Flow Like Liquid

"We are on our way! See you there!"

Surveillance of a SUV was spotted and investigated by an officer on duty before the extra gateway to UA's dorms. It consisted of four people in the SUV: a male and female couple in about their 40s up front (the male driving,) an elderly woman in the back, and a young teen. The security officer came up as the driver's window rolled down. "Hello!" greeted the driver. The officer greeted back, "Hello, are you dropping off the new student?"

"We sure are!" exclaimed the driver as he nodded.

"Alright. We're just going to have to take a thumbprint for all of you. This is just a safety precaution."

The elderly woman in the back shook her head in sadness. "Such a shame that happened so long ago they have to go through all this red tape." Both her, the woman, and the teen rolled down the window. "Oh, I don't know how I feel about this now," the woman said exasperated as the officer scanned the man's thumbprint with a portable scanner giving a pleasant ping sound. "Doris, honey," the mom said sweetly as she turned around in the back. "It's never too late to be a doctor. Heck, I will settle for you being 5 years-old saying you wanted to be a ballerina again." "Sirona," the elderly woman replied as she was casually being scanned. "I think Doris would make a wonderful hero as you are a wonderful healer. I believe she is ready for this." The girl with the braided blue hair smiled shyly as she chirped. "I think I can manage a new dorm. Besides…" she looks down with her blue orbs at her 3 small goldfish. "I won't be entirely alone." She uses a circular motion slowly to stir the water to keep the water in her plastic bag from stagnating. "You worry too much, Sirona. She'll be fine," the salt and pepper haired man said as he smiled looking in the back. "She's becoming a young woman that all I ask is to stay away from boys until you're 35." "Dad!" she exclaimed letting out a giggle mostly out of embarrassment. "Just stay away from the crazy ones, honey," the old woman replied. "My son, you take so much after your father…" she chuckled as Doris was getting her thumb print. "Okay, Satori, if you love somebody set them free like a bird. She has a powerful quirk and she gets it from somewhere~." A wink was given to him by the playful old woman. "With all the quirks we have in this world," Sirona chimed, "it seems there is no way to stay away from crazies." "I'll one day have to protect people from the crazies, especially the boys," Doris replied. "Don't remind me," her mother facepalmed.

After the ping, Doris looked up hearing the officer say. "Okay, you're good to go. The email should be sent to you in a few seconds over the phone….er..." he read the ID of the new student's name, "….Ms. Doris Mizuno." Her phone let out a musical 'You Got Mail.' Pulling the phone out of her purse laying next to her on the left, she tapped the message and downloaded the attachment to see what the lay out looked like. "Okay, I got it. Thank you!"

"Alright! Take care! Welcome to U.A. Heights Alliance are just a straight shot anyways," the officer replied as he went back to his post to open the gate to pass.

As they were driving past the gate. Doris unbuckles her seat belt, expands the map of the dorm room on her phone as they were driving showing the map, holds the fish bag by the knot, and finally, showing the highlighted area for which dorm room area they should be at. "Okay, it's like~... the 8th building and it should say….Class 2 C." Satori looked intently at the map as Doris was explaining as she leaned in . "Alright." Doris slipped back into her seat laying her fish back into her lap.

"Are you excited?" the old woman asked. "I have butterflies, grandma," she replied. "Put your seatbelt back on so you don't get in trouble," her mother said.

"Yes ma'am." Doris did as she was told.

It is a nice weekend after 12 at UA with Doris Mizuno now setting out to a new school with a new dorm room at U.A. high school. She looked over to her grandmother, Ki, remembering the urgency and persuasion in her voice to both her busy parents of Doris' potential and suffering grades at her old school. It finally gave them a wake up call to stop and spend time with her in the last moments of going to this boarding school. It seemed like a miracle. A dream. Her dream of becoming a hero to help others was inspired by her grandmother, who was recently interviewed by the news and was supposed to air this evening.

"I hope I get to see the news interview you did when I'm done unpacking, grandma," Doris said. Ki simply smiled at her granddaughter and replied back, "It should air on the 6 o'clock news, but they should be re-airing it at 10 this evening." As they saw the eighth dorm room that said 2 C. "Oops, we went too far," Satori said and then looked behind in the car and backed up slowly. "I swear these dorms look fairly tall for a class of 20 each," Sirona commented. "I read in an article it only took them 3 days to build these structures. Amazing what powerful people can do. Looks expensive no matter how long it took." There were a few people walking around and it seemed most of them just hanging out and some showing off. Some are playing sports.

One girl was coming outside while one guy was watching out a window in his dorm, seeing her go near the road and observing where she was going out of curiosity. "Hmm…," a big smile comes across his face, seeming as if he may be plotting.

"My girl-dar..." the lispy, dark violet haired boy said.

