Chapter 1
Rose and her few friends have to leave magical Britain for good because of all the bad memories, they found out who was the true dark lord it turned out to be Dumbledore so Tom had decided to send them out to protect them from the old coot, turns out that the Malfoy's has a place in New York city so that is where they are going when they arrived Lucius told them"Alright, everyone let's go in and pick our rooms then we have to go and get your school supplies." So they all did as told and went to pick their rooms Rose and Draco had chose room that where right beside each other so they would be close went in to her room suite and looked around her walls where a nice light blue,the carpet was a cream color then she went to the bedroom and saw that the walls in the bedroom was a pale blue the bed had white silk sheets and white comforter, then she looked into her joining bathroom it was huge a big deep foot tub that could fit at least 10 people in it and the walls where a pale cream color and floor was a light blue tile.
After putting her stuff away she went to meet everyone else so they can go shopping for school and whatever else they need,while they were at the mall someone had pulled Rose into the bathroom and raped her. Nobody notice that Rose was missing until Draco went to ask Rose a question when he noticed that Rose was gone,he started looking for her and found her in the bathroom shaking and crying and her clothes were ripped opened then he took out his cell-phone and called in a few seconds the police arrived with the Svu Lieutenant Olivia Benson and two officers following her were coming up to Rose and Olivia knelt down and said"hi I'm Lieutenant Olivia Benson, can you tell me your name?""M My n n name is Rose Lily Potter-Riddle a and I I was r raped.""It's all going to be ok officer Fin here is going to take you to the hospital to get you looked at ok?"

I was walking around the mall looking for school supplies when all of a sudden this guy came and put his hand on my mouth so I couldn't scream, I was soo scared.""It's ok we'll catch this guy, anything else.""Um he pulled me into the men's bathroom and h he r raped me, he was Caucasian, he also had um blue eyes and dark brown hair, um it was short really short and he was tall as well ."'That's great thank you Rose if we need any more questions we'll come and ask ok, where do you live ?""Oh we live at 425 backer street, New York, we just moved here from Britian."
So Olivia went and met her team and commented"We have to catch this guy anyone else after all Rose can't be more then what 15,17 years old. Amanda, Carisi go and see if you can look at the video tapes at the mall and see if you can spot the guy."So they went back to the mall to the security room then Carisi said"So you guys keep all the tapes here,can we have a look at them we find the guy that raped this girl.""Of course here they are .""Thank you.""I'll leave you to it then."Then Amanda and Carisi started to go threw the tapes about half way threw they saw Rose walking and guy following her from a short distance then came up to her and grabbed her from Carisi commented"That's him we got this bastard."they borrowed the tape and went back to the office to show Olivia the tape and Olivia told them"Go and arrest this SOB before he gets someone else."So the team went and Arrest the perp and put him in the interviewing room to ask questions about the rape,so Fin and Carisi went and questioned him, they closed the door and Fin said"So you were at the mall the other day and to what, rape a poor girl in the men's bathroom."

Then Stone said"Well she just have to be honest that's the key,about what happened,then I'll ask for some witnesses to come up to the stand to be questioned as well." then Draco asked"Can I take Rose home for now she is scared.""Of course,course you can the court won't be until a few days away anyways."Then Draco turned with Rose and left to go Olivia turned to Stone and asked"Can you prosecute him?""Of course she did positive identified him so it should be quite easy."

Mean while back in magical britain in riddle manor one Tom Marvarlo Riddle sat at his desk doing paper work and trying to keep Dumbledore from finding his newly found daughter Rose,when all of a sudden Severus snape came in to his office and said"My Lord it seems that Dumbledore had found out where your daughter had went and going to send some of his people after her and he wants me to go with them to help find her.""What how did he find out,it appears Severus that we have a mole in our mists,it seems that I'll have to do a screening of my death eaters to find the mole,go with them Severus I trust to lead them on a wild goose chase sort to speak.""Yes of course my Lord I won't fail my Lord i'll protect your heir for you."Then Severus left to take the order of the phoenix on a goose chase around for a while.
