Sonic-X: An Easter Special.
Authors Note: Hello guys. SuperTailsFan0812 checking in and this is my 16th Sonic-X Fanfic. This is my third surprise. I uploaded chapter 1 of The Mobian Flu Strikes Back yesterday, Lost In The Crowd before that, and today this fanfic.
Since today is Easter, This fanfic will be holiday fanfic. But it will be celebrating Easter.
I love Easter Eggs mostly and also the fun Egg Easter Hunts. It's much fun for everyone.
Just want to let you know that this story will be lengthy as Easter is actually one of my favourite holidays as I have such a sweet tooth and I love chocolate so much and also it is a special purpose too. Anyways, I wanted to write fanfic when the Mobians celebrates Easter for the very first time and I wanted to add an Easter egg hunt as well.
Anyways, I really hope you enjoy the fanfic and hope you enjoy your Easter.

Sonic-X: An Easter Special
It was around 8:00 am at Chris' Mansion, everyone was having breakfast. Tomorrow was Easter, which Chris was super excited for. Regardless, Chris didn't know that Tails, Sonic, Amy and Cream doesn't know what Easter is.
Chris knew that he had to explain Tails, Sonic, Amy and Cream all about Easter so they could experience it for the first time. The gang was having pancakes and hot cross buns for breakfast.
"I can't believe Easter is coming up tomorrow you guys," Chris spoke excitedly. "We need to go shopping to get everything we need,"
Tails, Amy, Sonic and Cream all looked so confused at this. "Easter?" They raised a question of both interest and confusion.
Tails tilted his head to the side in a cute fashion. "What's an Easter?" Tails asked.
Chris laughs at Tails' question. "No no, not an Easter Tails. Easter. It's a special holiday that we celebrate in April every year. Every country celebrates Easter. Including Australia, America and Canada." Chris explained.
Tails nodded and his eyes were filled with curiosity and interest.
Tails was so curious to know what Easter is all about. "Hey, Chris. We are all quite interested to know about Easter." Tails told.
Chris smiled at the young fox's attention in Easter. "That's good you guys. Is there anything you wish to know about Easter?" Chris inquired.
Cream thought for a second before asking, "What kind of food do we have at Easter?" She asked.
"Good question Cream. At Easter, we eat all varieties of food. Like ham, turkey and also hot cross burns like what we are having for breakfast." Chris explained.
"Is there more to this holiday?" Amy asked.
Chuck smiled. "Great question Amy. Easter is a holiday that comes every year. It is about bunnies, god and eggs. It is also the time where Jesus gets revived." Chuck explained.
Tails wanted to ask a question now. "Hey Chris, will we receive a surprise tomorrow morning?" Tails asked.
"That is a very terrific question Tails. During Easter, you will receive chocolate bunnies and eggs when you wake up. And in the morning, there's this thing where you hunt eggs called an Easter egg hunt." Chris explained.
Tails, Amy and Cream all shouted in both excitement and joy.
"You mean, we get chocolate for Easter." Tails asked, extremely excited to celebrate Easter.
Chris smiled at Tails' excitement. "Yes. We do Tails." Chris answered back.
Tails cheered loudly. "Please tell us more, please tell us more!" Tails repeated.
Chris chuckles. "Okay okay. Calm down Tails." Chris spoke gently, laughing a little at the excitement Tails had in him.
Tails calmed down and continued to pay attention to Chris. He was so excited to celebrate Easter.
"There is a unique bunny that will go to each house and delivers you chocolate eggs and bunnies and hides Easter eggs around," Chris explained. "And it is called The Easter Bunny."
Tails was so amazed at all of the new things for Easter he was hopping up and down in so much excitement.
Tails smiled. "Hey, Chris. Thank you so much for telling us all about Easter. I can't wait to go shopping." Tails thanked.
Chris smiled at this. "You're very welcome Tails. We can go shopping after we finish breakfast." Chris spoke.
Tails smiled and everyone continued eating their breakfast so they can get their shopping done very quickly.
Once everyone had finished their very Easter like breakfast, everyone got ready to head to the shops so they could get all the stuff.
