A young blue eyed blond kid sat in the lap of tall muscular man who had spiky unruly hair that went down to his waist and bangs covering his right eye. The said pair were sitting under a tree enjoying the shade as the sunny day was getting just a tad bit too hot. The black haired man ran his hand down the blond's hair and playing with the kid with a soft smile on his face while the kid himself had a grin that showed his satisfaction at the man's action. The massage was something that the small blond truly loved as it was one of the things that only his father would do.

"So what would you like to learn about today?" The man softly asked as he slowly took his hand off the blond's head. The blond initially pouted before turning around and looking at his father's face, excited at the prospect of hearing his amazing father's life stories.

"I want to know about the red eye thing that you have!" The 3 year old child said with laugh, only in the innocence of a small child would someone call one of the most feared bloodline like that.

"Minato, I have told you what it is called, do you remember the name?" The man inquired, he had been teaching his son about basic academics so that the blond would have a good learning track record, the child was still too young to start training for shinobi arts.

"Hai tou-chan! It was called the Sharigan!" He said giggling slightly. Not being able to keep a straight face through his private joke. The father tickled the blond earning a soft laughter from the child.

"What was it called again?" The father asked, knowing that his son had intentionally mispronounced the name.

"Sharingan" Minato said with child like curiosity.

"Right, so let me start by telling you a bit about our clan's fabled dojutsu, one that has been considered by several nations as one of the most feared and powerful bloodlines." Madara stated with pride for his clan.

"You are the leader of the clan, right tou-chan?"

"Hai, so how should I start explaining this? Hmm, might as well tell you from the very basics, I know you would at least understand this information" Madara started.
"The Sharingan is a dojutsu, an eye bloodline that has the power to slow down our perception of time, allow us to predict movements, and finally allow us to copy the movements and jutsus of our opponents. The Sharingan has been known to form because of high emotional responses to certain situations that the user tends to face. The higher the emotions run, the more mature the dojutsu gets, the Sharingan itself is simply our blood and chakra running at such intense levels that the blood vessels in our eyes are visible in the retina as light hits our eyes. The red-eye effect is the base form of Sharingan. The entire retina seems to be red with a single tomoe shaped hole in that to show how much control you have over the said eye."

Madara paused to see if his son was following the explanation so far. Seeing that he was, he activated said dojutsu to provide a visualization for his child to explain further. Minato's mouth opened slightly as he stared in awe at the bloodline that he had the potential to awaken.

"As you see the three tomoe holes in my eyes, they are an indication of control over the bloodline. The tomoes in a normal Sharingan range from one to three. Three being the highest you could go to indicate full maturity as you would have guessed."

"What do you mean by normal Sharingan daddy? Is there anything else that is also there except a normal Sharingan?" Minato asked curiously. Madara's brow rose at that question, apparently his kid caught on fast. Very fast, if he could pick up the fact of anything more powerful than a standard Sharingan's existence from a single word in his explaination.

"Well, there is, although only true masters of our eyes have been able to unlock it, and by far there have only been two recordings of that in our records." Madara replied.

"Who?"

"Your late uncle and your's truly" Madara replied with a sad smile, his eyes morphing into the fabled Eien no Mangekyo Sharingan.

"From what you said they seem to allow you even more control over your eyes, you said the black space that is tomoe shaped indicate the maturity and control of the eyes." Minato stated, hypothesizing the true power of the eyes that held such raw power.

"That is one of the many things that it can do, all the Mangekyo would allow that much, as you correctly assumed. However, there are more powers that it allows the users as well. Mine for instance allows one of the most powerful defensive jutsu known in the world. It is called Susanoo."

"Then that would mean that no one could touch you? You could fight anyone and come out on top?!" Minato was gaping at the power of his father possessed. Madara softly laughed and shook his head, confusing Minato but before he could ask anything Madara spoke up.

