Five years after Arthur was made king of Camelot, he married his Court Sorcerer Merlin Ambrosius of Ealdor, also known as Myrddin Emrys. The love between them was one for the ages. The wedding was a grand celebration. Also, Arthur brought magic back to Camelot, with no fear of persecution or death.
Morgana was a constant threat. A year and a half after the wedding, Merlin discovered that he was pregnant with the heir to the throne of Camelot. Both wanted a son, but as long as the child was healthy it didn't matter. Either way, the baby was a threat to Morgana. She believed herself to be the true heir to the throne. Merlin and Arthur were an obstacle,the child, boy or girl, if they had one, needed to be eliminated.
Merlin's pregnancy was relatively an easy one. "One week left until we get to meet our little prince of princess." He winced in pain, something Arthur noticed. "Ummm..Arthur, run and get Giaus and a maid. The baby is on it's way...AARRGGHH! He ran as fast as he could. Bush's returned with a maid named Helga Hufflepuff, a young girl of 14years old. Arthur was led from the room. Soon, the knights showed up to meet the new Pendragon heir. Leon, Percival, Gwaine, and Lancelot showed their support to Arthur as Berlin's screams could be heard throughout half of the castle. 6 hours later, Helga appeared with news. "It's a girl Sire! Congratulations! You may come in now." Arthur followed the young girl into his chambers. "Oh Merlin. She's beautiful. What should we name her?" " I've had the past 6 hours to think about this. I was thinking Emmaline Ygraine Hunnith Pendragon. What do you think? " Arthur stared into the most beautiful face he had ever seen. "I love it. A beautiful name for the most beautiful girl ever born. I love you both so much Merlin. Does she have magic?" Merlin nodded. " She does, as does the maid as well. What's your name? I'm from Ealdor, the others are from neighboring towns. " He thanked and dismissed the girl.
All of Camelot's knights,lords and ladies turn for the introduction of the new heir. "Welcome All. We are gathered here to introduce the new Pendragon heir to the of Camelot. Merlin took Emmaline down to see her father and get some fresh air. They stood there for a few minutes before Arthur noticed them there. He took the baby from her papa. "We wanted to see you and get some fresh air. How is the training going?" Arthur was pleased with how his knights were training. " How is your research going? " "Good, but I want Kilgahrrah to meet her and learn her scent. He'll be able to tell the difference between her and an imposter.
