Our story begins on a stormy summer night deep in the high altitude mountains in a distant sector of the Earth. This sector in particular has little to no inhabitants. Deep in the mountains, you'll find inhabitants in an underground bunker. This isn't your average military base. This infrastructure was filled with scientists, soldiers, and followers alike. They all wear the same insignia, that of the Red Ribbon Army.
Now, you may have thought that this organization was defunct and defeated. However, where there is light, there is also darkness. The surviving members now lead by the diabolical, mad scientist, Doctor Gero. The man, now mad with the thoughts of revenge, now secretly tracks the adventures of the fighters we know and love. Not knowing the great atrocities coming their way, the Z Fighters currently work together with enemies turned allies, to protect the Earth and its inhabitants from the tyrant Frieza.
We now see the diabolical Doctor walk through the depths of the bunker with the faction's scientists. They walk through rows of nursery incubators. The Doctor walks with his colleagues, taking vitals of all the infants in the pods. One curious scientist in particular is studying the power level of the subject in front of him. He looks at the gauge in surprise.
"This child's power level is higher than I've ever seen from the others sir!", the man says to his leader.
"DON'T CALL IT THAT!", Dr. Gero screams at his subordinate as his hand strikes his face in fury. The scientist falls to the ground from the power of the strike.
The young man grovels at the dictator's feet, as if he were a child begging for forgiveness.
"Please sir, I meant no disrespect toward your creations."
Dr. Gero looks at the incubator in front of him, placing his hand on the glass. "These will be the new super soldiers of the Red Ribbon Army. Enhanced abilities, ruthlessness coursing through their veins, and enough power for a single one of them to topple the universe's strongest armies." The Doctor smiled as he turned toward his subordinate. "These soldiers will be the center of my grand scheme of revenge, against the man known as Son Goku. I will taste the sweet nectar of revenge as Son Goku won't know what hit him."
The young scientist stands up and looks at the infant in front of them. "What makes them so different from us sir?"
"They're of the same blood as the idiot, which will make the victory even more delicious."
The two walk away from the incubator. As the pod exits their field of vision, the young scientist can't help but look back at the baby girl inside the pod, and the name plate below her.

He turns around and continues his duties of taking vitals of the surrounding pods.
"I can't help but wonder, will we improve the world, or ruin it with these soldiers?"