"That would be pretty cool, but unfortunately, that's not how it works. The Mangekyo comes at a steep price. Remember when I said that Sharingan's activation seems to happen only when emotions of the user are running extremely high? Well it is worse for this upgrade, the emotion that my brother and I could figure was trauma. We unlocked our eyes as we watched our father die in front of us while we were not able to do anything about it. The trauma of losing a loved one that you hold so close to your heart and not being able to do anything about it was how we ended up unlocking this cursed eye."

"Cursed? From anything I can understand, the eye is very powerful! I totally agree that watching your dad die is not something I would ever want on anyone but what would make you call it cursed?" Minato was perplexed, the power despite its very high cost seemed to be something that could make you exponentially stronger.

"Cursed, yes, because this eye not only costs a lot to simply unlock. The more you use it, the more you lose your vision. The Mangekyo Sharingan's final curse on top of heavy chakra costs and the trauma is this. The human eyes simply cannot handle such blood and chakra flow in it. The enhanced vision that allows the Uchiha to be so strong makes them vulnerable as well. The blood pumping through those vessels in the red-eye burst every time you use its power. The user would literally be shedding tears of blood as you slowly lose your sight."

Minato couldn't believe his hearing. Talk about a cursed power. But wait, how good was his dad's vision then? Could he still see to begin with, considering his battle experience? Madara seemingly understanding the unspoken question spoke up.

"What I currently have is called the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. My brother's final gift that he gave me on his death bed. With both of us losing our sight slowly. Izuna gave his eyes to me so that should I lose my sight completely. I could use my brother's eyes and continue fighting for the survival of our beloved clan.
However, something unexpected happened. We knew about how we were damaging the blood vessels in our eyes and that was the reason we used our eyes as a last resort. However, we didn't realize that we were not damaging the actual eyes themselves, we were damaging the eye sockets and the blood vessels surrounding our eyes. When the fateful day that the eye transplant happened, the doctor took of my eyes and noticed the damage done to the sockets. Repairing the damage and closing of the nerve endings, he inserted the new eyes. Allowing me to unlock the final level of our bloodline, a mix between Izuna's and my Mangekyo. The interesting part was that when the surgery was completed my eyes took not only less chakra, I was no longer loosing my vision. Making the eyes almost invincible by themselves."

"By themselves?"

"Well, if the user itself cannot adapt or withstand the power of his tools or bloodline, then what good is that ninja to begin with? He would be a threat to not only himself but all his comrades." Madara replied with a smile. Instilling a lesson on the importance of actually having other skills and not be solely dependent on one tool.

Minato smiled, taking in the lesson to his heart. Madara didn't know as he had just made a principle that his son would follow throughout his entire career. Being a man who never relied on just one skill.

"Well that is true, a tool is only as powerful as the weilder." A man said with a smile interrupting the father and son's lesson. One that Madara would have ended anyway.

"Uncle Hashi! Tobi-nii!" Minato jumped off his father's lap as he ran towards the Senju brothers.

"Why do you always call me uncle and Tobi as nii-san?" Hashirama sulked. Before the child could reply, his brother did. "Well because you are old, have you looked in a mirror lately Hashi? You are old enough to be a grandpa. Well you are one but you get the idea." Tobirama replied with a snort. Which would make sense, Hashirama had a few grey hair visible in his ponytail that came because of stress and dark circles that went along with it because of the lack of sleep.

"Oh shut it you, you have grey hair on your entire scalp." Hashirama retorted.

"Blame our parents for that, I was born like that idiot." Tobirama replied heatedly. Madara sighed at their antics as he got up from the shade, grabbing Minato and putting him on his shoulders. Minato accepted the ride without even saying a word simply grabbing onto his father's hair as he did so. Madara's wince was only visible to the brothers as Tobirama laughed at his expense.

"Alright that's enough for your lessons this afternoon. How about you go play with your friend after you finish you snack?" Madara said, earning a nod from his son. Minato did want to meet with a certain red-head, she was a bundle of joy that he recently met the visiting clan head's family when they came for some official business.

Minato got down from his father's shoulders and ran into the compound. Looking forward to the play date with Kushina. In the mean time Madara, Hashirama, and Tobirama decided to go to a mountain top that would later be known as the Hokage monument, as of now the face of the Shodaime Hokage was half way through its creation.

