Note: Doctor Who is done by BBC and was created by Sydney Newman, C. E. Webber, and Donald Wilson.

The 10th Doctor was pacing around the Tardis, while feeling bored. He felt his last couple of time-traveling adventures weren't very exciting. Because of that, he wanted to go on a more exciting adventure. He put his hand on his chin, while asking, "Where am I supposed to go? I've been to pretty much every country, at this point. I better not run out of places to check out." He started pressing random buttons on the Tardis' control panel, while saying, "You know what? I'm going to let the Tardis decide where I go, this time. I'm sure the Tardis will find an adventurous, epic place to take me to." The 10th Doctor continued pressing buttons, before the Tardis started transporting the Doctor. The Doctor wasn't sure where he was being transported to, but he was excited.

A few minutes later, the Tardis landed on the ground. The Doctor stepped out of the Tardis, to find out where he was. He stepped on a wet lawn. He sighed, while saying, "Way to go, Tardis. You took me to a place, that ruins eloquent shoes." The Doctor looked in front of him and saw a college. The Doctor angrily jumped around, while saying, "You got to be kidding me. The Tardis is the most amazing time machine, that's ever been built. It could take me to the world's most interesting places, but it took me to a bloody college?! I can't believe this. School is so boring. Why would the Tardis do this to me? I'm so mad, that I could kick the Tardis." He calmed down and said, "I better not give the Tardis such a hard time. After all, if I wasn't leading such a directionless life, I wouldn't of had the Tardis take me here. What am I supposed to do?" He paused, while trying to think things through. The Doctor said, "I never did go to college. I thought I was so smart, that I didn't need to learn boring, serious stuff. However, maybe this college has a class about time travel. I should give this place a chance."

A teacher, named Mr. Wayne, walked by the Doctor and noticed the Tardis was on the college's front lawn. Mr. Wayne looked at the Doctor, while saying, "Excuse me, sir."

The Doctor asked, "Do you need my help?"

Mr. Wayne said, "I'm just wondering what this mysterious machine is and what it's doing here."

The Doctor replied, "Um, it's a phone booth."

Mr. Wayne asked, "A phone booth? I don't really see a need for a phone booth, in our modern age."

The Doctor asked, "What year is this?"

Mr. Wayne raised an eyebrow and asked, "You don't know what year you're in?"

The Doctor replied, "I, um, tend to get the years mixed up."

Mr. Wayne responded, "It's 2003."

The Doctor whispered, "2003? The Tardis has sent me back in time."

Mr. Wayne pointed at the Tardis, while saying, "If this is a phone booth, what is it doing here?"

The Doctor replied, "It's for people that don't have cellphones or stuff like that."

Mr. Wayne asked, "Did Principal Dozier approve of this?"

The Doctor said, "He totally did."

Mr. Wayne replied, "If you say so. Are you a student?"

The Doctor said, "Uh, yes I am. I'm a new student. This is my first time. In fact, I haven't even signed-in."

Mr. Wayne replied, "Come with me. I'll introduce you to the Principal." The Doctor nodded. He started following Mr. Wayne.

Mr. Wayne brought the Doctor into Principal Dozier's office, before heading off to teach his class. The Doctor looked around the Principal's office and saw record albums and movie posters, from the early 2000s. The Doctor walked up to Principal Dozier. The Doctor said, "Greetings, boss."

Principal Dozier looked confused, while asking, "Boss?"

The Doctor asked, "Aren't principals the boss of teachers and students."

Principal Dozier replied, "Well, it's not like I employ students, so I'd say no. Anyways, Mr. Wayne says you're a new student."

The Doctor responded, "I sure am. I was just walking by, when I saw your college. I figured I might as well give this place a shot." The Doctor looked around and saw a bat grabbing a hornet, before flying out the window.

Principal Dozier closed the window and said, "I'm sorry about that. I ought to keep the windows shut, so weird stuff doesn't happen."

The Doctor grinned, while saying, "I love weird stuff."

Principal Dozier examined the Doctor, while saying, "You have a very nice suit. I'm trusting your rich."

The Doctor replied, "Your trust is well-earned, because I am rich."

Principal Dozier responded, "Well, if you can pay the price to go here, I suppose you can start attending the college."

The Doctor replied, "Sounds good. Does this place have a time-travel class?"

Principal Dozier asked, "A time-travel class? Time travel is impossible, but I suppose it could count as a scientific experiment."

Meanwhile, a college student, named Rose Tyler, was sitting in her science class. The teacher, Mr. Meredith, was making a speech to the class, about the importance of science. Rose tried to pay attention, but it was a real struggle. Rose had entered college, because she was excited to learn interesting and groundbreaking things, about the universe. Mundane things, like listening to overly-long speeches and doing class assignments, wasn't the type of stuff she wanted to do.

Rose raised her hand, so Mr. Meredith asked, "What do you need?"

Rose said, "I was wondering when this class was going to stop being a snooze fest." The other students chuckled. Rose looked embarrassed, while saying, "I'm sorry. I didn't word myself very well."

Mr. Meredith replied, "Considering the grade you're getting in language arts, your awkward wording was to be expected."

