Quirks. The most significant dexterity in the world. Quirks are strange things to say about. Sometimes they just come naturally from your tongue. But sometimes, you wonder what they are. Well, thanks to science, they have been explained. Quirks are the manifestations of genetic mutations, granting the person superhuman abilities. These abilities can differ from person to person. Some inherit their parent's quirks. Some get mutated quirks. Some get surprising quirks and that's a lot to say in a world where quirks are like your limbs.
Some get quirks that change their body appearance. Some get elemental abilities which are rare. Well, anyhow, quirks go a long way back. It was first manifested in a newborn baby in the city of Qingqing, China. And that was the ability to emanate light. After that incident, many people around the world began to manifest different kinds of special abilities. While the cause of the Quirk phenomenon is unknown, it has been theorized that the spread of a virus carried by mice had brought about their development. Currently, 70% of world population is Quirk inhabitants while the rest are either deemed quirkless or those of previous generations. You would think that in a society full of quirky people, there'd be peace. No that's not it. People discovered the advantages of quirks. How they can be useful to them. But as you know, where there advantages, the disadvantages aren't that far. Some people started to use their quirks for various deeds, harming others. Yeah, crimes. And they started increasing day by day. So to stop these criminals, Heroes were introduced. Those who used their quirks to stop these crimes and help innocent people. Basically, Heroes are the individuals who are licensed by the government to protect civilians from Villains, natural disasters or any other kind of harm.
Due to the emergence of Heroes, crime rate started to fall. And everyone thrived to become a hero. Some wanted to help people. Others were just there for fame. But the thing was that Pro Heroes had become a complete profession. Just like everyone else I also wanted to be a hero. To help people. To become the greatest hero just like my hero, All Might.
" But I had learned that all men are not created equal. There are weak and strong."
At a playground, a boy of 5 years was trembling and shivering with fear as he was facing three boys of same age. He had dark greenish, unkempt hair and his eyes were also green like his hair. He was standing in front of a boy, same age as him, who was crying and curled up in a ball. " Yo-You shouldn't-t bully others-s Kacchan. It's-s mean to-to them." The boy said, still trembling and getting into a fighting stance.
The three boys standing in front of him smirked as they got prepared to gang up on him. The one on the front, Kacchan, smirked evilly as he punched into his hand. " You really wanna try and play hero?". The kids behind him, one with long fingers and the other with red wings smirked and laughed. " As if you could ever become a hero, Deku. You're a useless piece of garbage and there's nothing you can do. "
After some time, the green-haired boy named Deku or rather Midoriya Izuku was laying down in the dirt, beaten up and bruised all over his body. The boy that he had tried to protect ran away as soon as they started beating him. Well at least he got away but instead Izuku got his ass handed to him badly. This wasn't out of norm. Because of his quirkless state, he was a major target of bullying for his peers at school. And the main culprit was none other than his best-former best friend Kacchan, Bakugou Katsuki.
Later, Izuku got home before dinner, still aching all over his body. When he got home, his mother caught the sight of him and quickly ran towards him. " Izuku, my boy!! What happened to you?! How did this all happen?!" she asked him anxiously. He was reluctant to tell her that this was nothing and don't bother Bakugou. But he decided against it. ' I'm just sick of it now. He always does this to me!.' So with a deep inhale, he told his mom everything. All of the bullying he had been through, all that discrimination he faced, everything he was told at school and by his classmates. He even told about Bakugou and his entourage and what atrocities they did to him. After all the explanation and a session of Izuku crying, his mother hugged him dearly.
" Don't worry my love, I'll handle them and tell the authorities that what they did to you. Also I'll talk with Mitsuki and tell her to educate her son properly. I hope she'll set him up on the right path." She said with a tear in her eye and smile.
Later that night, after dinner, Izuku was watching his favorite Hero show on TV when his mother came and sit with him. " Izuku, there's something we should talk about." She asked him. Hearing his mom, he turned off the TV.