Madara Uchiha was sitting on the Hokage Monument beside his best friend and his brother. They looked at the sunset and leave the orange sky that beautifully lit the village. The trees seemed to gain new colors every dawn and dusk. Something that screamed out to be peaceful, asking the other life forms to come and enjoy its shade, to be happy and content.

Hashirama had grown most of those trees with his wood release, made out of Earth, Water, and Yang release. A fine Kekkai Genkai indeed. All 3 shinobi present were exceptional in their own rights, they had seen their fair share of death and destruction and finally decided to stop this nonsense.

Madara finally spoke up as darkness began to take over the sky. "Someone is after my life." Earning a gasp from the two other Senju present. An assassination attempt was nothing to be scoffed at, despite the fact that these three were among the most powerful men to ever walk the Earth - a saying that would later be created came to their mind. 'Even a Genin can kill a Kage'

"Why would someone want you dead?" Hashirama asked.

"I have no idea, it could have something to do with the fact as to how the two of us are different," Madara replied.

"Different how?" Tobirama asked

"Have you never noticed how we are the strongest shinobi to ever exist, how our battle powers far exceed others who are or were in their primes?"

"Yes, but how does it make you different?" Tobirama pressed.

"It seems that we might be the reincarnations of the sons of the Sage of Six Paths, I don't know their names but there were two sons. The older one who possessed the Sharingan and the younger one who possessed the life force. The Sage's chakra was split into Yin and Yang so that the Rinnegan may never awaken. It is said that those eyes are only awoken to save humanity or to destroy it."

"How do you know all this?" Tobirama asked, Hashirama silently followed the conversation as it made sense.

"It is because of the Uchiha Tablet that only the Sharingan can read. There are three stages to the eyes as you know, the Sharingan, the Mangekyo and the Rinnegan. The last stage needs the Yang release, which we Uchiha do not have in enough quantities. Which is partially false as well, because that level needs another type of chakra as well, making it impossible for one to unlock with the Uchiha blood alone."

"Oh, but then what about the other versions of Sharingan I have heard about in the past?"

"Which ones are you talking about, there is only one other."

"The Mienai Sharingan, if I am not wrong it means Invisible Copy Wheel Eye."

Madara nodded. "That eye is awakened when you break free from the curse"

"What curse?"

"The curse of hatred"

Tobirama and Hashirama's eyebrows went up. Madara decided to explain.

"Remember how any Uchiha can fall into a curse of hatred when the thing or person or whatever they love is taken away from them?"

Both men nodded.

"If the said person falls into a curse, and later decides to forgive the said hated subject, the person awakens that power."

"So, what are the benefits of awakening it?" Hashirama asked.

"It allows you to see the chakra ratios. For example, let us say that Tobirama possesses the storm release, it is a mixture of lightning and water release. The Mienai can see the ratio in which they are mixed and if I have both those elemental releases I can also use the storm release, however, that is a rare case. Apart from that, the Meinai also has a higher level of perception than the standard Sharingan. If the same user gets Mangekyo in the future, his Mangekyo will be stronger too."

"Oh, cool" Hashirama spoke up.

"What about the eye itself? Your Sharingan is red with tomoe holes in the layer." Tobirama asked

"That one is just the plain eye, whatever the iris color is, making it extremely difficult to figure out of one actually has the eye activated or not. As the name suggest, it is almost invisible" Madara replied

"So, if you had one, it will be black. If Minato-kun had it, it would be blue."

"Yup, although Minato is probably the only one who has ever had different colored eyes than the rest of the Uchiha clan. I think that it could be possible that there is a very minor change of shade to the iris, which could probably indicate the activation"

"So back to the topic at hand," Hashirama said.

"Yes, where were we? Oh yes, someone trying to kill me." Madara said.

"But, that just seems absurd. You two are the strongest men I have ever come across. Why are you so worried about this assassin?" Tobirama asked.