Chris placed a carrot on the table just in case a surprise happens when they are gone. In around 10 minutes, everyone was ready to head to the shops. Tails still was so excited to get the stuff.
Everyone left to go the car and hopped in it. Chuck started the engine and drove to the shops.
In around 10 minutes, they have arrived. Everyone got out of the car and they walked to the shops.
Ella gathered everyone around so they could not get lost. "Okay, everyone. Stay together. You may get lost." Ella explained.
The Mobians all nodded in agreement.
"That's why we are going to have groups so we can keep everyone okay and safe. Tails, Chris, Sonic. You're with me while Amy, Cream, Mr Tanaka are with Ella." Chuck explained.
"Got it!" The Mobians cried at the same time.
Tails then looked at Chuck. "Hey, Chuck? What do we need to buy anyway?" Tails asked.
Chris smiled before Chuck explained. "Just a few things. We need to get some plastic eggs, paper, texta, pens and coloured pencils, decorations, treats, art and crafts and baskets as we will be decorating our baskets and some placemats for tomorrow. The placemats are for the easter bunny to know where to put the eggs and treats on." Chuck explained.
Everyone cheered loudly. "YAAY!" Everyone cheered.
Chuck, Tails, Sonic and Chris went off together while the girls and Mr Tanaka went off together.
The girls and Mr Tanaka went to get some decorations and some craft stuff as everyone will be able to decorate their baskets for the Easter Egg hunt tomorrow
Cream loved it here, especially as she saw the chocolate eggs, bunnies and decorations.
Amy looked like she can shop all day right now.
"Now girls. I know that you're really excited about this and tomorrow but we got to stay together so we won't lose you." Mr Tanaka spoke gently to them.
Cream gleamed before nodding. "Okay, Mr Tanaka." Cream spoke with a smile.
Amy, Mr Tanaka, Cream and Ella went inside a store, which was a craft shop, there were SO much to choose from. Amy got stickers and all sorts of crafts with Cream while Ella and Mr Tanaka went to get the decorations, and the pens, paper textas and the coloured pencils.
By the period when they came back together, they got what they desired and went to go and see the others.
With Chuck's group, Tails was very mesmerized by all the Easter decorations and everything. Chris was there to make sure that Tails didn't get lost as the mall was so crowded today. They have bought what they needed which included plastic eggs, treats and 8 big baskets to decorate. They were now heading towards the food court to have lunch as Tails appeared to be a little dehydrated and he was hungry. Chuck had rung Ella to meet them near a cafe.
"All of this is so extraordinary to see. I can't wait for tomorrow." Tails spoke extensively excitement.
Chris crouched down and gently conversed with the young fox, "Tails. I know that you are extremely excited and delighted about Easter, but we need you to stick by us alright. We don't want you getting lost." Chris spoke in a very gentle manner.
Tails smiled before nodding. "Yeah, and I really don't want to get lost either, my shyness and anxiety would not be able to cope it." Tails spoke.
Chris smiled before wandering with Tails while gripping his hand to make sure that he was okay and comfortable. Even though that Tails had overcome his shyness, he still was kinda scared.
Chris slowly lets go of Tails and let Tails gape at all the Easter decorations.
Tails unexpectedly detected something that had made him stiffen in his steps. He saw that a big bunny in a costume was greeting kids. Tails looked kinda frightened by this.
"Ummm." Tails whispered softly, spooked out by the big bunny.
All of a sudden, the bunny looked at Tails and waved at him. This really freaked out Tails and caused him to scream loudly and scramble away.
Chris gave attention to a scream and turned to see Tails scampering back at him with terror on his face. Tails ran behind Chris trembling.
"Tails, what happened," Chris raised a question, kneeling down to Tails' level.
Tails shakily pointed to a big rabbit that had a basket of chocolate eggs. It waved at him resulting in the fox burying his face in Chris' shoulder. "B-b-big b-bunny!" Tails blurted.
Chris rested his hand on Tails' shoulder. "It's alright Tails. That's just the Easter Bunny. He won't hurt you. It just seems terrifying for you, doesn't it?" Chris spoke softly.
Tails nodded. "Mm-hmm." Tails responded, nearly on the edge of tears.