Rose said, "I was wondering when we'd get to do a science experiment."

Mr. Meredith replied, "We'll get to do an experiment, soon enough. You're going to need patience, Ms. Tyler."

A few minutes later, the Doctor stepped into the science room. He did a tap-dance routine, which caught the attention of Rose and the other students. Mr. Meredith looked at the Doctor, while asking, "Can I help you?"

The Doctor replied, "I'm your new student."

Mr. Meredith responded, "Then take a seat."

The Doctor sat in the desk, that was next to Rose. The Doctor made a goofy-looking smile at her, so he made a silly face of her own. The Doctor said, "So, when does the first experiment start?"

Mr. Meredith replied, "You need to wait." Mr. Meredith continued his boring speech, about the history of science. Although the Doctor wanted to be excited about doing science experiments, the boring speech was taking away his energy. He struggled to stay awake. Eventually, he laid his head on his desk and closed his eyes. Mr. Meredith walked up to the Doctor's desk and gently tapped his head. He said, "You need to wake up."

The Doctor tilted his head up and replied, "It's your fault, that I fell asleep."

Mr. Meredith had a confused look on his face, while asking, "What are you talking about?"

The Doctor said, "If you want people to pay attention, you have to be interesting. You were talking about boring crap, that nobody could tolerate. You need to make jokes, dance around, and act like a goofball, if you want people to pay attention to you." The Doctor started standing on his desk and dancing around.

Mr. Meredith folded his arms and angrily asked, "What do you think you're doing?"

The Doctor answered, "Being fun."

Mr. Meredith noticed that the students were paying more attention to the Doctor, than their classwork, so he said, "It seems like we should start doing a science experiment. Hopefully, that'll make you focus on your work. You're going to be doing an experiment, that involves chemicals and test-tubes. Because of that, you'll need to be careful. You'll work in groups of two."

The students started getting up and getting their labcoats on. The Doctor pranced to Rose and asked, "Do you wanna be my lab partner?"

Rose smiled and said, "Sure. I'm Rose Tyler."

The Doctor replied, "I'm the Doctor."

Rose looked confused, while asking, "You're a doctor?"

The Doctor replied, "You could say that."

Rose asked, "What type of doctor are you?"

The Doctor said, "I'm the doctor of time."

Rose asked, "You can control time?"

The Doctor said, "You could say that."

Rose asked, "If you could do such amazing things, why are you hanging around a college? It seems like you be doing much more productive things, with your time."

The Doctor sighed and replied, "I'm afraid you're right about that. There's probably a million more useful things I could be doing, but I've been feeling a bit directionless. I was hoping I could learn some time-travel info, from this college, that could set me on the right path."

The Doctor and Rose started fiddling around with test-tubes, while Rose responded, "You're not going to learn much of anything, about time travel, by hanging around here. This college is full of pessimistic, uncreative people, who don't think time travel is possible."

The Doctor looked disgusted, while asking, "This college doesn't believe in time travel? That's one of the most rotten things, that I've ever heard. It appears I've traveled to the wrong college."

Rose got on her labcoat, while saying, "I'm afraid there aren't any colleges, around here, that believe in time travel."

The Doctor looked horrified, while asking, "Why is that?"

Rose said, "The teachers think they need to make students snap into reality, by making dreams sound like false realities."

The Doctor stepped closer to Rose and started whispering in her ear. He whispered, "Let me tell you a secret: Time travel is real."

Rose replied, "I was hoping it was."

The Doctor put on his labcoat and said, "Really? Are you the one student, that believes in time travel?"

Rose smiled, while replying, "I've always hoped that time travel was possible. It seemed like such a fun idea, to be able to visit various parts of history. I would love to see what the past is like and get a peek at my future."

The Doctor said, "So, what's this science experiment about?"

Rose explained, "We have to gently pour the chemicals, that are in the test-tubes, into a blender."

The Doctor asked, "Are we going to get to drink the chemicals?"

Rose said, "No, that'd lead to someone getting poisoned. We're supposed to see how the chemicals of different colors look, when they're blended together."

The Doctor replied, "That's not exactly exciting, but I guess it's a decent start."

Rose said, "One of us will have to pour the chemicals into the blender, while the other person holds onto the blender."

The Doctor replied, "Holding the blender sounds pretty boring, so I'm afraid I have to give that job to you."

Rose sighed and started holding the blender, while the Doctor picked up a test-tube, that had a blue chemical in it. He saw that Rose looked a little bored, so he started doing his tap-dance routine. Rose smiled, while the Doctor danced around the other students. The Doctor bonked into one of the students, named Mickey Smith, which led to the Doctor dropping the chemical on the floor.

Mr. Meredith walked by and nervously asked, "What's going on?"

Mickey said, "The clumsy dancer dropped a dangerous chemical on the ground."

Mr. Meredith replied, "That chemical is very dangerous. I'm going to have to get it off the floor, as soon as possible."

The Doctor said, "I think I can make the chemical go away, by burning it." The Doctor lit a match and threw it on the floor. Mr. Meredith quickly instructed his students to run out of the science room. The Doctor, Rose, and the other students ran out, while Mr. Meredith used a fire extinguisher, to put out the fire. However, before the fire was put out, part of the classroom had burnt down. Because of that, science class was cancelled for the week and the Doctor was sent to the Principal's office.

