Emergence of a Republic.
What if a Seed ship landed on Azeroth more than 300 years ago and a different and more advanced Human Civilization emerged with the elves? Naruto x Warcraft AU (Elves, humans and dwarves only) x StarCraft and others.
Summary:
A large Human carrier seed ship landed on the Southern part of the east of Azeroth, a planet outside of the Koprulu sector. Years later, the humans conquered the whole eastern lands and they integrated what they called the other humans and the High Elves into their society.
The High elves are pale skin people with long ears and glowing eyes with magical powers who at first resistant to the newer human civilization. Their lifespan is usually 200 years but the longest recorded is 3000 years which is their king.
The 'advanced humans' as the elves called them, conquered the western and northern section of Azeroth inhabited by the dwarves and the Night elves, who fought initially, but in the end the advanced human civilization subjugated them.
Since then, this advanced humans created more advanced technologies and contacted other humans within the Azeroth System and outside of it. In year 2400 they proclaimed the United New Earth Republic.
They renamed Azeroth as New Earth in honour of their origin. They set up the Capital in the Southern land they called Pandaria due to creatures similar to the pandas, and they named it Nova Constantinopolitania, or New Constantinople.
The capital featured a mixture of Gothic, Baroque and Japanese Architecture and populated mostly by humans with elves formed a significant minority. The palace of the republic, at the centre was patterned after the Palace of Westminster in London but larger and more decorated.
The second largest city, New Tokyo, located at the southern tip of Azeroth Continent (also known as the eastern Kingdoms) is more modern in design with high structures and large highways but it also featured traditional Japanese Architecture particularly, the Grand Mausoleum (Similar to Himeji Castle) of Uchiha Madara, former president of the republic almost 100 years ago who expanded the republic more than ever before and became more technologically advanced.
In terms of their technology, the republic developed the Chronosphere (a machine capable of transporting their armies anywhere in the republic), larger nuclear weapons with a yield of 100 megatons or more, flying saucers with anti-gravitational technology (Supreme Commander Forged Alliance game experimental Aircraft Carriers), Cold Fusion technology for power, stable nuclear power, advanced robotics and defence technologies and many more.
The elves at first were appalled with technology as they can live with their magic, but since they integrated technology into their lives, they became less dependent on magic and some of the High Elves created replicas of the Sunwell (their source of magic) with technology just in case it will be lost or corrupted.
In terms of government and people, it is a republic with the Head of State and the Commander in Chief is the President while the Head of the government and the Senate is the Prime Minister. The president must be always the Highest Military Officer and human, but the Prime Minister can be of any race which was elected by the people directly with 3 terms of 6 years each/term.
The population of the republic is of more than 18 billion with 99.0% are the advanced humans, 0.3% are the other humans and the remainder are the elves and dwarves. In their economy, they are considered to be a developed high income economy with high development index and standard of living.
In education, all people are literate and the official languages of the Republic are Japanese, English, French, German, Greek, Russian and Latin with sizable minorities are the languages of the elves, dwarves and other human languages. The most common used languages are Japanese and English especially in New Earth. Latin and Greek are used in studying magic as it is similar to the language used by the mages in casting magical spells while the other languages are used in the military and sciences or spoken in other parts of the republic.
In terms of military, the republic has an active force of 1 billion and 3 million reserve forces and militia forces of almost 4 billion with a total of 8 billion military personnel. The military has the highest budget with more than 48% as it also included the healthcare and education for them.
All races are required for mandatory military training at age 28-40 for two years, and the retirement age for humans are 75, for elves, 100 and dwarves are 90. Conscription is also active for the total defence of the republic.
Second Summary:
After Mengsk left Tarsonis , a large force of Republicans led by General of the Army Uzumaki Naruto was dispatched to destroy the zerg, protoss and confederates in the area as the planet will be a vital base for their operations.
Chapter I: Tarsonis.
"Arcturus you son of a bitch! You can't do this!"
"It was done!" and the sons of Korhal left Tarsonis, on the other hand, the man who cussed, Jim Raynor cursed Arcturus Mengsk for this betrayal, the love of his life, Sarah Kerrigan was trapped in Tarsonis along with the Zerg.
Inside of Tarsonis, Sarah Kerrigan was surrounded by several zerglings and hydralisks, but they became shredded pieces of meat after large aircrafts fired its 25 mm rotary cannons at the zerg positions.
She then saw some helicopters firing rockets at the enemy, and a gigantic flying saucer covered the sun, and it released a swarm of aircraft against the zerg, and a figure appeared in front of her, a man with blonde hair with blue eyes and pale skin who wore a United New Earth Uniform, it was her elder half-brother Naruto.