Tails slowly began to cry and hid in his Tails. Chris gently hugged Tails and leads him away from the Easter bunny.
Chuck saw what occurred and moved over to Chris and Tails along with Sonic.
Chuck crouched down and laid his hand on Tails' shoulder. "Tails, what happened buddy?" He raised a question.
Chris started caressing Tails' back. "Tails gotten spooked out from the Easter bunny. It really frightened him, Sonic." Chris clarified.
"I see. Why don't we go to the cafe to let Tails settle down a bit." Chuck recommended.
Chris nodded before he gently wrapped his arms around Tails and gently picked him up and carried him to the cafe where they were going to have lunch at. "It's okay Tails. We'll keep you safe." Chris assured.
Tails stopped sobbing before slowly uncurling himself from his tails before shakily getting back to his feet.
Tails glowed before hugging his best human friends and bestest friend. "Thank you for comforting me, you guys. I feel extremely better now." Tails thanked.
Chris smiled before hugging the young fox. "Hey, no worries Tails," Chris answered back.
By the time when Tails calmed down, Ella, Mr Tanaka, Amy and Cream came back.
Cream smiled at Tails before looking concerned by frightened look. "Hey, guys. We are back. Is everything alright?" Cream asked.
Tails smiled. "I am okay Cream. The Easter Bunny kinda frightened me." Tails explained.
Cream gasped. "Are you okay now Tails?" Cream asked.
Tails smiled at the concern for his young friend. "Yes, I am okay." Tails replied.
The gang soon entered the cafe and saw there was a table of 8 and sat down in the chairs. Sonic sat on the left, followed by Tails, Chris. On the other side, Amy, Ella and Cream and Chuck and Mr Tanaka sat on the ends.
Everyone had a menu and they choose their food and drinks.
Sonic had ordered a chilli dog, some fries and a cola while Tails and Chris both ordered cheeseburgers and fries. Only Tails ordered a mint shake and Chris ordered a chocolate shake. Cream ordered some fries and a sandwich and a strawberry shake and Amy ordered the same. The adults ordered steak, salad and chips. Mr Tanaka had an orange juice, Chuck had a caramel shake and Ella had a vanilla shake.
In around 10 to 20 minutes, the food and drinks have arrived.
Tails enjoyed his mint shake, cheeseburger and fries. In fact, everyone enjoyed lunch.
Everyone had now finished their lunch and by now, it was time to go home.
"Yum, that was the best cheeseburger I've ever ever had, Chris." Tails commented,
Chris smiled and helped Tails up from the chair. "That is good Tails. I think it's time to go home now." Chris explained as Tails nodded.
"Good idea Chris. We need to decorate our placemats and baskets for tomorrow." Tails spoke.
The gang then walked back to the entrance of the mall and back to where they parked.
Everyone got inside the car and now they were off back home. The gang were chatting with each other on the ride home.
As soon as they entered the mansion, they all gasped loudly In joy.. There were 8 groups of eggs, bunnies and sweets on the table and it looks so yummy.
Everyone was so excited that they ran over to the yummy chocolate treats. There was a basket under the eggs with everyone's names on it.
"OH MY GOSH!" The gang cheered and found their names on the tags, "This is so awesome!"
Tails, Chris, Sonic, Chuck, Ella, Mr Tanaka, Amy and Cream all placed the Easter baskets in their room and then came back to decorate their baskets and placemats. They decided to decorate the baskets first.
Ella and Mr Tanaka scattered the pens, pencils and textas on the table and all the craft stuff too.
Tails had picked up the plane, tornado, gear and wrench stickers, Sonic had picked up the Sonic stickers and the chilli dog stickers., Chris picked up the blue and animal stickers, Amy picked up the food and love heart stickers. Cream had picked up the egg, rainbow and Chao stickers. Chuck shared with Tails and Ella shared with Amy. Mr Tanaka had picked the Japanese stickers and they all began to decorate their baskets.
The gang had finished making their baskets and began decorating their placemats. They wrote their names in their desired colours in texas and filled the rest of the space with their favourite things. Tails' name was written in bright yellow, Sonic's name dark blue. Chris' name orange. Amy's name in pink. Cream's name in cream. Chuck's name in grey. Ella's name in purple and Mr Tanaka's name in black. they coloured their background in their favourite colour pencils.
