"The video, showing a group of unidentified vigilantes bringing down a group of Trigger users and villains, has gained vast amounts of popularity on multiple social media platforms, and has since helped to further elevate the group of illegals' popularity within the public of Musufatu City."

"However, the central government of Japan, as well as pro hero agencies such as Might Tower, Team Idaten, and Fourth Kind Agency, would like to remind the public that these vigilantes are criminals of the state, and are conducting illegal operations within the city, and as such, present a threat to the general safety of the common civilian. As such, it is in the best interests of the public that they report any sightings of these groups to their local police station or nearest hero agency, so that they may be tracked down and brought in for crimes against the safety of all."
