A boy with deep black hair was walking down the street. He was a boy with deep obsidian eyes was walking slowly down the street. It was a very cloudy day. For Kite, it was another lonely day after school. He had no friends. He didn't even have parents.
He adjusted his leather jacket as he decided to head over to a cheese burger stand. He only had enough money for one burger.
"Hey that's mine!" A small boy in overalls cried.
"Hey, kid nice Jewel..." A large kid compliments, as he examined the Jewel charm he had obviously stole from the smaller boy. "I think this will sell for a nice price... Thanks shrimp!"
"Thats Mine! It's special to me!" The small boy cried out as he tried to reach for it. The bigger boy put it just out of reach. Kite noticed that the Jewel wasn't just any old Jewel. It was a Jewel charm... More importantly it was., a Jewel Pet.
The bigger boy picked the helpless kid up and growled at him.
"Your going to keep your mouth shut kid! Or else!" The bigger boy threw the little one to the ground and took off running.
Kite drops his burger on the ground as he sprints after him. The little boy stopped crying when Kite sprinted past him.
"Don't worry! I'll get it back!" Kite promised as he ran down the sidewalk, chasing after the bully. The bully quickly noticed Kite on his tail.
"Wha- Who the hell are you!?" The bully asked as he picked up his speed, trying to get away from Kite.
"Get back here! Give back that Jewel Charm!" Kite demanded. The bully only laughed.
"As if chump!" The bully mouthed back. He turned the corner and ran through an alley way. When Kite turned he noticed that at the end of the alley was a chain linked fence.
The bully was already climbing the fence. He was nearly on the other side. This made Kite grow serious.
"Grrr! Jewel FLASH!" Kite chanted. He jumped on the building of this alley way and kicked off of it. He wall jumped side to side as elements of electric sparked from his snickers. He ended up leaping way over the fence and the bully.
"What the-" The bully let out his shock as Kite throws a heavy punch towards the bully. "No-No-NO WAIT!" But it was too late, the bullie's nose was busted as Kite sent him crashing into the chsin linked fence.
The Jewel charm bounced in front of Kite's feet. Kite slowly bent down over to pick it up. He turned and walked away from the unconscious bully.
As soon as Kite was a lone at the end of the street. Kite took a moment to examine the Jewel Charm. Kite smiled and he flipped like a coin.
"Here goes! Puri! Puri! Jewel star FLASH!" Kite chanted as the Jewel charm flashed a bright light. Appearing from this enchanting light appeared a yellow dog wearing a red scarf, who landed on a broom stick.
"Achoo! Achoo!" The yellow dog sneezed. He then made himself gracefully twirl around happily. "Wow! You saved me! But, apparently now I have a cold!"
Kite stared at this creature with a grand smile. He knew it, that Jewel Charm was actually a Jewel Pet. The Jewel Pet hovered down to face Kite.
"You must be the hero who saved me from that mean kid!" The yellow dog pointed out gratefully. He held out his paw. "My name is Kohaku! I am grateful to call you a friend and my hero!"
Kite smiled as he took his paw and gave it a shake. He didn't understand why these Jewel Pets always made him smile.
"We can just call ourselves friends! I did what anyone should do." Kite express modestly. Kite then smiles confidently. He stared at Kohaku for a moment. "Hey... You wouldn't happen to be looking for a human partner are you?"
The yellow wolf blinked once before he froze.
"You know that, we Jewel Pets find human partners?" Kohaku asked, actually sort of surprised by this. Kite shuffled his feet.
"I... Actually meet a lot of you guys... And well... I'd like to find a Jewel Pet Partner..."
Kohaku face looks slowly downward. "Oh... I see..." Kohaku tilted his head a little.
"I'm sorry but that little kid has bad luck...as I'm a jewel pet with magic of luck, headmaster Moldavite allowed me to help him upon request..."
Kite looked down. It wasnt the answer he wanted. He felt down so suddenly he starts walking by the yellow wolf.
