Early morning light shone upon the streets in Japan; middle class workers, students, and tourists alike filled the bustling city. The peace and tranquility as cherry blossoms floated in the breeze contrasted well against the chaotic movements of the crowds, or rather it would've been had it not been for a villain fighting a couple of heroes at one of the many train stations located in the city.

Many things have changed over the years. Religion had largely died out, shrines from some of the oldest periods in Japan were left in disrepair, Christianity was left no better with only the church in Rome remaining… Nobody would even make the journey to Mecca in Muslim culture. Beliefs like that slowly faded into the background. Not to mention the value on myths, legends, folklore, and history had degraded into virtual nothingness. Bookstores that had sold stories akin to Beowulf, The Legend of King Arthur, and even poems that were references to important figures in a country's history like "Ozymandias" were quickly replaced with comic books, power analysis, and gossip rags.

Not many these days could be said to care. This was an era of peace after all, brought on by the surgence of quirks.

"Such a fragile peace it is though…" A woman mused to herself, keeping her hood up as she walked past by onlookers for the fight currently raging atop the bridge. "Case in point…"

"What do you think happened?" One man asked another.

"Just another purse snatcher getting himself cornered." The other waved dismissively.

"Such a good quirk being wasted on the likes of a thug…"

"Man how's it look from up there on your high horse eh?" With a small grin she pulled a fox mask out from seemingly nowhere and put it on. "I suppose I got time before the kid needs another booster. I also need the noteriety." Nobody really paid her any mind until she walked into the small clinic.

"Hello how can I-!" The man behind the counter drew in a sharp breath as not only were his feet now frozen to the floor but a jagged piece of ice was now dangerously close to piercing his neck.

The woman in the mask didn't give a verbal response, she only drew out a piece of paper before lightly putting it on the table. The piece of ice started getting closer and closer to pierce the man's throat.

"P-please don't..." He was shivering in fear now. "I-I have a daughter!"

The woman seemed to ponder it for a second, making exaggerated rubbing motions against the bottom of the mask before shaking her head, instead she took out a ginormous wad of bills before tossing them onto the table.

"Time to make my entrance." Looking out the window, she could see the fight from earlier was still going on. "Oh? It's not even done yet? Well that makes things even easier." With that she let down the hood of her coat, two large fox ears went to attention and the tail wrapped around her waist dropped down. "Yes.. I need to create some more attention for the supposed 'Tsumetai Kitsune'."

_ MIDORIYA'S (QUIRK:N/A) POV

I had learned a sad truth a long time ago, not all men are created equal nor will they ever be... My name is _ Midoriya. I'm a part of the twenty percent of the population that's without a quirk (a power gained upon birth, most manifest at around age four… you either have one or you don't… you know which one I am obviously) which are 'lovingly' referred to as 'quirkless'. It's not because of that I don't want to go to school though, it's not because of that I'm always filling out notebooks, I most certainly don't need to take medicine or have to face demeaning comments of myself for my quirkless nature.

Anway, I suppose my day had started out like any other. Slip on the ceramic floor in my shower (it honestly amazes me I didn't crack my head on the floor...), get chased by the neighbor's dog, a car splashes me with water as it passes me by, oh and for the finale the train station I take to get to school is attacked by a villain… OH JOY! At the very least I might be able to get to observe the cool quirks like the one the villain has, it seems to be some sort of growth quirk. Quietly pushing my way to the front I could see that at least two hero's were at the scene, Death Arms and Backdraft… oh! I didn't know Backdraft could do that with the water from his spigot arms! I pulled out my notebook to write this new information down. The man beside me having seen me take out my notebook jokingly asked if I was a hero fanboy.

"W-well I suppose I am…" I couldn't help but scratch the back of my head in embarrassment. While it is true I love to see quirks in action, I actually for the most part kept the notebook as a way to help me figure out ways of being a hero… in these times it was natural I suppose for everyone to want to be one. After all, in this time dreams are reality. "Not that yours ever will…"

"Eeek!" The girlish screams came from my left. "It's Kamui!" I barely had time to see someone in a navy blue costume run up to the bridge before leaping on top of it. The villain tried to take a swing at him screaming in anger, but he missed. The navy blue hero's arm seemed to elongate before hooking onto one of the white electrical towers on the bridge.

Oh! I've heard of him actually! Kamui Woods, a newbie to the pro hero scene but not doing that badly in making a name for himself actually. His way of dealing with opponents wasn't that horrible to be honest, the style was more into blinding and restricting their movements than most other heroes' styles can be but for some reason I was totally enamored by it.

