In Zim's house; Zim was sleeping on a bed when an alarm clock started ringing.
The Irken woke up groaning before turning off his clock.
He climbed out of his bed and walked over to the front door before opening it up to see a mad Cell glaring at him.
ZIm shrieked before slamming the door.
"No one's here." said Zim.
Zim yawned and walked to the kitchen but Cell kicked the door down.
Zim saw this and became shocked.
"MY DOOR!" He shouted.
"YOU OWE ME RENT!" yelled Cell.
Zim is mad.
"Never, not after you destoyed my door." said Zim.
Cell is pissed.
"You pay, or it's eviction, you've got one week to pay me for a month's rent." said Cell.
"Oh bite me. I don't owe you anything, you're just saying that I owe money because I'm your neighbor." said Zim.
"You built your house on my arena." said Cell.
Sure enough the house is on the arena.
"I THOUGHT IT WAS VACENT!" Zim shouted.
"It's not vacant, I get packages delivered here all the time." said Cell.
Then a drone with a package appeared before placing the package in Cell's hands before it flew off.
Zim is shocked.

"Amazon does drone deliveries now?" said Zim.

Cell opened up the package and looked inside before growling.
He pulled out a pink smartphone skin for an iPhone X.
"I didn't order the skin in pink." said Cell, "I ordered it in green."
Zim laughed.
"You've been mis packaged." said Zim.
Cell groaned and glared at Eddy.
"The nerve of those Amazon people." said Cell.
Eddy looked around in confusion.
"Wait, what am I doing here?" said Eddy.
The two saw Eddy.
"I blame the co author for always mis typing stuff." said Zim.
"Yeah, this is what you get when you have a co author who's always using his phone to send PM's. Fingers must be to big for the keys." said Cell.
Eddy groaned.
"I'm out of here." He said.
Eddy walked off.
"Now where were you?" said Cell.
"You were threatening to evict me if I didn't leave your arena." said Zim.
Cell nodded.
"Oh yeah." He said, "GET OFF MY LAND YOU PIECE OF 'BLEEP'!"
Zim gasped.
A dog was urinating before stopping in shock.
Some birds were flying before stopping in shock and falling to the ground.
The earth was rotating before stopping.
On planet Apokalyps; Darkseid was sitting in his throne when he became shocked.
"The fool has sealed his fate." said Darkseid.
Back on Earth; Cell was shocked by what he said.
"Oh boy." said Cell.
"YOU DARE USE THE C WORD ON ZIM?! JUST FOR THAT, I WILL NEVER LEAVE THIS ARENA, NO MATTER WHAT!" yelled Zim.
He then booted Cell out of his house before slamming the door.
"AND STAY OUT!" yelled Zim.
Cell groaned.
"Oh you'll leave alright, even if I have to kill you." said Cell.
He then laughed evily but a bird poops in his mouth.
He gagged.
"OH FUCK!" yelled Cell.
He then started vomiting.
He stopped.
"It went in my mouth." said Cell.
He groaned before walking off.
