Link got out of bed. He got dressed noticing that most of Darks clothing was laying around the ground. Dark Links hat and gauntlets were still on the dresser. His boots on the floor by the end of the bed. A sliver of light streamed into the bedroom; the door was ajar.

'Something is wrong with Dark,' Link thought. He headed for the bathroom, the answer he needed knelt in front of the toilet.

"Morning. Am I getting my morning kiss?" Dark smiled weakly.

"Not today vomit man."

"Do you have any potion Link?" Link shook his head in reply.

"Have you asked Zelda?"

"She said that when the shops open in town, she'll send Impa to restock on a few bottles," Dark answered. He wiped his mouth with a wad of toilet paper. Link continued to wash his hands then brushed his teeth. He spat into the sink, running the water.

"I'll head to the potion shop in Kakariko Village later today. I keep on hearing how good the lady's brew is. Why not try a potion or two? Are you good meanwhile babe? Can you leave so I can take a shower in peace?"

"Yes, I think I should be good to go," Dark got up to his feet grabbing the counter. Link undid his belt, slipping his tunic up, over his head. He looked at Dark in the reflection of the mirror.

"Head back to bed. Get some rest and I noticed your intake of sweets lately. I'll get Princess Zelda to get you food that is actually healthy for sick people." Dark nodded then left. Link shut the door leaving it unlocked, in case Dark needed to get in. He wasn't all to worried about Zelda coming inside, she had her own personal bathroom in her master chamber.

The hero enjoyed the clean feeling after a shower or bath. He wiped the condensation of the mirror to look at his reflection. Link let his fingers trace the scars on his upper body. Each scar telling a different story, including the first time Dark Link and he met. It certainly was love at first fight. He towel dried his hair to the best of his ability then got dressed.

In the hallways Impa passed him. She stopped walking.

"That reminds me. Link, I'm heading to the potion shop to get a couple of bottles since Dark Link is sick. Would you want me to refill your bottles while I'm at it?"

"I'm heading to the potion shop in Kakariko Village later. I'll only need to try one bottle from there. That's be great if you can fill my other two bottles. My third bottle has milk left. I'll put them on the table in the dining hall," Link replied with a grin. Impa nodded, continuing her way.

Link quickly ate his food then left the castle. The sky was covered with grey clouds, blocking out the sun. It begun to rain as he entered Hyrule field. Link let out a groan. He reached into his pocket for his ocarina, another groan followed.

'That's right I let Dark borrow it.'

Link sprinted to the village as rain poured down, drenching the man. He might as well of skipped his shower this morning. Link only stopped to catch his breath, when he was under the protection of a roof.

"Get caught in the rain outside I see," the old lady said. She stood behind the counter busy stroking her cat who lay asleep in front of her.

"Got any shampoo I can use?" Link teased. The lady laughed.

"What else can I help you with."

"A bottle of health replenishing potion."

"I made a new potion for the stomach flu a while ago. I'll give you a free bottle to test it."

"You got yourself a deal." Link slid his empty bottle over the countertop. He watched her disappear into the back and return a few moments later. Link grabbed his bottle now filled with a pink potion.

"He drinks the whole bottle before he goes to sleep tonight. If he still feels sick tomorrow come, see me and I'll give you a different potion. Thank you for purchasing young man." Link thanked her with a wave heading out the door, back into the rain.

***Darks POV***

I looked at the door when I picked up on the doorknob rattling. Link walked in, he put the jar of potion on the nightstand beside our bed. He pointed a finger at me.

"You can only drink it when you go to sleep later tonight. Drink the whole bottle and by tomorrow you should feel much better," Link instructed. I nodded rolling over onto my side.

"For tonight I'll sleep on the loveseat. I sat up and looked at the couch on the other side of the room. I gestured towards it obviously.

"You already got two freaking pillows over there." Link looked at me pouting. He crossed his arms.

"That's my favorite pillow Dark Link. You know Malon stuffed it with cuccoo feathers for me." I let out a groan annoyed and chucked the pillow towards the couch. I was unsuccessful due to my lack of strength currently. I laid back down pulling the blanket over my head.

"Thanks, babe, for getting me potion," I thanked.

"No problem Dark. I'll come check up on you if you need anything," Link said. I gave him a thumbs up. I heard the soft click of the door being shut. I slept most of the day, only awake long enough to eat some food. I drank the potion when I saw it was getting dark outside. Moments after I was fast asleep.

I woke up the next morning feeling different. Link was fast asleep on the couch. I tiptoed out of the room. I walked down the hall to the bathroom. I shut the door behind me. The moment I gazed into the mirror I found out that my morning started terribly. I'm in a female body! I bolted out of the room. I knocked on Zelda's door quickly and repeatedly. As soon as the door opened, I slipped inside slamming it shut behind me.

Princess Zelda looked at me, eyes widening.

"Dark Link? Oh, my goddess, you are Dark right?" Zelda asked in disbelief. I nodded.

"Yes, it's Dark Link, at least mentally. Physically and emotionally nope. I hate this Zelda I want my male body back!" I whined tears welling up.

"I know, I know. Don't cry right now please. We'll get it all sorted out. Is Link awake?"

"No! Hylia, how is he going to react to my body being female?!" I wiped my eyes to dry my tears. I didn't like my tunic, not in my new body. I tugged on the collar before loosening the strings on my undershirt.

"Princess Zelda. Can you get your seamstress to fix a couple of my tunics? My chest is tightening the fabric around my chest and I feel like I'm going to suffocate," I complained. Zelda nodded hiding a smile.

"This isn't funny Princess! Stop smiling right now."

"Let's go wake up Link to explain to him what happened."

Zelda followed me to the room I share with my boyfriend. She stood behind me. I knelt beside the loveseat. I shook Links shoulder getting him to wake up.

"Babe get up. Link wake up!" Link stirred in his sleep mumbling. I glared at him.

"Hey, Listen!" I exclaimed right into his ear. Link groaned turning over. I stood back up crossing my arms over my chest.

"I have a serious problem Link!"

"I hear that, why is your voice different?" Link asked rubbing his eyes with a yawn. He let out a gasp in shock.

"I see."
