"where were u taking marie" said kyle

"uhhhh..." said louie, he tried to hide her behind his back but kyle could still see her "an assasin came and shot her so im taking her to hospital"

"dont give me that crap!" shouted kyle "u tried to kill her, it was all part of ur plan"

"oh yeah" said louie darkly "then hows about you tell me about the other part, about killing you"

"you were the one who shot me luis, i know because dylan said it wasnt him" said kyle

"but i tried to save you" said louis

"no, you took me to niles base you stupid fuck, except it was intentional you thought i was dead, why else would you be in the area at the time, you LIVE in hotel dusk, you couldnt have been on the way to work!"

"noooo..." said louis "okay but what about enemiof nile, i had an alibi i was with you at the time, we were both at eds"

"that was your trick, part of the reason you dropped that plan in front of me was to make me think ther was only one killer but there were two, dylan fisher killed enemiof! dylan waited until we were both at eds warehouse so i and rachel could confirm your alibi, he knew when we were there because he was watching through the spy camera!"

"damn you're smart..." said louis "okay final murder, the killing of marie, maries location was a secret so how could i know id get to her"

"its because of the spy camera again, u sent it to rex and had it record the location of marie, you were able to have it turned on because u didnt just send it, u were ed!"

louie was shocked that kyle had worked out that he was his boss that he knew as "ed"

"so, louie, aka ed, aka nile, what do you think of my reasoning?" said kyle and they glared each other down

"damn man, you're smart" said louie "i confess, u see years ago i was born to john nile, but he killed my friend danny so i ran away and became ed, but eventually he found me, but i decided, this mob boss thing not so bad, it was nice havin money after living poor for so many years, but i was always afraid id get in jail for real... and thats why i put myself on trial today and now im protected by double jeopardy"

louis picked up a gun and pointed it at marie

"this time i aint gonna miss!" he said

but then john phoenix tackled him to the ground

"your under arrest for shooting a woman and threating to kill her" said john phoenix

"wow, that was smart" said kyle hyde and louis was arrested for crimes he committed after his trial "i hope u get rehabilitated louie" said kyle hoping he would see louie as his friend again
