"Giran, why did you bring a gold digger here? The last two recruiters were just fine." Their leader was sitting on the stool right next to the bartending table. Behind his mask, he seemed unpleasant by my presence.

I didn't think my choice of grace and fashion made me look like a gold digger. I thought I dressed normal on a daily basis: long satin dress, old hollywood hairstyle, and heels. "I dress to impress, Sir… and I've gotten lots of men and little women wrapped around my finger." I charmingly smiled at the leader. "Giran, if I'm wasting his time, I'm heading out." I threw my purse over my shoulder as I turned to the door. "I've got money on the line. Bye," I winked before exiting the hideout.

I walked to my next destination, and it was at a luxury dinner place with my date. I was a few minutes late, but I knew my date would understand.

"I'm so sorry that I'm a few minutes late!" I quickly sat down in front of my date, grabbing his hands into mine. "I'll make up for the loss time at your place." I seductively wink, for sure reeling in my prey.

"So Haru," I was cutting into my steak. "What are your other hobbies?" my cotton pink eyes flickered up at him. "I know several of them are horseback riding, gambling, and taking beautiful ladies out for dinner here and there." I placed the steak in my mouth, chewing softly as I kept my eyes locked on him.

"Wow, I'm impressed by how much you know of me."

"A girl has to do her research before accepting somebody's request for dinner."

I started humming, setting my plans in lock. Glancing around the restaurant, people were too distracted to see my date and I leave the restaurant. I kept humming until we got out of the building. My soft humming was causing memories altering to take out any evidence that I was with Haru if I were to end his life.

In Haru's car, I sat on the passenger seat. I gazed at him while he drove. I knew he was mad rich. He was the talk on social media. Everyday he would take photos of his daily life, posting up dinner dates of his food than his dates. Everyone wanted to have a dinner date with him. Haru was handsome, built, and rich. He was an easy target for him to fall for me. I had to bump into him in public and sing my alluring siren song.

"We're here."

Walking inside of his penthouse apartment he owned, we stepped inside the elevator as he pressed the floor number he was on.

I came close to Haru, encircling him in my embrace, making sure our bodies were touching. "Do you have a swimming pool?" I ran my hand up and down his muscular arm as my head leaned against his chest. "Because I think that would be the best way to start things off…" I said so innocently, gazing up at him.

"Of course I do. Why wouldn't I have a pool?" He said triumphantly.

"I hope you do have swimwears for me, and I hope your servants aren't lingering in the house while we have fun." I was waiting for him to answer the question of having servants in the house. I couldn't get any information off the internet to know.

"I always have spares and no, I don't keep servants after nine at night." I knew I hit the jackpot because it was eleven, that two hour window was open for them to not be at the house.

"Fantastic…" I whispered in his ear before nibbling his earlobe.

When the elevator doors opened, we rushed to his master bedroom. "All the ladies' wear is in that section of the room. Wear whatever you want." My date had no idea what he was getting himself into as he talked about what he had in his penthouse. He talked about how rich and spoiled he was. It doesn't seem like he knows a single thing about poverty and struggling.

A few minutes went by and there was no end to his rich talking as I explored the women's wardrobe. "How vexing… So boastful of what he has." I was on the edge of knocking him out with my lullaby and erasing his memories of this date. "I'm sick of it." I sneered in the bejeweled mirror, wearing a white strapless one piece swimsuit.

"Oh how beautiful you look," Haru smiled, enchanted by my looks and charming smile. He came and wrapped his strong arms around me, pulling me close to him. "The pool is outside, so shall we go?" My date was unaware of what my next move was going to do to him.

My hands caressed his structured face, "Before that," I smirked, staring into his eyes. "I want to ask you something." I slowly sung a tone, gradually increasing the volume as his bright eyes turned dull; he was under my spell. "Tell me…" moving my thumbs across his cheek, I finally asked the desired question I've been waiting for. "Where is your stack of money? As a rich person like you," I eyed his whole masterbed that was decorated in expensive items. "For sure you have it lying somewhere around here."

And when he opened his mouth, it wasn't the type of answer I was looking for. "I don't have any money. I'm in a huge debt—" In frustration, I pushed him away from me. I was annoyed that I wasted my time with a broke fool like him.

"If you don't have any money, then I'll take things that you already have." I stared at the undercontrolled man. "I'm going to have to erase myself from your memories and make sure you have a goodnight sleep." I walked closer, holding his delicate head in between my hands, as I searched through his memories and wiped me out of it all before singing him to sleep.

"Ugh what a headache…" I sighed, drinking champagne in the pool. I was bitter but I couldn't do much today. "Giran might be disappointed, but I can't do much if he doesn't have none." I sipped my cup til it was gone.

Buzz buzz

My phone rang and I knew who it was. I grabbed my phone and stared at the caller ID: Giran.

