A/N: Relatively new to vocaloid so this story might characterize the characters differently. Also, this is my second fic so I'm still getting used to the whole writing thing. Reviews are appreciated… enjoy:)
Ding dong ding dong ding dong
The ringing of the church bell could be heard throughout the kingdom. The people rejoiced for it meant the birth of their next queen. The next queen of yellow.
What wasn't known was the newborn daughter of yellow had a twin brother. Upon seeing the second sibling, the five councilors of the kingdom of yellow began their scheming starting with the death of the current rulers…
Time skip (5 years)
In the garden of the magnificent yellow castle, childish laughter could be heard. Two children sat amongst the garden's beautiful flowers. One child, the boy, was reading a book, assigned to him by the councilors that ruled the kingdom until the princess came of age to rule. Said princess was sitting at a small table filled with a tea set and plentiful pastries playing tea with her numerous stuffed toys. Anything she wished for was given to her by the councilors.
The councilors were the ones to raise the twins since the "tragic" death of the king and the queen. For the princess, all of her desires were met. Nothing was too much for the future queen. As long as the people can pay for it, it was given. For the boy, however, he was given the bare minimum. He was forced to start studying at a young age. His future would be to live for the queen. To serve her with his mind, body, and soul.
"Len! Come join me. It's tea time!" The princess called her twin not bothering to stand from here mini throne at the table.
Looking up for permission at Councilor Adiew who was watching over them that day, Len waited for his approval before setting down his book and running up to his sister. "What would like me to do Rin-sama?"
"You can be the Butler!" She exclaimed.
"Okay," Len said in acceptance. Picking up the tea pot, he poured tea in all ten cups around the table before pouring some in his sister's cup. When he was finished he glanced up only to see Rin smiling at him with her beautiful, innocent smile.
I want Rin-chan to always smile like that. Len thought to himself. From then on he swore he would protect his twin's smile.
Scene change (another part of the castle)
"The boy is too much of a good influence on her." A nasally voice whispered. "He teaches her love and kindness."
"Direk is right. She will be harder to control with him around. We must separate the two." Another voice replied to the other three people in the room.
A third voice spoke up, "We must also break the boy. He will become the perfect assassin and soldier. No emotions except loyalty to the doll dancing to our strings."
"It is decided." The final voice declared, his gravelly voice echoing in the dark, cold room.
It was a secluded area of the castle where no servants or guards were allowed to go. It was the place where evil was born in the kingdom of yellow.
Time skip (a few weeks)
"Rin!"
"Len!"
The two twins called out to each other. They were being dragged away. Len was stuffed into a carriage while Rin was being held back within the castle walls. For the next 10 years they were to be separated. Each learning their own respective skill that would allow them to follow the path their fate chose for them.
Rin would be tutored by the councilors on how to rule the kingdom. Their corruption slowly seeping into her young mind, tarnishing it forever. She would never know the meaning of selflessness. She would never learn the consequences of her actions. She would be hidden from the real world only shown how to obtain whatever her and her council desired.
Len would be put through training. He would be forced to get up at the break of dawn and train until long after the sun had set. On the days he was able to rest from training, he was to study fighting techniques and assassination skills. His mind would be warped until he was nothing but a killing machine waiting for the orders from his queen. His loyalty to protect his sister would be used against him until he became nothing but a shadow guarding the daughter of evil.
