This one-shot story is a SasuSaku Genderbent.
Only Sasuke and Sakura are genderbent.
This story contains a song which is written in Tagalog (Filipino) "Pasensya Ka Na" (I'm Sorry in English), that's why I translated it to English so that you'll understand.
Obviously, I'm a Filipino. I love this song and I'm a huge fan of SasuSaku that's why I decided to combine it.

Sakito is just walking his way back home, after being rejected once again by a certain jet black haired kunoichi.
After finishing his work in the hospital, he immediately left to look for fruits and flowers he will give to Sasuki.
It's always been like this, him visiting her after work and leave when it's already late.
Sometimes he would find himself by her side, fell asleep.
He entered the hospital where Sasuki is in and told the nurse that he will check on Room #23.
The nurse just nodded since she already knew that the handsome pink haired guy will visit his girlfriend, she thought but actually she is mistaken.

He opened the door and closed it behind him.
He placed the basket of fruits on the table while he placed the sakura flowers he just bought from the Yamanaka Flower Store beside Sasuki.
Of course it had been hard for him since the blonde haired female was his fangirl.
He sat on her right side as he rested his cheek on his right fist, his elbow settling on the bed.
He tucked the strands of hair on her face behind her ear as he lowered his left hand to hold hers.
"Today was a really tiring day but I'll do anything just to be a doctor. Although I'm tired, I'll always visit you even though you hate me.." He said as he placed a gentle kiss on her hand and put his head on his right arm, which is now settled on the side of her bed and fell asleep.

Her eyes fluttered open to see pink, wait.. pink??
Her brows twitched in annoyance. What is he doing here?
"Hey, wake up." The Uchiha said, almost shouting.
The said pink haired guy woke up and,
"Sasuki! You're awa—"
"Get out this instant!" She growled, annoyed to see the pink haired suitor.
He just sighed, stood up and left her as he shut the door behind him gently. He felt the familiar pain in his throat.
'Why couldn't she just let him enter her heart just for once? She always gave Naruto a chance but why not give him too? Isn't obvious that Naruto is already in love with the Hyuuga heiress? Couldn't she see that?' He thought as he ruffled his hair.
He noticed people staring at him (or should I say ogling?) as he approached the nurse, telling that Sasuki already woke up.
He wasted no time leaving the hospital, he doesn't want to distract the nurses from their work.

'What exactly is he doing here? He really is annoying.' Sasuki thought as she noticed a bouquet on her side.
'Did Naruto gave her this? He really is sweet.' Sasuki thought while she smelled the scent of the sakura flowers.
'How did he knew I like sakura flowers?' She wondered.
"Ah, you're finally awake Sasuki-sama." A nurse entered as she closed the door.
"Finally?" She asked with a hint of confusion.
"You haven't woke up since last week. You got a little carried away while sparring with Naruto-sama." The nurse said as she sat beside the Uchiha.
"Are you feeling okay now Sasuki-sama?" The nurse asked as Sasuki hummed in response. (It will be disrespectful for a girl to grunt in response that's why I used 'hummed' instead.)
"You're really lucky to have a good boyfriend. There's no night he'll not visit you. Sometimes he would even enter the hospital without changing out of his doctor coat. That made people think that he is a doctor, haha, but I wish I could get a guy like Sakito-kun." The nurse hoped.
'Sakito?' She thought
"Did the Hokage's son visited me?" She asked with curiosity.
"Uh, not yet." The nurse replied
'Probably too busy..' She said in her mind
"Anyways, I have to tell the nurse in charge that you're ready to go." The nurse left the room.
'Naruto hadn't visited me yet? That means...' She trailed off as she looked at her surroundings to see a basket of fruits, vase of sakura flowers, and chocolates. She realized one thing..
"Sakito..." She breathed out.
Sakito shifted in his bed for the umpteenth time.
He couldn't fall asleep because of the thoughts running through his mind.
'Why can't I just forget her? She didn't do anything but break my heart. Why can't I just move on? Why can't I just stop loving her? If there's such a thing that could make me stop, I'll do it! I'll do anything because it already hurts! It hurts so damn bad! The feeling when you did everything but she still couldn't accept yo— no, CAN'T accept you. Couldn't she just notice me for a while? I've been wooing her since I'm 12 years old! I'm already 21! It's been 9 years! 9 fucking years! And yet she didn't gave me chance. Am I that ugly? Is it bacause of my hair?' He thought and sighed.
'Why can't I just stop loving her? I'm not really into her looks. She's beautiful, yes, but I didn't love her because of that. I love her because I love her. The woman who turned me into a whole different person.'
Tok! Tok!His brows twitched in annoyance. Who on earth will visit him in the middle of the night?
He quickly got downstairs and opened the door.
"Who— Sasuki, what—" The said girl pulled him in a hug which caught him off guard.
"A-arigatou.."
"For what?" He asked
"For always being there for me."
"Gomen.." She bowed her head as she continued,
"I'm sorry I didn't gave you a chance. I thought you're just another fanboy but actually you're not. I'm too caught up on getting Naruto that I didn't realized that what I'm looking for was already there, by my side."
"I-it's okay Sasuki-chan." He assured her with a smile that could melt every girl.
"A.. a.. A-aishiteru." She stopped when she saw the shock evident on the pink haured guy's face.
"I-i know this is too sudden but I swear I do love you. I thought that I love Naruto but I realized that it's just friend's love. Ever since the massacre happened, he's only one that I let help me because he's the son of the Hokage, I gave him my trust that I won't easily give because of what happened to my family. When I met you, I felt something unusual.. I nevernfelt that towards Naruto. I-i fell in love with you." She said while blushing crimson.
He tackled her in a hug again,
"So that means... I'm your b-boyfriend?" He asked
"I think you're way too smart to know the answer." She said, giggling.
He gently pulled and leaned as Sasuki closed her eyes.
Sakito kissed her forehead but was pulled by his neck.
Sasuki crushed her lips to his and stood still for 5 seconds and pulled away.
"W-why did y—" His face as red as her favorite fruit.
"Sorry, I've waited so long for that. I couldn't resist it.." A little hint of blush has spread on her cheeks, which is still visible to the naked eye. She gave him an apologetic smile.
At that moment, he realized that there's no more reason to stop loving the woman standing right in front of him because she's now right here, ready to give her heart to him, which he will definitely take care of and never break.
He also felt something Sasuki never made him feel,