"Because I don't think it is just some assassin."

"Now, what do you mean by that?"

"I think he or she is after my body. They want to take over my consciousness and use my powers for their own purposes."

"Now, that is troublesome," Hashirama said and heard men from an entire clan in the village sneeze at that. Tobirama and Madara chuckled hearing that.

"So, what should we do for that? If he or she can kill you then the entire village is in danger!" Tobirama exclaimed.

"Not really, I will not go down without a fight. But it seems highly likely that it will be my last battle ever. I will make my will and make some code that only we can understand to ensure that I am the real me."

"Oh, the code, it should be the code: U.M. Uchiha Minato. That will be a good one." Hashirama said

"That sounds as good as any, the Uchiha part being a secret really proved be helpful." Madara agreed.

"Alright, what about Haori and Minato-kun?" Hashirama asked.

"You are his god-father if I am not the one in my body. You will have to kill me and take care of my son. I will not be able to explain him the rest. I have been training him in theories and things that only a clan heir should know about, all my techniques and possessions will be in a sealed scroll that will be a part of my will and testament." Madara said.

Hashirama nodded, knowing that he will not have to worry about it, that was just how confident he was in his best friend's abilities.

"Oh, well you already know about Hiruzen, tell him too. Minato and Hiruzen need to groomed to be the next Hokage. We almost have the next few generations down. Tobirama as Nidaime, Hiruzen as Sandaime and Min-kun as Yondaime." Madara said.

"I still don't know why you ended up adopting young Saru..." Hashirama trailed off, he loved the kid and he was by the very definition of the word a prodigy, but what was the reason behind adoption?

"Sasuke Sarutobi was a dear friend of mine and his clan was a close ally to mine. He died protecting the village we created and I promised him on the day that Hiruzen was born that I would take care of the child should anything ever happen to Sasuke himself. At this point, I am simply looking out for the kid and keeping my promise. Besides, the kid is already at the age that he could become a Genin, he would soon be on his own anyway. With the way he is growing and from what my plans for him are he is surely to become the next Kage after Tobirama himself."

"I can't believe that you simply gave up on the title for yourself. I know for a fact that you could be a better leader than me. I still don't get why you want me to be the Nidaime instead." Tobirama grunted. Madara chuckled before responding.

"Having your hands full of kids and being a Hokage is going to be a pain in the ass. I mean look at Hashi, Tsuna-chan is ten-years-old and is still the reason why his hair are going grey." Madara dodged a dope-slap from his best friend as Hashirama was dealing with the nightmare named Tsunade who never let him sleep.

"So what do you want me to do with Hiruzen and Minato anyway." Hashirama asked. Madara already planned out many things for him, but this was the one thing they had never discussed. With an assassination attempt on Madara's head, it never truly hurt to be prepared by all aspects.

"I actually want Tobirama to make little monkey his apprentice. Once he becomes a Genin I am not sure who you want the Jonin-sensei to be, and to be completely honest I don't truly care. With Hiruzen studying under Tobirama even for sometime I know that the kid will be ready for almost anything the world throws at him. You can train him as well Hashirama.
For Minato, I want Hashirama to apprentice him, I am assuming you would have retired by the time Minato would be of age. Tobirama will be Kage at that point so train him as much as you can as well." Madara nodded his head, his plan seemed solid so far.

"It still surprises me how well you can think for the future," Hashirama said.

"I will take Minato on as a student right now as well, he is too much like me to not take him as a student" Tobirama said,

"Now, what do you mean by that?" Hashirama asked

"Well, he already has good understanding of the shinobi arts at age three. Think what he will be when he is groomed and trained right, when he will be in his prime?"

Hashirama shuddered. Minato had the potential to redefine the word prodigy. That was a scary thought indeed.

That was the end of their discussion. Madara and the Senju Brothers separated for the night, Madara returned home that night to tell his wife and child about the updated information and let his son know that he was now the student of Hashirama and Tobirama Senju along with the assistance of Hiruzen Sarutobi. No matter if Madara died, his son would be safe. Madara smiled, he could definitely live with that, or die in peace, should that happen.

