A/N: I had to reupload this because I really fucking suck at writing lmao. Anyways, I got another chapter done with this story so thats coming tomorrow.

Izuku Midoriya

Quirk: Gravity Manipulation

Description: Lets Izuku control the gravity on objects and people. He has a weight limit, but he's limited to the amount of objects and people. Objects and people each have different limits. Gravitational control on objects amounts to 30, while gravitational control on people amounts to three. He can either touch someone to control their gravity but can also control gravity from a range of up to 10 meters.

Izuku grew up happy. He had a great quirk that he planned to use well. He had friends and was a social kid. His closest friend, Bakugou, pushed him to do better and he did the same in return. Both youths wanted to be the top hero, the one to save others with no fear, but Izuku wanted to have the same smile as his idol, All Might and be able to save everyone he met as fearlessly as he did.

Izuku's quirk awakened on his fourth birthday. He had grabbed a slice of cake and was excited to eat, before that same slice slammed into the ceiling and the plate dropped to the floor. He instantly realized what had happened and was so excited that he ran out to his mother's car in his pj's and a party hat. His mother could barely control the ball of energy when she told him that he had to clean his cake off the ceiling.

The trip to the doctors office was filled with chatter from the youth. He tried and tried to get his quirk to activate, but couldn't since it was so fresh. "Mommy!" Inko looked into the rear view mirror for a slight second to see what he was up to.

"Yes honey?"

"How do you control a quirk?!" Inko pursed her lips. Was there even a way to explain how you did it? She was an aging woman, so she forgot how she activated her quirk for the first time.

"Well Izuku… You get this pulling feeling in your body depending on what part of the body your quirk relies on. You just grab onto that feeling and let it flow." This was honestly the best way she could explain it, but it still was a little weird to her. "I think the doctor can explain this better for you."

"Wow Izuku, you finally got your quirk. Now we can become heroes, and you'll be my sidekick!" Izuku had arrived at school the next day with such a bright smile, it was like the sun was right above their classroom, despite it being quite a cloudy day.

"Well now little Izuku, why don't you show us your quirk." His teacher had knelt down to his level with a small smile on her face.

"Umm okay!" Izuku then set down an All Might figurine he had and raised his hand towards it. Suddenly, the figurine gained a small green aura around it as it floated towards the ceiling. "Wait that's not all!" Then the green aura became a little darker and the figurine dropped a lot faster than it went up. The class was filled with sounds of awe and amazement.

"Woah Izuku that's so cool!"

"What's the name?!"

"Is it telekinesis?"

Izuku simply nodded his head. "I called it Gravity Manipulation!"

The days flew by during his last year of middle school. Izuku grew strong alongside Bakugou in terms of raw strength. In quirk control, Izuku barely had the upper hand, but Bakugou was too stubborn to accept it and kept calling Izuku a slacker.

Izuku's walk to school was eventful as he watched a new pro-heroine, Mt. Lady, made her debut by kicking a giant shark man down and proceeding to flaunt her body around. All the cameramen around him at the time were muttering something about "money shot" and it was highly disturbing. Other than that though, Izuku got some great notes on the other pro-hero that was on scene, Kamui Woods. 'Capture techniques are gonna be useful, especially for me!'

As Izuku wrote in his notebook, he walked towards his school with joy and a smile that beamed bright. "Yo Izu!" It was a recognizable and brash voice. Looking up from his notebook he saw his best friend, Katsuki Bakugou. "C'mon! We don't wanna be late nerds!" Bakugou quickened his pace and Izuku followed suit. He clutched his notebook and pen in his hands sprinting towards Bakugou.

"Don't be so slow!"

"Well students, it's come to be that time of year where you all need to choose your careers and figure out which high school you're going to." The teacher then grabbed a stack of papers off of his desk and walked in front of it. "But these papers are useless! I know you all want to be heroes!" The class erupted with joy and quirks were flying left and right, it was hard to kill the mood but the teacher had to. "I know you're excited, but I don't wanna get fired for letting you guys use your quirks freely, so please calm down." The students turn the dial back down, but the good vibes were still th-

"HEY TEACH! DON'T LUMP ME AND IZU WITH THESE EXTRAS!" Bakugou slammed his hands onto his desk and let sparks fly using his quirk. "He and I are gonna be the top duo by getting into U.A!" The class started to whisper to each other about Bakugou's statement. "You can all give up, because you'll never get to where I am!"

