The verdant eyes of the emerald archer glared at the obsidian eyes of the throwing star killer. Oliver couldn't move he was in too much pain it was agonizing just to move a muscle. His face was turning black and blue as a result of the physical trauma he suffered at the hands of the evil district attorney.

Oliver has never felt so weak so powerless, he was utterly broken.

"How does feel to know I got you to admit the one thing you couldn't to yourself" Adrian proclaimed his voice sinisterly calm.

"145 seconds.That's how long my father struggled under the water before he died.But unfortunately for him your arrow didn't kill him immediately no he was forced to feel every single ounce of water slowly drip slowly seep into his lungs before dying!" The DA said his voice laced with bitterness.

"Since you killed a member of my family, no you didn't just kill them you gave them a fate worse than death. I think it's only fair that I do the same to one of the members of your family, well I say members but we both know you only have one family member left" The throwing star killer told Oliver.

The emerald archer's pupils dilated as he understood the threat embedded in the DA's words.

"DON't YOU GO ANYWEAR NEAR THEA I'LL KILL YOU IF YOU EVEN TOUCH THEA" the starling city vigilante screamed at Adrian.

The throwing star killer just smirked in response."Oliver there's not a single thing you or anything on your little team can do to stop me, do you know why Thea is your only family you have left it's because every life you touch you destroy" Adrian stated to Oliver as if it was a fact.

"That's not true Adrian" the emerald archer retorted. It's not everyone you care about has died your mother was killed because you couldn't make a choice. "Tell me Oliver was that on your mind at all, were you reflecting on that as Slade Wilson impaled your mother through the center of her chest in front of you and Thea all because you couldn't make a choice!".

"Or how about Laurel Lance the black canary what made you think a sweet like lawyer was ready to go toe to toe with killers and thugs."

"There wasn't anything I could have done to stop her she wasn't going to quit"Oliver defended himself.

"Maybe not but still you should have kept a better eye on her" Adrian taunted.

Captain Lance no longer has a daughter Sarah no longer has a sister and it's all your fault Adrian said.

"I'll see you tomorrow get some sleep your going to need it".

Adrian told Oliver closing the door leaving Oliver alone with his thoughts.
