Chapter 1
This idea came from my best supporter ever since starting Giblenator. Now Issei will have fairy powers but I wanted to make him a descendant of Gloxinia and Drole. Now this won't be a crossover with SDS, it will just be stated he's a descendant of Gloxina. I also wanted to make Ascalon more involved which is why I'm making 8 configurations for the holy sword. I'll explain them later in the chapter. He will have a powerful fairy power, it's taken from One Piece, the Conquers Haki. Basically it matches his domination power that he receives from Ddraig. The pairings for now will be Issei x Diana x Auora x Selina x Musa x Darcy x Stormy.

Alfea was a place of sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns. Home for the fairies and if this was a normal timeline, a red haired girl should be coming through the gate. But this was no ordinary timeline, a brown haired boy had a suitcase on his right and a red gauntlet on his left. The boys name was Issei Hyoudou, the current Red Dragon Emperor; his Sensei, Azazel sent him to the school to cause mischief and to learn to control his new inherited power. We find our dragon weilder outside of Alfea.
Issei stood outside the gates of Alfea, another world that is connected to his home. On the outside he looks fine but on the inside, he was a mess. "Ddraig, why are we here again?"
The dragon chuckles at his hosts situation before responding "Its so you can learn more about magic and learn how to use your 'other' power. I know you think this will be a waste of time but personally, I think this will do you some good. You'll learn more about magic and will gain more experience fighting instead of just running from Tanin. When you think about it, Azazel threw you a bone."
Issei remembered his former senses telling him that he will be at Alfea for five years which means he'll graduate then have another year to himself before coming home. Now all he had to do is find this Faragonda and avoid any attention from the girls.
Issei found the woman he had to look for "Excuse me, are you Mrs Griselda by any chance?"
Griselda looked at him before asking "Name and reason."
"Issei Hyoudou and 'Grigori' sent me. Here he told me to give you this letter to explain the situation." Griselda took the letter and opened it, as she read it just after a few seconds she was blushing a storm until she shredded the letter muttering "Stupid pervert." Griselda looked back at Issei silently told him to follow her.
"So you know Azazel?" Griselda shuddered and turned to him before saying "Sadly yes, that jerk and I used to date a long time ago but sadly we grew apart due to work and he took an embarrassing photo of my tripping and showing the world my shame." She turned pale at the thought and sadly said "I can never get married now." Issei put a comforting hand and reassured her that she will be married someday. "Let's get to Mrs. Faragonda."
They made it to the office and there was an old lady who was filling out some paperwork until she saw Issei and observed him as he entered the room. Issei set down his luggage and sat in the chair before introducing himself. "Hello, my name is Issei Hyoudou. I'm a full dragon and my Sensei Azazel sent me here to learn about magic for 5 years." Faragonda smiles at his manners before analyzing his aura and magic before widening her eyes and asked "Have you ever tried to use magic?" Issei shrugged his shoulders "A few times, but they always failed."
Faragonda places a hand on his head and searches his aura before finding a seal in his magic reserves. "Issei, answer me honestly. Did your former king ever seal your power?"
"Yes, when she reincarnated me. She said my power would be too unstable for my new body. Is there something wrong."
She sighed before muttering "This is why I hate spoiled children." She looks at him in the eyes before saying "Your magic would have already accustomed to your body if you were reincarnated as a devil. Unfortunately, when she released the seal on you it damaged your internal system so much that you couldn't fight properly. Not only that but I think those Evil Pieces had a seal for specifically you, to make you weaker for her to control. Now that the pieces are gone and you are a dragon, and almost a fairy, you can use your magic at 100%. You interested?"
Issei was stumped for one he was mad at Rias for putting him through a lot of pain and for weakening him. Now, he has an opportunity to become even stronger and learn about this other power. "I accept. So what do I have to do in order to unlock this power?"
Faragonda and Griselda came up to him and put him in a spell seal. Griselda explained to him that he must search his soul and locate the power. Once he finds it he will be able to use it and fight with all of his power. Issei nodded and sat down, cross legged, and emptied his mind before entering his soul.
Issei opened his eyes and saw all forms of color around him, swirling and dancing like a tornado of color. He concentrated on the strange feeling until he came upon a forest. It was large and full of beautiful trees that expanded as far as he could see, the suns light shining on top of the leaves and giving them a bright glow. The rivers were clear and pure like you could drink from it. The flowers were even more amazing than the ones at the Gremory mansion, but what stood out the most was a giant tree in the dead center. It stood around 115m(The Hyperion tree).
