The gentle breeze of peace flew by in Gamindustri after another successful victory from the CPUs. A few months went by this in this peaceful point of time. Our favorite purple protagonist, Neptune was lazing around as usual. She was enjoying life to the fullest as she was sitting in her branded bean bag chair while gaming. All seems to be going well until Histoire came flying in.

"More games, Neptune!?" Histoire yelled with authority.

"Eek! Aww, c'mon, Histy! You know I deserve a break after all that happened!" Neptune whined.

"You've been on this so-called break for 3 months! It's now time to continue working on your CPU duties!" Histoire boomed.

"You sure I can't just take 5 more minutes?" Neptune requests

"5 will turn to 10 and 10 will turn to 20! Get to work!" Histoire yelled out with a piercing gaze.

"Aww, maaaaan… You're more of a party pooper than that lonely loner…" Neptune reluctantly saves and turns off the console. "I hate it when Histy goes Pisty…" She mumbled under her breath before slowly dragging herself to her desk. "Alright, what do we need to do today?"

Nepgear was sitting at her desk and pointed to her screen. "The Basilicom picked up some disturbing signals from the border between Planeptune and Lastation." Nepgear explained.

"Woooah. What kinda signals are we gettin', Nep. Jr?" Neptune asked while looking at the screen in awe.

"I… don't know… I've never seen these kinds of signals before. That's why we have to investigate!" Nepgear looks at her sister with a determined look.

"Alright. Hey, should we tell the loner that there's something going on?" Neptune asked

"The signal is mostly coming from our side, sis. I'm sure they don't have to worry." Nepgear said. "Now, let's go!" She said while running over to the Basilicom balcony and transforming into her HDD state with Neptune following close behind.

Meanwhile…

"So this is that fabled corruptor. I believe that this would finally destroy those CPUs. People don't like corrupt leaders, after all." A familiar, yet mysterious voice said.

"All I have to do now is wait…"

When Nepgear and Neptune flew in, they began immediately searching the area.

"Nepgear. Where's the signal coming from?" Purple Heart requested.

"It seems to be coming from that cave, Neptune." Purple Sister showed her the N-Gear's radar, with a red dot that seems to be on the left of them.

"Good, it's close by." Purple Heart entered the dark and dank cave with Purple Sister following behind. The pair made their way to an open room in the cave, however, it seemed to be a dead end.

"According to the N-Gear, we should be- right on top of it?" Purple Sister then began investigating the area with Purple Heart looking at the radar.

"That could not be right… if it's not on the ceiling, then the only place it could be is underground?" Purple Heart looked at the ground underneath her when suddenly, a forcefield shaped like a diamond surrounds her and began tying her up with wires. All the meanwhile, she's being shocked with some pink electricity. She was screaming in pure pain when Purple Sister looks back in horror.

"NEPTUNE!?" She cried out as she then attempted to communicate with the N-Gear. No signal… "What!? There was a signal before!" She then pulls out her blade, attempting to free her sister to no avail. She took all of the shocking, the screaming only got worse to signify an increase in pain. With tears in her eyes over watching her sister in pain, Purple Sister knew she had to call help somehow. The only way she could think of was fly out and call for help. So, she did just that.

She flew out of the cave and since they were so close to the Lastation border, she flew as fast as she possibly can. After about 5 minutes of flying, she lands on the Lastation Basilicom's balcony, rushing into Noire's office.

"Noire! Noire! It's an emergency!" She cried out while barging in.

"An emergency, you say?" Noire stood from her desk, intrigued, but still tilted her head slightly in confusion.

"It's Neptune! She's been captured by something! I tried breaking her free, but it didn't work!" Nepgear explained.

Noire then felt a chill crawl up her spine and mumbled to herself. "Did it have to do with that strange signal that I got…?" She then shook her head and transformed herself. "Lead the way, Nepgear!" She commanded. Uni also came in, obviously overhearing the conversation.

"L-Let me help too!" She demanded while already packing a gun.

"Uni?! How many times must I tell you not to peep?" Noire seemed pissed. But, after a pinch to the base of her nose and a couple of seconds of thought, "Fine. You may come with us." And after the two transformed, each of them was flying towards the site.

Neptune's skin darkened somewhat while her processors were significantly more revealing as well. She may as well be wearing ribbons with how little she was wearing. The screaming as a whole also seemed to stop as she just floats there in her electric prison, continuously getting shocked with that pink lightning. For some reason, she also had a demon's tail and some bat accessories as well. Finally, the lightning drew a symbol on her hip and afterward, she was released. Upon being released, she collapsed to the ground.

"NEPTUNE! NEPTUNE!" Nepgear rushed over as she stood by her sister.

"Nepgear! Stay away or else the same may happen to you as well!" Noire flew at Nepgear and pulled her arm away. But, by the time Noire entered the cave room, the same thing happened to her. Her screams echo through the wall, but Nepgear managed to grab the unconscious Neptune.

Upon arriving at Planeptune's Basilicom, Nepgear stayed by Neptune's side while Uni called the other CPUs.

"I see. So, Neptune got fried in a cage and you need our help?" Blanc asked.

"Well, Noire is going through that as well…" Uni said with a weak tone.

"Dear me. We better rescue her as well!" Vert exclaimed with concern.

"Good idea." They hang up, presumably investigating.

Hours go by. Even Rom and Ram paid a visit to Planeptune due to being scared. Rom tugs at the end of Nepgear's skirt to ask her something.

"Miss Nepgear…? What's gonna happen to Blanc?" She asked, clearly terrified.

"I'm sure she'll rescue Noire. Along with Vert. I just hope they're okay." Nepgear said solemnly, still watching over the body of her unconscious sister.

Many hours went by as the sun sets for the day. Uni stomps her foot, clearly fed up with it.

"Oooh… Come on! We have to do something!" Uni yelled. "We can't just sit around like this! I'm going!" She transformed and hastily flew out.

"U-Uni!" Nepgear transformed and followed as fast as she could.

"Wait for us!" Rom and Ram said in sync as they also transformed and chased the Candidate.

When they arrived at the cave, they entered to see all of them laying on the ground in their normal forms. Their normal forms remain unchanged. It seemed only the HDD state was affected.

"N-Noire!?" Uni screamed

"Blanc!?" The twins screamed.

"V-Vert!?" Nepgear screamed.

They pick up the three of them and each placed in their own Basilicom. During this time, the moon came up.

Neptune's eyes slowly flutter awake. She sat up and looked around at her surroundings. And then, a lewd, demon-like grin forms on her face with a lick to her lips…