The Doctor sat around the Principal's office, while asking, "Why was I sent here?"

Mr. Dozier explained, "Because you caused an accident in the science room and almost burnt the place down. You put yourself, as well as the others, at risk. That's very reckless behavior and a rather terrible way to start your time at this college."

The Doctor replied, "I'll try to be less dangerous, as time goes on."

Mr. Dozier sternly said, "Keep yourself under control. The safety of the staff and students is essential to me. If you put that safety at risk, you're going to get kicked out of here, regardless of how much money you have."

The Doctor replied, "I understand, bro."

After that, the Doctor went into the room, that had the college's swimming pool. Rose was on her lunchbreak, so he walked with the Doctor. The Doctor said, "It's a nice looking pool."

Rose replied, "Indeed it is. It makes me want to soak up the sun."

The Doctor said, "You know, that science experiment we were working, about different-colored chemicals, has given me an idea."

Rose asked, "What is it?"

The Doctor smiled, while saying, "You know what? I want to surprise you. How about you go and eat your lunch? By the time you get back, you're going to get quite the surprise."

Rose replied, "Okay then. I'll see you soon, Doctor."

The Doctor ran back to the science room and grabbed some test-tubes, that had different colors of chemicals. The Doctor went to the pool area and started pouring the chemicals into the pool.

A short while later, Rose returned to the pool area. She looked down and saw that the pool had turned into the colors of the rainbow. She grinned, while saying, "Wow, it looks amazing."

The Doctor had a proud smile on his face, while replying, "It sure does."

A moment later, the swimming coach walked by and saw what happened. The coach told the Principal what happened, so the Doctor was sent back to the Principal's office. The Doctor said, "It's quite a waste of time, for me to be sent back here."

Principal Dozier gave the Doctor a disapproving look, while replying, "You're wasting my time. However, you're doing far worse, than just that. You ruined the school's swimming pool. We're going to have to remove that chemical-covered crap and refill the pool."

The Doctor responded, "I understand how that could be considered inconvenient, but I think the experiment was worth doing. The rainbow looked beautiful."

Principal Dozier replied, "That's great and all, but your reputation is looking repulsive. Get some maturity."

The Doctor responded, "I'll try to."

After lunch was over, Rose, Mickey, and a bunch of other students went into the music room. The music teacher, Mr. Buono, said, "Greetings, class. I heard we have a new student, today." Mr. Buono looked at the clock and said, "He's late, but since this is his first day, it's understandable. He probably doesn't know where the classroom is."

A few seconds later, the Doctor entered the classroom, while wearing a hula skirt and bikini. Rose put her hand over her mouth, to cover how much she was laughing. Mickey and Mr. Buono looked confused. The Doctor grabbed a guitar and started playing it, while saying, "Greetings, class."

Mr. Buono asked, "What's with the outfit? It's not really appropriate."

The Doctor asked, "Really? Well, this school has rough rules. Okay then." The Doctor changed into his brown suit, threw his hula skirt on the ground, and sat down.

Mr. Buono said, "It's time we start talking about the history of music."

The Doctor replied, "Come on. We can't talk about that boring nonsense. Music is about singing, playing with instruments, and having fun."

Mr. Buono responded, "I suppose we can play a few guitar solos, before getting to the history stuff." The Doctor ran to where the guitars were and started grabbing handfuls of them. Mr. Buono said, "You're only supposed to grab one guitar."

The Doctor replied, "Come on, man. I think I deserve all of the guitars. I'll play each and every single one, at the same time." The Doctor tripped over his hula skirt and accidentally threw all of the guitars, which fell out the window. The guitars landed on the ground and every single one got wrecked apart.

The Doctor got sent back to the Principal's office. Principal Dozier stared at him, while saying, "You're expelled."

The Doctor replied, "Come on. I deserve dozens of chances."

Principal Dozier said, "You got three chances. You're not getting more of them. Please, get out of here."

The Doctor sighed and replied, "Okay then."

The Doctor walked out of the college, while Rose walked behind him. She tapped his shoulder and asked, "Will I see you, in the morning?"

The Doctor looked a bit sad, while saying, "I'm afraid not. I got expelled. I'm not coming back to the college, ever again."

Rose looked disappointed, while asking, "Does this mean I'll never get to see you, ever again?"

The Doctor smiled, while saying, "Don't worry, Rose. I didn't tell you this, but I've already met you, from the future. I play a very prominent role, in your future."

Rose looked relieved, while replying, "I look forward to being the lady of your future, Doctor."

The Doctor asked, "Lady of my future? Aren't you giving yourself too much credit?"

Rose confidently answered, "I don't think I am."

The Doctor replied, "You know your future well, Ms. Tyler."

Rose grabbed the Doctor and gave him a big kiss. Rose said, "I'll treasure that kiss, in my memories, until our paths collide, in the near future."

The Doctor replied, "I look forward to that." The Doctor waved goodbye and went into the Tardis, while Rose daydreamed about her future with the Doctor.
