and knocked around. Cauri smiled as she blasted a few Stormtroopers killing each of them.

Sabine saw that some of the Stormtroopers were destroying the defense droids while some still kept fighting. Soon the Stormtroopers and walkers made it past the second marker so Sabine hit the detonator again causing another explosion. While Zeb blasted another Tie Fighter out of the air meanwhile Chopper had plugged into a defense turret and seemed to be having trouble. R9 came over knocking Chopper out of the way before plugging in and blasting a Tie Fighter down. R9 whistled as Chopper groaned at him before R9 fixed it for Chopper and he blasted a Tie Fighter with a laugh.

Artis, Kanan and Ezra continued to fire on the Imperial's marching forward but when they got to close Artis bashed one over the head with his carbine.

He then kicked one in the gut then blasted another one. "Fall back!" Artis covered Ezra and Kanan as they ran back to the others.

Artis kicked a Stormtrooper in the side, punching another across the helmet, finally tossing a Stormtrooper across the field. The defense droids using the practice sabers started to slash any stormtroopers that got to close. They continued to take out the Stormtroopers but one by one they were slowly being destroyed.

Zeb saw a Tie Fighter coming and jumped out of the way as the main cannon exploded while another turret was destroyed. Sabine used the detonator to blow up the last marker before falling back, blasting the troopers with her pistols. Zeb pulled out his rifle firing at the Stormtroopers as he ran back to the caves followed by Chopper and R9.

Artis looked at Cauri. "Cauri it's time we give the Empire our surprise!"

Cauri ran back towards the cave as Artis followed behind her as a massive explosion erupted knocking Artis and Cauri through the cave entrance along with some smoke and dust.

Ezra and Sabine helped the two stand up. "I'd say they got your surprise. What now?"

Artis walked over to a terminal. "We make our stand here. They can't use their walkers now. So we ambush them and make them regret coming into my home."

Cauri knocked a few tables over revealing their made of blaster resistant material. "My father and I have been preparing for when the Empire would come for us." Cauri looked at the others. "But we didn't expect to have any help."

Sabine kicked over a table. "Well I can say I never thought I'd fight alongside a Mandalorian of legend huh?"

Artis activated special turrets that aimed for the only way into the cave. "Well I hope this legend gets to see another day. Get ready."

"Oh karabast and how do you expect us to escape if that's the only way out!?" Zeb aimed his bo-rifle at the entrance.

"Not the only way." Cauri got ready as she heard the turrets fire before firing on the Stormtroopers.

"What?"

Artis uncovered a hatch. "I always make a contingency plan."

Stormtroopers started to charge inside as Artis, Cauri and the Ghost Crew opened fire on them, killing Stormtrooper after Stormtrooper. Artis ran up punching one, then kicking another as he tossed the body into a group of troopers.

Artis put his carbine on his back before pulling out both his pistols activating something on his vambrace. "Now I'm only gonna say this once you sons of bitches." A group of defense droids came out of the walls activating practice sabers. "Get the hell out of my house."

Artis opened fire on the Stromtroopers as the defense droids charged, slashing the Stormtroopers across their chests while tossing others around. Arits blasted a Stormtrooper before elbowing another and tossing him aside as he kicked another, knocking him down before blasting him.

Ezra looked at Cauri. "Is he always like this?"

Cauri blasted a Stormtrooper before looking at Ezra. "Most of the time."

Artis got blasted and knocked over as Cauri blasted the Stormtrooper while Artis got up. "Gotta love Beskar!" Artis ran forward blasting multiple troopers before throwing a Death Trooper over his shoulder blasting him.

Artis looked ahead as the Stormtroopers stopped coming in and a voice echoed through the cave. "Artis Lendix come out and surrender and we promise you and your rebel friends won't be harmed!"

Artis walked back opening the hatch. "Cauri take Kanan and the others through the tunnel and get out of here."

Cauri looked at her father. "But what about you? What are you going to do?"

Artis kneeled down placing a hand on her shoulder. "Cauri. I'll be okay. Trust me. Trust in the force."

Cauri nodded her head and hugged her father who returned it. "Please..be careful." Cauri and Artis separated as she and the others climbed down the hatch. "May the force be with you."

Artis smiled. "May the force be with you." He then closed the hatch and covered it up before contacting R9. "Be ready for a quick exit R9." Artis heard R9 whistle. "See you soon."

Artis walked out of the cave and into the light as he looked to see Stormtroopers surrounding the cave entrance with weapons drawn and Agent Kallus approaching. "I am Agent Kallus of the Galactic Empire and you must be Artis Lendix."

Artis crossed his arms. "Agent Kallus. The pleasure is mine."

"I see you are still hiding your rebel friends. I suggest you have them come out and surrender peacefully." Kallus put his hands behind his back.

Artis was ready to grab his blaster only for the stormtroopers to ready their blasters. "And what makes you think I'll do that?"

Agent Kallus looked at the Stormtroopers having them stand down before looking at Artis. "My associate may have something for you." Kallus looked up as did Artis.

Soon the Grand Inquisitor jumped from the transport ship landing in front of Artis drawing his weapon activating the red blade. "I am The Inquisitor. A pleasure."

Artis holstered his blaster. "I know who you are."

The Inquisitor smiled. "Then you know what I want."

Cave Tunnels

Cauri led the Ghost Crew through the tunnels and into a bunker hidden under the cave as Sabine looked around. "Wow. Artis must've been preparing for a while huh?"

Cauri helped R9 get loaded up. "Well when i asked my dad about this he told me the Clone Wars helps him prepare for anything. Never believed him until now."

Kanan walked up to the ship hidden under a tarp that R9 was getting placed in. "Is this what I think it is?"

Cauri looked at Kanan. "Wanna do the honors?"