" What are you going to talk about mom?"
" Izuku, tell me why are you so adamant about becoming a hero? You know that without a quirk you'll hurt yourself so much. Even those with quirk are in hospitals after their work. If you continued to walk on this path, you'll hurt yourself and others around you. Your father and I love you so much. You're everything we have and we don't want to see you hurt yourself beyond return."
Izuku was devastated after hearing this. He knew that it was impossible for him to become a hero, him being a quirkless. But looks like reality was harsh. And you can't do anything to fight the reality. After several minutes of silence, he made up his mind.
"…. OK mom. I-I understand. I know that it is not possible for me to be a Hero. I love you and dad so much. I'm sorry I hurt—"
" No, no Izuku don't ever think that you hurt us! You're our son. It's us who hurt you. We are the one responsible for your situation. If we-if we had just been good parents, we could've saved you from this. From all of this….." she started crying. Izuku hugged her, also crying, and apologized.
" Izuku there's something else we need to talk. It was your father who advised this. He said that we should move to somewhere else where there's very less quirk population and start living there. He also said that he'll be able to visit us some times from U.S. if you agree we can move in two or three days." His mom told him. Now this was a shock. Izuku had spent his childhood here but he never thought about a move. He never thought that he'll leave his friends. ' Then again they're just friends in name. Never helping me and always bullying me.' He thought lowly.
' I've made up my mind!'
"Mom…. I agree. I want to move and start a new life. A life full of happiness."
" Then I'll tell your father and he'll arrange the move in 2 days." She said happily to his son, seizing him like this was rare in the recent years.
" But where are we gonna live mom?" he asked thoughtfully. There were not many places where there were less quirk population.
" It's a town near Tokyo. It's a nice town and people are friendly there. Moreover the Quirk population is only 5% there. So there won't be any problem to you. Is it all right with you?"
" Yeah mom, it's all right." He said enthusiastically. It's time. I'm gonna start a new life and live it to full extent. I'm now going to be a new person.
At that time, I was unaware that this move is going to flip my life upside down. For better or worse. And the name of that town was….
Kuoh Elementary School:
A 6 year old boy was gazing out the window of his class. Hyoudou Issei was bored. Even though it was the start of his elementary school life, he was not that enthusiastic. 'Sigh* I wanna go home and play tag with Irina' (Still unaware that she's a girl). Just as he was thinking about it, the door of the classroom opened and the teacher came in. With her was a boy of same age. He was looking to be a shy boy.
" Kids we have a new boy in our class. Let him introduce. Here you go." The teacher turned to the boy kindly.
" He-Hello everyone. My-My name is Midoriya Izuku. It's a pl-pleasure to meet you all!" introduced Izuku nervously.
" Well then Midoriya kun you can go and sit in front of Hyoudou kun." Izuku walked towards the pointed seat and sat. He turned and greeted the boy with a nervous smile, " Hi-hi I'm Izuku".
" Hey Izuku it's Issei. Nice to meet you!" greeted the boy with a toothy-grin. Izuku also smiled hearing it that he was treated nicely. No one knew this meeting was the birth of two best-friends.
Time Skip : Ten Years Later
A boy was running hurriedly towards his school. He had a school bag slung over his shoulder and he was quickly dashing through the people like an Olympic athlete. Why was he running so much like a shot you ask? Plain simple. He Overslept.
' You should've woken me up Albion! I'm running late now and it's only the second week of second year! Sensei will definitely mark me absent!' ranted the teenager in his mind.
[It's not my fault that you are late partner. I'm not an alarm clock. And it was you who played the games last all night.] replied 'Albion' calmly in his mind.
