i don't know when i'll continue my longer stories, i'm still trying to get through life one step at a time. I'll still update here and there, i guess with this outbreak going on it gives a little more time to tend to the audience.

Since this is separate but still connected to my other Ash x Lana story: i'll find a way to connect the two stories once i post this one. I've been away from my laptop/computer for the past few years, lol.

And before you ask 'no i couldn't think of a better name for a spin off of 'Volley ball'

Ash and his friends were taking a break outside the Pokemon school, Exhausted from the days events: the class was playing Polly ball, the Pokemon variant to Volley ball, where the Pokemon play against the trainers. They were having so much fun.

"I'm exhausted" Kiawe said as he sat down on a chair by the water under an umbrella.

"We hear you loud and clear" The others said in unison, out in the distance they could see Ash and Pikachu playing happily.

"I'm surprised Ash hasn't joined us yet" Lana said as she wiped sweat away from her forehead and rested her hand on her belly; she loved him a lot and it was no surprise that his adrenaline was still in full. He was always full of surprises.

"I still remember how you'd never stop talking about him, your kinda like an Exploud who can't shut its mouth, you know" Kukui said with a cheeky smile.

"Heh, yeah, i guess i am" Lana said with a smile.

"BREAK TIMES OVER CLASS, LETS GET BACK OUT THERE" Kukui said as he blew his whistle.

'sigh' "Guess i better go back out there" Lana said to herself.

"Pika Pi, Pika pika chu" Pikachu said happily as he shot the ball over the net.

"i got it guys'

"No i got it"

"I GOT IT" Lillie and Mallow shouted in unison as the two girls shot the ball over to the Pokemon side.

The Pokemon didn't know who would get to it first, but Kiawes' Turtonator was the first to get it unfortunately he had his back turned to the ball and when the ball hit the spikes the ball exploded.

"Hahaha well i guess thats game over" Kiawe said with a chuckle and the Pokemon all laughed along with the trainers.

(Back at the school~ final bell)

"I hope you have an amazing day everyone, see you tomorrow" Kukui said.

"Bye" Everyone said in unison.

"Hey Ash do you wanna stay the night at my house?" Lana said.

"Awesome that'd be great, what d'you say Pikachu? Wanna spend some time with Lana tonight?" Ash asked Pikachu.

"PIKA PIKACHU" Pikachu cheered.

"Thanks for allowing us to stay over, Lana" Ash said.

"Its no problem at all" she said with a blush.

~Lana's house~

"I'm home" Lana said, "Alola" Ash said in greeting.

"Your home, how Magikarple" the twins said in unison, making Lana sigh while Ash stood there not saying a word.

"Pika?"

"Ash? sweetie?" Lana said snapping Ash out of his daze.

"Huh? W-what? Oh sorry i zoned out" Ash said. "I guess i'm still not used to your sisters yet" Ash fallowed; Making Lana chuckle. They've only been dating for a few years.

The two soon went up to Lana's room to snuggle together while Ash put in a movie for them to watch. Ash didn't notice but Lana got her self comfortable resting her head in the nape of his neck, smiling softly to himself he kissed her cheek.

"Love you" Ash whispered before falling asleep.

~The next day~

The two lovers woke up pretty refreshed after the night previously, they got dressed for the day and went outside to see it was sunny outside; the two had their swimming attire ready for a day out on the beach on Mele Mele island.

"Ready?" Ash asked.

"Race ya there" Lana said before kissing Ash on the cheek and running to the open water.

"No fair, Lets get her Pikachu" Ash said while running with his best friend in tow. Laughing happily as they ran out the roar of the ocean.

They did everything together, splashing, swimming and just overall having a great time in each others company. Soon it was one o'clock in the afternoon. They had woken up at around nine so they had the rest of that time to themselves.

They went back to Lana's house and sat in her room just happy to be together with the one they loved.

"I'm happy i net you, Ash Ketchum" Lana said.

"I am too, Lana Suiren" Ash said. The two slowly leaned in to share one last kiss before snuggling back together like they once had the night before.

A/n: one thing i'll say is that Lana is super cute and how she likes to joke around with her friends is super adorable. I love her character very much. I don't think anyone dislikes her at all. She's super cute and I'm super jealous.