" Thanks. Anways. " Kite mumbled. However the yellow wolf jumped in front.
" Wait. What was your name?... I could tell everyone in Jewel land about you!"
Kite smiled.
"My name is Kite and your my 16th jewel pet I ever saved."
"Oh so your like a Hero!" Kohaku cheered. Kohaku took his flying broom stick and flew circular around Kite. "I know! I'll the word! A great hero is helping our kind! I'll tell everybody in Jewel Land!"
That place...
Jewel land was Kite's dream. He never understood his own purpose, but he knew he wanted to go to Jewel land, at least one day.
"Oh yeah... I got to go! I promise I'll tell everybody! You'll find your partner one day!" Kohaku waved good bye. He sped off and out of the alley way.
Kite reached out...
But the Jewel Pet was gone.
In Jewel land, where the grass was covered in pink flowers and was populated with colorful housed of the Jewel kingdom. Where Jewel Pets go to school to become a Wizard's or Witch's partner.
In a students home was a yellow dog. She was the Jewel pet of friendship. She was a yellow dog with blue ears. She was wearing her head dress that was made from pink and blue flowers.
She yawned as she looked out her window.
"What... A beautiful more..." Sapphie stared at the sun rise as it blazed through the mornings cold.
"Moooove!" Sapphie heard a call in the distances.
"Huh?... Hm?" Sapphie looked around. She was confused, but she knew who was calling. It was too familiar.
"Get out OF THE WAY!"
Suddenly a white rabbit riding a magical broom stick, crashes through the window. The rabbit barley misses Sapphie. She shielded herself with her paws, trying to cover her face from the glass.
"Ruby! What on Earth!?" Sapphie yelled out. Ruby zoomed through the next hallway and smashed through the wall. Sapphie ran forward ran towards her.
"Ruby! ARE you okay!?" Sapphie cried out. Then suddenly Ruby smashes back into the room right through the ceiling.
"I'm Not-" Ruby tried to cry out, but she circled Sapphie's entire room. Ruby had utterly destroyed her beautiful room.
"M-My room!"
"That's Ruby for ya..." Comments a Pink cat Jewel Pet who slowly floats in on her own broom stick.
Sapphie looked up as Ruby shot up into the air.
"I'm sorry Sapphiiiiiiie!" Ruby apologized as she blasted off high into the sky.
"Garnet...? Whats wrong with Ruby's broom stick." Sapphie asked as she analyzed the damage to her room.
Garnet, the pink cat checked her paws.
"She did what she always does... Ruby wanted to get here faster... So she casted a spell on her broom stick..." Garnet finally explained. Sapphie just wished it didn't cost her room. "Well... You can worry about your room later."
Sapphie looked at Garnet confused.
"Wait, what's going on?" Sapphie asked, eager to get back to fixing up her room.
Garnet looked her with a serious smile.
"Head Master Moldavite has summoned us..."
Eventually they had recover Ruby and her broom stick. The three was now in the Jewel Pet academy. The three was walking through the hallway.
"Wow, we haven't been busy ever since we saved all of our friends. We sure have grown a lot..." Ruby recalled, remembering recent and life changing experiences the three of them had endured.
Sappie smiled as she looks right with a slight huff of air.
"What do you mean you've grown..." Sappie wasn't very happy at the moment. "You clearly need to study more..."
"Aw! I have been studying! Are you still mad!?" Ruby asked, seeking forgiveness over this mornings chaos.
"You wrecked her room... Course she's mad." Garnet calmly explained, in such a way that showed she was more focused on reaching the head master.
Ruby was shocked by it. She froze. "AH! HURT!" She recovered but placed her head down. "Listen, I hate studying, but I can go 5% magic now. "
Garnet just smiled. "I'm up to 75%."
Sapphire just fell over defeated. "Whatever... "
In the distance however was Kohaku and he was talking up a storm with the other Jewel pets.
"I'm telling you the truth!" Kohaku was saying. Sapphie and her two friends turned to them. "There is a Jewel pet Hero!"
