A/N: Hello again to you all! Makes me very excited to be writing this story again and making it even better! To those who have never read the original, the story is still up on my profile if you'd like to give it a read. Although I do recommend starting fresh with this one because while I'm definitely older now, I know that the writing will be much better as well. Plus it'll keep you from spoiling all the fun for yourself. Like I posted in the update on my old story, I feel rather confident in getting a lot of chapters out because of everyone having to stay home. And if they don't come out as fast as you want you have my permission to spam me with messages! Now enough blabbering, on with the show!

My one and only disclaimer: I own nothing of Teen Wolf or its characters, the only character that belongs to me is Madison.

We can start this story off and go on and on about how everyone says their lives are boring. But we'll just cut to the chase and say that's exactly how Madison Cole felt on a daily basis. Get up, go to school, homework, sleep and do it all over the next day. On the weekends was just sleeping in and staying at home. Besides that she never had too much of a social life except for a few close friends who considered her the same. And by a few close friends, we mean one.

Now we could say that since she didn't do much with her time that she would at least be decent and good with her work at school, but we don't want to lie now do we. She was still like most teens who just wanted the days to be over as quick as possible and be done with it all. And that is just how she felt as she trudged her way to Beacon Hills High School, letting out an internal groan as the school and all its students came into view. She took as much time as she could making her way up the stairs and into the halls. The loud roar of students as they walked in groups chattering to each other about everything and anything.

Once she was able to slip through them all she finally made her way to her locker, fumbling with her combination until eventually being able to force it open. Placing the unneeded books inside, she peeked over and glanced down the row of lockers. Searching she couldn't see the one face she normally saw everyday. Carmen. Frowning she thought of the long day she now had in front of her knowing she wouldn't have her one friend to distract her through it all. Funny how she doesn't remember her looking sick the other day, could it have been food poisoning? She sent her a small text asking where she was, maybe she just hadn't gotten here yet and was running late.

She didn't think on it long as the bell rang signaling time for class to begin. Closing her locker she made her way to her first class.

Time dragged on as she barely listened to the teacher and took what notes she could focus on. She zoned out most of it though and the same continued on in her second class. Her third one would be different though. Chemistry with Mr. Harris was rough and she wasn't doing too well academically. As she took her seat and mentally prepared herself for a harsh hour or so she noticed as two people walked in taking their seats as well.

Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski.

Madison used to be friends with Scott once upon a time. All the way up until they entered highschool. Their parents were good friends and so were they. Why he dropped all friendliness and contact with her after that was beyond her understanding. And she never questioned it because who was she to doubt that anyone ever truly liked her. Otherwise she'd have more friends right? She couldn't say the same for Stiles though, there were words exchanged from time to time when he was around but there wasn't much beyond that.

She got too wrapped up in her thoughts that she didn't realize that class had started and Mr. Harris had already started his lecture and had notes written down on the board. She rushed to copy down as much as she could not paying attention to when she got called on to answer a question.

"Madison..Earth to Madison." Blinking back to reality she switched her focus to the center of the classroom to see Mr. Harris staring right back at her, as well as everyone else in the class. If she had the ability to shrink herself down into a hole a hide the rest of her life this would be the moment.

"Thank you for finally gracing me with your attention Miss Cole, now please answer the question." He crossed his arms waiting as she fumbled her words trying to form a sentence, looking down at her paper and back at the board unsure of what was being discussed because of her trying to play catch up. He raised a brow still waiting. She for sure felt the torture as everyone still watched her make a fool of herself, some with an amused smile on their faces.

It seemed to go on forever until someone finally had enough and raised their hand answering the question. Harris nodded his head accepting the answer before giving her a warning for next time and went back to his lecture letting Madison finally release a breath of air she held in for too long. Thankfully she was able to stay hidden in her chair the rest of class and the rest of the school day until it was over.

As she opened her locker one last time for the day she glanced one more time to her friends locker hoping to see her, but still nothing. Not even a reply from her phone all day. Sighing she grabbed her books and put them in her bag. As she zipped it up and was ready to go she started to hear hushed whispers. Carefully she got as close to her opened locker door as she could to try and hear anything to satisfy her curiosity while being hidden. But still just mumbled whispers that couldn't be made out. Slowly she tried to peek out and caught a glimpse of Scott and someone else only a few feet away from her. She couldn't recognize the other person at first as they weren't facing her direction like Scott was, after peeking out a little further she noticed more features and could now see that it was Isaac. He was in one of her classes last year for a short time before he became involved in all of the police stuff about his dad and the weird attacks that were happening.

Her habit of zoning out once again got her in trouble as Scott noticed her becoming shocked and quickly went quiet not sure what or how much she heard. Isaac followed his gaze turning around and making the same eye contact. She froze in horror. Not wasting another minute on thoughts that could get her into further trouble she quickly slammed her locker and spun around taking off as fast as she could.

She didn't dare glance back as she could easily still feel their gaze burning into the back of her skull. She kept her pace all the way until she got home. And once she was she made a quick announcement of her presence and ascended the stairs up to her room. Groaning she plopped herself onto the bed face first letting herself have a moment to relax. She heard a soft knock on her open door and peeked up to see her dad standing there.

"Hey there sweetheart, how was school." He asked as he placed the dishtowel he was holding over his shoulder.

Sitting up and tugging off her shoes she shrugged. "Same like all the other days I suppose."

"You suppose? Nothing new or exciting happened?" He smiled waiting for any kind of story which only resulted in a chuckle from her.

"Dad come on you know me, exciting and new doesn't exist in my life." The response made his dad chuckle with her.

"Oh I don't know about that you've had some good times I'd say; birthdays, trips to the zoo.." He started listing things making her smile with a roll of her eyes.

"Well I promise if something does happen, you'll be the first to know." She said opening her backpack to take out her homework. Her dad agreed happily before taking his leave back downstairs, shouting behind him that dinner would be ready soon.

After homework and dinner were both finished she felt due for a shower and used it as time to let the hot water wash away all the events of the day and to help her relax a bit better. Once all clean and dry she turned on her computer and let her music play away as she slipped into bed and thought back to certain parts of her day, also becoming more worried that Carmen still never replied to her, usually it was reversed and Madison was the one who took too long to reply. She tried not to think to hard about it and before she knew it she was fast asleep, not knowing that the events about to unfold would change her life forever.