Madara left the village the next morning, after telling his clan elders about the same. He would die or return with a victory. To Hashirama and the elders of the Uchiha clan, they knew that Madara would be back soon.

Minato came in the next day to the hokage's office, a three year old child had no right to look that broken. Hashirama just could not bear to see his godson in such manner. So he inquired what happened as he took the child's small frame into his lap and rocked him back and forth as the boy cried on his shoulder. His mother, a civilian woman from the Lightning country called Haori Namikaze had been the one who had married the Uchiha leader in secret. The Uchiha clan head despite his power well known across the continent didn't want word to get out and have anyone try to attempt assassination on his beloved wife. He didn't put it past his enemies to fall so low as to kill an innocent civilian woman.

So on the night when Madara had told his wife and the clan elders that he was looking at a possible assassination attempt, his wife had not taken that as he had expected. As a shinobi, one would understand that such an occurrence despite how off it sounded was somewhat normal in their livelihood. But as a civilian, the woman was scared to death, fearing the worst that she may not have her husband the next day. So when Madara didn't return in the time frame that he was expected to come back by, she went out. Outside of the village walls in search for her husband despite not having any fighting skills of her own, in the middle of the night. Now as foolhardy as this was, that is just how much she loved her husband.

In the black of the night, she soon came to realize that she might have lost her way in the forest, and with no help coming she tried to find some safe place to rest for the night. Basing off of the few survival tips she had picked from living with such a famous clan, she set up her camp and went off to sleep. Only to wake up in the middle of the night as a branch snapped nearby. Opening her eyes slowly she saw three ninjas wearing a uniform that she could not recognize. However she did figure out that they had not only noticed her presence but were looking at her with the intent to kill.

What happened a few minutes later shocked all four participants as the civilian woman ended up discharging a tremendous amount of lightning from her hands, killing two of her apparent enemies. Despite the shock, the enemy now knew not to underestimate her, and ended up hurting her with an overpowered punch - a standard punch one would expect from a shinobi - and sent her sailing to the tree that she had just been sleeping in. Breaking her bones and making her cough up blood, it was clear that should she not receive immediate medical assistance she would simply die out from her wounds.

With all that commotion, four men came into the clearing that used to be a forest at one point. All four of these men wore a clan crest on the back of their shirts, a crest of the Uchiha. They were the search party for the civilian woman that was sent out for the Clan head's wife, who had left without any notice.

"Haori-sama!" A nameless Uchiha ran up to the wounded woman to provide some basic field medication only to find out that whatever had happened to her would require an actual medic nin and fast. So he picked up the woman and ran back to the village. Knowing that the other three would be sufficient to handle the enemy of their clan.

The said enemy didn't last more than fifteen seconds between the three Uchiha who were enraged to see that the kind civilian woman that was their Clan head's wife was harmed. It was clear that despite any physical powers she was still respected in her household.

By the time the search party got to the village it was already to late to save her. On the next morning the clan heir was informed that his father was missing and that his mother had been killed.

Hashirama nodded at the story, his mind trying to figure out how to console his godson and just what he could possibly do with this situation. Thinking a bit more about the report from the Uchiha search party he had received earlier that morning he had connected the dots that Haori must have been from the Namikaze clan that he had thought went extinct roughly a decade ago when one of their mortal enemies had killed off the clan. Haori must have gone unnoticed because of her young age and lower chakra levels and decided to pass off as a civilian and switch citizenship to avoid the fate that her clan had received.

After all, despite the fact that Namikaze were known to be the strongest clan with Lightning affinity they were still killed off. It was just the cold truth.