Said teenager was a boy of respected height of 5'11 feet. He had broad shoulders and you could see defined lean muscles throughout his body. They weren't much bulky but you could make figure through the slight tightness of the uniform. His face had defined cheekbones and there was no baby fat remaining. He had a sharp jaw with a face that was like a guy who trains some kind of sports. He had much bigger chest than the average guys and had some amazing biceps and triceps that made girls near him hot. I short he had a streamline body of an Olympic swimming gold medalist. He was wearing the standard uniform for boys of Kuoh Academy, the private school he attended. It consisted of a black blazer with white accents over a white, long-sleeve dress shirt with a black ribbon on the collar. He was wearing matching black pants. The only thing peculiar were the crimson oversized boots with thick soles. He got them on his last birthday, from his father no less, so loved them a lot.
The meek boy from ten years ago who used to stutter and got nervous was no more and instead of him was a boy, a man, who was confident enough to put you in your place. And all of this transformation was thanks to his meeting with his partner, whom he met 2 years ago.
Since his move from his previous home to Kuoh, he had changed a lot. And that's really A LOT. In order to change his physique, he had been exercising and getting the best diet. Wanting to support their son thoroughly, his parents – Hisashi and Inko – had tried their best to provide him every facility. His dad worked abroad in U.S. for some international firm. And his mom was an interior designer. After moving to Kuoh, she had joined a company to continue her job. So they never had any kind of financial problem.
They lived quite a comfortable life.
Izuku had also took up several martial art courses such as Jeet Kune Do, Kick Boxing and Kendo. It was all to keep his body in shape and to defend himself against any unwanted attack. Even though he couldn't become a hero, he could become someone like a hero. And for that he needed to learn to defend himself first. And wasn't he good fighter? He had become an expert in the martial arts. He had also dragged Issei with him to some of the classes but he got tired of them much easily because it seemed difficult to him. Plus, he had become a pervert of highest grade that kept him away from these exercising tasks.
It was all going by the norm until last year when he got into an accident. He was just a door's step away from being dead.
Flashback : Two years agoLocation : Kuoh Cliffside
It was late evening on a Saturday. Izuku had been running his final lap of day around the block when he decided take a trek to the near cliff. It had become his habit to visit this place once or twice a week. Sometimes with Issei or sometimes himself. He was standing near the edge, enjoying the nice view of sun set when suddenly he caught sight of a peculiar scene. A man flying in the air with super speed. The fact that he had pitch-black crow like wings was also strange. So much busy in his observation he was, that he tripped off the cliff and started to fell down. When he realized that he was falling down the cliff, all of a sudden he started to remember all the events of his life. From when he used to dream about being a hero, to when he got to know that he couldn't be one. His bullying time, his mother consoling him. His transferring to Kuoh, Issei, Irina, his mother, father, classmates, his ambition to live fully. All of these pictures started to revolve in his head.
'I don't… .'
' Wanna die…'
'I don't WANNA DIE!!!!!!!!' He screamed in his head. Suddenly just before hitting the ground, he started to levitate in the air.
" What the-?!" Looking towards his back he saw dragon wings sprouting out of his back, his lower shoulder blades, and their feathers were kind of energy panels. Blue energy panels who were emitting some energy particles. There were eight energy panels.
After sometime, he touched the ground and exhaled a breath of relief. He looked at his wings and and immediately thought that it was his quirk. But that thought didn't remain for too long because that was near impossible. Quirks couldn't be activated in this part of age, as he knew from the researches on quirks. So he tried to control his feathers. He thought about retracting them and just like that they vanished in his back with an azure light. He hurried towards his home. When he reached there, he quickly went in his room, and started searching about his quirk on internet. After some minutes passed, he suddenly felt fatigued and slept there. And that's when he met Albion, his partner.
Flashback : End
Izuku realized he only had 5 minutes until his first lecture of the day, so increased his speed a bit and he bolted like a speedy car. He reached the school and went towards his class. He was in Class 2-A. He was disappointed a bit when he couldn't get in the same class as Issei but at least they could meet after the school hours. He went and sat on his seat. His entrance always caused an uproar among girls. He knew that he had handsome features and physique that girls loved. He wasn't a dense idiot, dammit. Just as he sat.
