the story began same as always with john phoenix rowing to rokkenjima island at 11:59 pm and knocking on the door to the ushiromiya mansion but this time natsuhi answered the door

john phoenix went to bed but before he could get any sleep he heard a scream outside
he ran out and battler and shannon were at the door next to john phoenixs bedroom
inside the door was jessicas bedroom, jessica had been tied to her bed and there were no visible wounds so they called dr nanjo to check her body
after that john phoenix called battler shannon and nanjo in for questioning
"jessica went to her bedroom at 5pm and i came here a minute ago to clean it when i found her and screamed" said shannon

"jessica died at 11:58pm tonight, there are no wounds so she must have been poisoned" said nanjo
