J- "Thank you for staying on, Harvey- I can't believe Louis has already gone for the night, leaving this case so unprepared, and with the goddamn hearingtomorrow!"
File boxes were spread all over a large desk, in the office library. They were the only ones left,
bar an occasional security patrol.
H- "It's a pleasure, Jessica - I guess he needs his beauty sleep.."
J- "I'll put him to sleep, if we don't win this case".
H- "With a horse's head?"
J- "Huh?"
H- "You know, the Godfather movie- some guy wakes up wi-"
J- "I get it, Harvey. No horses needed here".
"Fine. But maybe I just found a Trojan", Harvey grinned, holding up a bundle of faxes, found among the hundreds of discovery documents.
J- What have you there?"
H- "You know when our former client said there was no contact with ELPA Inc**, during their company floatation? Well, this says different", handing her the papers.
Jessica speed read the top sheet. Damning stuff. "Oh my. I bet the S.E.C. would just love to see this.."
H- "See, I'm not just a hunk – I can do lawyer stuff, too".
Jessica beamed at her protege- "Yes, you can!"
H- " Do lawyer?
"Sure- that, and the hunk thing.." Jessica teased, giving Harvey a quick peck on the cheek.
Their eyes locked. Harvey moved in for a longer kiss, but then Louis pranced in, breaking the mood completely- "Hey guys, I- oh, er.."