"Your what?," the blonde boy replied.

"My girl-dar is going off."

"Is that like some other quirk you have? Wait, is that something sexual?"

"No…" He slowly looked to the side out of him. "It's a sixth sense..." He wiffs the air in ecstasy. "I smell a new scent of estrogen...and some old perfume."

One girl, dark complected girl with a green t-shirt, khaki pants and red flats with several dozen braids in her hair, came out running and waving calling out "HEY!~ HEY!~" Satori stopped as the girl was running. Doris jumped as she looked back out and her mouth was agape. "Oh my goodness..." Doris replied. "Grandma, hold my fish," she said as she did circular hand movements and having the bag hovering gracefully in mid-air, and slowly put it in Ki's lap. "Uh, okay," she replied confused. "Doris, what are you-?" Satori stopped mid-sentence as he parked the car realizing who it was. "You couldn't wait any longer?" Doris unbuckled her seat belt and opened the car door as she ran out with open arms. This is the only few times she would be this embracive with someone. An old foreigner friend from elementary school days, Nikki.

Nikki squeed with joy as well as Doris and they hugged like they were dancing. "I can't believe that text you sent! I missed you so much since our middle school days." Nikki replied as she released from the embrace. "Can't believe we're sophmores...Uh...I mean 2nd years." She just playfully pounds her own head. "Forgot I'm not in the States anymore!" The three other people got out of the car and realized it was an old friend. "Daw~," Ki said, still keeping her pets safe. "I do remember her coming over many times to study and sleep over," talking to the two other adults. "Oh, it's the foreign girl, Nikki," Satori said. "Well, it does bring me relief. She will have someone here she knows," Sirona said, touching her chest in a clutched pearls way. "She didn't tell you she was texting her?" Ki asked. "I thought she told you they've been conversing about the plans." Satori sighed. "I guess we get so busy at work we didn't hear." "Yeah," her mother replied sheepishly. "Workaholics to the core…," sighed Ki.

"Excuse me?," an optimistic, young masculine voice said to the two girls chatting. Nikki looked down not knowing what to say and then realized it is one of the 3 powerful UA students training. Meanwhile, Doris had the opposite reaction. She jumped and squeaked at the same time trying to look around getting into a fighting stance to find any form of liquid around her. "Doris, it's okay." She put a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "He's one of the third years training…" Nikki put both hands on her hips and bent down staring at him as her tone came off in a sassy, playful way. "...while trying to be a goofy, sneaky little ninja." "You know me so well, Nikki," he smiled and then reverted back to the other girl. Looking up from above her, Doris wore white converse, ankle high pants with a peasant top blouse that were held up by two dainty bows on the tops of her semi-bare shoulders. Her dark blue, shoulder length hair was in front as a braid and her dark blue eyes peered back at the beady blue eyed one. She had soft facial features that made her look like she would not hurt a fly. He let out a chuckle and then replied. "Sorry, if I scared you. I was curious about what she was doing, followed her, and thought I could get a work out in and show how amazing of a time with all these interesting people and quirks you'll get to see. I'm Mirio. Mirio Togata. Now I know we have a new girl in the dorms, would you like some help with your luggage?"

"Um…" she looked back at her parents and grandma conversing and talking. Doris looks back at her friend and Nikki looks back at her simply shrugging and smiling. "I could do some lifting, but I don't know how much you brought. So..." It may be best to not have them carry the small tank with the supplies because it would be a pain to put in she thought. She didn't want her father to throw his back out, but at the same time she didn't want to tell this strange guy no since it was nice of him to ask. "Well, I'm a second year-"

"Hey, that's no problem! I'll help you in whatever dorm you're in to make you feel welcomed by a random stranger." His grin was just a ray of sunshine that Doris needed on the ground. He was a nice shiny coin instead of the sun.

"He's a pretty nice guy here. He's just goofy," Nikki reassured shrugging. Doris looked over at Nikki looking back at her.

"Doris, honey, what are you and Nikki doing?" Ki asked, coming over to them.

"I think that would be okay," Doris said.

"Alright!" Mirio grinned.

"I know you ain't wearing your hero outfit, boy," Nikki replied in her playful scolding mannerisms. Doris looked back at her and blinked. Mirio simply gave a hearty laugh. "Right! Sorry. Let me be a gentleman and I'll be back, girls." The face seemed to move above ground like the fin of a fish and then vanish under the dirt once it was about to touch grass. Ki did not seem phased by the moving face, but was rather curious. "Who were you two talking to?" she asked. "One of the top UA students here. He wanted to help out," Doris replied. "A boy? Oh you're dad is going to be so suspicious about him."