So with that being done, over the next few days, Haori's funeral happened and young Sarutobi was informed of the situation. The Uchiha clan were mourning for the loss of their Clan head's wife and the fact that the Clan head himself was missing. So after a week of no-one being available to lead the clan. The elders decided that only one choice was left. Elect a new one. Rai Uchiha, son of one of the higher ranking elder was elected into power, mainly because of political influence, his closest blood relations to the main line and the fact that he was the most powerful member of the clan after Madara.
So when Hashirama was called for one of the elder meetings of the clan. Imagine his surprise when the elders informed that Minato was going to be removed from the clan. Not only taking away his birth right but also removing him from the clan itself meant that he didn't have anyone who with blood relation that would take him into their family. It would be a truly horrible week for the small child as he would be losing his entire family in this short time period.

The only ones privy to more details was the fact that Madara's will requested that Minato's heritage be hidden. By any means necessary. Going so far as taking away all his ties to the clan, on paper.

In reality, the elders were only looking out for the kid. The kid had access to everything that belonged to the Uchiha. The only thing that they were not giving was the allowance to stay in the clan compound and using the last name.

So, all hell came lose when Minato was in the clan's council hall where Hashirama was present and they declared that Minato was "banished" from the clan. So the kid with tear streaming in his eyes responded with only one line, and with malice that made all these battle hardened veterans shudder and gasp in shock.

"I hate you all" Minato whispered, though the room was so silent that it was audible to all. The reason behind that level of silence was that when Minato raised his head and opened his eyes they showed a red-eye with a single tomoe swirling in it. Making Minato the youngest person to ever awaken the Sharingan, at the tinder age of three.

Minato quickly deactivated the dojutsu by instinct as the chakra usage was too much for his young body, he left the room. But not before the Shodaime Hokage ran after him.

Hashirama quickly caught up to the boy and took him to his office before he could make anymore fuss. After reluctantly explaining the entire situation to the young boy, he was glad to see that the boy understood that and with the physical copy of Madara's will was sufficient evidence for the child. So when the blond's crying stopped, Hashirama let out a breath that he didn't know he was holding, he was glad that he could take care of the boy when he needed it.

So when the boy let out a blood curling scream in the middle of his office he was shocked beyond belief and was instantly by his side with multiple ANBU now surrounding the two just in case it was required. Hashirama looked around and slightly flexed his chakra to sense if there was anything worrisome only to realize that something was happening to the blond. With a quick nod the rest of the ANBU disappeared as Hashirama set Minato on the couch and started healing Minato, not sure what the issue itself was, but simply providing the medical chakra seemed to ease up the blond.

Whimpering, Minato's eyes fluttered, they seemed to hurt all over and Minato was about to start crying once again, his eyes glistened as they fluttered open. Drawing Hashirama's attention to the eye, he being as close to Minato as he had been was able to notice something. The eye was a darker tint to it than before. His brain's gears started churning before his eyes widened in shock as he came to a conclusion. His last discussion with Madara was about this.

"Minato, can you try to cut off you chakra to your eyes?" Hashirama asked. Nodding Minato did as requested, or rather tried to, he had only recently unlocked his chakra and didn't have as much control over it.

The color of his retina changed back to what he had known it to be. Proving Hashirama's thesis, he grimaced, he was dealing with something that even Madara didn't know about. Seeing Minato's confusion he decided to explain everything, but before he did, Tobirama came into the office after knocking once.

"Ah Tobi, good timing. I was just about to call you." Hashirama said

"What is going on, I heard that Minato ran out from the compound, I rushed as soon as I heard. Is everything okay?" Tobirama inquired as quickly coming to Minato's side and quickly checking him for any physical injuries.

"Yes and no, as far as the situation with will - yes. The aftermath, not so much"

Tobirama's eye brow rose, something that Hashirama knew was a request or order for an explanation, depending on who was the one reading Tobi's face.

"Minato unlocked the eye you were interested about...the one Madara said is only a rumor"

"Mienai Sharingan" Tobirama said in a whisper.

After that visit a few years passed by, Minato was growing up in Hashirama's family, trained as a war-time Uchiha or Senju would. Tobirama had taken Hiruzen as his apprentice and later in his genin squad with Koharu and Homura. Hiruzen and his team mates had also become Jonin under Tobirama's tutelage.

