It's a Hard Knock Life Being a Teenager

Peter Parker-Stark was grounded, and he was beyond bored. Well, technically, he could still leave the tower and he could still have friends over. But Tony had taken away access to the internet. Peter couldn't go on the web or social media. He couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube, and he most certainly couldn't do any TikTok videos. Peter was on his third day of not being allowed internet access. He decided he would try again and try to persuade his dad to let him, even if it was just for a few hours.

Tony was in the lab with his music blaring. He was lost in his own little mechanical world, when FRIDAY told him that Peter was entering the lab.

"Hey kiddo, you want to help me do some upgrades on these projects?" Tony asked.

"Absolutely." Peter said, as he started looking at schematics of one of the Iron Man suits. Tony seemed like he was in a really good mood since Peter had been helping for over two hours. Here was his chance!

Peter went over with an expression that Tony couldn't quiet describe.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Tony asked.

"I, uh, just wanted to hug you is all." Peter said, trying to mask that he wanted something.

Tony couldn't help but smile at the seemingly innocence of his 15-year-old kid. They hugged in silence for a moment when Peter broke.

"I love you and can I have internet access, please?" Peter mumbled into Tony's chest.

Tony chuckled, "That would have to be a no."

"Why? I promise I won't ask you for anything else all week. Not even Star Wars or pizza. Please! Please!" Peter begged, as he looked at Tony with those puppy dog eyes.

"In response to your whiny why, the answer is no because I am your father."

"Please." Peter said, still looking at Tony with the kicked dog look on his face.

Tony sighed loudly. This kid was making him go soft.

"Fine."

Peter jumped up and down as he yelled, "Yes! Thank you! Thank you!"

Tony couldn't help but laugh at Peter's excitement, "Only an hour, Peter. Make the most of it."

"An hour?" Peter asked, semi disappointed.

"No puppy dog or kicked dog look is going to extend your time on the internet, mister. Enjoy it before I go down to thirty minutes." Tony said, not really planning to follow through with that threat.

Peter stuck his tongue out playfully.

"Oh, you asked for it." Tony said.

Before Peter knew what was happening, Tony had him on the ground, tickling him mercilessly.

"Do you surrender?" Tony asked, still tickling Peter, who had curled in on himself.

"Yes! S-s-stop." Peter managed to get out.

"One hour, kid." Tony said, as helped Peter up.

This was going to be fantastic!

Author's Note: Iron Dad fluff and one-shot complete! I had a whole lot of fun writing this! More one-shots coming! This one is rather short, so the next one will hopefully be a little longer. I have so much extra time on my hands with this whole social distancing and isolation.