Sapphie exchanges glances with Garnet and Ruby. Kohaku just jumps on table. He spun, excited about this hero.
"I'm telling you! Kite, the Jewel pet hero, saved me! He went pow!" He punched the air, and kicked too. "KA! BAM! He's the coolest ever! "
Everyone in the room mumbled to the outbursts. Garnet and Ruby turned to her.
"You hear that?!" Garnet sounded excited. "There's a rarerare that's a hero!" Ruby jumped on the table and punched the air.
"What a cool guy!" Ruby shouted. Garnet turned to Sapphie,who wasn't as excited as her friends.
"Man, why isn't he a partner with anyone yet?!" Ruby chimed, full of energy.
Suddenly a voice hallowed out the voices in the air.
"Garnet, Sapphie, and Ruby... Please come to the Head master's office. "
Sapphie lowered, feeling more defeated then ever.
At the office was Moldavite. He was on his floating crystal ball as usual. He smiled when Sapphie, Ruby, and Garnet came up.
"Good Day to you three. "
"Morning Head master" They chimes in unison. He floated closer to them.
"I heard what happened with your old partners and hear you three signed up to go with brand new partners."
Sapphie remembered doing so. Their old partners had left for high school. This being done they promised to visit often, but they decided not to disturb their studies for even the Jewel pets had started harder studies.
"Yes. " Garnet started. "Our other partners are very busy, but we still wish to bring happiness to human life. " Hattie nodded to their plea. He then floated to a book.
"Very well then. I shall be giving you this. " Moldavite then pulls out a key attached to a necklace. Garnet and Ruby hovered over it with sparkles in their Jewel eyes.
"Ahhhhhh. " They sounded. But before Ruby could grab it, Moldavite pulled it away, making Ruby fall off her broom.
"Sorry but this key goes to Sapphie. " Moldavite explained. Sapphie tilts her head in confusion.
"But why me?!" Sapphie asked confused. Moldavite then tossed it suddenly and Sapphie barely caught it.
"Because you are most responsible out of the three. " Sapphie studied the key and realize within the key was 's smaller Jewel charm. "That key has the power to go to the rarerare world anytime you wish... Which is why Sapphie only one I allow to use it. "
Ruby herself looked annoyed as she crosses her arm.
"I could use it... " Ruby mumbled. However Sapphie turned from her slightly angered. She didn't like Ruby's attitude.
"No way!" Sapphire disagreed. She held the key close. "I already have to rebuild my home because of you! You won't touch this key!"
Ruby was stunned and she froze. "I SAID I WAS SORRY!"
Garnet just wagged her tail as she eyed Ruby with a smug look. "It's not like 5% could use that key always. "
Ruby looked away.
"Disappointed... "
"Because of all three of your efforts against the darkness on Earth was well respected. So it was agreed that you three may go back to Earth to find your own partners this time" Moldavite smiled at them as he floated by a book titled rollcall. "Beware not to brag about this to other Jewel pets who have to still do this the hard way. "
Sapphire rubbed her arm nervously. She didn't know what to think of this new opportunity.
"We... We get to pick our own... Partner?" Sapphire repeatedly quietly.
Ruby soon hopped her two rabbit feet and spun fast on her broom. "YAAAAAY!" She then bobbed up and down in total glee. "We get to pick! We get to pick! "
Garnet smiled at Sapphie. "Isn't that great?"
Sapphire looked up. Her mind said it was an outstanding opportunity. However, something in her heart told her something different. She just shook her head and tried to shake off the her doubt.
"Y-Yeah, great!"
Moldavite slowly set his wand and turned to the pets. "...Listen well. You three may now leave school to find your partners. You have only three days... "
"Why only three?" Sapphire asked as she started to grew a little worried.
"Because that is the limit of the key's power. This is temporary because you will be without partners, which is a requirement to return. "
Garnet was still a little confused.
"Say... We don't find partners... Then what happens?"