" Good morning, Midoriya San. You barely made it today." Said a boy sitting on his left.
The said boy was a handsome boy of his age, with blond hair and blueish-grey eyes. He had a mole underneath his left eye. He wore the standard academy uniform with brown dress shoes. He was Kiba Yuuto, his classmate and the Prince of Kuoh Academy as dubbed by the majority of students or you can say girls. Yeah Kuoh Academy turned co-ed last year and because of that the girls were 88% in population, having the higher number.
" Yeah. I was over-sleeping because of playing games all night. Just barely made it… Sigh*" replied Izuku.
" Well the class is starting so you should be careful next time. Sitori Kaichou won't let you go easily." He smiled knowingly.
" Ha-ha-ha yeah. That'll be problem." Izuku chuckled nervously.
[Your devil friend is right. You shouldn't be too much lax. Especially when Draig's host is right in the next class.]
' Come on Albion, he isn't even aware that he's a sacred gear holder. And that too of a longinus tier.'
[Still who could've thought that my arch rival Welsh Dragon would be residing in my holder's best friend.]
' Yeah but he doesn't know about supernatural world yet and for now he's safe. I should protect him if anything plaguing happens to him.'
[Hmmm. Also who knew that this whole school was a residing place for so many Devils. You should be careful near them.]
' Don't worry Albion. I'll be on my guard. Also I don't feel any malicious intent from any of them'
[That's true. But don't forget. You're White Dragon Emperor. And you have draconic features too. So many people will seek you out. You must be careful otherwise it'll be bad.]
' Yeah I know. I'll be careful.'
--Line Break--Kuoh Academy : Old School Building
A crimson haired girl was sitting at a sofa. In her hand were two Pawn pieces. She twirled them around her fingers playfully.
" Buchou, are you perhaps thinking about our resident Ryuu kun?" Asked another girl standing beside the crimson haired girl.
" Hmm yeah Akeno. I really want to add him in my peerage but I'm afraid he'll reject my offer. And it's not like I can force him to join. He's a nice guy also. The time is nearing. Even though we are not weak as we were before, but I still don't want to take any risks."
" So, should we keep an eye on Hyoudou kun? According to Koneko chan, he also had the scent of a dragon, similar to Ryuu kun. But it's a bit recessive."
" Yeah. Keep an eye on him. He might encounter some kind of problem. And I don't want disturbance in my territory." Ordered the crimson haired girl.
' What are you Midoriya Izuku? You've made me really curious.' Thought the crimson-haired girl intensely.

Izuku was on his way to home when he saw a strange sight. On the over-head bridge, There was Issei talking with a gorgeous black-haired girl. She was wearing another school's uniform. He increased his hearing ability to listen to their conversation.
" Will-ll you go-o out WITH ME?!" she asked frantically.
'So she's asking him out? But why would a fallen ask him out? It's suspicious."
[Yeah. You should be careful. Even though there's no malicious intent coming from her, she's still acting dubiously.]
' Yeah. I've to look out for him, if he's in any kinda trouble.'
Occupied in his thoughts, he failed to notice the white haired girl watching them from sideline, eating sweets.
" Must report it to Buchou." She muttered quietly.
Chapter end.Well what are your thoughts? I put Izuku in the Highschool DXD world rather than mixing them both. But don't worry. I won't completely shut off the Hero Academia world. It's just they'll be less involved in it in the earlier chapters. But as the story progresses, they'll make appearances. Also I made a lot of changes like Izuku being 16 in the story. Which means that the Hero Timeline will also be one year late. Doesn't matter because it's fanfiction for crying out loud. Also it's a harem story and yes Izuku will have a harem and Issei too. But won't be that large for Issei. Also don't worry about Vali. There will be lemons in future.Over and Out.!!!...!!!