"Hmm, first time I've seen him." The man to my right murmured. "Who's he?"

"Ah, he's Kamui Woods I believe." I kept my eyes glued onto the fight. "He's a new hero but he's quickly making a name for himself huh?"

"Yeah, no kidding… What's he doing?"

Kamui Wood's quirk was one that made his whole body into well… wood. It's called Arbor and it allows him to create and generally control the wood on his body into any shape. I think it's how his mask is made…? Anyway, Kamui was kneeling atop one of the station roofs. His right arm splitting into different branches with the base gnarling and twisting in on itself. He's going to use his special move! Excitement prickled in my body, my heartbeat was speeding up a little.

"Take this fiend! Lacquered chain-"

TSUMETAI KITSUNE'S (QUIRK: UNKNOWN) POV

"-Canyon Cannon!" The woman in the mask blinked in surprise as what appeared to be a giant woman in a white and purple spandex suit basically double kicked the villain off the top of the bridge. Thankfully it was on a side that had no civilians but still…

"She's going to be an annoying opponent, same with Kamui but that's just life. I can't afford to get a game over just yet so I'll just avoid a press turn and amp up the difficulty. Gotta guard my weakness, that's all." With a calming pat on her chest she prepared herself. "Just remember what sensei taught you…"

"Hey everyone, new pro hero Mt. Lady is on the scene. Pleasure to make your ass-quaintance!" The newly introduced hero gave a smirk as she wiggled her rear end toward the crowd.

"..." The woman reached under her mask and rubbed her nose. "God damn it… I-I'm just going to go now… such a lame pun too..."

Before the windows of the clinic exploded the man stuck behind the counter could've sworn he saw red liquid on the masked woman's fingers which was quietly wiped against the hem of her blue jeans before she pulled out another sheet of paper.

MIDORIYA'S (QUIRK:N/A) POV

"So her quirk's Gigantification… well with an attitude like that she'll please the audience she's obviously trying to pander too. Hmm… is it a set height or not?" I fell into my usual self-monologue.

"Man kid you must really like quirks huh?" The man that was standing to my right earlier gave me a kind smile. "Not that I blame you. All these heroes with their cool quirks are pretty amazing in their own right."

"Yeah I gotta say my favorite's-"

BOOM! The front of what looked like a clinic exploded in a frigid blizzard, glass and snow propelled into the air.

"Another villain?!" Dread coursed through my body. "Who is it?"

The answer turned out to be something that only served to scare the crowd of people around me even more. Out from the clinic stepped a woman in a fox mask. Her puffy red winter coat, blue jeans, and black combat boots all lightly dusted with snow. The most striking characteristics were the fox ears and tail along longish reddish pink hair that seemed to reach the woman's lower back… maybe also the fact she was tall should've been included, like, really tall, almost taller than All Might!

"I-It's her!"

"The Cold Fox…"

"What's she doing here so far out of her hunting grounds?!"

"Everyone stay back!" One voice shouted louder amongst the whispering of the crowd. Backdraft quickly put himself in front of the Tsumetai Kitsune and held up his spigot arms. "Don't come any closer villain!"

Tsumetai tilted her head as if she was curious before she stepped forward almost mockingly. The crowd reacted by stepping back, but I just couldn't stop watching. Tsumetai Kitsune… She was a rather new villain in all honesty, only appearing a year ago. She had quickly made a name for herself though by fighting not only the pro hero Miruko but also evading capture from a city wide manhunt. She made it a habit at least once a month, it seemed, to remind everyone that she still existed…

Tsumetai seemed to be enjoying herself, taking yet another step forward before raising her left leg. Raising her right hand she made a 'come on' gesture. Yes it seemed to me that she was here for one thing only. For the heroes I could only hope they were prepared for a fox hunt or they were going to feel the fangs of the cold fox.

NO ONE'S POV

(OST START! FATE/EXTRA Battle 3)

Death Arms was the first to move, running to the front he leapt into the air. Tsumetai didn't move until the hero was practically right on top of her.

LIVE OR DIE BY THE SWORD!

WHICH POWER SHALL TRIUMPH... THE PEOPLE'S HOPE OR YOUR DETERMINATION?

BOOM! The leg that was held up only moments ago slammed into the ground, the boot cracking the asphalt underneath it. FWOOM! The air around Tsumetai began to harshly blow as it turned into a visible tornado.

"Guh!" Death Arms decided at that moment to block instead of attack. The furious gale flung him back across the street into Mt. Lady who fortunately managed to catch him in her enlarged form.