Tails was drawing planes, Sonic and him, Tornados, mint candy, Gears and mechanical things on his placemat while he made a yellow background. Chris was drawing his friends, animals and blue swirls. His background was yellow, blue and orange. Sonic was drawing chilli dogs, Tails. His shoes and speed boosters. His background was blue and yellow.
Amy was drawing love hearts, Sonic and dresses. Her background was blue and pink. Cream was drawing Chao eggs, Cheese and cute things. Her background was cream and pink. Chuch was drawing machinery, Tails, gears, inventions and also planes. his background was grey and yellow. Ella was drawing Bubbles, vacuum cleaners, Amy and Cream, dishes and hearts. her background was purple, pink and cream. And finally, Mr Tanaka was drawing karate and Japanese things. His background was a sliver and gold colour.
By around 4:00, everyone was finished assembling their baskets and placemats.
Everyone then began to pack away their textas, pencils and pens.
By the time the gang had cleaned up and packed everything away, it was nearly time for dinner.
"Hey everyone, how does chips and chilli dogs sound?" Ella asked.
Sonic widens his eyes and nodded. "Sounds great Ella." He spoke.
Tails cheered loudly, nearly slamming his head on the table.
"Whoa there buddy, careful there," Sonic soothed. "You don't want to hurt your head."
Tails looked sheepish. "Sorry about that Sonic, I am just very excited." Tails explained.
Sonic smiled. "Hey, it's okay to be excited Tails." Sonic gently spoke.
Ella went to make the chilli dogs while Chuck went to see Chris and the Mobians.
Chuck asked everyone what they wanted to drink. "Hey, what does everyone what to drink?" Chuck asked.
Everyone started chattering, making up their minds before they cried at once. "Cola, Mint shake, chocolate shake, raspberry cola, strawberry shake!" Sonic, Tails, Chris, Amy and Cream cried at once.
Chuck burst out laughing, so did Mr Tanaka and Ella. These kids were so cute when they got excited, especially the Mobians. "Hey Hey. One at a time." Chuck gently spoke.
Chris, Tails, Sonic, Amy and Cream all froze before they went silent.
Chuck knelt on one knee. "Okay, What you like to drink, but this time, one at a time," Chuck spoke.
Everyone let Tails go first. "Tails can go first," Amy said. Everyone nodded in agreement.
Chuck knelt down on both knees. "Hey, Tails? What would you like to drink?" Chuck asked.
Tails smiled at this. "I'll have a mint shake, please. It is my favourite drink of all." Tails begged with a smile.
Chuck smiled before writing the mint shake on the list. "That's okay Tails. Chris? What drink would you like to have?" Chuck asked.
"I'll have a chocolate shake please Grandpa," Chris replied.
Chuck Smiled and wrote Chocolate shake on the list. "Okay, Chris. Sonic what you like to drink?"
Sonic smiled. "I'll have a cola as cola is my favourite." Sonic requested.
Chuck smiled and writing cola on the list before looking at Amy. "Okay Sonic. Amy, what would you like?" Chuck asked.
"A Raspberry cola please," Amy replied.
Chuck smiled before writing Raspberry cola down. "Good choice Amy. Cream, what would you like?"
Cream smiled. "I'll have a strawberry shake please." Cream requested.
Chuck wrote strawberry shake on the list. "Okay Cream," Chuck said. "Why don't you all sit down and chat while I order the chips and drinks," Chris suggested.
"Got it!" Chris, Tails, Sonic, Amy and Cream agreed before going over to the couch and began chatting about tomorrow.
By the time, Chuck ordered the chips and drinks, everyone was chattering with each other.
The chips and drinks had arrived and the chilli dogs were cooked.
"YAY!" Everyone cheered and ran over to the table and have their meal.
Tails enjoyed his dinner it was just like the old days when he got adopted by Sonic. That was the first meal he had. Tails didn't realise he was crying until he felt a gentle hand on his shoulder, Tails looked up and saw Chris with a look of care and worry.
Chuck softly rubbed Tails' back. "Tails, why are you crying?" Chris asked.
