Hello again folks! And that's right, this is the 2nd story! I know though, towards the end of the month and only getting story #2 out? This second job has been making me do this long-as-piss online course thing that's...Well as you'd figure, TOO LONG, so that's suddenly taking up my time, but i took some time to wrap this one up as quick as i could before getting back to that. What's also dumb is them delaying when i'll get hands-on training and when i start working there (probably cuz of this retarded virus thing). I'll still try to pick up the pace from here. Anyways! My notifications were going crazy when i uploaded that Miu story, and folks really liked that one, it seems (happy that's the case too ^^). Wouldnt be surprised at all if i continued that one first and continued this last, but let's see how the next 3 do. I dont think much of anyone's familiar with The Hundred Knight games, but we'll see how this does too. Came out shorter than expected, but hope yall enjoy this nonetheless. Now then...GET TO READING!
Chapter 1: The Underling and The Paladin

For the past decade, the town that I lived in with my mother has seen peace. However, before that we've experienced traumatic illnesses due to a sudden miasma spread, and then with the help of a knight's involvement to relieve the source of it, the disease greatly diminished after a year. Though I've survived and am of the most healthy folk, I can't say the same for mom and she hasn't seen any signs of getting better. Fast-forward to five more years...The health decline over the populace is rampant again since the miasmic substances returning pollute the air, with mom feeling even worse..
"*coughs* (Im...Im scared to see her now..) *steps in mom's room, carrying some food* M-mom?"
"Oh sonny..Im so- *COUGH COUGH* G...Glad...To see..You.."

"You said to me before this knight went to this swamp and...Mom..? *looks at her* Mom! Are you with me?!" I asked, but see her no longer responding. I put my head on her chest and still hear her heartbeats, but they were very faint. Dammit Im running out of time to save her then! With tears swelling my eyes, I ran through the town to the royal palace and was stopped by entry knights. "You gotta help me! That swamp is spreading this poisonous air! Do something! My mom is dying and-" I was pleading, "Easy now, we can't save every single sick folk that is suffering from the air. We only serve to protect from attacks" the knight interrupts with, "So you're just gonna let her die? Is that it?! *sees them pause* I don't have time to deal with you! Im doing this myself!" I shouted in frustration, running to where the swamp is, with a largely-armored female knight overheard and stepped out. The knights exchanged a feeling of uncertainty, "Leave it to me. Im best equipped for this after becoming a Paladin" she says as she walked forward.
I'll admit. I dont know where to go, but I always had this smell that got worse each time I go eastward, so I went in that direction. The scent smelled more and more like shit. This was telling me I was getting closer to the swamp, especially when the greenish air got denser, making my fears grow. Still I continued, now outside the village, into a forest that was ominously very low on wildlife..For obvious reasons. My sight was starting to blind up, and I was holding my nose. The very repulsive smell was making me feel like barfing at any moment...But still..My quest was halted by an odd stalking that glowed green. "What the...