Moldavite just leans back and chuckles. "You come here and then you will have to turn into Jewel charms and go back that way and you will not be able to choose your partners. "
Sapphie sighed. She then tried to smile it off. She looked at her best friends.
"Well... I hope we can find a partner for each of us..."
In the rarerare world, life was the same as the three Jewel pets remembered. Traffic was busy, and all the rarerares was out and about doing life.
Sapphie was still down in the dumps and didn't know why. However Ruby was chatting up a storm.
"I so hope that I get with a human who is kind like Rinko!" Ruby giggles as she rode backwards on her broom, engaged in her own conversation.
Sapphire wasn't listening, she was staring out into the crowd of people walking along the sidewalk. Sapphire was just letting her magical broom stick follow Ruby and Garnet.
Sapphire wanted a partner. However, this fear was starting to sink deep in her heart. Was it fear that she wouldn't find a partner in three days... Or was it a deep anxious feeling that meant something else.
Garnet was now jump up and down in joy. "OOOOH! HOW LUCKY ARE WE!" She got so excited she went upside down and hung on purpose. "I just love how we got permission to come here to pick our own partners!"
"Yeah! We get the actually relax and make our own decisions! Its like we're adults already!" Ruby cheered happily. Ruby seemed even more excited then Garnet. Ruby was riding around in circles as they slowly made their way down the street.
Soon however when Sapphie rode up ahead in her gloom, Garnet took the chance to talk to Ruby.
"Did you notice how down Sapphie is?"
"I-I'm fine... Really!" Sapphie panicked. She slowly hovered beside them.
Garnet and Ruby exchanged glances. They both then turned to her in unison. "No you're not. "
Sapphie whined in defense. She took a moment before she protested again.
"I'm just fine! Why do you guys think I'm destress!" Sapphie pouted
They exchanged glances once more in a ponder. They both give Sapphie a shy smile.
"Well... You're not speaking... Or telling us what is the best way to find a partner... Not anything studious. " Garnet explained. Ruby flipped upside down.
"HAHA OR YOU HAVEN'T TOLD ME TO CALM DOWN YET!" Ruby playfully added.
"C-Calm down..." Sapphire spoke too quietly. She began to nervously turn away. "I'm... Just nervous okay?"
Still upside down, Ruby got closer. "About? "
Sapphie's eyes started to shake with her own nerves.
"I'm... Not exactly sure... I'm sure I'm just not use to this..." Sapphie tried to answer the best she could.
Garnet tilted her head and Ruby looked up in a ponder.
However it was Ruby who snapped her fingers.
"That's it! I know how to fix her courage!" She exclaims
Sapphie wasn't so sure on what Ruby was thinking.
"Fix... My... courage?" Sapphie repeated quietly. Garnet stood on her broom stick and hovered closer to Ruby.
"And... What do you have in mind?" Garnet asked, tucking her fists into her hips.
Ruby stood too, holding her hips as well with a smile of Glee.
"simple! The Jewel pet Hero!"
"W... Whaaat?" Sapphire's eyes grew wide when she heard this.
Garnet rubbed her chin as she looked up. She then smiled as her tail began to wag. She jumped up to punch the air.
"Your right!" Garnet cheered as she landed back on her broom stick. "Hey! Maybe this hero could be one of our partners as well!"
"W... Whaaat?" Sapphire's eyes grew wide when she heard this.
Garnet rubbed her chin as she looked up. She then smiled as her tail began to wag. She jumped up to punch the air.
"Your right!" Garnet cheered as she landed back on her broom stick. "Hey! Maybe this hero could be one of our partners as well!"
Ruby tilted her head with a smile. She was genuinely in giggles. "Well yeah! I mean..." She turned to Sapphie. "The hero should be Sapphie partner! "
Sapphire was just staring at the two as they discussed their plan. Sapphire didn't know if age agreed to this idea or not. She was overwhelmed with emotions.