Tsumetai's stance changed as she slowly moved forward, her left arm and foot were forward whilst she kept her right leg a step back and her right arm held up behind herself. Her stance was low to the ground and at this point the wind was beginning to die down, her chest rising and falling significantly. *1 (The air inside tornadoes is cold and lacking, it's like climbing up tall mountains IE: Everest. Even if it is for a little bit only a regular human will still feel these effects. Servants on the other hand… they just seem to shrug it off rather easily don't you think?)

Kamui Woods went next, Mt. Lady trying to assist by moving the frightened crowd out of the way, her inexperience with teaming up was starting to show.

"I'll make sure you're put away for good villain!" Kamui's right arm lashed out and tried to knock the villain off her footing. Tsumetai moved even closer, flipping over the wooden arm as it approached, opting to run on top of it. Multiple branches started sprouting behind Tsumetai, arcing in an attempt to restrict the villain's movement.

SHING! The eyes on the fox mask shined an amber yellow. Midoriya watched in shock as the branches growth slowed to a crawl.

"W-What?!" Kamui was equally surprised, his stance slackened as he dropped to one knee. "H-how?"

Tsumetai didn't answer, instead she threw her whole body into a roundhouse kick. BAM! Kamui Woods skidded back as a mark appeared on his chest. 呪い (Curse)

"Noroi?" Midoriya muttered, writing furiously into their notebook. "Is that part of her quirk?" Looking back up they realized just how much danger they were in. Kamui was straight to their right, just a couple yards away.

"Kami no batsu!" Midoriya heard the rasping voice behind the mask ("Scary!" Midoriya shuddered). Tsumetai's next kick slammed right in between Kamui's legs. Every male in the crowd cringed in sympathy while Kamui's fanclub of woman cried out in horror as the arbor hero fell over. Midoriya felt their whole body freeze in horror as Tsumetai looked directly at them, her right hand gripping Kamui's left wooden arm.

"Get back kid!" Death Arms moved to keep Tsumetai from getting any closer to the middle schooler. She didn't stop looking at Midoriya, or at the open notebook that had fallen out of his trembling grasp, open to a page with her villain name on it.

Tsumetai flicked a pointer finger at Death Arms, the wind picking up again. "Kämpfe im ausweidenden Wind!" ("Fight in the gutting wind!") The tornado that appeared slashed against the metallic braces around Death Arms' wrists. With a grunt the heavy lifting hero tried to stand his ground. It happened surprisingly fast, Death Arms passing out from the lack of air and a quick kick to the side of the head.

Tsumetai would've continued walking towards Midoriya if Mt. Lady hadn't grabbed the woman in the mask . At first it was a simple fist like grasp at least until Izuku heard a girlish squeal, easy to say the way the gigantification hero was holding the villain captive changed quickly till it was more like the way a child would hold a small ladybug.

(OST STOP (PLAY THE RECORD SCRATCH SOUND (LOL)))

Mt. Lady's face was red in embarrassment, this was her debut as a new pro hero and already she might've ruined her image. Tsumetai meanwhile was flat on her back, fox ears flat on her head, shakily pointing her left hand whilst her right wrapped around her own chest protectively. The unspoken message was quite clear for both of them.

"A-ah…" Mt. Lady's eyes refused to lock onto the mask. "G-Gomen'nasai…"

"..." Tsumetai nodded after a few moments before the face behind the mask grew a small smirk. Slowly she started undoing the zipper on her jacket in a slow deliberate motion. The young men with cameras were practically cheering as the coat slipped off of Mt. Lady's palm, revealing to the hero the toned middle of the villain.

_ MIDORIYA'S (QUIRK:N/A) POV

"W-WHAT IS GOING ON?!" From my position I couldn't quite see what the Tsumetai Kitsune was doing. The general shock from the crowd was enough to reinforce to me that I wasn't the only one thinking this. Seriously though, this was the first time Tsumetai was acting like this so WHY?! Unless… "ITSA TRAP!" (Midoriya: Man I've always wanted to say that!)

(Mt. Lady though… Mt. Lady could see everything, her face became flustered for a second as Tsumetai layed back down, her arms splayed outward whilst her thighs drew together. "Get the shot, get the shot, get the shot!" she swore that was what all the pervs with cameras were thinking…)

Still I guess it's interesting to know she's willing to act like this to get the upper hand… is it a charm like quirk then? Does she have multiple quirks? I'm stumped...