Kanan pulled the dusty tarp off revealing a Clone Wars Era Jedi Interceptor. "An old Jedi Interceptor. How did he hide it here?"

Cauri made the proper preflight checks. "My dad has been modifying it over the years. Shield generators, heavy cannons, hyperdrive, reinforced armor. My dads been making sure this bird is ready to fight the Empire all it needed was the reason too."

Kanan looked at the others. "Well Hera will be coming in for pick up soon we need to just be ready."

Cauri seemed to look at the hangar doors before taking cover. "Get down!" The hangar doors exploded as debris and smoke flew past them. "Blast em!"

The Ghost Crew opened fire on the Stormtroopers as Zeb extended the ends of his bo-rifle and started sweeping out the legs of the troopers. "How'd they find us!?"

Ezra blasted a trooper with his blaster saber. "They always find us so are you really surprised!?"

Cauri looked at R9. "R9 take off!" R9 whistled. "Just do it!"

R9 opened fire clearing a path for Cauri and the Ghost Crew to rush out as R9 launched the Jedi Interceptor into the air.

But when the Ghost Crew ran out into the plains only to be cut off by Stormtroopers and an Imperial Walker as Zeb groaned. "Well that worked out! Now didn't it!"

Suddenly blaster fire from a ship took down the walker as the Interceptor and the Ghost came by firing at the Imperials. "It's Hera! She made it!" Ezra ran forwards. "Come on!" The Ghost Crew ran for it along with Cauri.

Cave Entrance

Artis took a hold of his lightsaber before activating its blade. "Well whatever you want you'll have to pry it out of my cold dead hands."

The Inquisitor smiled. "That can be arranged." With that he charged Artis slashing at the former Jedi only to be blocked.

Artis blocked each of The Inquisitor's strikes dodging around some before he elbowed The Inquisitor in the jaw. Artis then threw The Inquisitor over his shoulder before throwing him through the air bodily with the force.

The Inquisitor landed with a thud before he stood up. "You are far more formidable than I gave you credit for. It also seems you've trained with multiple Jedi Masters most prominently Obi-wan Kenobi, Kit Fisto, Plo-Koon and...Grandmaster Yoda, interesting."

Artis twirled his lightsaber in his hand. "You really shouldn't underestimate your foe. They may just surprise you."

The Inquisitor looked at Artis with a smile. "Well then I suggest you surrender my Master would like a word with you."

Artis saw his fighter and another ship coming so he looked at The Inquisitor with a smirk. "Tell your master he'll have to wait."

That's when R9 opened fire taking out a group of Stormtroopers even one of the Tie Fighters allowing Artis to run.

When Artis got free he leapt up into the air landing on the wing of the Interceptor before climbing inside. "Alright let's get out of here!"

Hera fired taking out the transport ship. "How do we get past that Destroyer?"

Artis smiled. "Let me handle that. Just follow my lead Ghost and try not to fall behind!"

Artis flew ahead of The Ghost as they avoided the cannon fire from the Star Destroyer as Artis opened fire destroying the comms tower.

Hera looked at the others. "Zeb! Ezra! Man the guns and give our friend a hand!"

Zeb and Ezra manned the Ghost guns and started firing at the Destroyer, keeping it occupied while flying behind Artis's Interceptor.

Artis looked ahead at the Destroyers bridge. "Preparing proton torpedoes." Artis smiled as his torpedoes were ready. "Fire!" Artis fired his torpedoes on the Destroyers bridge getting a direct hit which caused the bridge to erupt in an explosion of fire. "Direct hit! Ghost we are clear! I repeat we are all clear!"

Hera smiled. "Copy that Interceptor prepare for hyperspace jump."

Sabine looked at Kanan. "Wait won't they have all those holocrons?"

Cauri smiled. "Oh don't worry about that." Cauri opened her comms. "Dad permission to bring down the house?"

"Permission granted."

Cauri smiled as she pulled out a detonator. "I always did hate that cave." She hit the destination.

Cave Entrance

The Inquisitor looked at the Stormtroopers. "I want a clean sweep of anything valuable to the Jedi."

"Yes sir." A Stormtrooper walked into the cave and when he did the entire cave erupted in multiple explosions destroying everything inside the cave and burying anything that survived for good.

The Inquisitor looked at the cave with anger before looking at Kallus. "I will need to report this to my master." The Inquisitor walked away.

Dantooine Space

Artis punched in the coordinates Hera sent him. "Let's head to Lothal R9." R9 whistled. "We're part of the Rebellion now."

The two ships launched into hyperspace heading to Lothal to discuss what happens now.

Lothal

Hera and The Ghost Crew had landed in a field as Artis's Interceptor landed and Artis climbed out of the ship and walked over to them. "Not bad Ghost."

Hera crossed her arms. "So will you join our cause?"

Artis sighed. "You know for years I thought that my days of fighting were over. But now I see that hope still remains. A good friend once told me a new hope will emerge and that those that stand up to fight will see victory." Artis removed his helmet as he looked at Cauri who removed hers. "So Cauri, your jedi training will end tomorrow." Artis then walked up to Kanan and extended his hand. "It would be an honor to fight alongside the Ghost."

Kanan shook Artis's hand. "We'd be honored to have you. Both of you join us."

Cauri smiled. "A single spark of courage will ignite the fires of hope and bring peace across the galaxy."

Artis walked over to his Interceptor and grabbed something before walking to Cauri. "Tomorrow you earn your title of jedi." Artis handed her a lightsaber hilt. "Will you be ready?"

Cauri took a hold of it, looking it over before smiling and looking at her father. "Yes." Cauri then bowed. "Master."

Today the Empire has a new reason to fear a Rebellion because the Jedi aren't truly gone..they are alive and ready.