*inches in closer to it, then my eyes start to sting* Auuughh! Dammit! *rubs eyes, then it suddenly spurts at me, landing on my chest* W-what the hell?! *flails around, trying to get the goo off of me, and accidentally falls over the ledge* Oh no 0_0 *falls below, into the swamp below* AHHHHHHHH!" I screamed, splashing into the heavy, murky waters, and it gradually pushes me down like quicksand. "(No..Nononono I cant move! A-am I gonna die here?...Cant breathe...M..Mom...)" I last thought, sinking deep into the waters. No longer able to think...Or anything...
"Yeeeah. Just a piece" said a voice in the darkness, slightly maniacal in tone. Was I...Saved? I was just...Dying..right? My eyes, completely fine now, finally opened, staring at an unfamiliar ceiling. I notice that Im...On the floor? "Heh. Looks like the Guinea pig is up. *looks at my hard penis* His lil friend is, too. *flicks it, sees me wince* Maybe I gave him a bit too much juice" said the big-hatted woman, floating next to me, "Geh! D-dont mess with it please...Were..You the one that saved me?" I asked, "Nah. You're lucky he even found your dyin' ass" she replied, pointing behind me. I look behind with my chin in the air, seeing small...Black, doll-like thing? It looked weird with it's long arms and big hands. "Okyu?" it spoke, sounding a bit confused. "That there is Hundred Knight. I had him on a daily errand as usual, and he picked up your scrony ass. Dont let his size fool you. He's way stronger than alot of things out there" she said with a sharp-teethed smile, "But...I could've been sure...I was..Gonna die.. Who are you?" I said lowly, "A mortal not knowing my name. Guess it's a bit understandable. Call me Metallia, the world's greatest witch! Now about you. This life of your's is hanging by a thread. I tried a few things to keep you from croaking, but looks like you got an hour left" informed Metallia, "O.O..A-an hour?! How long I was even out?! I gotta hurry and get to mom! She's been very sick for a while and I have to cure her right away! *tries to struggle but all attempts are ceased by ropes, dug into the floor* (Im strung to the floor?) The hell is with all this? Im all nude and everything /" I asked, "Heheheh~, this is where I come in. With what you told me, I can make this all the more fun. Scram outta here, Hundred Knight. *sees him step out* Ok kid, listen. Your mom's not makin' it, but you can save your own life now...By becoming a Witch. Just like me" she said with a big, evil smile, her sharp teeth looking larger than before, "But...But..I..I dont want this..." I lament, "*plucks at my chest, pulling a dark blue aura out of me* See this? A part of my soul's already in your body. You have the potential to get started. I cant guarantee it'll be easy on you. You wouldn't wanna waste any of this, riiiight? *sees me stay silent* Tch. *floats to the door* If you need more time to decide, just lemme-" she was saying, "Wait. *sees her turn around* It'll be for mom..I'll do it. I'll...Become a Witch for you" I accept. Glee filling her eyes, she shifts to her face away from me, putting on a grim smile. "(Hehehehe, what a sucker. Here's where the fun reeeally begins) *turns back to me* Wise choice. Now then...You fell into the swamp like a dunce, but that's good here. You gained tons of mana that way. Now we need to swizzle it around to complete the transformation" she said, taking off her pants, making me unsure if I should be excited or not.

