Disclaimer: I do not own Total Dramarama or any of the characters. I am only writing this story for fun and I also would like to see some of Noah's and Cody's friendship grow in future episodes of TDR.
This story takes place in the episode, 'Look who's clocking' written by Mike Kiss and Directed by Keith Oliver and George Elliot. But this time, it is in Noah's POV . Also, I want the writers to be nicer to Cody and stop bullying the poor boy! Also, sorry about the poorly picked title and summary but I try. I just feel like I wanted to write about Noah and Cody's side of the story in the episode.

I sit on the chair at the tea-time table and read a book on DIY cardboard crafts and I overhear how Owen happily explains how being at the daycare to Gwen and Duncan. He's so optimistic and funny and always knows how to cheer me up! I'm glad he and I are best friends. I smile.

"Hello, Noah!" Cody blocks into my view and smiles.

"Uh. . . can I help you, Cody?"

He smiles, "I have something for you and I hope you like it. But you have to close your eyes and open your hands to me."

So I did just that as I feel a small box placed in my hands.

"Okay, you can open your eyes now." He says.

I look at my hands and see that the small yellow cardboard box with a colorful gumdrops design says, DOTS on it.

"They're candy from The States. Daddy's over there for business but he mailed us some of the candy they sell over there. Don't worry! I got a box for everybody!" He smiles "But sadly, Bridgette isn't here today". He sighs but quickly cheers up"Well, she is probably having a good time meeting her new baby cousin so I will save this other box for her when she gets back".

"Well go ahead! Try one! They're good!" He encourages me.

I open the box and pick out a pink one . It is strawberry flavored and it is very fruity and chewy but then some of the crumbs get stuck on my teeth.

"It is very fruity, chewy, and good. Thank you, Cody." I tell him as I lick the sticky crumbs of the DOT candy off my teeth.

"Oh, you're welcome." He smiles.

"But I better put the box away for now since it's not snack or lunchtime and Chef would take it away if he catches us eating something at the wrong time."

I sigh in relief, "Good thing Courtney isn't here today."

"Noah, that's not a nice thing to say!" Cody scolded.

"Well if she WAS here, then she would without a doubt tattle tale to Chef." I remind him.

"Well yeah. she would." he nods in agreement.

I look at the clock and Chef should be coming out any minute now so the other kids and I take our seats on the floor and sit down and wait for him.

"Morning kids!" Chef says "Guess what?"

"Oh! Is it Taco Tuesday?" Owen answers excitedly.

"You found Harold's pet rattlesnake?" I ask.

"You're actually an alien who came to Earth to suck our brains right out of our butts?!" Izzy asks with excitement.

I look at her with concern as she has the rattlesnake tied around her hair.

"Nope! None of those things!" Chef responds "Thanks to Daylight Savings time, today will be one hour shorter."

"Great" Gwen says "Now we'll all die an hour earlier." She then shuts the blinds in her egg chair.

Sometimes I worry about that girl.

"What is Daylight Savings time?" Jude questions.

"Every year on this day we move our clocks forward one hour." He answers.

We all look clueless.

"Why?" Owen asks.

"Well actually" Chef responds "I have no idea why we do it. But I'm going to listen to a podcast, become an expert, and teach you everything I know. So you guys keep it down and I'll be back soon."

A/N: End because I don't feel the need to write down the rest of the filler. Just go ahead and watch the episode yourselves. Well, I hope you all enjoy this story and if there's anything that needs to be fixed, please let me know and sorry that this chapter is short and a bit boring, but the next chapter will be well-written. I promise. Although Basically, the next chapter is pretty much Noah being rather protective with Cody and they end up befriending the raptor. Well sorta anyways.