"Well, my thoughts were it would be easier for somebody that knew the place besides Nikki and she didn't think she could carry large objects like that. I didn't want dad to throw his back out with the fish tank like last time. His quirk really isn't useful for lifting and physically he's not as fit. I know it's not that big, but it's still heavy. Especially since with all the items and things you have to put in there."

"I personally am not all acquainted with all of my classmates," Nikki said meekly, "but I can barely speak to some of them. I guess I could've asked somebody since I'm not that shy, but I know Mirio as the occasional sparring buddy. Let me tell you." She enunciated and clapped while she said this. "He. Is. A. Beast! If you fight him, it's like how when you play those crappy video games where the characters have those glitches and can phase through stuff. That's how his quirk is. He does that! First time I and some of my classmates tried to fight him, I threw a strike with my braids, he phased through the ground with no pants or a shirt or even underwear on, and just jumped out from behind me in the buff. I remember screaming 'WHAT THE FU-!' Then, he punched me in the stomach and I lost. A lot of my classmates lost to him that day. I nicknamed him the goofy ninja and have been sparring with him ever since. I still haven't won a fight with him."

"Oh~," Ki chuckled while Doris snorted in amusement while her parents were opening up the trunk. "Your father is not going like that. But we'll just not tell him that part. I've seen pro heros have those kinds of problems with certain quirks that required special kinds of suits for powers like that before. Nothing really new."

"Mom! Dad! I found somebody else that'll help with my luggage!" she replied as she was coming over to the car to get out her purse.

Minoru and Denki were walking around as Minoru whiffed the air like a hound dog meanwhile the dirty blonde had his hands behind his head thinking the strangest thing Minoru can do to find girls. But hey, if there is a cute girl involved, I'm game to be a smooth talker, Denki thought. Minoru took a long whiff of the air to the right slowly and then to find out. "Oh, I think I may have found her near the road." Denki noticed some clothing on the ground that looked like it was made for a guy and really was puzzled by that. "Why is somebody's clothes here?"

Minoru squinted in thought as he lifted up one of the items. "Hm...it would seem that a fetish of streaking. How can anybody out-perv my perverted-ness?"

"Right~," Denki replied as they were walking through the bushes and trees. All of a sudden, a certain beefy blonde nudist boy jumps out of the ground unphased. "YEAH!~" Both of the boys who were spying freaked out and jumped at the sight running back. Denki seemed to hold each other as the two anxiety-prone boys shocked and confused. Mirio looked over to see it were the two Class 1-A students he fought the other day and were a fairly easy beat. "Ah, man. It's that Togata guy from the other day."

Woah! Sorry, I popped out of nowhere. I was just practicing and didn't expect an audience," he replied politely as he was putting on his clothes again. "Hope my pep talk inspired you to use your quirks much better." Both of them nodded in anxious-ness and they both stood up once again and not phased by him putting his clothes back on. "Dude, you are like the goals I wish to fulfill," Denki replied.

"That's awesome!"

"Speaking of goals," the lispy pervertedly-driven boy changed the subject. "We were wondering if there was a new girl around."

The boy, now half-way fully clothed buttoning his shirt on. "Uh, yeah. I was going to help her move into the dorms. I was going to introduce myself to her family next. She seems shy."

"Is she cute?!" they both said with eagerness both fists clenched in anticipation.

"I think she isn't," he said with a soft smile on his face burying it into his chest as he was finished. "I think she's beautiful….I'm going to help her family out in taking her stuff in the dorms. You should come if you wanna meet her."

A single drop of blood dripped down from Minoru's nose. "Jackpot…" he whispered.

"Dang," Denki said. "I think we have competition for a girl we haven't even met."

"Huh?"

"You didn't see it man? That Togata guy has got the love bug. I never called a girl beautiful before. Have you?"

"Well...uh...no…Unless me calling a woman's boobs and butt beautiful counts."

"Nah~ man….Hey, I'm willing to try to charm my way into her heart," snapping his fingers posing slyly.

"Wait, well that means you would be in competition with me!"

"Heck yes, and I would win!" Denki waves his hand in dismissal as he walks over to the car where the people were. Minoru followed trying to keep up with his stubby legs. "Hey wait up! And don't diss me like that!"

"Hello!~" the tall blonde waved cheerfully as he was walking towards the married couple pulling things out from the car. "I'm part of the help. I was just talking to your daughter and Nikki while I was using my quirk. Thought I could help you with the heavy lifting." Both the couple looked at each other and at the boy. "Uh...sure," the husband replied. "Mirio Togata, sir," as he finally was at a normal distance and bowed in respect. "Satori Mizuno," he bowed back as he looked a little suspicious. "Thank you so much sweetheart. I'm Sirona Mizuno, his wife" "Meanwhile, the two boys Mirio conversing with earlier came out and waved randomly saying, "Hey~ we're here to help."