"Where... Would we even find this hero?" Sapphire asked concerned. "We... Only have three days..."
Ruby and Garnet clasped hands and cheered.
"We will figure it out!"
Kite was walking around sadden. Everything in his body screamed for dreams. He had this guy feeling like no other. It was sorrow
Up ahead was three big teenagers. Kite wasn't looking so he bumped into the one in the middle. The teen in the middle was wearing a white coat and a black beanie.
"Hey pal! Watch it." The boy yelled as he shoved Kite straight to the ground.
Kite slowly sat and scooted by the wall. He didn't believe it. How could he feel worse.
What he didnt see was the black Jewel pet in the shadow of Alley Kite was in.
Diana, who was a black cat and a pink bow on her head rode her broom.
"What a waste... This... Hero has sorrow... Thanks to... Him... I can sense sorrow... "
"Leave him a lone John! It's only a punk kind." The teenager's friend said to kid who pushed Kite down. Kite looked up to the kid with the black beanie. Apparently named John.
"Screw that! This kid looks like a bum! All sweat and dirty" John complained before spitting on Kite's shoe.
Kite just stood. He looked down. "I'm not just a normal kid. " But then Kite did something that Purity found really weird. He looked up and his eyes sparkled. It was black osidan gems.
"Eeeeeh?" The boy sounded. He then laughs and points his thumbs at Kite. "I'm gonna wreck yea kid... I'm gonna just punch you pretty boy"
Kite just raised one palm. It was all he needed. It made the kids heisate.
"Giragira, lift off!" Kite screamed and flicked his wrist. That was when a sudden force smashed into the young kid and he skidded across the alley ground hard.
"WHAT THE SH-" John skipped across the ground. His friends was already gone.
Just across the way. The nervous Sapphire heard the noise. She gasped at it. She didn't think about hesitating into action. She turned her broom.
"Wait! Sapphire!" Ruby cried out.
"I heard a scream!" Sapphire called back. Garnet shouted in a shriek.
Kite walks out of the alley and he notices Sapphire crossing the middle of the road.
"Sapphire! Watch OUT!"
"What?" Sapphire sounded as she noticed in the corner of her eye she saw a large truck was speeding right towards her.
"Giragira STOP AND FREEZE!" In one quick movement the truck just stopped.
That was it. When he added freeze, it made the driver freeze in place too.
Kite saw Sapphie. He was in a slight Awe. It was a beautiful Jewel pet to him. The most beautiful he ever saw.
Sapphire panicked and she lost control of her broom stick.
"WoooooOOOoooAaaAAH" Sapphire screamed as she slipped off her broom stick and she rams right into Kite's chest knocking both of them over.
Kite was not more hurt then stunned. He looked up at her. The thing he noticed was her gem was gone. "W-Where is your necklace?! "
Ruby and Garnet fly by Kite and Sapphire.
"Did he just use Jewel Magic?" Garnet was the first to ask.
Sapphire slowly shook her head as she was in Kite's arms. She then opens her eyes.
Sapphire saw Kite's eyes first. It made her heart beat rush. Her face started to turn red, especially around her muzzle and cheeks.
" I... I... I'm sorry..." Sapphire let out. She the let's herself down. She slowly shakes her head as she squints her eyes shut. She shyly looks back at Kite. For some odd reason, she apparently couldn't look at him directly.
"H... Hi..."
"Why hello... " But Kite was looking around. Soon he found what he was looking for. He stoop picked up her blue sapphire necklace. He held it up so she saw it.
Sapphie eyes widely open when Kite held up her necklace up to Sapphie 's face. Her heart was beating so fast she started to shake.
"I... Thank... Uh... Thank... My... Necklace..." She thanks as she takes her necklace as she walks away to her friends. "Hi... Girls... Almost died..."
Garnet looked down, as she started to realize it all too quickly, but Ruby distracted her completely by circling Kite really fast on her broom.
"It's him, it's him!" She shot out from behind him right by Garnet again with a huge smile. "Its the Jewel pet hero!"
