Tsunayoshi Sawda or Tsuna by his friends or No good Tsuna by his classmates , was your not so average Japanese 14 year old. In terms of looks he's average but everything else including sports and academics are below par.
But what average life he had was gone the second the home tutor Hitman , Reborn arrived on Tsuna's doorsteps. This is due to Tsuna being the direct descendant to the founding boss of the Vongola family. Also due to the death of the current boss's sons , Tsuna was now next in line to become the family's tenth boss.
It was Reborn's mission to train Tsuna to become the next head and to gather people to become a part of Tsuna's family.
At this point he was able to acquire 3 allies by the name of Takeshi Yamamoto , Hayato Gokudera and Ryohei Sasagawa .But unknown to him he was about to meet another one.
One day as Tsuna woke up and about to head off to school he saw a person passed out in his front yard.
The person was an African American male with shoulder length black hair. He wore military-styled pants , an open black hoodie with a white tshirt and combat boots. The American looked to be about the same age as Tsuna and same height as Yamamoto.
But what stood out was the pink hammer with a heart near the passed out body.
Tsuna thought " what if this is one of Reborn's tricks . Plus after meeting Bianca and Lambo , he might know who this is".
Then Gokudera and Yamamoto came by as Yamamoto asked " Hey Tsuna who the guy passed out".
As Gokudera got a good look at the knocked out body he whispers " Be quiet , no matter what don't wake him up".
Tsuna asked " Gokudera how do you know this guy".
Gokudera says " His name is Wesley Hawkins , he's the grandson to the boss of the Spada famligia".
Yamamoto says " So he's next in line just like Tsuna ".
Reborn pops out of nowhere and says " No because he's not his biological grandson".
Tsuna asked " Wait so is he adaptoed ".
Reborn adds " No , the boss married to his grandmother who already had a teenaged daughter . Soon after the marriages his uncle was born and 7 years later Wesley was born. Even though they don't share the same blood , Angelo treats him as if they did".
Wesley eyes popped opened as he took the pink hammer and swing towards Tsuna .
Tsuna was able to duck and asked " Why are you after me , aren't our families allies".
Wesley answers " Yeah but I have to see if you're worthy of being the boss".
Gokudera says " You're not going to lay a hand on our boss , but before that I have a question ".
Wes chuckles and says " Sure ask as many as you want Smoking Bomb" .
Gokudera shouts " Why the hell were you passed out in the front yard".
Wesley answers " My uncle told me
'If you want to be on time , sleep at the meetup place the night before' or something".
Yamamoto says " That is pretty good advice ".
Before Gokudera could light his dynamite , Wesley swung his hammer to slam Gokudera into the street .Wes turned around and knocked Yamamoto out with single strike to the head.
Wes smirks and asked " Will you accept my challenge ".
Before he could realize Tsuna was shoot by a dying will bullet. As his cloths exploded off his body he shouted " Reborn".
Tsuna said passionately " I'll defeat you with my dying will".
As Wes attempted to smash Tsuna's head in , his hammer was deflected by Tsuna .
Wes chuckles and says " Alright not to bad , but can handle a strike from both hands". Wes placed his left hand on his right wrist and jumped into the air and shouted " Let's see you deflect this".
As Wes swing his hammer down he realized Tsuna grabbed it before he took the hit.
Tsuna said " I'll defeat you" . As he swung Wes and his hammer into the air .
As Wes landed onto the street he thought " This guy is strong , he might be a rookie but he'll be a great boss".
Tsuna ran up to Wes and asked " Are you okay". Hearing this Wes laughed and replied " Yeah , man you're pretty good".
Tsuna then questioned " What about Gokudera and Yamamoto".
After saying this the two stand up as Tsuna thought " Thank goodness theyre okay".
Wes said " You guys should get going , you still have to go to school". The three agreed and made their way to school.
Reborn asked " Why are you really here Wesley , you're not the type of person to just come here on a whim".
Wes chuckles " As expected from you . Its a long story but I'm kinda of on the run from someone and since the next boss is in Japan I decided to move here".
The next day before class Tsuna was talking with Yamamoto and Gokudera.
Yamamoto said " Man that Wes guy was pretty interesting right".
Gokudera says " Well I'm fine if we never see him again".
The homeroom teacher announced " Okay , we have a transfer student who came all the way from America ".
From the doorway Tsuna , Gokudera and Yamamoto saw Wes in the school's uniform saying " Hello my name is Wesley Hawkins and I hope to be friends with everyone here".
The teacher says " Okay now let's see you can sit next to Ms Sasagawa".
He pointed towards the empty seat near Kyoko as she says " It's nice to meet you". Wes chuckles and says " Likewise Sasagawa".
During lunch Tsuna asked " Why didn't you tell us you were going to transfer here ".
Kyoko asked " Tsuna I didn't think you would know Wesley".
Wes says " Yeah I'm a family friend and I visited him yesterday , but I kinda of forgot to mention I'm going to school here".
Tsuna thought " Weird usually these people mention the mafia life but he made it seem like a normal meeting between friends".
Wes says " So Tsuna want to eat Lunch on the roof , I feel the view is wonderful ".
Tsuna chuckles and says " Sure Gokudera , Yamamoto . Do you want to come with us ".
The two agreed as they made their way to the rooftop and began to eat their lunches.
Wes says " So Tsuna you're in love with Kyoko right".
Tsuna spits out his tea and says " How did you know that , you've only been here for half the day ".
Wes chuckles as he mentions " If I'm not aware of my boss's interest how can I call myself your subordinate".
Gokudera said" Wait a minute who says you can work for the boss".
Wes replies " Since he defeated me I'm obligated to join his famligia ".
Tsuna asked " But what about your grandfather's gang , aren't you a member".
Wes says " My gramps only helped trained me , other than that I'm mostly independent ".
Reborn appears on Tsuna's head and says " Though how would your partner feel about you leaving ".
Wes starts the choke on his food as Tsuna asked " Wait he has a partner".
Reborn holds a picture of a girl with long, flowing pink hair and blue eyes. He says " Her name is Madison Foster ".
Wes shouts " Looks like you found out my secret then ".
Yamamoto says " So she's his partner , she seems pretty cute ".
Gokudera says " I've heard you two were a pretty good team , why would you run away".
Wes sighs and says " You see everything was fine until she fell in love with me".
Tsuna asks " But why is that a bad thing , you two worked together for a while so you have to have some chemistry ".
Wes replies " Yeah we are good as a team but when she loves someone it's to the point of obsession , she's already killed 3 of her past boyfriends ".
Gokudera gulps " Oh yeah I forgot about those rumors , plus she's a pro when it comes to knives ".
Wes says " That's why I ran , I've seen her skills more than anyone. But Reborn you haven't contacted Madison right".
Reborn chuckles as he says " Don't worry your location is still a secret".
Wes sighs as he says " That's a relief". The American noticed a guy with short black hair and narrow grey eyes walking up near the stairs .
The rest of the guys minus Reborn were somewhat terrified as Wes asked " What got you guys so frightened ".
The student says " You must be the new transfer student , welcome to Namimori Middle , my name is Kyoya Hibari , head of the Disciplinary Committee".
Wes says " It nice to meet you too , my name is Wesley but you can call me Wes".
Hibari looks at Wesley's necktie to see it was undone. Hibari says " You have broken the school's dress code, for that I'll bite you to death".
Hibari attempts to strike the American with his Tonfa , Wes countered with a small mallet he had with in his pocket".
Before Wes could utter a snarky remark , Hibari's other tonfa delivered a powerful blow to Wes's head.
Tsuna ran to Wes's side and shouted " Wes are you okay , say something ".