I said with a grimace smile, "You became one tough piece of shit, huh? Still not something my Hundred Knight cant handle. (Hmm..If he's already this strong, maybe he can help me) Say. How about a deal? I feel limited in this pond-sized swamp of mine. If you can expand it with me, make a green crystal, and get rid of those damn knights so I can expand this place across the town, I'll let you keep me company" she offered, "Heeeeeh, sounds like a plan to me. Anything for you, hot stuff" I complied with an evil smile, "I'll do more with you later. For now, go on to that castle and wreck up the place" she commands with an excited smile, "Hmmhmmhmmmmm, can do" I comply once more, dressing back up, floating out of the swamp.
My hands charge with a large ember enveloping them, ready to launch at the town, but a significant energy strikes my nerve. "Who's this from? I gotta see the guy that has this much power! *follows the sense, trailing back to a rundown home* This...This is my house, right? Dunno what you could steal from a place like mine. *sees a heavily armored soldier come out of it* Him! This'll be fun...!" I said to myself excitedly, floating down to the knight.
Heheheheh, let's see what you got after I lauuuunch this! "*hears a howling fireball coming from behind, turns around and sees it* Huh?! *swings up with both hands, splitting the attack in half but it explodes between the hands, drops sword* (It doesn't feel as strong as Metallia's..Then who?) *coughs* Who in the...? *wipes away the smoke, sees me* You! She told me about you, her son, but I didn't think you'd be a witch!" the soldier said, "Heeeeeh~ How convenient that you helped her this soon. *sees the knight's face, who has some dog-like features on her face* So you're a...What are you?" I asked, "Im Visco, a Paladin Knight! The kingdom allowed me to search for you, but since you're a hostile witch, I'm taking you down!" Visco says, holding her sword back up. "Well then...*swirls a mass of the green air into one hand, manifests a burning blade* Two can play at this game!" I said with a devious grin on my face, "(He may be her son...) *rotates the broadsword quickly and swings it down on me* (But I have to try my best against a witch!)" Visco thinks to herself, weighing me down greatly. Still excited, I float, grabbing her neck with the other hand, amassing the miasmic air into said hand, chocking her while lifting her up. "I'd give up and grovel like the dog you are" I said to her in a taunting manner, "Im..Not...Giving...UP! *repositions the sword with one hand to the side, striking down into right below my rib, lodging the sword there and I lose grip while grunting. Falls from 20 feet, hitting the ground with back of the armor* T-that oughta do a number" Visco comments, coughing, stumble upon landing. "*holds deep wound, panting, throws sword at her* Damn...bitch..I'll make sure to ki- *looks up for split second, and the sword was already cutting the bridge of my nose from her swing* (Oh shit _ _)" I then thought before having my whole face brutally cut open from being slashed and batted by her powerful swing, making me fly backwards into the wall of a house as the blood from my face was raining all over me. I only had a moment to get back up, and when I did, she was already running at me, so I threw another fire blast her way, which she cuts through easier due to the momentum she carried while running, and cuts vertically upwards on my body, a bigger bloody rain fell on us as she carried the swing all the way to behind her, the blade crashing into the ground. "(But...How...)" I thought, dropping to knees and collapsing in front of her as she caught me in her arms. Unbeknownst to her, a smile quickly comes to my face, and extend a burning blade out of my hand, through her shoulder, right over mine, "GYYAAAAA!" she shirks, jumping back, letting me fall. "(I-I could've been sure he'd turn back by now..) *looks at broadsword, picks it up with one hand* (Maybe one more time...)" Visco guesses, slowly walking forward. Eheheheheh, looks like Im spent. I can't move at all. "*flips on my back* If you're gonna kill me, go ahead. If I cant beat a wimp like you, might as well not live at all" I said to her, holding my crooked smile, "*pants* I...I..I have to do this! *raises sword overhead* Hyaaaaaa! *slams it down on my body, putting me in a small crater, pants some more, noticing my eyes no longer glowing red or green* You're..Coming with me.." the bulky knight tiresomely says, holding me in her armpit, dragging the sword in the other.
I found myself waking up, my back against a building's wall. Looking up, it was the royal castle's walls. "Good..You're awake.." said a weak voice, catching my attention.
"You're...You're that knight I fought, right?...Im sorry..These witch powers..They just took over so quickly.."
"How the hell..Did you even..Become like...That?"
"This witch..Metallia...She saved me.."
"So she's back to life..Still causing trouble."
"Huh...?"
"Years ago..She actually gave her life to bring me back to life..I told I didn't want to, but she did it anyway."
"Hmmm...That's...Pretty weird...She may not be all that bad if she saved..Both of us.."
"Dammit..If you're like this..She's up to no good again.."

"*hears a knight come out of the castle, closes eyes* Dammit..They're coming."

"Alright, how 'bout a hand then?" I asked, then he lifts me up with a stretchy arm and tosses me right out in seconds. "*lands in a forest, kinda on the way to Metallia's swamp* DRRRGGH! Ouch! Great, Hundred Knight! Now I really cant move! *lays on my side* I'll..Have to wait here til I can use magic again...This sucks.." I comment, closing my eyes. After an hour passes, my dark aura flies up over the trees from my body, some of the painted air is absorbed into me. "*wakes up, floating* What should I do?...I cant beat Metallia..I cant save Mom, and now Visco wants my help, but I cant do that either..That green crystal..I'll ask about that" I decided, flying to Metallia's swamp, with the little magic I was able to harness from the air.