YUI KODAI'S (QUIRK:SIZE) POV

Kodai was running late… first the station she usually took to school was attacked by a villain, then another villain came out of nowhere and caused even more of a delay. After the new hero who had made her debut seemed to capture the infamous Tsumetai Kitsune, Kodai found herself hoping that maybe the teachers would believe her explanation. Tsumetai always seemed to make news due to how flashy her fights could be, it also helped that the rabbit heroine Miruko was in about ninety percent of those. This fight though felt oddly like she had held back… THUMP! A red winter coat fell to the ground next to her. "Isn't that her-" The movement of the crowd pushed Kodai out of her thoughts as they all seemed to be simultaneously backing up, looking up? Kodai followed their gazes to see the new hero's cheeks was crimson red with embarrassment.

"What?" Genuine confusion ran through Kodai, looking back over to the jacket she decided to pick it up. The inside felt warm, given it was being worn until just a bit ago but the inside had a piece of paper with a simple kanji written on it sewn to the back. 熱 (Heat) … is this part of her quirk? The smell stuck to the coat was faintly sweet if not calming, in some ways it was relaxing, the exact opposite of the malice Tsumetai Kitsune radiated. "Did she steal this from someone?"

BAM! The sound of a harsh impact made Kodai look back up. Mt. Lady was falling back while Tsumetai was… floating? It took the middle schooler a second to realize that the villain was standing on top of a mirror that was floating her in mid-air. Her left hand was reached over her heart making a clawing gesture before she spun in place, the clawing hand dipping low towards the ground before shooting up towards the sky as the spin ended. Things were looking bad for the heroes especially if the villain was celebrating their victory...

"Maybe I can help by doing this?" Kodai reached out with her fingers, touching the mirror she activated her quirk only to flinch back when the masked villain looked directly at her. Not only that but her quirk received feedback from the mirror, almost as if it was repelling her attempts to shrink it down… "I-Is it alive?" The eye's on Tsumetai's mask began to glow yellow again as she simply hopped off the mirror. Walking towards Kodai the emotionless expression on the high schoolers face began to break into one of fear and nervousness.

"May I please... have my coat back?" The voice beneath the mask was rough, rasping with difficulty. The tension in the atmosphere seemed to die down a little as the villain adopted a kinder posture, both hands raised in a friendly way she leaned down to Kodai's level. Tsumetai's hands rubbed against her own arms which were covered by black arm sleeves. "I'm actually a little…. Camera shy."

"Camera shy? That's what she's worried about?" Kodai deadpanned (even if her face didn't show it). Still though… Should she give the jacket…? If she stalled for time another hero could show up, but if one didn't and Tsumetai decided to get it back by force then what would she do? With one last glance around she noted everything. Death Arms was knocked out, the tornado from earlier having sucked out all the air in his lungs. Backdraft was moving into the villain's blindspot but he was a rescue specialist… fighting wasn't his strength. Kamui was stuck laying on the ground, struggling to get onto his knees as the kanji on his chest continued shining, lastly Mt. Lady was knocked out and back to her normal size after smacking into a building… (The police weren't doing anything either… they seemed to be paralyzed with fear.)

"Here…" She held out the coat.

"Thank you…" The coat was taken, slipping easily back onto its owner. "Have a good day." The villain turned around and began to walk away.

CRACK!

NO ONE'S POV

CRACK! The fox ears on Tsumetai's head twitched. The villain and the middle school girl turned their heads simultaneously to see large pieces of a building beginning to fall.

"Everyone get back!" Backdraft shouted.

"Hey kid look out!"

Tsumetai ran straight towards the crumbling building. A kid with dark green hair was struggling to get up to their feet, rubbing the back of their head red decorated the palm of their left hand. Midoriya was feeling disorientated, the last thing the middle schooler remembered was the crowd of cameramen dispersing and a hard shove of an elbow slamming into their chest.

"Bewege dich schneller!" (German: "Move Faster!") An arm snaked around the middle schooler's waist before yanking them along. "Son'na wakai baka!" *

Roughly the grip changed until Midoriya felt something soft press up against their face. Looking up Midoriya almost keeled over from a heart attack right then and there because the one who had saved them…

"Hold on…" The arm holding Midoriya tightened against their back, another slung under them in a mimic of holding a child. "You're such a foolish child you know that? Why weren't you watching where you were watching the fight from?! Baka! You trying to get yourself killed?! "

"So animated… the exact opposite of what people say about her." Midoriya sweatdropped before they were unceremoniously dumped to the ground. Looking up their eyes meet the uncaring gaze of the fox mask.

