I just just said goodbye to annabeth. she has been going to her dad real often thought to myself. I call and make sure everything is ok. hey fredrick is everything ok. yeah why he replies. well annabeth has been going to your house a lot for the last month. what no she hasn't beside I thought y'all were seeing other people.what I replied suddenly curious and angry. yeah about a month or so ago annabeth came over with her new boyfriend I think she said his name was nicholas. but he goes by nic or somethin and he said they where having a kid. wait nico and annabeth are haveing a kid replied instantly. yeah why are you surprised, you and annabeth aren't together anymore right . I tried to get out of the city and passed the mountain but all I saw was red. and then went just collapsed at the front door think of nothing but rage and heartbreak

annabeth pov

I kept thinking of ways to tell percy about nico without him hurting. I just thought of one and I was going to tell him over dinner. I was currently on the to the house. I was about to enter the city from the field of Mars when I heard an explosion. it shook everything. and what I saw left me puzzled and scared. not only what I felt physically. but the amount of power coming from the city was frightening. it just made me want to crowl in a cormer and cry. but I didn't I had to see what was happening.

Rayna pov

I was in the middle of talking with hazel when i heard a very big explosion. then I felt a power. I have never felt something with this much pressure or weight. me and hazel ran out when we notice it came from the city. hazel gather the army and meet me at the gates ok. ok I'll be their as soon as possible. I began to run when i noticed annabeth just standing in the middle of the field of Mars. she looked petrified. but I can't blame her as I got closer it got the power felt stronger and was tougher to get to. I was just about to kick this demigods butt when I felt a power like nothing else. it was so strong that it shattered the barrier I put around the city. it was scary considering how something could over power me considering how great I am. who could do this. the flashes filed down and they where Poseidon, zues, hera, aphrodite and hades. stood proudly in their armor. they all looked worried, mad and shocked except aphrodite. wo what's going on aphrodite asked. all the gods looked at her shocked. and all asked synchronized what are you doing here. well I'm here because well percy. I'm just almost passed out in pain because something or someone just shattered his heart. like seriously I have never felt something so broken. if he has any of his sanity left it would be pure luck or. hell if he does we would be lucky if he didn't he changed which I doubt is possible. but before she could say anymore hera said well I'm here because I'm felt someone loyalty break or rather shattered. it nearly gave me a panic attack. I have never felt someone feel such betrayal before never so what why are y'all here asked hera. zues said I felt a category 7 hurricane starting. which shocked me because none of my children can cause even a 4. which I should go stop like now it is at a 5 and has already swallowed up half of the mountain and all the lake. what are y'all doing here.