Tails wiped his eyes. "This is the first-ever meal I had with Sonic when I moved in with him after he found me. It just gave me very happy and nostalgic memories." Tails explained.
Chris smiled. "That's great," Chris responded.
Everyone continued eating dinner until they had finished. Once the dishes were cleaned and dryer, everyone set their placemats on the table
It was now time to go to bed. Tails was about to fall asleep in his dinner before Chris gently roused him. "You can place the carrot on the table for the easter bunny Tails," Chris spoke before handing the carrot to the young fox.
Tails giggled in delight and placed the carrot on the dining room and then went to his bed.
Sonic followed Tails and both of the Unbreakable Bond gave each other a hug to say goodnight. Chris, Ella, Mr Tanaka and Chuck wished the Mobians goodnight. The Mobians wished the humans goodnight.
Everyone closed their eyes and went to sleep.
The group hoped that tomorrow that the Easter bunny had arrived.
The next morning it was Easter Day.
Everyone woke at the same time and there were so many easter eggs scattered everywhere. Everyone exclaimed in joy. Tails screamed when he saw one Right next to him. He slowly got it and held it close. The Easter Egg was yellow and had his name and logo on it. Sonic had one of his own too but it was blue and his logo and name.
Once, Tails and Sonic got ready, they looked at the yummy eggs on the ground.
Sonic saw there might be even easter eggs so he and Tails can share. "Hey, Tails? How many are there buddy? That way, you can have half and I can have half." Sonic asked.
Tails estimated half of all the easter eggs in the room and came to the conclusion and he and Sonic get 100 eggs each as there was 200 in the room.
"We get 100 each as there are 200 in total for us." Tails explained.
Not to mention that where was 4 big baskets of eggs too. There was one huge basket for each of them to put the eggs in. The two brothers had two of the easter baskets each. They collected 100 each and placed them inside the basket. Once Sonic and Tails collected all the eggs, they exited out of the room. There they saw that everyone else were gathered.
"Ready everyone?" Chuck asked.
Everyone nodded before dashing down the stairs and gasped in amazement. The table had eggs, bunnies and treats. Everyone dashed over to the table and tried to find their names. Tails saw a mint egg in there and knew that that one was his. Everyone else had found theirs.
Chuck noticed a note and smiled. "Hey, Everyone?" Chuck asked.
Chuck gave Chris, Tails, Sonic, Amy and Cream their baskets. "Do you all want to search for the eggs first before breakfast?" Chuck asked.
The kids all nodded. "YEAAH!" They cheered mostly the younger kids. Tails and Cream.
"There is this note saying, Where all the easter eggs are hidden and where yours are. Cream, your Easter Eggs are in the kitchen, Amy, your Easter Eggs are in the attic, Chris, your Easter Eggs are near the pool, Sonic, your Easter Eggs are on the roof and Tails, your Eater Eggs are in the garage," Chuck explained.
Everyone gripped their baskets.
Chuck then saw something. "OOH! It says, whoever gets the most easter eggs gets a surprise of their choosing." Chuck readout.
Chris, Tails, Sonic, Amy and Cream all gasped in excitement.
"Are you all ready?" Chuck asked.
"YEAAAAH!" Tails, Chris, Sonic, Amy and Cream all shouted at the same time
"Okay. GO!" Chuck cried and everyone shot off like a rocket.
Everyone dashed off and began the easter egg hunt. Sonic found some easter Eggs on top of of the roof and found 200 on the roof. Sonic zipped and placed them in his basket.
Cream found 200 in the kitchen and Amy found 200 in the attic. They placed the eggs in their baskets. Chris was searching for some and found 200 near the pool.
Tails had found 50 Easter eggs inside the garage, 50 in the basement, 50 behind his plane, and 50 more inside it. Tails cheered and placed them inside his basket and went to search for more.
Tails hopped down the plane and stumbled over and fell hard on his elbow and knee. "OWW!" Tails cried, accidentally spilling his basket of eggs.
"Tails? Are you alright in there?" Chris asked.
