Deltarune Chapter 2: The Dark Raid
Chapter 1: The Dark World
A/N: This is my first story in awhile so I'm kinda nervous. So I hope this story goes well!
This takes place after the events of Deltarune Chapter 1. Susie and Kris left The Dark World. Kris woke up seeing their soul still contained in a lawnmower shaped thingy, Kris heard Toriel calling out to Kris "Kris? It's time to get up for school!" Kris stood silent as usual.
Kris got ready and got in the Van with Toriel who is driving. Once they headed to the school Toriel and Kris stopped in the middle of the hallway before Kris headed to their classroom Toriel hugged Kris and left to her classroom to teach. Kris walked in early and sat at their desk next to an open seat, Alphys started class "Alright class we will be continuing on our group projects s-so get to it"
Kris sat there alone waiting for Susie after a few minutes of sitting there Susie came in "Oh h-hi Susie we're just starting you can go sit with Kris over there" Alphys pointed to Kris. Susie walked over and moved her desk next to Kris
"Hey Kris let's head back to the closet" Kris looked at Susie and nodded
Alphys is still losing some chalk which Susie and Kris was supposed to come back with yesterday "Oh I'm still losing some chalk... Hey Kris... Susie? Can you two try looking for chalk? And please try not to skip out again"
"Let's go Kris" Susie got up and Kris followed her. They got to the closet and entered finding the pile of papers still in place. Kris and Susie walked in ready to fall again but nothing happened "... Huh weird I'm gonna try looking for the light switch Kris" Susie started searching the walls for the light switch. Susie finally found the light switch and switched the lights on. The lights flickered on and only to see a trapdoor locked both of them we're confused and who locked it. "Kris? I think we gotta find the chalk Alphys wanted and head back to class"
Kris and Susie found some chalk and headed back to class.
12 hours later
Susie and Kris met up in front of the school and trying to find a way in. Susie tried the front doors while Kris was searching for a way in then Kris noticed a cellar door that leads to the school basement Susie and Kris entered with flashlights "It's so dark and spooky down here" Said Susie feeling a little scared. they both headed upstairs and entered a hallway. Kris and Susie walked down and entered the Principal's Office to find the keys to the lock for the trapdoor "Any luck Kris?" Susie asked but Kris shook their head then later finding the key.
The both of them went to the closet and opened the trapdoor they both jumped in and fell. once they both fell they saw that everything seemed dead not even Ralsei or Lancer was seen around. they both walked through the Fields, The Forest, even the Dark Castle but nothing till then they headed to the roof of the castle only to see the gateway back to the normal world opened Susie and Kris realized they made a mistake.
When Susie and Kris headed back home from their last visit the gateway was left open and Ralsei didn't have enough time to close it the thing is that time works differently there. The Normal World time is more faster than The Dark world time. In just 7 hours it is 3 hours to The Dark World.
Once Susie and Kris got to their way back they found the small town getting raided the Darkners have came to the normal world to battle the Lightners even Jevil was there attacking with his Spades, Clubs, Diamonds, and Hearts. then they both realized that they're still in their Dark Forms which mean Susie now has her Awesome Ax "Kris! I think we better hide somewhere safe!" Kris told Susie to follow them and they ran to the secret door hiding behind the grassy hill.
The secret door is still locked Susie had to chop the door open once she made a hole in the door she yelled "Here's Susie!" and opened the door. Kris and Susie barricaded the door behind them "...Kris what should we do?" Susie asked but Kris stood silent "You're right we should wait till dawn"
There was a knock at the door Kris and Susie got ready to fight then the person who knocked just walked in it was Sans and Ralsei "Heya kiddo funny didn't expect to see ya here" Sans' left eye was flaming and used his powers to re-barricade the door. Sans was breathless "Hold on, just lemme catch my breath first"
"Kris! Susie! It's great to see you again!" Ralsei smiled and hugged them Sans finally got his breath back
"So how's you two end up here?" Sans questioned
"Kris showed me the way here it seemed like they knew this door was here for a long time" Susie replied
"Yeah I've known this door was here also"
"Hey Ralsei have you seen Lancer?"
"Well no... I lost track of him. He's probably joining the fight with the Darkners"
"Lightners Lightners Lightners..." A similar voice whispered "Hee hee I found my last visitors"
"Show yourself!" Susie shouted alongside with Kris, Ralsei, and Sans getting ready to fight. The doors open it was Jevil
"I can do anything!" Jevil laughed
"What do you want from us?!" Sans shouted
"Oh, I see it's you Sans my old pal" Jevil smiled
"Sans? You know Jevil?" Susie looked at Sans
"You know Jevil too?" Sans looked back at Susie
"Hahahahahaha. So now we all know each other let's begin the chaos" The World Revolving starts to slowly play
"You don't know who you're messing with here Jevil" Sans' eye starts glowing. Megalovania starts to play. It surprisingly plays along with The World Revolving.
Sans and Jevil started at each other while Jevil smiled and Sans frowned "Ohh I feel a musical coming up!" Jevil prepared singing.
The World Revolving and Megalovania intensifies "Chaos, Chaos!" Jevil shouted
"Why aren't you running? it's 4 against 1" said Susie, Jevil stood silent and looked down
"... Because I can do anything!" Jevil screamed pulling out his Devilsknife and his Clubs, Hearts, Diamonds, and Spades. Jevil started singing "Chaos, Chaos let it rain, all these bugs are in my brain I see now your world's gone blind, that is how I found my mind"
"It's a beautiful night outside... Bats are screeching, Wolves are howling, on nights like these, Darkners like you... Should be burning in hell!" Sans lifted his arm and used his telekinesis powers to attack Jevil.
Sans and Jevil began to fight find out next time how the fight goes when the next chapter releases.
