They were finally half way through Sikowiz's class. Cat was spewing yet another story about something dumb her idiot brother did. Andre was trying to figure out the chorus to one of his songs. Robbie had taken to trying to follow cats story while he had Rex stuffed into his backpack. Tori was trying to get some homework done before her next class. Beck was watching Jade from across the room considering they were broken up once again. Jade had been watching the clock for the past 20 minutes, when cat started in on her stories, jades patience soon wore thin. Before Jade could snap at the bubbly redhead, Sikowitz came bustling back into the classroom yelling at the class to pay attention.

"I have a new assignment for you!"

The entire class sighed and groaned in unison

"Now, now. It's a difficult one. I'll be pairing you guys up in groups of 2. I want you to make a short scene of movie. These scenes should look like they will be part of a sequel to the original film. You'll have 3 weeks to watch your original film and create your scenes. You can perform them live or film them, I do not care."

"The pairs will be, Andre and Cat, Beck and Robbie, Jade and Tori."

Having been put in many pairings with Tori, Jade knew there was no use in fighting Skowitz over it.

"Vega!"

"What Jade."

"We'll deal with the assignment after school, at your place. If you want a ride you have 10 minutes, I will leave you."

"Alright"

Tori went back to finishing her homework. Jade sat there looking at her for a second, when she felt eyes were on her. She turned suddenly to glare at the person, when she saw that it was Beck staring, her face hardened even more, making her glare fiercer than it has ever been.

The final bell of the day had rung, Tori had grabbed her things from her locker and when she turned around she ran into something hard and cold. Baking up quickly she yelled "Oh shit!" looking up she saw that the hard thing she ran into was in fact Jade. "Must you creep up on me like that?!" jade gave her a smirk "yes I must…. You ready?" she didn't wait for Tori's reply and instead started to walk out the school to her car.

The drive was silent, but not uncomfortable. Tori had found herself watching Jade as she drove. "your staring." Tori had refocused and noticed Jade was looking right at her. She quickly turned her head to look out the window mumbling a quick "sorry." Jade had looked and her with a questioning look, shook her head and put her attention back on the road

They pulled up to Tori's home and once inside Tori put her bag on one of the couches and went to the kitchen to grab some waters for them. Jade sat down on the other couch and had her bag next to her. She turned the TV on and Tori sat next to her handing her a water. "Thanks." "What are you putting on?" "Well I figured if we have to create a new scene I'm not doing anything other than the scissoring, which means you need to watch it." She had a slight smirk and glanced over at the other teen. Tori just sighed "Fine." Jade searched for 10 minutes looking for the scissoring, all that time Tori was staring at her again. Taking in her features, the way her hair, although died black, still had some brown undertones, The way her eyes seemed to glow a perfect shade of green with the subtle hints of blue in them, And how eyebrows furrowed when she still couldn't find the movie.

Jade feeling the staring from Toris direction, gave a defeated sigh, leaned back on the couch and looked over at Tori. "I can't find it, were going to have to watch it on my laptop."

"Okay, are you hungry? I can order us some pizza."

"Sure, but you're paying."

Tori rolled her eyes and ordered the pizza while Jade got out her laptop and logged in.

"What's your Wi-Fi password?"

Tori's eyes got big and her face started to heat up.

"Let me see your laptop, I'll put it in."

"You can just tell me."

"…"

"It's not like I'm going to tell the world your Wi-Fi password, you can change after if it bothers you that much."

Ding

"Pizza's here!"

Tori quickly went to answer the door. Jade decided to try and guess the password. Tori sat down next to her pizza slice in hand.

"Seriously Vega. What's the password."

"I already told you to let me put it in."

With no real guesses in mind Jade decided to put in her name just to put something in rather than confirm defeat. To her surprise and Tori's dread, the computer went from connecting to connected in seconds. Jade leaned back and gave Tori a shocked and puzzling look. Tori ignored her swallowed her bite of pizza and continued to nervously down her bottle of water.

"Tori."

Tori got off the couch and tried to walk to the kitchen. Jade caught her arm before she could get to far and pulled her back to the couch.

"Tori!"

"What?"

"…..is there a specific reason your password is my name?"

"Nope!"

She got up again and this time she was quick enough to escape jades grasp. But unfortunately for her, jade wasn't about to let this go. Jade got up and followed her to the kitchen.

"Vega!"

Tori's body betrayed her and stopped instantly.

Jade released a breath she didn't know she was holding. "you've been weird lately. Well, weirder."

Tori closed her eyes and focused on her breathing and Jades words.

"Not only have you been avoiding me, the few times that we are around each other you hardly say a single word and stare at me. What's going on?"

Tori turned around and looked at Jade. Fear and Panic shown in her eyes.

"Nothing's wrong. It's just."

"Just what?!"

"It's just that I've found it very hard to anything when I'm around you! Yeah it's always been hard, but that's we've always been competing. But recently it's been hard for me to even BREATH around you. I can't think about anything but you, and all I want to do when I'm around you is kiss you!"

By the time she finished her rant Tori was pacing and tears and stated to form in her eyes. As she passed by Jade again in her pacing her hand was grabbed and she was pulled into a tight hug. She turned around to face jade and when she did jade's hands were at her face wiping away the tears that dared to fall.

"I like you too"

"Wh-what? You do?"

"Why do you think Becks been avoiding you and the group. I told him I couldn't do it anymore, the fighting and pretending to be in love with him. Not when whenever I was with him I was you."

"o-oh. …..so what now?"

"Now we watch the Scissoring!"

Tori laughed and when she got to the couch jade pulled her into her lap and started the movie.