Tails gasped and quickly picked his basket up and placed them inside the basket his knee began hurting and yelped loudly. He then saw another egg under his plane that he has never seen before, so he went under the plane and got it out but this hurt his knee and then he shut his eyes. Tails softly began crying.
Tails then heard a gasp and felt a familiar hand on his shoulder.
"Grandpa! Tails is hurt!" Chris cried.
Tails opened his eyes and saw Chris sitting down with him.
"Okay, Chris. I am coming!" They heard Chuck shouting back.
Tails continued crying because of the pain. "I know it hurts Tails, I know it hurts. It's okay, It's okay." Chris soothed, gently rubbing Tails' back..
Chuck came in the garage with a first aid kit and noticed all the injuries Tails had. Chuck ran over to Tails and knelt down. "Oh, Tails," Chuck spoke. "How did this happen?"
Tails sniffled before explaining. "After I got all of my Easter Eggs in the X-Tornado but I fell off the plane when I was jumping off." Tails explained in a rather shaky tone.
Chris searched for more injuries and found a bad bruise. Chuck noticed it too and was worried. Chuck got out all the medical supplies and began to patch Tails up.
As Chuck cleaned the grazes on Tails' knee and elbow, he began to shake and sob from the unbearable stinging pain.
Chris gently shushed Tails and rubbed his back gently. "I know Tails, I know." Chris soothed.
Tails recoiled as more pain was created from the alcohol wipes. Man, it hurt so bad.
"OWW!" Tails sobbed, he was in so much pain.
"I know Tails, I am nearly done," Chuck assured.
True by his words, Chuck had finished cleaning the grazes and placed a big bandage around the grazes and now, Tails was healed.
Chris rubbed Tails' shoulder after noticing that Tails still had his eyes tightly shut. "It's alright Tails. It's all done now." Chris soothed.
Tails opened his eyes and saw Chris' and Chuck's looks of compassion and care.
Tails smiled. "Thank you for patching me up, I am ready to keep searching." Tails declared.
Chris smiled and he and Chuck helped Tails up and noticed the extra Easter Egg Tails had. "That's a nice Easter Egg Tails. Where did you find it?" Chris asked.
Tails smiled and gestured under the X-Tornado. When I fell over, I noticed that it was under the X-Tornado." Tails explained.
Chris smiled. "That means we have found all of them now," Chris said.
Tails smiled as he picked up his basket and walked outside with Chris and Chuck following, there, he saw everyone else gathered, including Ella and Mr Tanaka.
"Hey, Tails? You okay buddy? What happened?" Sonic asked.
Tails smiled. "I am okay now Sonic, I just had a tumble as I jumped off the X-Tornado. There were some easter eggs in it." Tails explained.
Sonic looked concerned. "So that is why I heard you crying." Sonic guessed.
Tails nodded. "Yeah, and The alcohol wipes were painful." Tails explained.
Sonic hugged Tails and the young fox hugged him back.
They then broke apart.
Chuck gathers everyone in a huge circle. "Okay Everyone, how was the easter egg hunt?" Chuck asked.
"SO MUCH FUN!" Everyone shouted at once.
"Okay, it is time to count your Easter Eggs," Chuck announced.
Everyone began to count their Easter Eggs. In 15 minutes, they finished and it was clear that someone had won.
"I got 200!" Amy called.
"I got 200 too!" Cream cried.
Sonic smiled. "I got 200 as well." Sonic cheered
Chris smiled at this, "Same here. I got 200." Chris spoke
Tails cheered, "I got 201!" Tails called.
Chuck smiled. "Tails Is The WINNER!" Chuck announced, clapping. Everyone cheered for the young fox.
Tails cheered loudly in joy. Chuck had given him quite a large bucket of eggs. Everyone was so proud of the young fox. Chris gave Tails a big hug.
Everyone then went back inside to have breakfast and put their eggs away. They had pancakes and Hot cross buns and also yummy milk.
After breakfast, The children began to play with each other and were having a good time. However, after about an hour of playing, something was wrong.
Tails was starting to get tired. Chris had noticed something was quite off with Tails. Tails seemed very pale.
Chris laid his hand on Tails' shoulder. "Hey, Tails? You feeling okay?" Chris asked.