"Well?" Tsumetai Kitsune leaned down, hands planted firmly against her hips. "Don't you have anything to say?"

"O-Oh…" Such a well thought out response… yes truly Midoriya was a grade above their peers.

Tsumetai let out a snort of amusement, shaking her head, she looked at the notebook that had fallen to the ground. Bending even further over she looked at the page.

TSUMETAI'S (QUIRK:UNKNOWN) POV

"What a pleasant surprise… I wasn't sure when I first saw it but now I'm positive." The page was on Mt. Lady and the notes themselves were most certainly nice. "I can certainly agree with most of what's written here. One weakness you didn't take note of though was her ability to work with others. A quirk like that could potentially hinder other 'heroes' from accessing the fight. Then again I'd rate all those 'heroes' from earlier as D-... they didn't work with each other at all."

"This is good… may I please have a look at it?" The fox sat down by the middle schooler and shrugged off her coat. Tsumetai held her laughter in at the confused expression the kid gave her. "Just intrigued if you have a page on me…?" A tilt of the head made the tension ease slightly.

"W-W-Well I d-do…" The shivering continued, the kid probably didn't even know they were shivering since before she had picked them up, but that didn't stop the shifting of clothes to reveal the burns below their right wrist and up the sides of their left arm. Tsumetai didn't pry though, none of her business after all, neither was it her business about the gauze wrapped below the burns. The kid's next words brought her back to reality. "P-page two…"

With a slight nod the notebook was opened to the corresponding page. The first thing that caught the villains eyes was the sketch of her. "W-well now…"

The detail was pretty nice in her opinion, kinda flattering in fact. The pose in the sketch was her sitting down ontop of the corner of the roof of a building, one hand open with a small tornado dancing along her palm while the other hand was leaning behind her back, spikes of ice growing between her fingers.

Taking her eyes off of the sketch she viewed the notes about her and what quirk she might possibly have. "̶E̶l̶e̶m̶e̶n̶t̶a̶l̶?̶"̶ "That's struck through…" "̶M̶a̶y̶b̶e̶ ̶s̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶t̶r̶o̶l̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶n̶e̶r̶g̶y̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶b̶o̶d̶y̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶n̶s̶f̶o̶r̶m̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶e̶n̶e̶r̶g̶y̶ ̶i̶n̶t̶o̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶t̶t̶a̶c̶k̶s̶?̶"̶ Tsumetai withheld a cringe… it wasn't her quirk but it was pretty damn close to her witchcraft. Reaching into her inner coat pocket she pulled out a waterproof pen and jotted down something for them.

The kid looked at the page before their eyes widened. "Maleficium, takes the energy and materiel from one's own self and converts it into their technique." What had them even more flabbergasted was the underlined word beneath the explanation. "QUIRK?"

"You're aiming to become a hero right?" Idly Tsumetai tapped the front of the notebook which read, "Hero Notes for the Future: 13". "Such a selfish wish you have…"

"S-Selfish?!" Taken aback the kid gasped. "H-How is that selfish! I want to help people! I want to be there to comfort them with a smile." Tsumetai smiled as she listened. "Sounds like she was back then… and the stuttering died off as well. Guess it's just a confidence thing."

"Oh?" Tsumetai got to her feet. "Not everyone wants to be saved y'know. It's hypocritical to think you can save others when you don't even know who to save to begin with."

"B-but!" Tears pricked on the edge of the kids eyes.

"But nothing. Look kid it's perfectly human to have a selfish wish and yours is better than most, personally I hope you obtain it." Tsumetai brought out her phone, glancing at the screen she let out an annoyed sound. "Tch… you have school don't you?"

"Y-yes?"

"Don't sound so unsure!" Tsumetai almost facepalmed. "Hah… yare yare daze…" She bent down with her back to the middle schooler. "Alright kid climb on. S'only right I get there on time because I was the problem in the first place."

"Y-You don't have to!" Tsumetai glanced back as the kid frantically put away their notebook.

"...What's your name kid?"

"Midoriya?"

"Stop phrasing it like a question! ALSO what suffix with that eh?! Last thing I need is to call them Midoriya-chan and it turns out they're a dude!" Tsumetai nodded instead, looking completely unperturbed. "Call me Negai, now Midoriya let me help you hmm? Even if I'm a villain it doesn't mean I'm a bad person hmm? Now can we get going?"

"O-ok Negai-san…" Hesitantly two arms curled around Tsumetai's neck and held on.