"Hello?" I answered the call. I was ready to hear his disappointed voice as he wouldn't have any profit for today.

"Where's your location?"

I was surprised to hear that he didn't ask about how my date went and if he could benefit from it. "For why? That's a new change in dialogue." I chewed the inside of my cheek, waiting for his next answer.

"Of course to live in luxury like you are. I want to drink some expensive drinks, see the nice items in the house, and many more." Giran laughed over the phone.

I inhaled sharply, knowingly that my date didn't even have money on him. "Well, if you say so. Don't get mad when there's not something you want." Then I ended the call.

I eventually got out of the pool and threw on a bathrobe, feeling that Giran would be arriving soon. Slipping on slippers and wrapping the robe closed, I made my way to the front elevator as I kept my eyes on my phone for any text from Giran.

Ding!

"He's here. Surprised he didn't make me go to him…." It seemed odd of him not to ask me to do that because he was lazy when it came to hacking if there was someone already in the building.

As the elevator door opened, there was more than one person in the elevator. "Well, I didn't think you brought friends." I stared at the smiling Giran who looked happy to see me even though it was a few hours ago that I last saw him. My rose quartz eyes flickered behind Giran to see that it was from the people from the bar. "He's heavily asleep, broke, and I'm drinking more champagne at the pool." I turned my back towards him and his friends after I told him my report.

I took a quick trip to the winery cabinet and took a few champagne bottles in my arms. When I made it to the pool, there was someone standing around the edge as if they were waiting for someone or they wanted to chill but not swim. "I didn't think I had company," I said loudly, making the person aware of my presence. Placing the bottles on a table, I undid the knot on my robe and opened it but not taking it off. "So are you going to stand there and act like a creep? Or are you going to take a dive before we leave?" I stared at a tall, somewhat-lanky man with untamed hair.

"Interested in why we should have you in the team?" The man walked closer to me, as I got a closer look of his face from the dimmed pool lights.

"What scars on your face…" My hand inched closer to his interesting scars, but was quickly intercepted by his hand.

"Don't touch me," He growled, as his turquoise eyes shimmered from the lights.

I boldly moved into his personal space as our chest were slightly touching. I wanted to annoy him. "Are you scared of a woman's touch? I thought you'd like to know me." A small annoyance slipped out of his lips and I giggled, turning my back to him. I grabbed my champagne bottle and sat on the edge as my legs were dipped in the pool. A pop came out of the bottle when I opened it.

"You're one little vixen…"

"Only fools fall for me," I replied to his comment, unconsciously sipping the bottle down.

"Mayumi, get dressed!" I heard Giran called from inside the house, and it was my cue to leave the pool area.

As I pulled my legs out of the water, the man decided to talk out of nowhere, "It'll be fun to have you join." I turned to smile at him as I closed my robe. I didn't say a word to him when I left the pool.

I took a quick shower to wash off the chlorine and got dressed in the women's wardrobe. Instead of wearing my usual clothing, I decided to wear a white dress pants and white laced bustier bodysuit, paired with white low cut sneakers and a coat. My long lilac hair was tied back loosely and I finally went out to meet Giran in the living room.

"My little siren," Giran announced, awaiting for my arrival. "I've convinced their leader to let you join—"

Their leader interrupted Giran and walked up to me. "If you prove useful to me."

"Not everyone will be compatible with every task you give them." I poked his shoulder, walking off to the elevator.

"You dare to touch me…" The leader grumbled in irritation, causing Giran to chime up.

"Mayumi, you shouldn't have done that." Giran sighed, trying to walk to the irritated leader that was going to explode like a ticking time bomb.

"I don't fear you that much just because your quirk is decay, dear." I rolled my head and smiled kindly at the leader. "A little tune of mine and your decay, then we'll both be down." I hummed my last tune, giving him the greatest headache he'll ever receive from me. "I will tell you that I'm not useful in combat, but I can play with people's minds."

"How so? How can your quirk benefit me?"

Keeping on my smile, I continued to speak, "I don't always have to be in physical contact to make people submit to me after I've sung my tune, I've mastered that through telepathy. From any distance that my tune goes, anyone around that area—unless I have a desired target—will be under my control until I feel like releasing them. Of course, they're not going to remember due to mind control of my lullaby, and through that I have the skills to manipulate memories, inflict psychic pain, and psychic illusion. In addition," I turned on my heels and marched around the leader. "Not only my voice can mind control others, it can do much more. I can sing you a death song, paralyze you, manipulate my voice to sound like anyone, sonic screams, and many more! But I don't really do sonic screams since it's never necessary since I have my ways with people. My siren quirk can be useful at some points but yeah." I didn't know how else to justify how good my quirk can be.

"She is a useful person when I need her to give me intel on people." Giran added.

"Now that's over, I'm leaving! Have a goodnight." I was exhausted from today's event. I just wanted to go home and sleep until the afternoon.