"It's good to see you again Sarah, do you remember me?" Sarah tried to remember her past, and it was very painful, and she began to fall in tears as she remembered her childhood, a tall blonde haired man and her father are arguing to each other
Flashback
"I am going back to New Earth Father, we belong there, I hate this Confederacy, and I don't know what is the sudden change, our life is better there"
"Son, I have had enough of the militarism on New Earth but if you wanted to, go there and never come back here! Understand!" Naruto only nodded, and he looked at his house and saw a little girl looking at them, his half-sister Sarah. He smiled at her and waved goodbye, but she ran towards him.
"Wait! Brother!" and she hugged his legs and asked
"Where are you going?" he took her arms from his legs and he faced her.
"I am going somewhere Sarah, I think we will never see each other again, goodbye" he patted her head and walked away while Sarah just cried.
End.
"You! You left me! You caused me pain that day! Why? Why?" and she began to emanate her psionic powers towards Naruto, who commanded his forces to stand down.
"Calm down Sarah, calm down" and he smiled at her, she remembered that smile, her brother always giving her that smile when she is doing something good and even rewarded her with money and goods, but that smile also gave her pain, when he left her.
"I will not calm down, you caused me too much pain brother!" and she lifted Naruto with her psionic powers, but he countered it with a more potent power, and her powers cancelled
"How?"
"My power is greater than yours Sarah, just calm down ok?" and she only faced the ground and walked alongside her brother who pointed her to a helicopter.
"Let's go Sarah, we need to talk something" she only slowly nodded and went inside of the chopper.
The zerg and the protoss inside of Tarsonis were bombarded by large aircrafts (red alert 3 Harbinger gunship) with 25 mm rotary cannons and proton collider cannons that released shells of unstable protons that produced massive amount of energy and searing heat.
Ground forces on the other hand, attacked several zerg swarm and protoss bases with their tanks and special weaponry. A swarm of zerglings tried to attack a tank column only to be vaporized by its lasers.
The protoss, mother ship attempted to destroy the air superiority fighters but the flying saucer fired its air to air tactical nuclear missiles, and it was destroyed; the protoss contingent, decided to retreat, they don't have any match to this new comers.
Time skip.
Jim Raynor was devastated, his love, Sarah was gone, dead, damn Mengsk, he will surely kill him. On the other hand, at the large Saucer in Tarsonis, Sarah Kerrigan was talking to her elder half-brother Naruto.
"So father is really dead and also your mother?" she nodded slowly, she only remembered bits due to wipe-out of many of her memories. Naruto's face also looked sad and muttered
"I guess I can't say any sorry to father anymore" he sighed and seated facing her
"Sarah, did you know who our father really was?" she shook her head and he started to talk. Their father was formerly known as Minato Namikaze, he was a former colonel of the Republic but resigned due to his brutal suppression of a riot in a satellite planet, and he took Naruto with him and migrated to a confederate planet, changed his name to Patrick Kerrigan but he didn't change Naruto's name, only last name.
"Our father was a former soldier? He didn't told me about it, I always thought we are just a farming family" Naruto nodded and she asked
"What are you doing here brother? I know you have an interest here in this place, what could it be?" she tried to read his mind but she read nothing
"Don't try to read my mind Sarah, it's useless; and you asked our interests? We are just going to conquer the Confederacy. We cannot let someone like Mengsk to lead this place, and he is a fool who only wanted to crown himself as king"
"Aside from that, we are here to totally destroy the zerg once and for all, those creatures are also threatening the republic, and we cannot let that happen" she nodded
"So what will be of me? A prisoner of war?"
"You can say that as a yes but since you are my sister, I will set you free, just don't hinder my forces, sister or not, I will force to harm you Sarah, and I read some intel. About your life as an adult" he took out a tablet and looked at her profile.
"According to this intel. You have a lover named James Raynor, a widowed man whose wife and child died; well I cannot say I am against to it, it is your life Sarah and I am going to contact Mr. Raynor to take you with him, do you have any objections?" Sarah spoke
"You are going to leave me again?" Naruto smiled and tried to pat her head, but she swatted it.
"I am too old for that, besides, I only remembered the past, can you leave me now brother or should I say, General Uzumaki?" Naruto nodded
"If you need something, just press the button near your bed, the robot here will assist you, good night Sarah" and he left. Naruto was both happy and sad about his sister but the past is past, he can't change it.
Sarah on the other hand pressed the button near her bed and a robot approached her
"What can I do for you Ma'am?"
"Inform me about Uzumaki Naruto" the robot nodded and it spoke
"Uzumaki Naruto, age: 45, status: alive, occupation: General of the Army, United New Earth Republic; race: 3 quarters-human and 1 quarter-high elf, parents: confidential, residence: confidential, spouse: confidential; children: confidential" and the robot didn't said any word
"So that's it?" the robot nodded
'He is not a full human? And what is a high elf?'
"Robot, what is a high elf?"