"Kacchan calm down…" Izuku spoke up from the back.

"Shut it Izu! It's true and you know it too!" Izuku just rolled his eyes and kept writing in his notebook.

The day went by fast and Izuku walked out of the school gates. "Cya later Kacchan!" Bakugou waved him off and they headed in opposite directions. Izuku had gotten a text from his mother asking him to pick up groceries on his way home.

He walked under the bridge, mind free of any thought when suddenly…

"Uhh excuse me. I seem to be lost. Do you know where Yakata's Veterinarian's Office is?" Izuku turned around to see a confused man standing there asking him for directions.

"Oh! Uhh it should be the other way and make a right onto 31st."

"Ahh thank you. Also do you know where some good stuff to eat is around here? Sorry, I'm from up north so I don't know much about that's here." The man smiled and he put his hands in his pocket.

"Certainly. Next to the vets, there should be a-"

"Also one more thing." The man pulled his hand out of his pocket. "Give me everything you have and you don't get hurt." In his hand was a knife. Izuku's body was filled with adrenaline and fear in a single second. Reacting on instinct however, Izuku used his quirk and watched a dark green glow envelop the man's hand. He was pulled to the floor along with his hand, and it created a hole in the ground. "What the-?! I-I can't move. Hey kid I'll leave just let me go! This friggin hurts!" Izuku shook his head.

"You shouldn't have even tried. I've trained for a long time. Now you're going to jail." Izuku pulled out his phone with his other hand while the man screamed in pain. He was looking for something to get him out of this scenario. To his right, he saw something glimmer and grabbed it with his left hand, but made it look like he was grabbing his other hand instead.

"Ah! AHHH! This hurts so MUCH! GGAAH!" In reality, it hurt a lot, but not as much as he was making it seem. He could tolerate this pain, sure, but it still hurt like hell. "But- But this'll hurt a lot more!" The man threw the glimmering object at Izuku. Izuku had no time to stop the object as it hit his left shoulder. It hurt like hell and his quirk grew in power out of shock. The man who attacked him fell to the floor as the green glow enveloped his whole body. Both males were in pain, the attacker in more than Izuku however.

"AGHH DAMMIT!"

"This is the police! Keep your hands-! Oh…" From behind the attacker, two police officers rounded the corner with their baton's drawn. Izuku let the power on his quirk go and the man sighed in relief.

"P-p-please don't do that again! I'll g-go to jail, just don't do that again!" Izuku was in a little bit of shock. He had never used his gravity quirk on someone else other than Katsuki, who had built a high tolerance to it since they were five.

"Well kid, you defended yourself well." The officer then noticed the bleeding shoulder Midoriya seemed to be ignoring. "Oh crap… Uhh my partner will get you to a hospital and after you get treated we'll get a statement from you." Izuku seemed to catch onto the fact that he was injured much later than he should've. He felt the sting but it didn't hurt very much. Better safe than sorry though.

"Well Midoriya, you lucked out. Had the guy's aim been better or had you been in the wrong position, you could've been gravely injured. Luckily, he missed anything major and you're just going to get off with a small scar." The doctor then grabbed a bag and pulled out the object that had injured Izuku. It looked like an arrowhead. The doctor handed it to Izuku as he took a closer look. The arrow was quite strange. It was bejeweled and shiny, like it was just made, but where it was found was under a bridge in an alley-way. The most peculiar thing about it was the beetle shaped metal on, what he could assume, was the top of the arrow. How could anyone shoot something like this?

"It's quite shiny, like an artifact of some sort." A new voice entered the room. The doctor turned around with a warm smile.

"Ah! Detective Tsukauchi! Is this a case that's big enough for you to be on?"

"Well the kid's an aspiring hero, and he was attacked by a criminal, so I guess It's barely enough for me."

"Well I'll leave you to it then detective. Ring me once you leave. The kid is fine so we will contact his guardian and he will be discharged today."

"Oh Izuku, I'm so glad you're okay. I was very worried when the hospital called and told me you were attacked." His mother had just left the parking lot of the hospital. Izuku rubbed the back of his neck.

"It's okay mom, I wasn't hurt at all." He watched his mother sigh in relief.