So after four years since the fateful incident of Madara's MIA status declaration, it came as a shock to the Shodaime Hokage when a Chunin barged in. Panting and sweating.

"Hokage-sama! Kyuubi has been sighted, it is rampaging and is on its way here!"

Hashirama stood up from his desk in shock. What the hell was going on, the tailed beasts were known to have been sealed in the different countries. He had split the bijuu in a manner that they could live in an environment that they could truly enjoy, only to find out that the rest of the kage had decided to make a weapon out of them by sealing them in human bodies. Making them known as 'Jinchuriki'

What no one knew was that the kyubi had been missing the entire time. No one was ever able to find it. Or rather no one they knew of tried to, why the hell would anyone ever try to incur the wrath of the strongest being in existence? If you had a death wish, go fall off a cliff. Hell, do a flip while you are at it. But it would be fucking stupid to die in the worst manner that was beyond human imagination by trying to go 'the wrath of kyubi' route.

(A/N: Please get counseling or contact suicide prevention if this happens in real life)

So Hashirama ordered that the shinobi forces prepare for the calamity. He got his armor ready and was about to head out with his army when he saw an arrow made out of chakra go up in sky and burst. A symbol in the ancient times to call upon single combat. Only the leaders of the warrior group would present themselves in the middle of the no-man's-land and fight it out. Winner take all. A tradition as old as time and one that was honored by everyone, no matter who you were.

By calling the law of single combat the enemy had forced him to leave his team behind. As he reached the no-man's-land he saw that on the other side of the clearing was a man who he had thought was dead for the last four years. A man he considered his brother in all but blood. Madara Uchiha.

And so they battled, with great reluctance on Hashirama's part. The battle lasted an entire day, not a lot of words were used as Hashirama has initially anticipated. The constant battle had deformed the land into a crater or a valley rather. A nice source of water was rather helpful for his techniques. Deciding to bring this useless battle to an end

"Tell me, Madara, do you know anything about a code: U.M.?" Hashirama yelled, face betraying no emotions but eyes desperately waiting for his friend to answer correctly.

"No, should it?" Madara asked with his ever present smug expression. Hashirama's eyes dropped, then steeled, his best friend was officially dead, and now his godson was truly an orphan. 'No, that did not mean that he would not know what love is! He will always have me, Madara wanted me to kill him should his body be taken away. This is just an imposter! I will kill you, you son of a BITCH! YOU WILL PAY!' Hashirama ended his thought and picked up his weapons, his chakra riling up.

"Well then..." Hashirama started.

"Let's dance" Madara ended.

The duo jumped and their weapons clashed. Madara had his gunbai and scythe. Hashirama had his broadsword. In the background was one Kyubi no kitsune with Sharingan in his eyes fighting trees that kept on sprouting to hold him down, courtesy of Hashirama.

After being thoroughly wounded from the fight, Hashirama brought Madara's body back in the village and gave the man the first ever Hokage's funeral. Mito was beside him the entire time. What no one knew was that she was the first jinchuriki of Kyubi and the village hidden in the leaves. A few days of rest later when Hashirama returned to his post he could no longer work efficiently. Tobirama was correcting him almost every step of the way and one day he finally decided that it was for the best if he quit his position.

A week later, the village introduced Senju Tobirama as the Nidaime Hokage. Hashirama was resting and tutoring Minato.

Some more years went by as Minato became an academy student and Hiruzen was apprenticing Tobirama in secret to be the next Hokage, when they heard something that shocked the village. The hidden village of Whirlpool, where the Uzumaki Clan resided was under attack. Tobirama was gathering his troops and was preparing for war when he found out that his brother had already left to save his wife's clan from certain death. It had taken three days to completely prepare for war and as he was about to rally his troops they received a devastating message.

