When Konata Izumi woke up she was in Hell. She didn't mean to die the way she did but alas it seems that it was unavoidable. She then thought back to how she died.

Konata was in sitting in her desk at school. Their teacher was teaching them about history in Japan but Konata wasn't listening.

She was instead fingering herself to a picture of her favorite anime husbando, Shadow the hedgehog. "Mmmm Shadow, I'd let you inside me to find my damn fourth chaos emerald if you know what I mean" whispered Konata.

The teacher heard what she was saying and walked over to see what Konata was doing. Konata didn't notice because she was still playing with herself at her desk "Konata may I please see what you're doing underneath your desk?"

Konata started fingering herself at a rapid speed until she yelled out "CHAOS CONTROL" and she then came on the teacher's face.

Konata was then snapped out of her delusion when she saw how pissed off the teacher was. The teacher then snatched the picture of Shadow out of Konata's lap and started to tear it into pieces.

This infuriated Konata to no end, how dare this filthy peasant treat her darling husband Shadow like that? Konata then reached into her backpack and pulled out two pistols while saying "with the power of these emeralds, I'm going to destroy this damn planet, this is who I am"

Konata then proceeded to laugh evilly "hahahahahahahahahahaha!" The teacher then put his hands up and said "alright Konata you win, but before you kill us all, knock knock."

Konata was puzzled by this but she still decided to ask "who's there?"

The teacher said "lolicon"

Konata asked "lolicon who"

The teacher then jumped up in the air and kicked Konata in the neck so hard that her head flew off and her body exploded. "Lolikung fu" said the teacher.

So that was how it happened, Konata realized that she would have to escape from Hell somehow in order to get back to her husbando Shadow the Hedgehog and make that teacher pay.

Konata then saw someone in the distance waving at her, signaling for her to come and talk. Konata decided to take this mysterious stranger up on their offer and walked towards them.

In Dante's divine comedy, Dante had the spiritual guide Virgil to help him traverse through the Hellscape. Konata figured that she must also have one of these too. She eventually got to the person and started to look them over.

This person was female, their chest was flat, they were wearing a red tunic which showed off her legs. She had a black pointy hat akin to what a witch would wear, a black cape and a red eye patch to match with her tunic.

Konata asked the stranger "who are you" and the stranger replied with "my name is Megumin and I'm your spiritual guide."

Megumin then pointed to a door that was labeled level 1 and said "enter if you da-"but she didn't get to finish because Konata was already inside when Megumin was speaking. Megumin then ran inside in order to catch up to Konata.

Konata looked around and saw this didn't look much like what she thought Hell would look like. It just looked like there were a bunch of people working hard on writing and drawing manga.

Megumin explained "people always say that the anime and manga industry is run like a slave camp, well now you have your answer for why that is."

Konata said "wow I never thought of it like that, this really makes me feel guilty about the things I enjoy."

Megumin smiled at Konata's progress and said "if that's the way you feel Konata then-" Megumin got interrupted again by Konata saying "it's still not going to stop me from binging anime until I shit myself at 3:00 in the morning though, high five."

Konata then raised her hand in the air for Megumin to high five. Megumin then grunted but high fived her anyways because who in there right mind would pass up a free high five?

Megumin then continued showing Konata around until she spied someone working on an anime called Boku no Pico. Megumin and Konata's eyes both lit up as they were both hugs fans of Boku no Pico and they both considered it a classic anime.

Konata and Megumin ran up to the man at lightspeeds and started asking him question after question with such things as "what's your favorite episode, when is episode 4 coming out, and are there any t-shirts, backpacks, or anime figurines they could buy in order to support the series?" This went on for hours until the man had enough of this, so he pulled out a gun and shot himself in the head which splattered his brains on the wall.

Konata asked Megumin "isn't this Hell, how could he commit suicide?" Megumin then responded "they can't but it's still fun to try though, see look" the headless man then got up from the ground and continued to work on his anime.

Konata said "let's go to the next level." As she said that, a door appeared with the words level 2 marked on it.