"High elf, also known as queldorei, they are a native from New Earth formerly Azeroth, they are a group of elves who utilized magic by using a type of power called mana that is another name for psions, the mana is used to create magic through magical enchantments or spells. The high elves lived at the northern part of the Eastern Kingdoms (and it flashed a hologram the location of the elves and what they looked like)" and the robot continued its talking
Naruto on the other hand was talking to James Raynor via a telecom.
"You can pick her up here in Tarsonis anytime Mr. Raynor, just take care of her" Raynor only nodded, he will surely taking good care of her.
On the next day, he arrived and landed at the top of the large flying saucer, and he then saw Sarah and General Uzumaki.
"Mr. Raynor, here is my sis- I mean Ms. Kerrigan, bon voyage!" and once they left the saucer, James asked her.
"Sarah, can I ask something?"
"sure"
"The general almost called you sister, are you two related?"
"It's a long story Jim, but to be short, yes, he is my brother, my elder half-brother to be precise" Jim nodded at that, well her lover is surely a big shot and he asked again
"So you originated from the Republic?"
"No, only father and him originated there" and he replied
"Your brother only looked like in his twenties, looked younger than you are Sarah"
"Yeah, you can say that, he is already 45 you know, and can we talk about it later Jim? I want to rest for a while" Jim nodded and spoke
"Sure darling"
Sarah then looked at the sky and she remembered her last conversation with Naruto before Jim arrived
Flashback
"Sarah, I know that you are still angry at me that I left you, I'm sorry" she sighed and spoke
"The past cannot be change by your sorry, I only felt pain since you left, and it only amplified when mother and father died"
"I know that Sarah, I am just sorry that I am not a good brother to you, this will be our last time we will talk to each other again"
"Yes this will be the last as you are going to leave me again, just like before, but I am nonetheless thankful that you saved my life, I do not know what will happen to me if you didn't saved me" Naruto nodded and smiled
"Yeah, welcome, but it is not enough, my leaving left a pain in your heart, but you should let it go slowly Sarah. People tend to leave us and so as us leaving them, it is painful but it will subside eventually unless you are overthinking it" she slowly nodded and faintly smiled, he is surely her brother, the one who always saying many things, especially in persuasion and intermediating some conflicts in their place in the past (the invented talk no jutsu).

Time Skip. Four months later
Mengsk on the other hand was under attack by the forces of the Republic and by Raynor, his Sons of Korhal defended his home planet Korhal against the massive fleet of the Republic but they cannot hold any longer.
"General Mengsk, our defences are breached, we need to evacuate now!" Mengsk agreed and while on his way out, his battlecruiser was blocked by a larger one.
"I want to talk to the commanding officer of this ship" Mengsk commanded to the larger ship
"Ah , greetings Arcturus Mengsk, my name is General of the Army Uzumaki Naruto of the United New Earth Republic, where do you think you are going Mengsk, you are under arrest or else I am going to destroy you with your ship, choose now Mengsk!"
"Umojan fleet incoming" Naruto's adjutant spoke
"What! Destroy these Umojans!" and Mengsk laughed.
"Goodbye for now Uzumaki, and remember this, I am going to be victorious in the -" Naruto fired the air-to-air nuke on Mengsk, destroying him for good. With Mengsk gone, the Sons of Korhal fell, the confederacy also fell, and it was absorbed into the Republic.
Months to follow, the Republic's campaign against the zerg are successful, they introduced zerg infected virus specifically made against them and it slowly kills them until they are no more or decimated. The protoss on the other hand, are now neutral, they will not try to attack the Republic at least for now as they are more powerful than the Confederacy, they will only just watched them for a while.
Chapter 2: Arrival of the United Earth Directorate (UED)
The United Earth Directorate forces near the border planet of the Former Confederacy was surprised by a large orbital defense near the planet Braxis, and a fleet suddenly emerged.
"This is the United New Earth Republic's border forces, identify yourself" the commander inside of the UED capital ship, Admiral Du Galle was informed that the Confederacy fell, the zerg was on the run and the protoss are at bay, he then spoke.
"This is Admiral Du Galle of the United Earth Directorate, we are here to enforce the will of the Directorate to create a unified government for the betterment of mankind"
"We refuse your entry admiral, or we will force to attack you" Du Galle alerted his forces and a battle ensued.
The UED initially thought they are winning, until a massive fleet of flying saucers and battlecruisers appeared and Du Galle answered an incoming transmission
"Greetings people of the United Earth Directorate, this is Uzumaki Naruto, General of the Army of the United New Earth Republic Experimental Forces. If I were you, you must get out of our space or you will taste the might of the Republic, be reminded that even though we are all originated from earth, we do have different governments, and mine don't want to be united with yours" and the battle became longer and will be known in the Koprulu sector as the Battle for Independence.
End.
In another timeline, the Queen of blades is now on the making, she was inside of a zerg cocoon full of green slime.
'I am going to take my revenge against Mengsk, I am going to kill all who caused me pain'
