A/N: I will try to give notice to chapters with sexual content, just be aware that it's in the story if I forget. This story will also contain some elements from the Vampire Diaries books, but the overall story does not have much in common with them.
Disclaimer: I own nothing but the SI-OC, and others OC's (if there are any), and the awesomeness that is my story.

When I awoke it didn't feel like I was. One moment I was sleeping and the next all I could see was a swirling monochromatic void. By all means, I should have thought I was dreaming, but I just KNEW this was reality. Somehow.
"That would be my doing, mortal." The Voice came not as a sound, but a feeling, something nonsensical but infinitely profound. I blame what happened next on my excitement.
"You're an R.O.B. aren't you?! This is really happening isn't it?!" Yes, my first reaction, a side effect of reading far too many SI's, fanfiction, and just fiction in general. Instead of the billions of other terrible things that could be happening right now, I went straight for the most fantastical.
Luckily enough, though, my admittedly stupid guess was actually right.
"I am, though this is not exactly random. To keep the explanation short, I am you from an alternate time and reality, where I have ascended into omnipotence. The only other big guy, you might know him as God with a big G, and I decided to split existence. I took one half, and he took the other."
That… was not actually that hard to understand. Which means he was probably dumbing it down quite a bit. "So, what exactly is it you want with me?" I asked eventually, not really scared, though I should probably be terrified.
His tone was amused when he spoke again.
"Well, that should be obvious. I'm here to give you some power ups before dropping you into a setting of your choosing, to provide us both with entertainment.
You will be given five powers or abilities of your choice, and ten subjects of knowledge, all of which will be yours, and only yours. Meaning none will be able to take, lock away, steal, or copy them with any ability."
I can't help it, I nod and laugh eagerly, about to speak and give an answer before he abruptly cut me off. "That being said, some things are forbidden, such becoming like me. There's a reason I have to find entertainment through you, one of my existence cannot descend to mortal planes any longer."
I nod, accepting that for what it is. "I wasn't going to ask that anyways." I say honestly. "May I speak my wishes now?" I ask curiously.
He chuckles, before saying. "Of course, make your choices other me." I grin in response, while making a list mentally. Making my decisions, I tell him what I want. "First I want an ability similar to the strongest version of the mystic eyes of death perception. I want to be able to kill anything, on a conceptual level regardless of whether it's alive, dead, a soul, corporeal, incorporeal, or even a concept. Nothing can escape this ability, regardless of power or ability I can kill it." I pause, taking a metaphorical breath.
"This is doable, what next?" Omni-me asks. "What I want next is the ability to absorb the powers, abilities, of the things I kill added on. Third I want supernatural condition, otherwise to be supernaturally superior to the average human physically, mentally, and spiritually. For my fourth I want magic, and the ability to absorb any mystical energy to enhance myself." My alternate self hums thoughtfully before answering.
"Normally you would need to make a second wish for the siphoning, but given the circumstances, it is possible.
What is the last ability you want?" He questions. Metaphysical eyes glinting, I answer. "Unlimited potential in all ways, such as body, mind, soul, power, but with none of the negative aspects."
"Oh ho! Now that was definitely not what I was expecting. It seems turning my Sight off in regards to you is already paying off!
Okay then, what knowledge do you want then?"
He sounds as excited as I feel. I already know the ten subjects of knowledge I want so I list them. "How to use all of my abilities and powers no matter when I get them. All martial arts from my world. All sword styles of my world. All training methods for the body, mind, and soul. I say. Damn that was a mouthful wasn't it?
"Mmkay. So now, onto where you want to go.
Be specific about which world, which time, which race, even which parents if you know." Shit, that leaves so many options! Well I suppose I'll go to the one of the few fictions I've always liked most.
"The Vampire Diaries verse, born to younger brother of Caroline.
I'll be a year younger than Caroline." There, that way I'll be able to change things, but not have to be directly involved. After all, no one could blame a sibling from wanting to protect his older sibling.
"Very interesting powers, and I can't wait to see how this will play out, and yes that is possible. Now are you ready?"
He questions. As I get ready to open my mouth to ask some more questions, Omni-me interrupts. "No? Okay then. Have fun reincarnating, because you're starting as an infant, and so I don't make things to peaceful not only will I remove your memories, but I'll be adding a few surprises. Have fun." My eyes widened at his parting sentence, my mouth opening to protest but all I knew was darkness.

Mystic falls
If anyone asked Liz, she'd tell you that she was the mother of two of the best kids in the world. Smart, kind, friendly kids, a girl and a boy. One never without the other always at each other's side looking out for the other. They were so close that they were often confused as twins, and they might as well have been.
