As soon as he had the chance to take the scavenger with him again, Kylo Ren took it. Rey, as he'd heard the traitorous FN-2187 call her, had whipped out a blaster - that was no doubt given to her by the now dead Han Solo - and tried to shoot him. It had been easy to take her out, using the Force, and it pained him to do it, but he had knocked her out by flinging her against the tree. He was on his way to get her, when all of the sudden, FN-2187 pulled out his grandfather Anakin's lightsaber. It was an heirloom in a traitor's hands, and that, for Kylo, could not stand. Following the method of his grandmother, Padme Amidala, he tried to ask in his version of nice. "That lightsaber. It belongs to me." FN glared, turning it on. "Come get it!" he had dared to say. Taking care of FN wasn't hard. He was vigorous in his moves, but still learning, a lightsaber is a refined weapon only very few can wield properly. Knocking him down, Rey had risen and called the Skywalker lightsaber to her hold, rivaling his own. Kylo locked eyes with hers, and instantly, they knew what they had to do. The Force led them in choreography, they sparred with equal strength, slicing tree branches, or each other's clothes. In the end, Ren cornered the girl in front of a cliff. "You need a teacher!" he yelled over their clashed sabers, eyes stinging with snow. "I can show you the ways of the Force!" Kylo's offer seemed to catch her off guard. "The Force?" Rey murmured absent mindedly, closing her eyes. It was as if time and space slowed down, and Kylo focused on Rey's relaxed features. He almost took the time to count her tiny freckles, when her hazel eyes snapped open, and she manipulated his vulnerability, pushing him backward. The red and blue plasma blades were at it again, swinging this way and that, until Rey struck Kylo down. She didn't kill him, all she did was injure his face and some of his shoulder and chest. Then the ground split in two, right between them, separating them. Kylo gasped, blood streaming down his cheek from above his eyebrow, Rey gazed into his eyes. What she saw was pain, admiration, shock, and a cry for help. She turned off the lightsaber and ran. Rey didn't say it, but Ren knew why she ran away. It was because he had overwhelmed her with his emotions in the fight. And she had felt it in the Force. Could they be starting a Force b- No! They couldn't.

(A/N:) yes you can! just watch TLJ lmao. i feel like their Force-bond started since the woods, and Grandpa Palps wanted a Skywalker to fall in love with a potential Sith, because why not? a Skywalker fell in love with a Palpatine... how poetic.
