Marinette was sleeping soundly in her bed when she awoke to a large thump on her bed. Turns out Alya came to wake her up that day, and she was not ready for Alya's loud outbursts that morning. Sure, she loved her bestfriend with all her heart but sometimes, she was a to much to handle."Are you ready for today?!"Alya exclaimed jumping up and down. "Ready for what?" Marinette moaned in annoyance looking up at her. "You've got to be kidding me" she looked down at her friend "It's the last day of school! Get up girl!" She said as she proceeded to tug the covers off the dark haired girl. Marinette's eyes shot open, she completely forgot. Her mind was racing, but only one thought remained. Today was the last day she would probably be able to see Adrien. Sure her Alya, Nino and Adrien hang out a lot, but with the long break she was sure his father would arrange more photo shoots.
Alya was rambling on about how she needs to be ready to get up even earlier next year, but Marinette wasn't paying attention. All she could think about was the handsome boy with the sunshine hair and emerald green eyes, and she couldn't help but feel sad. This behavior didn't go unnoticed by Alya, she walked across the room and placed a hand on her shoulder. "You okay girl?" She asked with a pitiful tone looking into her eyes. "Alya..."
The blogger already knew what was wrong with her friend, she felt bad that Adrien would probably be locked up in his house and only be aloud out for shoots, and she couldn't help but think the same thing. Marinette kept thinking and decided that she would make it her own personal mission to make sure she would free Adrien from his prison of a home.
After a few more minutes of scilence Alya ushered Marinette to get ready for the day. Soon, they were out the door within minutes and off to school. They saw Nino waiting for them at the front entrance and waved. "Sup dudette's! Who's ready for break?" He said jumping up and smiling. "I definitely am" Marinette said giggling and looking around "Where's Adrien?" "He said he will be here in a few" Nino said checking his phone and putting it back in his pocket. The three stood there for a moment before a limo pulled up and a blonde boy stepped out of it. "Hey guys" he greeted. "Sup bro!" Nino exclaimed "Are you ready to hang out over break?" Adrien now looked down at his feet and mumbled "I'm not so sure guys, I might not be able to... my father might have me do more photoshoots now because we are out of school."
"Well, m-miracles can happen" Marinette said blushing slightly. "Well the miracle we need now is that we will make it to class on time" Alya said looking at her phone "Come on slow pokes we're going to be late!!" She screamed while running to class with Marinette, Adrien and Nino behind her.
They rushed into class and sat in their normal seats, conversations and laughter filled the room, the classroom buzzed with excitement, each and every student ready for the long break and not have to worry about work. Then, Ms. Bustier stepped into the room and captured the classes attention. "Good morning everyone, I know you all are excited for summer break but I have an important announcement to make" she said looking around the room "We are all going to a summer camp!"