Kite turned to them in awe. "...Hero?" Kite looked up and smiled. "So that Kohaku wolf really did it huh... "
Ruby met Kite face to face with Kite.
"Yeah, he told us about you!" Ruby explained quickly. "You help our kind!"
Kite smiles, for joy has come back to him. He rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah well... It's... Um... It's... " kite suddenly felt that sorrow. He had a past he couldn't remember.
It was the cruel fate that was dealt to him.
Garnet flew by Ruby.
"Well... I'm not sure about this... But we are... Looking..." Garnet looked over at Sapphie, growing curious about her reaction. "... Partners... Right?"
Ruby flew very close to Kites face.
"Oh yeah! Oh yeah! Do you have a Jewel Pet Partner!?" Ruby started spinning in place on her broom. "Do you want on? Do you want one?
"Kite suddenly looked really at awe and looked like he was really at a shock. He looked down and looked at his hands. Something about this feeling made him look kinda sad. But extremely glad.
"...R-Really?"
Garnet smiled charmingly. She already knew Kite was interested. She smiled snuggly at Sapphie.
"Yup... I think we agreed Sapphie wantef to team up with you..." Garnet offered Kite.
Kite looked at Sapphie suddenly excited. "R-Really?!"
Sapphie started to back up. She was in a constant blush.
"I... I... Only... I-If... You... Want to..." Sapphie slowly got on her broom and floated up to her two best friends.
This made Ruby cock her eyebrow. "CURIOUS!"
"Yes very curious. "Garnet had a mysterious cocky smile at Sapphie.
Sapphie rubbed her own rosy cheeks and shook her head hard making her blue ears flop.
"What... do you two meaaaan!?"
Kite however stepped up and grabbed her paws. "I would love to be your partner!"
Kite closed his eyes, acting very calm. Sapphie saw Garnet and Ruby fly by with interest.
"I... I been wanting a Jewel Pet partner for... A long time. "
Sapphie looked at Kite. Awed by his desires she stared into his eyed.
Ruby smiled happily.
"Okay..." Ruby took a moment to think. "... Do you have a place to stay?"
Kite nodded and looked at Ruby. "I do! Let's go!"
On the otherside of town. Kite unlocked his door. Inside was a small living room with a couch and a big screen tv. Over on the wall was a bookself. There was two other rooms, the kitchen and Kite's bedroom.
Ruby and Garnet flew in quickly. They instantly went for the books. Tge two look at a few books before Garnet pulls one out.
"Oooh, he reads about us and Jewel land!" Garnet says as she flips throughout it.
Sapphie shyly enters the room.
Kite smiled at her. "So your Sapphie? "
Garnet jumped off her broom on the table and stared at both Kite and Sapphie.
She knew she saw it. She was the magical Jewel pet of Iove of course... But... It was different this time. Sapphie was love struck. Garnet knew it. But she needed to get Sapphie alone to gather more information.
But Kite sat down and looked at all three.
"You three completely changed my day..."
Ruby fist bumped the air as she Jumps on Kite's coffee table.
"Glad to help! I hope you can make a good partner for Sapphie!"
Kite nods and looks at Sapphie. "I know we will. "
"I... I..."Sapphie backs up shyly. Ruby smiles and looks at Kite carefully. She gives him a warm smile.
" My name is Ruby, and this is Garnet... " Ruby introduced themselves properly. " We are looking for partners as well! "
That was when it hit Garnet. It was exactly what she needed. But the plan had two risks. Both Sapphie and Ruby was that.
Garnet stepped up with a smile. "Why yes! Of course we will go and find them. " Garnet became calmer as easier ideas for this plan took root. "But I say Sapphie needs some proper appeal. "
"What... Exactly do you mean?" Sapphie asked nervously.
Garnet didn't answer. She grabbed her paw. She addressed Ruby and Kite. "You two prepare! We will too!"
Garnet pulls her away.
"What do you meaaaan!?"