_ MIDORIYA'S (QUIRK:N/A) POV

Why… Why is she being so nice to me? Nevermind the fact she's a villain, if it wasn't for that I'd think she was a vigilante.

"Here we go, hold on tightly Midoriya." Negai-san tensed, before she jumped.

I think my heart stopped. Either that or Negai-san was moving so fast that every heartbeat was a different street. "Does that mean that her power can be used for physical boosts as well? Though if she uses her own energy to fight then how does she not run out of energy? Maybe it has to do with the symbol that appeared on Kamui Woods?"

"You're mumbling." Negai-san called over her shoulder. "That a habit of yours?"

"G-gomen'nasai…"

"Nothing to apologize about, still I'm not gonna tell ya everything. Gotta keep some tricks to myself."

I expected that. She is still a villain after all.

"Outta curiosity, what is your quirk Midoriya? I was expecting you to use it first thing when you saw my mask back in the alley there but you didn't do anything… which means you're either a stickler for the laws or… you're quirkless."

*Cough*! She figured it out a little too easily there! My hands reflexively tightened at the words. That statement floored me, almost as much as the fact she was jumping ontop of cars and busses as she ran. "You ever get those dreams?"

"What?"

"Y'know, those dreams"

"N-no?" I'm genuinely confused now.

"Ah my bad I assumed too much it seems. How's school?"

Why was I even bothering with these talks? She's a villain! "̸O̷r̵ ̷s̸h̵e̵'̶s̴ ̵j̸u̶s̶t̴ ̸l̷y̴i̶n̶g̶.̷.̷.̶"̷

"School's… ok." My mouth betrayed me yet again. With a small groan I buried my face further into the coat.

"Hmm, that groan tells me differently." The cheeky fox let out a hum as she slowed to a light jog.

My school was in sight now. It looks like I'll be making it in time. "I kinda wanna just go home now I'm so tired…"

"Here we are. Now if you have any yen to tip your local uber fox don't be afraid to!" Negai-san bent back down and let me off of her back. "For what it's worth kid, hope the rest of your day's better."

"T-thank you Negai-san." I found myself bowing repeatedly as I continued to thank the Tsumetai Kitsune, but when I looked back up I saw nobody around me.

TSUMETAI'S (QUIRK: MALEFICIUM?) POV

I watched the kid look around for a few seconds before they ended up running to the school. "Hah… my damn quirk can be so annoying sometimes." I think I made the kids day though. "It's exactly as she would do… right?"

With a sigh I started to walk away. My mask deposited in my coat's inner pocket, and my mind back to wandering as I walked through the streets. In a way I think I was more focused on the meeting I had with Midoriya, in a way it was like the first meeting I had had with 'her' all those years ago…

I suppose it's fair to warn you this isn't supposed to be my story. After all, the main character should be the one that makes everyone happy. They're loved and don't make mistakes that get others hurt. They struggle to get stronger with friends and find love that is reciprocated. They don't search for warmth or pleasure from skin or are unfaithful. Of course I know who should be the main character, Midoriya should be here, not me. Still… I suppose if you're still here to listen then you're at least curious. Yare yare… fine.

IT ALL STARTED SIXTEEN YEARS AGO, THE MOON SHINING DOWN ON THE CITY AS A FORMLESS WISH TOOK ITS FIRST BREATH.

And that's a wrap... it's actually kinda crazy how long this is for a first look at this thing that's been swirling around in my head for a year now. I'm not entirely certain how often I'm gonna update this to be honest. Looking back at my other stories my track record ain't so good... For those curious as to why I worked so hard to make sure Midoriya was seen genderless in this chapter it's because I'm gonna let you guys decide that. So which direction we going here, Izumi Midoriya or Izuku Midoriya? You guys decide! So yeah, next chapter (and for the forseeable future) we're not gonna be seeing Midoriya at all! LOL! As a last note this is actually almost three times longer than the first chapter in one of my other fics... should I be concerned?

* ("Such a young fool/idiot !" (Something interesting is that if you put it down as idiot it becomes Kon'na wakai baka instead of Son'na, man languages are so hard to figure out… time to start studying!(No anime doesn't count… unfortunately)))

For those curious as to what Tsumetai's actual quirk it's actually an emitter type quirk. It's downside is empathy. Not giving anymore than that!

EDIT 3/21/20: Fixed somethings, added some things (AKA: Tsumetai having no friggin clue what gender Midoriya is. LOL) found out that on a phone the little effects I did for Midoriya's little freakout actually lengthen onto the page, couldn't stop laughing and no I'm not fixing it.