All in all, there wasn't much she could complain about when it came to her angels. Sure they each had their moments when they could be bossy, or weren't in the best listening mood. Yeah, the two's had been difficult for her oldest, with Liz's attention split between a one year old but they'd managed. It didn't change the fact that they were still good kids.
They were happy kids. Lively and friendly to everyone. Her youngest never stopped smiling, never met a stranger. If they didn't keep an eye on him when they went out there wasn't anything from stopping him from talking to someone. Her sister was by no means shy either and once she got started would talk for hours. It was nice when the town did events that would cater to those specific traits of her kids in a safe environment. Which brought Liz to now, watching her daughter interact with the other children running around.
Her children were in the same area but not attached to the hip as usual. Caroline, her oldest, had taken to playing with Elena Gilbert and Bonnie Bennett. It hadn't seemed to bother the youngest when that particular decision had been made finding someone else to play with easily. Honestly it wasn't all that surprising, the kids were getting older and were making their own friends. Separation was a good thing.
Liz satisfied with her observation turns her full attention back to Miranda who'd been saying something about the founder's ball. She takes a moment to consider her friend before responding, balls weren't really her thing. Just when she's about to reply her train of thought is interrupted by loud distraught wail.
As if clockwork all the moms in the vicinity look up, pulling their attention from their conversations. Trying to pinpoint the obviously upset child. She swivels in her spot until her eyes locate her kids. Caroline had dropped everything, leaving Elena and Bonnie by themselves, eyes focused and ahead. For a moment her heart drops in her chest.
She races over to join her daughter within a second thought. Those weren't normal cries, something was wrong. Everyone moves out of her way. Caroline is already at her brother's side trying desperately to comfort the young boy. But he won't calm down. Taking ragged breaths working herself into a fit.
Liz is in front of him in seconds, her baby reaching for her in desperations. Wrapping arms around her neck tightly, digging tiny fingers into the back of her shirt, sobbing into her shoulder. Nothing she says seems to calm her down if anything it feels like it gets worse.
Liz looks down to see her own worry echoed in her oldest eyes. She draws in a breath, ignoring the looks she gets from the other parents. "I think it's time to go home Care." Her daughter doesn't even protest eyes focused on her upset sibling. Caroline nods reaching up to pat her brothers' leg.
She never figures out what had made her son so upset that day, but Liz never forgets it either. It's a moment she can never let go of. In all of her life she's never heard a child cry like that. The woman would do whatever it took to make sure she never had to hear those cries again.
Eric
I always saw pretty lines and dots of all patterns and sizes, on everything; mommy, daddy, Care, cars, the buildings, the air, I was the only one that didn't have any lines.
I even saw those lines on people who were ignored by everyone around them, I went to say hi but they were scared of me, and called me names, It hurt but I smiled through it and was nice to them even if they were mean to me.
Just like how mommy and daddy told me and Caroline.
But when I touched them, the rude people were scared and ran away!
It was weird, but one day Mommy took me and Care to the park. She went to her new friends and I went over to the other boys in the park, but than one of the mean people were looking at me, but something felt weird, but they weren't doing anything, so I ignored them.
Then when I was playing with the other kids the mean person came up to me and yanked me towards him. I was so scared when he grabbed me that I poked one of the dots on his arm, I barely touched it, the mean man face morphed from shock to terror before he broke apart and disappeared,
it was different from before, he didn't disappear he died, I just knew that he died, and it was my fault. looking at the mean man's friends they all disappeared with a look of terror on they're faces.
Tears where spilling down my cheeks.
I started breathing heavily. I felt my tummy clenching, and flipping inside me, I felt like I was going to puke. I started screaming.
'I'm so sorry' I thought over, and over.
In the middle of the fit I felt someone touch me, but I didn't want to move, I didn't want to kill someone else. I want my mom, where's my mom?! I thought as I started wailing even harder.
Through my teary eyes I saw a familiar pattern of lines and dots. 'Mom!' as soon as she was close, I put my arms out wanting her to hold me. When she pulled me into a hug, I carefully wrapped my arms around her, avoiding all the points and lines on her.
Touching the lines means killing, means death.
I killed someone.
I'm a monster.
Prologue-END
Authors Note:
So the premise of this story is that a si was offered powers by an omnipotent version of himself, and reincarnated him without his memories, so now we have a kid who has the power to kill anything, and his first kill was a soul of a dead witch.
This story won't be dark, and Erik will get over it soon, but it was there to show how he screwed himself over by assuming that R.O.B him wouldn't erase his memories.
Different monsters will be added to give Erik a challenge.