Tails looked very pale and felt very sick. Tails felt very dehydrated too. Tails looked like he was going to vomit so bad. Tails nearly vomited but managed to hold it in, falling his knees with a muffled groan. Everyone gathered around Tails and noticed that Tails was on his knees and covering his mouth. Tails began coughing and felt even sicker. Tails began heaving and covered his mouth more tightly. Tails is going to vomit.
Tails shakes his head as he tried to hold it in.
Chris knelt down on his knees and placed a hand on Tails' back. "Get a bucket quickly!" Chris cried out. "Tails is going to vomit."
Chuck dashed inside and went to grab a bucket and passed it to Tails just in time before Tails started vomiting brutally into it.
Tails began coughing and vomited up a stream of fluid.
Tails sputtered and vomited into the bucket loudly.
Tails sputtered before vomiting violently while shaking.
It took Tails a few minutes to stop vomiting. Tails spat inside the bucket before slowly sat up.
Everyone was worried about Tails after he was vomiting.
Chris looked very worried. "Are you okay Tails?" Chris asked.
Tails shook his head as he leaned close to the bucket and began heaving again but nothing came out. Chris began rubbing Tails' back in gentle circles while Tails heaved. "Shh, You're okay Tails, you're okay." Chris soothed.
Chuck was observing Tails and noticed that he looked very very thirsty. Chuck knew that Tails was very dehydrated and left to grab a drink of water for the young fox, who was still feeling unwell.
As Chuck was gone, Tails felt dizzy before vomiting into the bucket again, leaning over it.
Tails coughed twice and vomited into the bucket twice in a row, releasing two streams of fluid.
Tails began trembling while vomiting. Tails gagged before vomiting again.
Chris held the bucket steady as Tails kept vomiting harshly.
Tails nearly fell over but kept himself balanced while vomiting into the bucket.
Tails coughed and vomited again. Tails took a deep breath before vomiting up an extremely long stream of fluid.
It took Tails about 4 minutes to stop vomiting. He really felt weak and dehydrated.
Tails slowly lifted up his head before he sat up with Chris' help.
At last, Chuck had returned with the water glass and gave it to Tails, who slowly began to drink it, everyone was so worried still. "Tails, You're very dehydrated. Did you drink much water today?" Chuck asked.
Tails' ears drooped. Due to Easter, he had forgotten to drink water. "N-N-No. I f-f-forgot." Tails explained, still drinking the water.
Chuck looked sorry for Tails before gently explaining to the kinda shaky fox. "Tails, no wonder you were vomiting. You need to drink plenty of water as water in your body dries up over time which causes vomiting, dizziness and dehydration, especially when running during sport, so you need to replenish water back in your system." Chuck explained.
Tails looked at the ground. "I am sorry Chuck, I didn't mean too, I was just excited that I forgot to drink." Tails explained.
Chuck smiled before rubbing his hand on Tails' back. "It's okay Tails. Just remember that water is important, we don't want you to vomit again." Chuck told.
Tails nodded. "Okay, Chuck." Tails confirmed.
Chuck smiled. "Do you want to go to your room to rest Tails?" Chuck asked.
Tails nodded. "Yeah... I do still feel quite sick." Tails spoke.
Tails attempted to stand but was so shaky that he collapsed to his knees again.
Both Chris and Chuck helped Tails to his feet slowly so he won't vomit again due to the intense dizziness.
Tails' legs were extremely shaky so it took both Chris and Chuck to help Tails walk.
Chris, Chuck and Tails had made it to his room while Amy filled up a nice ice cold water bottle.
Ella sets up a bucket next to Tails' bed as Tails got comfortable into bed with Chris gently tucking him in..
Sonic looked concerned for the young kit. "Are you feeling a bit better now buddy?" Sonic asked.
Tails shook his head, looking very sick. "No, I am still not feeling well Sonic." Tails replied, still feeling dizzy but mostly sick.
Sonic stared at Tails with sympathy. "Oh buddy," Sonic spoke while hugging Tails.
Tails hugged Sonic back before Sonic and Chris tucked him in.
Chris hugged Tails before gently rubbing his shoulder, "Get well soon Tails." Chris wished.
