This was something that came to me when I first saw Anne steal the music box in the second episode. I was starting to imagine a story where an adult Anne stops a girl about the same age as her from making a similar mistake. Then when browsing through Amphibia fanart on Deviantart, I came across a drawing from the artist LaArtistaHispana and the rest is history.

Amphibia belongs to Disney and Matthew Braly. The OC's Olivia, Thomas and Ava belong to LaArtistaHispana.

It was a friday afternoon and 33-year-old Anne Boonchuy, now Anne O'Flair, was shopping at a Jacksonville mall with her three kids. Her oldest daughter Olivia is ten with the same hairstyle as Anne at that age, only a little shorter. Her son, Thomas, or Tommy is eight, also with the same hairstyle, and to round out the kids was Anne's infant daughter Ava. When they entered the mall, Anne spoke to her kids saying,

"Okay kids, we're here to get new school clothes, then we're getting lunch, okay"

However, her kids had other plans. "Common Mom" Tommy complained "Why do I need new clothes, my old ones are just fine" Olivia complained for a different reason, "why do you choose my clothes, why can't I choose my own?"

However, Anne spoke up "Because you need to look nice for school Tommy, and also when did I choose the clothes you wear Olivia?"

Both kids let out a confused "uhh"

"That's what I thought" Anne said "But I'll tell you two what, if this morning goes without a hitch, you two not only get to choose your own lunches, but you two get to shop wherever you two like."

This let out a breath of excitement from her children and the rest of the day went off without a hitch. Once the kids got their clothes and ate their lunches. The kids went their separate ways, with all of them agreeing to meet back here at a later time to go home. Tommy went to the toy store, while Olivia went to the arcade. On the way there she saw a familiar girl, a straight blonde-haired girl named, Missy Coleman. Being in a military family, Olivia never had a lot of friends, so when Missy came along, Olivia finally got a friend, or so she thought.

"Olivia" Missy yelled out and waved "good to see you here, how's it going?"

"Great" Olivia replied happy

"So, what are you doing here?" Missy asked.

"Just here with my family doing some back to school shopping" Olivia replied.

"Bummer" Missy replied in a sarcastic tone "So what were you doing?"

"Just going to the arcade," Olivia replied.

"Boring" Missy replied "Let's shop"

"I don't know Missy" Olivia replied nervously "I was kind of hoping to…."

"Hubup, Olivia" Missy replied "We are going shopping"

"But the ar…"

"You are with your friend, and also did I mention my birthday is coming up"

"So…. You want me to get you something?" Olivia asked, confused.

"Yes" said Missy with a more serious tone "Now common, and also by the way Leia is coming"

The two girls walked around the mall until they met Leia. Leia Armond was also a blonde, this time with her hair tied in pigtails. Together they went into J.C. Penneys where they saw many different outfits and accessories. Pretty soon they were looking at jewelry, and one piece stood out to Missy in particular. A necklace that is in a heart shape with jewels encrusted in the heart. Missy saw it and she wanted it. She didn't have any money and didn't feel like asking for any. So she and Leia decided to do the first thing that came to her mind. "Say Olivia" Missy said to Olivia I finally decided what I want for my birthday.

"Really" Olivia said

"That necklace" Missy said pointing to the aforementioned necklace "and I want you to get it for me."

"I don't have any money" Olivia said, "So how am I going to get it for you?"

"Simple" Leia said "You're going to steal it for her"

"What" Olivia said even more confused "But isn't that stealing?"

"Not if you don't get caught" Missy said

"And besides" Leia said with a wicked smile "We do it all the time"

"And never get caught," Missy said with a smile.

"Also, you want friends, right?" Leia said, getting more manipulative and wicked.

"But it's still wrong" Olivia said concerned

"But it's my birthday" Missy said, "And friends get friends the things they want." Olivia sighed and figured they were right. She recently had to give up a cool new backpack to Missy, and a Universal shirt to Leia, now, she supposed, she only had to do her part and get her friend her gift. In defeat, she said "okay, I'll get you the necklace"

"I knew you'd change your mind" Missy said as Olivia proceeded to look around for any witnesses. Luckily the jeweler was on the other side of the booth, and her "friends' ' were doing lookout. The coast was clear. Olivia then proceeded to take the necklace off the shelf and put it in her polo pocket. The next step was getting past security, but then a hand came out of nowhere and grabbed Olivia's wrist, Olivia turned around to see it was her mother with the face of a nuclear bomb, with red cheeks and tears of anger. This was scary to Olivia who now had to face the full brunt of her anger. Her "friends" fled at the sight like a rat that saw a cat.

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING?" Anne said with a fury in her heart.

"I was just...I mean….I was," Olivia said now stuttering and shaking with fear.

"You were what?" Anne said, still angry.

"I was" Olivia was cut off again when Anne searched her polo pocket. Anne was shocked, she was going to steal it, but she had a good intuition as to why. She was still understood but angry, after all she raised her children better than this, so she said something understanding, "Oh Olivia, I understand, I've been there too" she said in a symphonic voice while putting her hand on her shoulder. "I know you want friends, but this isn't the way to go about it"

"It isn't" Olivia said confused.

"Yes, true friends don't treat each other that way" Anne said

"Where did you learn that?" Olivia asked

"A true friend, a true froggy friend" Anne said with a reminisence in her voice.

"Sprig?" Olivia asked.

"Exactly" Anne said.

"Soooo…" Olivia said, hoping to get off the hook "Am I off the hook?"

"No" Anne said "We still need to discuss your punishment, in fact were leaving now"

So, the family left to discuss Olivia's punishment at home, as well as helping to get Olivia friends in the future.

I might introduce the rest of Anne's future family in later fics if this does well and if it's okay with LaArtistaHispana. Anyway, let me know what you think in the reviews. Also, why did I set up Anne with an OC instead of Sasha or Marcy, because one, Sasha is terrible, and two, we haven't seen Marcy so we don't know much about her.