"Good. When we get home I'll make you some katsudon, and you can relax. It must have been scary for you to be attacked like that. I'm just happy your training saved you." Izuku smiled at the compliment. Indeed, his fast reaction time saved him and let him get away with a minor injury. "You should tell Katsuki about this, he'll probably ask about your shoulder when you train in the morning. It is the weekend after all."

"O-oh right." Izuku pulled out his phone and looked for Bakugou's number.

Izuku: Yo Kacchan

Katsuki: What's up?

I: Sooooo I got attacked by some petty criminal

K: WTF! Are you injured?

I: Just a small shoulder scar. It didn't tear anything so I'm okay for tomorrow.

K: Don't give me a damn heart attack like that Izu. I thought you were gonna be crippled or some shit.

I: Don't worry, I'll always be a hero

K: Ya fuckin better.

Izuku laughed at the conversation he had. He was confident that he and Katsuki would be the best heroes out there. He remembered the conversation with the detective in the hospital.

"I know you'll be a great hero. Keep smiling!"

"Evening Tsukauchi. What's the new evidence?" A fellow officer of his put down a cup of coffee and a pastry for the detective. Tsukauchi smiled and took a sip.

"So an aspiring hero, was attacked in an alley-way. It was a failed mugging and the kid got away with a small scar. However, what he was attacked with was interesting. So that's why-"

"He called me!" Behind the desk, a mouse… bear… dog thing, came up with a smile and raised his hand. "So, let me see the arrow." Tsukauchi nodded and pulled the bag out from his pocket.

"Well Nezu? Anything?"

"Oh dear me…" Nezu had a worried expression on his face. Sensing the impending question, Nezu continued. "This is a nearly ancient artifact all the way from the year 2001. Even before the widespread growth of quirks, a small minority still possessed them. This arrow is made from a meteorite that was rumored to grant powerful quirks to people. That meteorite was buried under ice and snow, so it is unknown where it is or if it can do the things people say." Nezu flipped the arrow over and stared at the beetle. "This arrow has the power to awaken latent potential within peoples quirks. If left in a person for long enough, it will begin to merge with their body, and has the ability to change the power they were born with to something absurdly powerful. How long did the boy have the arrow inside of him?"

Tsukauchi gulped. "He only had it for a few minutes."

Neze hummed. "Then that boy's potential has skyrocketed. It should awaken the next time he uses his power. His range, the strength of it and how long he can use it have all increased… I'd say at least 10 times over." Tsukauchi received chills from those words. "It's a good thing the boy is becoming a hero right? Otherwise he would be trouble for sure."

The rays of sunrise shone bright on Izuku's emerald eyes. He looked at his alarm clock, groggily, and could make out the time, albeit, barely. "5:53 huh… I should get ready to train with Kacchan." Izuku stepped out of bed and took off his shirt. Years of training with Katsuki had given him plenty of muscle and definition, though he never showed it off like Katsuki did at times. He grabbed a tank-top and shorts from his dresser and headed out into his kitchen. His mother was never up at this hour so he was on his own to make food. Today was probably going to be an easy day considering his injury. He grabbed his Hot Pocket from the microwave and headed out the door.

The cool air stung his skin, but he didn't mind. As he walked however, his body became warm, as well as the air around him. Maybe it was just going to be a hot day, who knows. Finally reaching his destination, he looked out towards the open sea of Dagobah Beach Park as well as the trash that was littered there. For years, he and Katsuki trained here and cleaned up as much as they could. Izuku learned how to handle multiple object's gravities and pushed the limit on how many he could handle. He looked towards a group of fridges, around 40. Every training day, he would try to lift more than 30 objects. Now he felt confident that he could lift at least one of those extra fridges. Jumping over the fence and into the sand, Izuku raced towards the rusty fridges and glared at them with a fire in his eyes. The fridges gained a light green glow and one by one, 30 fridges were lifted into the air. Then, another fridge begane to flicker and glow.

Suddenly, all 10 extra fridges lifted into the air, and crashed into some of the ones suspended in the air. "What the-?!" Izuku was shocked beyond belief. His limit was 30, so why was there 10 extra fridges up in the air. He fell back and looked around to see if anyone else was there. Instead what he saw was a storm of floating objects surrounded by a familiar green glow.

"Izu… What the hell?!" Katsuki had made his entrance perfectly timed to see the mid-air obstacle course Izuku had been creating.

"K-Kacchan… What's happening?!"