Sonic smiled and did the same. "Get lots of rest, alright buddy?" Sonic told.
Tails smiled as he nodded and began getting comfortable, making cute noises. Tails closed his eyes and went to sleep.
While Tails was resting, everyone was making get-well cards for when Tails wakes up.
By the evening, Tails was feeling better. Next time, he would remember to drink plenty of water.
Tails smiled as his stomach no longer felt sore like he was going to vomit, he felt well hydrated and also he felt no longer dizzy and weak anymore.
Chris entered the room and saw Tails sitting up in bed with a big smile on his face and now knew that Tails was feeling better.
Chris ran in the room and smiled at the young fox. "Are you feeling better now Tails?" Chris asked.
Tails nodded. "I am feeling so much better now. Next time, I must remember to drink plenty of water. I might've gotten dehydrated before. And I was vomiting quite badly while resting too." Tails explained.
Chris nodded in understanding. "Yeah, Grandpa told us that you were quite dehydrated too. That is why you were vomiting." Chris spoke.
Tails was upset by worrying everyone. "Chris..." Tails spoke.
Chris looked quite concerned about Tails. "What's the matter Tails?" Chris asked.
Tails looked down before explaining. "I didn't mean to make you worry Chris. I really should remember to drink lots of water." Tails spoke. "It was my fault." Tails apologised.
Chris hugged Tails. "Please don't be so upset Tails. It was not your fault. You didn't know you were vomiting. It's okay." Chris soothed, rubbing Tails' back.
Tails hugged Chris back while softly crying due to the guilt and shame for worrying his friends.
Chris began to slowly stroke Tails' back in a tender way, "Aww, Tails. Tails, it's okay. shhh. Please don't cry. It's okay." Chris soothed.
Tails was still crying. "It's my fault for worrying you all. If I drank water, then I wouldn't have vomited and worry all of you." Tails sobbed.
Chris smiled before trying his best to comfort the still crying kit. "Tails, please don't cry. It wasn't your fault." Chris soothed.
Tails smiled at Chris. "Thank you Chris." Tails thanked.
Chris and Tails exchanged a big hug. Tails was so happy now.
Once they broke the hug, they heard Chuck call them. "Chris! Tails! Time for dinner!" They heard Chuck call out.
Chris smiled at this. "Come on Tails. It is now time to have dinner." Chris spoke and helped Tails down him his bed before he gestured Tails to follow him.
Tails followed Chris to the dining room where everyone was glad that Tails is well again.
Everyone had Turkey for dinner.
Tails really love turkey. "Mmm! This turkey so yummy." Tails said.
Chris smiled. "Yeah. Turkey is really yummy." Chris replied.
Everyone remained eating dinner until they were full. Everyone waited for a bit while their stomachs settle. Soon, it was time for dessert.
The gang had decided to have a strawberry cake for dessert. They loved the cake so much. it was so yummy.
Now, it was time to go to bed. Everyone had a nice Easter but were very tired.
Chuck wished everyone a good night sleep. "Good everyone!" Chuck called.
"Good Night!" Everyone cried out at once.
Everyone shut their eyes and went to sleep.
The gang had the best Easter ever and couldn't wait for next year's Easter.

Authors Note: That concludes this story and my first Holiday fanfic. I also wrote that sometimes during easter, things can go wrong too. I might've been sick at Easter one time. And also, I was quite sick a day after Easter too in 2015 and I had to go to the hospital as I thought I had Appendicitis but it was all a UTI. It nearly made me vomit. Also, I am still sick right now which is unfortunate.
I really enjoyed writing this one-shot. I really love Easter so much because of the hot cross buns, And the easters eggs.
I loved how I wrote this story. And the part where Tails gets scared by the Easter bunny is a reference to me in real life. I am actually kinda scared of mascots and costume characters for some reason.
Cola is actually Sonic's favourite drink.
Also, Unbreakable Bond is the duo name for Sonic and Tails which I really like.
Even though I am an adult, I still love a good easter egg hunt and it is mainly due to my autism.
I enjoyed writing this as it is Easter right now in Australia, and I enjoyed uploading this and spreading the joy of Easter to all my viewers. I also got all the Easter eggs I wanted.