Soon they was outside and Garnet was combing Sapphie now humming.
Sapphie stared into space, only slightly confused.
"... Garnet... I... Ready combed my fur..." Sapphie whined.
Garnet smirked.
"...It's okay... But... " Garnet grabbed a ear and started on that. "But... I am curious. Your nervousness got... Well turned... Into shyness "
Sapphie blushed slowly. Her grip got tighter.
"... When was that... I was... Just fine..." Sapphie declined.
"Uh huh. " She held her comb away in thought. "I'm a magic Jewel pet of magic. I know my stuff. " She smirked.
"Get what I'm hinting...?"
Sapphie lowered her head. She just let her blush take over. She finally let go of her own emotions.
"Right... Your the Jewel Pet of love... Is... Is that what I'm feeling?"
Sapphie vibe suddenly grew even more serious.
"His eyes... His eyes are..."
Ruby bursted the door open.
"Ready!" Ruby cheered.
Kite walked out with a backpack. "I got food and snacks. We will get you two partners!"
Garnet turned and crossed her arms. "Well, Sapphie looks adorable now! We all can go get this done now!"
Sapphie got up. She grabbed her arm nervously.
"Ri... Right..." Sapphie lookrd down. " Let's go..."
Now in town, all of them was going around town. Garnet now had another problem. Ruby.
Ruby was talking to Kite's ear off as she questions him about his magical powers. Kite didn't have many answers about them.
Sapphie was smiling and being quiet. She was too nervous to speak anyways
Garnet decided it was time to try the plan once more. "Okay! Me and Ruby is off. "
Ruby turned to Garnet as her ears flopped over.
"Whaaaa? Why? How come!? Where are we going!?" Ruby questioned, disappointed. Sapphie forgot to breathe at this moment.
"G... Garnet?"
Garnet turned to Ruby. "Look! Sapphie is a very powerful Jewel pet already. She's set. We have to try hard to catch up to her!"
Kite smiles at Sapphie. "Wow... Guess I'm really Lucky "
"I... I... am...?" Sapphie tried to be confident, but it was obvious she was within doubt about herself "I mean ... You are?"

Ruby and Garnet was flying around the building tops of the small town they lived in. They was looking for any sighs of humans with unique potential, although the two doubted they would find someone as cool as Kite.

Garnet was humming a tune however dispute her complaining. Garnet was happy as can be for Sapphie. She didn't know why but she felt so happy for those two.

Diana lifts up past them. She laughed. "HAHAH! Say she does want him. Do you really think anyone in Jewel land will take them as lovers? Will they want to... Make a taboo family?! HAHAHA! MIGHT AS WELL CALL IT A FETISH!"
Ruby shook her fist at her.
"Maybe not! But she's the Jewel pet of friendship! What's wrong with a deep partnership!? " Ruby argued back.
"Deep. So deep she will cry. " With that Diana lifts past a building and she disappeared. "HAHAH! BETTER HOPE SHE DOESNT RUIN HER FRIENDSHIP WITH A TABOO LOVE GARNET! "
Ruby and Garnet watch her leave. Sapphie's friends was now determined and fired up.
"Screw that!" Ruby turned to Garnet with a confident smile. "We'll figure out what's wrong and what's right! We'll do it for Sapphie!"
However Garnet was sadden by Diana's reasoning. "B-But what... What if she's right? " Garnet turned to Ruby sadden. "...What if Kite doesn't feel the same for Sapphie. " Garnet look forward very worried now.

"I know how we can find out... We need to ask Master Moldavite!" Ruby suggested, determined.

"When I first met a Jewel pet, it was the greatest moment of my life... However each one I met had a partner in mind...it... It left me feeling alone."

Kite smiles with glee at her words. "I would love that. "
"Yeah! Me too!" Sapphie jumped off her broom and hopped on his shoulder. "We'll be the greatest team EVER!"
"You bet your pretty blue ears we will!" Kite and Sapphie was now excited about their future.