The Shodaime Hokage - Senju Hashirama - Kami no Shinobi had died alongside his brother-in-law the Uzumaki clan head. Three villages - Iwa, Kumo, and Kiri had to use their combined powers along with six jinchuriki to defeat one clan. The Uzumaki clan head Daichi Uzumaki and Senju Hashirama had ended up sealing away the bijuu in other jinchuriki from the respective villages in younger children so that they may not be able to utilize the power for at least a few more decades. The price of sealing six bijuu and defeating majority of the army in between was their lives, and they gave it up with a smile on their face as they protected something they loved. Daichi as he was the third Uzukage of the hidden village and Hashirama as he was the brother-in-law of the man who was the clan head.

Something that many did not know was that the Whirlpool village was built many years ago and already had two Uzukage before Daichi.

When Tobirama did arrive he was livid. That was the day when he earned his title of the 'Water God' and was the man who declared the start of the first Shinobi World War. Konoha against Iwa, Kumo, and Kiri. The start of the vicious cycle called the cycle of Hatred. After all Uzumaki were going to be avenged.

Kushina Uzumaki became the last known survivor of the clan who now resided in Konoha and was studying in the academy. The clan was now being honored with a blood red symbol worn by every shinobi in the leaf showing their allegiance to the now deceased clan.

All of the first kage had already passed in the starting of the war. The surprising fact was that Iwa, Kumo, and Kiri had ended up losing their alliance right after the end of the battle of Whirlpool. The losses that every village took that day was enough to break that alliance pretty easily. The Nidaime Mizukage and Tsuchikage had ended up killing each other as well. Go figure.

Tobirama then received a lead on the Kinkaku Force and taking a team of six that consisted of his original genin team and three more - Danzo Shimura, Torifu Akimichi, and Kagami Uchiha had ended up going against the S-Class group to end their existence once and for all. Something that would not only give them a huge advantage in the war but also stop many of the atrocities and war crimes that the group was known for.

Unknown to Tobirama was that the Golden and Silver brothers had been the first pair to ever fight against the Kyubi and live, before Mito had sealed the beast away. That one fact had been the cause behind his death and the reason why Hiruzen had to take over the role of hokage much earlier than he anticipated. Danzo being an idiot thought that he had a chance at that seat to begin with. Not that anyone ever knew but Hiruzen was being groomed for that seat for years on end.

Shortly after Tobirama's death and Hiruzen's inauguration the first war ended.

But war never truly ends does it?

A few more years passed and another war happened. The second Shinobi war was when the Sannin became famous alongside the fact that they were the genin team of the 'Professor' and the second Kami no Shinobi. Hiruzen, Koharu, and Homura along with Danzo as an add on quickly became known as the Celestial - a team consisting of Koharu Utatane - the Guardian Angel, Homura Mitokado - the Grim Reaper, Danzo Shimura - the Yami no Shinobi and of course Hiruzen Sarutobi.

Minato's graduating class soon became genin and were on a fast track through their careers. Some more time passed and the third war came by. Minato Namikaze was declared as the Yellow Flash and the fastest man alive. It was well known in other countries that he was the most dangerous man alive as well, seeing as how he was the first to receive the flee on sight order.

A few more years went by and the Yellow Flash had taken on an apprentice with the name of the Copy Ninja - Kakashi, with the death of the other two members of the genin team, Iwa had seen the massacre that came after Obito's death and Kiri was about to start onto a civil war that was through an espionage and sedition mission lead by Minato right after Rin's death. Let it be known that the Yellow Flash did not like attacks on ones he held precious.

Minato was soon instated as the Yondaime Hokage as well and he was married to one of the very few S-Class kunoichi to exist. The Red Death - Kushina Uzumaki. They were waiting for the birth of their first son Naruto Uzumaki in a few days when he saw a blinding flash...

... and that is where our story begins.

A/N:

So someone wrote an honest review on my story that actually affected me a lot. The reviewer mentioned clearly the good parts and the bad parts about the story. Exactly how a review is supposed to be. So I came up with a plan to make the story better, keeping the good parts and have a solid plan to remove the bad ones!

Or rather, come up with a story that would finally make sense after 3 failed attempts.

I am rewriting the entire thing and will soon end up deleting the first 3 that I wrote.

Hope you like this!

Read and Review, as you can see - I clearly read them and respond to them.
