Chapter 1:
This story has heavily been inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins plot (the curse of Meliodas and Elizabeth) so obviously, there will be some pretty obvious similiraties, even though the story is happening in the Fairy Tail Universe. Ever since I found out about that story/concept, I became extremely fascinated by it, so this is my own way of trying to add some more to it.
Keep in mind, I also haven't written a fanfic in a long time, so odds are I am very rusty, don't judge too harshly ^_^
Most importantly, these are tough times we live in, I for one, hate being alone for such a long period of time, and I'm probably not the only one, so hopefully, this story will be able to put some smiles on your faces.
Enjoy ^_^
Disclaimer: Obviously, I don't own Fairy Tail or The Seven Deadly Sins.

"Stories of forbidden love huh… Always thought those stories were full of bull… I mean come on, would you really let anything or anyone come in between you and your loved one" Natsu thought as he was on his way towards his own, loved one. The proud Prince of the Demon Race smirked as the thought of seeing his Lucy made him shiver in excitement. "Guess it's not that unrealistic after all… My sole purpose for living comes from the princess of the enemy clan, the Celestial Wizards… As much as we both despise this war, there's nothing we can do about the judgement of our families and our own clan members… " As much as Natsu loved these meetings with her, it also pained him. Not only did he not get to see her too often, but he also had to do it in secret.
He decided to stop thinking about it for now, nothing would stop him from enjoying these few moments he had with his love.
Natsu finally approached the Anghel Waterfall, their hidden spot, where they would both sneak off too every couple of days, and spend the night together. The waterfall perfectly covered the entrance of a cave, and the relaxing sound of the water splashing on the rocks below added a very comforting and relaxing ambiance, making these meetings even more intimate.
He still didn't know if Lucy had gotten there yet, but he knew he wouldn't have to wait too much, Lucy was just as eager to see him.
The Demon Prince had finally gotten in and settled down, his thoughts being the only thing that kept him busy during this small wait. Lucy had told him a couple of days ago that she would have something to tell him, but she would wait until the next time they met. This intrigued Natsu as he honestly didn't know what to expect.
He then heard a sound that he instantly recognized; sounds of small and gracious footsteps, on the wet rock that was the entrance of the cave. Lucy had finally gotten there, and they both jumped in each other's arms, holding each other tighter than ever.
They were finally together again, after a break that felt like eternity to both of them.
"Natsu, god I missed you" Lucy said softly into his ears, with a peaceful smile on her lips.
"I'm glad to see you too my love… I couldn't bear to spend another day without seeing your beautiful eyes, or hearing your voice…" Natsu then tilted his head and started kissing her, very slowly.
While Lucy was thoroughly enjoying kissing him, she had to break apart.
"I'm sorry Natsu, but we really need to talk." Her smile had faded away, replaced by a worried look, that he had instantly picked up.
"What's going on?"
"Well… there's two things you need to know… First, my father has decided that its time for this war of ours to end… He's regrouping all our armies and is going to head straight for The Dark Citadel. Straight for your brother Zeref…" she said with a sad look on her face. Both of them knew what that meant for their relationship… Their secret would finally have to be out in the open as they both wouldn't be able to let this final battle occur.
"Dammit… God fucking dammit... " Natsu said as he gritted his teeth. This wasn't what any of them had in mind when wanting to end the war. And now they're forced into a position where they have to do or die. "Alright, listen, we can figure it out sweetie, we're not gonna let this get in the way of our love. We'll figure it out, I promise" he said as he tried faking a smile, to encourage her, but she instantly saw through it.
"Natsu… You don't have to pretend you're fine… she had cupped his cheek with her palm and then smiled again. I still haven't told you my second news.
Natsu looked up and met her gaze, as he didn't know what to expect.
"Well, I found out today that… W-We-We-Well… Basically listen… We…. Lucy stuttered as she started blushing really hard.
"What's going on Luce?" Natsu couldnt read what she was trying to say at all, completely oblivious to her blush.
"SOIFOUNDOUTTODAYTHATIMPREGNANT" she yelled that sentence at the speed of light
"...I don't think I quite heard that right… Would you mind saying that again?" He had heard her just fine, but the shock of it made him doubt his enhanced hearing.
"Dammit Natsu, I'm pregnant!" Natsu stared into the background behind Lucy, as those were definitely not the type of news he expected to get from her today. His face was completely devoid of any sort of emotions.
"Natsu? What's wrong?" This was all he needed to finally wake him from his trance, as he picked her up by her waist, lifted her and carried her around the cave while running and screaming; "I'M GONNA BE A FATHER LUCE! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? WE'RE GOING TO BE PARENTS! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" his massive grin and excitement was all Lucy needed to forget all about the upcoming battle and the stress from it.
After Natsu had finally gotten exhausted from running with Lucy in arms, they had both sat down around a fire, ate their dinner, and started talking about their future, and possible names for their boy/girl. Natsu had forgotten all about tomorrow's battle, and was completely focused on happy thoughts, and imaginary pictures of their "to-be family".
After their dinner, they finally lied down next to one another and cuddled, relaxing and enjoying each other's presence.
They looked in each other's eyes with a bright smile, excited for their upcoming baby and happy to be in each other's arms once again.
Natsu whispered into her ear:
"I wish everyday was like this Luce… No worries, just pure bliss."
"So do I my little Dragon… So do I…" as she leaned in to kiss him passionately.
This time, he broke the kiss, so he could whisper one final thing to her;
"I love you with all my heart Luce, I'm never going to let you go, I'm never gonna let anyone hurt you… I swear on my life"
"I love you too Natsu"
Those were the final words spoken that night, as they chose to let their bodies truly express what they felt towards each other…
Well, this was cheesy as hell, but I think it was necessary in order to show how close and how involved they are towards each other. Dont judge me pls
To be honest, I only have a general idea of where this story is headed, but if you have any advice or criticism, feel free to let me know in the reviews, I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks, and hope to see ya soon ^_^