A roar was heard as Issei saw a giant monster that was red and fat and was making his way to the tree. Saliva dropped from its mouth as it moved to the tree, possibly wanting to eat it, as the saliva fell to the earth it burned the trees and everything around it. Issei flew to the tree and tried to summon the Boosted Gear. Sadly, all he got instead was Ascalon but it was acting differently. It was floating and gold etchings appeared on the blade "Let go of your fear. Unleash your power. Become the King of Domination. Show the world your true self."
The world paused and suddenly he heard a voice from behind him asking Issei "What's your descision?" Issei turns and sees an entire village of fairies and five people who stood out the most: Harlequin, Gloxina, and Elaine, Drole, and Diane. The names flew into his head and he saw all of their memories: the hardships, the victories, loss of close family and friends, but they all fought for the same reason he did, protecting their loved ones. Ever since being introduced to the supernatural world, all he ever cared about was becoming stronger and protecting those he loved such as his parents and an old friend he had a long time ago.
When he lost Irina when she moved away, he still had one friend but sadly a few months later she disappeared from the face of the earth. Issei was drowned in depression and loneliness. He thought he didn't deserve any friends and decided to hide his true self behind a mask of false happiness and only took it off when his parents were around. His parents still loved him even till this day and he couldn't be any more grateful for having loving parents.
Now he was in a new world filled with new possibilities for him to protect his loved ones and he would make sure no one would take his people away from him.
Issei looks at the monster and Ascalon before saying one sentence that opened the flood gates of power.
"Spirit Sword Ascalon. First configuration. Ascalon!"
The sword was showered in a golden light and a bright beam erupted from the tip and destroyed the left arm from the monster. Issei flew and this time he had wings of red, green, blue, and purple. Ascalon appeared by his side and he grabbed the sword and swung it down on the other arm, severing and burning it away from existence. The monster roared in pain as it lost both arms. Issei brought the sword above his head and shouted "Ascalon. Second Configuration. Guardian!" A dragon made of earth appeared before him and roared at the creature before both Issei and itself brought their right fist up and threw one at the beast, sending it through the forest. The beast opened his mouth to spit some fire, but a hand in its mouth interrupted its attack. It only heard a voice shout again. "Ascalon. Third Configuration. Purification!" The sword turned into a spear that shot towards the creature and embedded itself in its stomach before it was glowing white and vanished from the earth.
The earth dragon went back into the earth after being thanked by his creator, Issei flew to the tree and, instinctively, pushed healing magic into it and all the trees that were damaged were quickly repaired. As he admired his work, he heard a low clap from behind and turned to see Gloxinia, Harlequin, Elaine, and Drole smiling at his excellent execution of the situation. Harlequin and Elaine disappeared leaving only the giant and the fairy alone with the dragon. Drole came up and asked the young king "What will you do now? Revenge on Rias for betraying you or become stronger and show the world your might while defending your kingdom?" Gloxina stood on the sidelines and waited patiently for the dragons response. Issei lifted his head and stared at both of them and said "I will be a king."
Issei looked back at his kingdom and said "This forest is the home of the fairies and giants. But now I will become a king and create a kingdom that will welcome all in its borders. Giants, fairies, witches, dragons, and so forth. All will be welcomed and shall be sheltered from the darkness of the world. A king will protect his people, while the people fight for their home."
Drole and Gloxina knew that they found their successor, the one who will rise above all challenges in his road towards kingship. Now all he needs are allies and women who will love and stay by his side forever. Issei smiles at them while disappearing, returning to the outside world. Gloxina went before him and said "Learn, Grow, and Love. We all deserve that special someone, even you Issei. Now show them who you are!"
Issei smiles and looks back at the land one last time before vanishing for now. Filled with resolve as he prepares for the road ahead of him. "It's just like Ddraig and Azazel said, it's the start of a new life. Right here and now."
So tell me what you thought about it. He will be rooming with someone but I'll have you guess who it will be, also what do you think of making Ascalon like Chastifol and Basquias. Here are the configurations listed below:
1. Ascalon sword form. Shoots beams of magic and slices through all barriers.
2. Guardian. Creates a Guardian of earth that takes shape based on the weilders imagination.
3. Purification. The sword becomes a spear and purifies all it stabs through. Excellent against creatures of darkness.

As for his magic his attacks will be light and fire based magic while his defense magic will be earth and his third magic the Conquers Haki will be a passive magic that's available in both normal, Dragon, and Fairy form.
